Thank you to Nic from the True Crime Garage podcast for joining me to discuss this wild case.
Honey & Barry Sherman were murdered on December 13, 2017. They were discovered hung by leather belts in the pool area.
The Sherman's weren't just a well-off family, they were one Canada's richest couples. Barry was the owner and founder of Apotex, Canada's largest generic drug maker.
Police initially believed this was a murder-suicide but after pushback from the family they changed their tune to a targeted homicide.
