Joseph had to let go of his reputation and be willing to look foolish in the eyes of others for the sake of the gospel.When we reflect on the events surrounding the birth of Christ, we often do so with a sense of warmth, softness, and nostalgia. But the true Christmas story is one of discomfort in which God asked people to get uncomfortable as they played their specific role in ushering the Savior into the world.
