This book CHANGED MY LIFE!! After reading it, I have lost 70 pounds, gotten off blood pressure medication, and reversed type 2 diabetes. I have zero concerns about putting the weight back on because Dr. Fung provided the key to understanding: why we get fat, how to lose weight, and how to keep it off.
