The Grow Your Private Practice Show

Valuing yourself as a therapist

Did you ever have someone refer to counselling as a ‘chat over a cup of tea’, or ‘just listening to people moaning on’, or even suggesting that you just say ‘how does that make you feel’ over and over’.

In this episode I explore:

The mixed messages we receive The importance of self-care 3 things to try to make change The importance of peer support
