30 Day Rucking Challenge (Episode #149, 14 Aug. 2023)

Let's ruck! I am in the second day of a 30 day rucking experiment. I'd love to have you join me. This episode covers rucking versus running and the stand alone benefits of rucking.
What is rucking?
To "ruck," you just need to place a heavy object in your backpack. Most rucking websites recommend starting off with 20 pounds.
Friends of the RockneCast, I am challenging you to ruck at least 30 minutes each day for the next 30 days.
I am just using a 25 pound stone and in a backup. You don't have to buy an expensive rucksack. Any weight will do.
