Radio pulpit 657 a.m. Your daily companion. It's Todd Delaney featuring Shawn Wilson and King of Glory is the title of that. So I'm very good afternoon to you. If you've just tuned in, you are in the right place. My name is Luka Mgueri-Pouti. And with me in studio right now, I've got John Poe. Doesn't this sound like a movie name? Hi, John. Hi there. How are you doing? I'm good, isn't you? Lovely. I'm doing lovely. Good to have you with me in studio. So you're coming from a market dojo? Market dojo, that's correct, yeah. Interesting. Who are you? Exactly. What's market dojo all over? So in short market dojo are a procurement software that help companies digitize their tenders, their suppliers, their contracts. But I'd say it's quite unique in the South African market right now because it doesn't cost a fortune. And it also is not going to be taking years to implement as well. Okay, okay. So how do you assist these companies? I'm hearing procurement, app rights? Is that what you call it? Yeah, pretty much like an online app, yeah. You can go through any browser, phone. Okay, so how do you assist these companies exactly these small businesses? So we provide them the technology that you might get with an ERP, some of those big names out there that I won't mention. The way that we do it slightly differently is we were designed by procurement people to essentially allow companies to pick up and run on the same day. So rather than a year's worth of implementation and millions if not billions around, we allow you to do it on the same day. We can help you in a couple of weeks. Yeah, and it's just very quick and fast to run with intuitive. So what would you say is the importance of you guys being here today? So for me personally, I've been trying to bring marketer Joe out since I started working there eight years ago. I obviously have no South African accent, but I was born in Muffican. How's that possible? I know, I know. So you know, I've been there for 20 years in the UK and I saw that there's a lot of opportunity out here. And five years ago I came to this event, picked up some clients since like Capitec, Goldfields, Toyota. And yeah, it's going great out here because we see that South Africa is getting really behind technology and digitizing. So we've found a really great fit and are giving maybe a challenge to some of those big ERP systems that are out here. Wow, John, thank you so much. How do we contact you guys lastly before I let you go? Sure, such as head to marketdouger.com. If you're from South Africa, I'm sure my company will send you through to me so I can deal with you directly. Okay, thank you so much, John, and all the best. Cheers, thank you. So welcome back, welcome, welcome back. Got another guest with me in studio right now. Depesh Avariani, from Zykus, Zykus, he's going to help me pronounce that one. Hi Depesh and welcome to Radio Bopit. Zykus. Yeah, absolutely. So tell us a bit more about Zykus, what is it that you guys do? So Zykus is a provider of end-to-end source to build solutions week. So we make procurement software that essentially helps you write from, you know, sourcing for your materials, creating a contract with those suppliers, then of course, actually making those purchases for your organization in real time. Once those purchases are done, you would want to create invoices, handle all of that financial stuff as well for those purchases. So Zykus essentially provides an AI-powered solution suite that takes care of all of that on one singular system. Is this pretty much like an app or something? It's a software, yeah, it's a software. It's software as a service so you can access it via like a web browser, maybe a Google Chrome, maybe any internet explorer or edge, Microsoft Edge actually. Okay, so why is it so important for you guys to be here today and be part of this event? It is extremely important because meeting like-minded people here in Africa, because for us, it's a very important region, it's a very important market Africa because we believe that the people here essentially want to take that next step in terms of procurement and that is why we have met so many people here wanting to transform their procurement initiatives, right? Meet newer people, talk to them, understand this particular market, understand how we can help this market grow in terms of procurement because every region, every area has different regulations, different processes that they want to follow, as software manufacturers, we want to enable these people so that they can follow these processes and they can transform their processes using the power of the technology that we can provide. Oh wow, so how do we reach you within South Africa and this business is listening right now and they do love to reach out to you guys? How do we get in contact with you guys? Absolutely, you can go to www.psychos.com, you would have an option there to either request for a demo or make an inquiry and you can get in touch with us. We would be more than happy to listen to you, talk to you about your problems in terms of procurement of course and provide you with software solutions that can make your life easier because at the end of the day that's what we're here for tonight. Because before I let you go, how has it been so far for you? Incredible, incredible. Not just meeting the people but also our peers from across the industry, you know, we're meeting different companies that we usually see at these events, meeting those people, understanding their approach for the audience here. But at the same time also meeting, you know, procurement officials from across the globe, across the continent here in Africa, I think I recently spoke to someone from Zimbabwe and understanding what their viewpoint is and while they look at their processes, that's incredibly amazing. Wow, thank you so much. I absolutely loved having a chat with you, so go after and be great. Thank you so much. Get your daily bread but also your faith in practice.
