I have a question for you, aside the offering and the tithes of people to you, what else are you interested in them for? Do you have a genuine relationship with your workers, do you have a genuine relationship with the members of your church and your ministry? Are you even interested in their growth in Christ Jesus? Do you understand the happenings in their life? Are you part of the journey of growth, the journey of struggles, the journey of everything they go through in life or all that matters to you is for them to pay their tithes and pay their offerings? In our smoshes, this pain of tithe and offering is very important, but the question is, is is the money of people that determines your relationship with them? See I am saying this because we need to be careful of the ministers of the gospel to come to a place whereby we genuinely are hungry to be of impact to the same people God has sent you to. The presence of money and the absence of money does not go to no success in ministry or failure in ministry, it doesn't, am I trying to downtroon the importance of money in ministry? No, I am not trying to downtroon the importance of money in ministry, but your first assignment is to disciple the people. If I, that is why Jesus told the disciples in my dish of the table when he was sending them out, he said take no pause with you, why your money is not, the money that will help you in ministry is not something you can manipulate out of the people. Money in ministry is a reward of your commitment to your assignment. Money in ministry is the reward of the value of other to the people. Money in ministry it is an honor that comes to you through how you have been able to help and inspire others to rise in ministry, and in that person I walk with God. One of the questions I also want to ask you again is, are you doing ministry because of money or you are using money to do ministry, let me repeat that question again, are you doing ministry because of money or you are using money to do ministry, it is a serious question and you need to think, because you see many people don't talk about those things, Jesus had a pause that even Judas was still in front and he did not even affect the ministry, Jesus was not selling rice, he was not selling clothes, he was not selling popcorn, yet there was money in the pause, Jesus did not have the side business, where was the money coming from, until you understand the financial principles of Jesus ministry, you are struggling in ministry, it is very important and here is what the Lord taught me about the financial in the system of Jesus ministry I was hearing it, Jesus went after impact, Jesus went after adding value to people, then in return the people that have been helped, that have been saved, the people that have been redeemed, gave in appreciation, gave in honor for the value that have been added to their life, that was how Jesus operated his ministry, there were women that many start to Jesus need, these were women that were once bound, these were women that were that were once in affliction, but being delivered and set free, they gave and made his ministry easier for him, so the question is why should people give to your ministry, why do you want the members to give to your ministry, how have you end their trust, how have you end their respect, how have you end their honor, what is the quality of your value and your impact in their life before you are seeking for them to give to your ministry, giving to your ministry or tithes and offering, it happens because they love the Lord and more importantly it happens because of the impact of God through your life to their life, it's very important so I want you to do a self-evaluation, jaministers of God, what is the quality in the message you preach every Sunday, what is the quality of the value in the messages you preach during weekly activities, you see one of the greatest abuse and manipulation is for people to give you their listening ears, live whatever they do, come to church or come to fellowship, give you their listening ears and you have no quality message to give to them, not just that you don't have a message that they can go home to apply to get result for their personal daily struggles of life, it is the highest level of robbery, it is the highest level of robbery jaministers of the gospel people come to you and your eyes is in their pockets, it is an error stop turning stones to bread, stop making people, the fact that some people have the heart of giving does not mean you take advantage of them, it is you impacting them first, money comes to value you know on the WhatsApp group I was giving some reports of how much we spent monthly for the ministry and I'm into full-time ministry, I'm not working, where did you think that money is coming from, the money is coming from people that the ministry have impacted, have blessed, have rescued, have delivered and in a precision, they don't want to see me struggle, they want what they have enjoyed to extend to order, so they give to mention that what I have enjoyed will not stop with me alone, but also reach other people, this is the secret of financial support in ministry why should people give to your ministry, why should you, why should people support your ministry and if what you are teaching people in your ministry is not even helping them to be more excellent in the place of their work that they can even get more promotion and the salary can increase, how will the amount of tight their pain increase, if your message cannot help them to be fruitful, if your message cannot help them to expand, if your message cannot help them to have dominion in the individual expect of their lives, how do you think their financial status will increase and if their financial status is not increasing, how do you think the tides and the offerings will increase, so the question is, stop chasing money, the situation here is stop chasing money, it's time to be fruitful, it's time to be useful to the people, it's not their money first, it's impact, they need to be healed, they need to be delivered, they're going through issues with their families, they're going through issues with their children, they're going through issues with their siblings, with their in-laws, it's very important, how is the vision statement of your ministry bearing fruit in the life of the people God has given to you. Remember the principle that God gave to Moses when he wanted to build the tabanako, he told the people to give balloon freely, they gave to a point that Moses have to tell them it's okay, stop giving, Moses have to force them to stop, why did you think the people give with so much passion, because they could see they have experienced the impact and value that Moses have added to their life through the grace of God in his life, it is value first, it is impact first, the kind of financial abundance you want in your ministry, you cannot get it now, until the people in your ministry grows, until you have them grow, until you have them expand, until you have them have caught with an excellent spirit, until you help them to become resourceful according to the area of what God have called you to be and to do in your life. It's very important for us to embrace this, very very very important for us to embrace this. There's not always about this, money factor, money only respond to value, money only responds to impact, people will rise to give, the government will put you in their budgets, yearly budgets, because they see your ministry is not only affecting your members, but is affecting the society and is also affecting the nation. It is time for you to pay more value, to the quality of the message and the quality of how useful you are to people that God have sent you to.
