Answering 'Amen' While in the Middle of Learning or Davening.
Welcome everybody to number 891. Getting back to our Hilkis Barrojos. Okay we pretty much finished up our Semen of Rejes which we've been working on. We want to move on to the various different alakos. Obviously there are a few more ins and outs over there but we pretty much covered the items which you know come up on a constant basis. Okay we want to move on to a different Semen. So the now we spoke about the last couple of shiirm we were talking about some various different in yanim, reference to covering the head you know and so on and having a separation by Brakhus. Okay but there wasn't anything specific that we weren't working on a specific Semen. Before we get to the next Semen I want to just go through an interesting thing which I came which I have to have seen which I would like to share with everybody which is always I myself have a question and I think everybody has this question. The person's in the middle of learning in shul right and they hear somebody saying "Birkhus a shahr" somebody doesn't get up to say "Birkhus" and on the side over there they're learning you know do they have to answer on main or somebody's giving a shear right in shul let's say and in the other room whatever some people somebody said making "Birkhus" "Birkhus a shahr" whatever it might be you'd have to say "I made" or what about in person's own shmana s-ray. I'm davening or you can't enter a main but right there's certain times you have to stop like for kadusha certain parts of kadusha which we'll try and talk about but I just real quickly a few tidbits if you want to call it I haven't seen the darshu in the halakhas of saying "I'm main" in Semen. Raish says "Vahb" actually Semen Raish says "Vahb" but you get it's not our semi right now but in Aish number or number 10 he brings down some interesting points which which shit I think everybody should be aware of so first of all in reference to somebody's learning he brings from an FMA, Aishla Vrump somebody's learning and here somebody saying "Birkhus" you have to say "I'm main" right so he brings down from the Aishla Vrump there is a concept obviously there is a concept that we know is "Oyshik" permits for "Pottaminim" it's for "Oyshik" permits for "Pottaminim" it's for "Pottaminim" the person stops to say "I'm main" it could throw them off and there could be somewhat bittle-tirer right so there is such a concept "Oyshik" permits for "Pottaminim" it's for the person's the middle of one it's for the "Pottit" from another "Mitzvah" but he does bring down the Aishla Vrump blibes that it's so "Hihin" on that now he brings down also the "F" that he brings down the "Shavir" I'll leave you again there's all in the darshu rates have enraged tests above "Oysh 10" so if somebody would like to look it up because I just want to quote these few things he brings from the "Shavir" I'll leave you that somebody's the middle of learning Torah or they're a middle of davening and if they answer "Oyshik" and it's "Mamshik" going to throw them off now there's some people have it's the concentration it's hard I know by myself I have the same thing it's hard to concentrate if you're going to cut either you concentrate on to feel or you concentrate on saying "Oyshik" it's very hard to do both the person let's say he's in the middle of davening what's the back to Sukhadizimra case in time where you could answer right or even carbonus whatever that might be but a person is concentrating on feeling if they know if they answer it's getting "Mamshik" it's going to throw them off some people could do it some people have no problem they don't get thrown off but some people can't then when it comes to learning obviously it's even stronger because you have could be possibly pital tyrant again it could be a person loses track where they're up to so all that is even more time in pital Torah so he brings one of the be it that's the main bottom line he brings from the Shavera Levi Misha Isaac Patel Matura or somebody's in the middle of davening he says and if they're going to stop to answer I'll make some ways brokhov it's going to it's going to let's say by a case in time by Tfilah it's going to throw them off albeit just plain old bital Torah right so he says any kind of line is that mean one would not you're not there's no key of over there to answer I mean because what what so what are they coming from somebody here's a brokhov we're going to learn in this sim and rage test up here brokhov is a key to say it's vomiting right answer I mean right I hear somebody make a chahakul is key if they answer I mean in a regular case in time we're not talking about your middleish mind that's right we're not talking about your middle of this Christmas we'll get the ble made hopefully one day we'll get to all that but right now a person this time I'm with my friend he takes a cup of sodium makes a chahakul is a key of army to say our main that's it's an important thing we have to know it's not just well it's a nice thing I'll say I'm made to his brokhov no it's a key of to say our main and even if he's not being yelled to you with another brokhov by the way you know let let's say let's say whatever the case is he's drinking his sodium is being a chahakul and for whatever the case is it's better not to do it by the way we'll see that also but for whatever the reason is the person's being yelled to somebody else with a brokhov and they're drinking also he can't do it without drinking then then you have to concentrate on every single word and say a main so that's a separate issue but even just like this I hit somebody making a brokhov this is a thing for me to say a main okay so getting back to what we were saying but somebody's the middle of learning somebody's the middle of doffing and not even just want to ask you just push in the middle of doffing um right in the list one as we can't answer anyway so then and you know it's going to mix you up so then there's no key to answer on main now I just want to make it clear we're not talking about a maniacally rob over here and more you know those are different a little bit different there's stronger halakas over there not stronger halakas they look a little bit different but mucha as a chuva um even by tachman answering possibly but don't mind that I was simply answering on main let's say break us a chah for somebody gets up and they start making right a minion starting I'm learning and deciding to show the minions starting to saying brokhos so that's what we're talking about saying regular or main to a brokho all the other things are maybe h peraba how to work in the middle of chman estuary okay this we'll see those are different halakas um but right now just this one thing which I wanted to bring out and especially especially they bring down if somebody's learning with a robin then because it's a tom terry with a robin then for sure they have to be very careful with these things and he ends up also uh from rahole ajibz echazanikl raholz echalomir terry vishamajam verkham verkhos a shahter again the same type of thing somebody's learning right in the here but it's a shahter een ichayav lahafsik bam sa Halimud alan is uming there's no heave to stop and say uming whereby if you're not learning right somebody i'm talking to my friend or whatever i'm just standing around and here's a man make a brokher like we said there's a heave to answer uming when you're learning or if it's kind of shahter een davening these type of things we saw there are those definitely who say um one would not have to stop for the umm main um like we spoke about thank you for listening us lachon
