On Monday, the University of Texas finally made it official and removed Rodney Terry’s interim tag, to make him the next head coach of the Longhorns’ men’s basketball team. Terry’s deal is reported at 5 years, $15.3 million. Terry fell just short of the Final Four while Miami’s Jim Larranaga, San Diego State’s Brian Dutcher, UConn’s Dan Hurley, and FAU’s Dusty May make up the quarter coaching the final weekend of the college basketball season. Hosts Andy Patton and Isaac Schade rank the coaches. Finally, some bigger names have started to roll into the transfer portal, including UNC’s Caleb Love, Oregon’s Kel’el Ware, and Kentucky’s Sahvir Wheeler. Duke’s Tyrese Proctor announced his return to Durham for his sophomore season.
