The Kansas Jayhawks and Bill Self got more good news on Wednesday when Kevin McCullar announced he was pulling out of the 2023 NBA Draft and returning for his COVID year. This step potentially solidifies the Jayhawks starting lineup, adding McCullar to Dajuan Harris, KJ Adams, Hunter Dickinson, and (presumably) Nick Timberlake. However, Timberlake will likely have to compete with Arterio Morris and Elmarko Jackson for that fifth and final starting spot.
