We have the announcement from investigators from multiple agencies, they are going to be exuming more unidentified human remains, at least the remains of eight people from the Potters Field in the Park Woods section of Philadelphia on Dunks Ferry Road. So police say that operation known as the remains identification project, RIP taking place throughout the week, but today it looks like they'll begin exuming these eight bodies and they're using advanced technology. Investigators hoping to ID these murder victims from decades ago, even from 40, 50, 60 years ago, using DNA testing and then that sequencing to apply forensic investigative genetic genealogy techniques. Remember the boy in the box story that we had talked a lot about, where that was an unsolved murder, they were able to trace his genealogy and bring forth some closure. So in this one, they believe, they hope that all of the new technology, they have the new crime lab relatively new in the Philadelphia area and some new technology to help them. So Philadelphia Police Department, the city's medical examiner's office, the FBI are conducting this joint operation between, you know, federal, state and local to try to bring some closure to these murder victims. Well, it's great for those families, for sure. I know my wife loves to watch these types of shows where they do all this, you know, advanced investigative technology to, you know, solve these crimes that have gone decades unresolved. What causes, like, for people to be buried in a quote unquote Potter field, what causes them to like just not follow up on this, you know, who these people are? I think that they have a protocol, they wait a certain period of time and if nobody comes forward. Interesting. You know? Yeah. Yeah. Because wasn't one of these, like a four-year-old or something? Well, the famous boy in the box, and then they traced his genealogy, was he, you know, was he a child who was adopted? Was he a child who was, you know, abused and they wanted to cover up the abuse? Yeah. So, some of these may, may very well be domestic violence kind of victims, but others could be, you know, people who maybe, you know, came from another part of the country moved here. Maybe they. No family here. No family here. So, maybe they were kidnapped or maybe they were, you know, moved from someplace and they themselves were domestic violence victim or something of that nature. Well, resources could also be an issue as well, right? Sure. So. Well, back in the day, you know, we didn't have all this technology and even think about it, just, we didn't have the internet to put out descriptions of people to get a hold of people, you know, from across the country. How did we live before the internet? I know. What did we do with our time? We had freedom. We had mental health. We didn't have as much mental health issues. See. And we weren't obese. Well, the, speaking of high tech, the upper Derby, the upper Derby school board voting unanimously last night to put in place a weapons detection system at its high school, as well as two middle schools. And this is after parents have essentially begged the district to take action. And this was following the discoveries. I mean, we've seen the discoveries of a bullet here, a gun there, but more recently, a loaded gun and an AR, you know, style magazine, a higher power firearm, semi automatic at the high school, just earlier this month. And so parents, I think this school year had it and we're begging the school board to do something. They're going to invest looks like about a million dollars into this. And it's going to be a high tech system, much like we see it's Citizens Bank Park. Is it going? I mean, is it a metal detector? What exactly do we know what the actual well, that's what I'm wondering because at Citizens Bank Park, they have that newer technology where you can just, if you pre register, you can walk through, you're pre registered and they have facial recognition. Yeah. And so that's what I was trying to read about this. It's called an Evolve system. They use AI artificial intelligence. They detect possible weapons. And so my question with part of this is if it's detecting possible weapons, will it also involve any kind of recognition, like Citizens Bank Park? My concern is if you do that thing, like you do at Citizens Bank Park and you avoid, you know, detection, I mean, then you're going to slip through the crack, so to speak, if you have sinister intentions, right? Because then you don't have to go through a metal detector, especially if you're if you play on, you know, not leaving Citizens Bank Park or a school, if you have those intentions of this is my last day on earth. So I think we have to be careful with that. I know everybody wants these convenient ways to enter big venues, but at the expense of what? Everybody else's safety. Yeah. So I'm sure as they roll it out, I mean, there are, you know, just at the high school, this is a huge institution for about 4,500 students, you know, and then you look at the faculty on top of it. So this looks like it'll be $1.1 million over four years for this brand new system. So parents have supported it. The board approved of it. We'll find out more details as we move forward. So as Mayor Cheryl Parker, we are going to hear from Mayor Parker holding a news conference later today to talk about the details of this, what's known as a billion dollar investment by the Philadelphia 76ers to build this new arena. She is saying it's much more than just a sports arena. She says this is an opportunity to revive Philadelphia, bring back to life market street from basically city hall to the river. Oh, so it's an opportunity economy. We've heard that before. So she's very excited about this. Obviously she's saying that this will revitalize the city and everybody will benefit those in China towns say it will devastate and essentially destroy the spirit and the heart of Chinatown and the culture there. And she said promising that's not going to happen. We don't have the details. They've been very tight lived about this. We expect to get that whole plan, the whole big reviews like a reveal party will get that today. But then I noted that city council has about 30 days to then present it to city council and then they vote on it. So that's your process. Yeah. Trust the process. Trust the process. She's got everything under control folks. And I know we have news of Butler County, Pennsylvania. I'll just headline it a report on what happened in Butler, PA. We talked yesterday about the excitement building as former president Donald J. Trump plans to hold that campaign rally and keep the promise to honor the great firefighting hero Corey compare a tour. But now this report coming about out about the assassination attempt here in Butler as far as what the secret service did and what they failed to do. And then as well, I know we're going to talk about the other accused attempted assassination that happened in Florida. So just giving you some headlines that we're going to talk about all of those things. And then Kamala Harris, her campaign coming here to Pennsylvania. We have to talk about what happened at Citizens Bank Park last night. Our fillies did not get her done. So we did not earn that by that we had hoped fillies losing to the Cubs 10 to 2. Maybe some had speculated did they celebrate a little bit too much after the night before clinching the NLE division title the first in 13 years? I don't know. But it was not pretty. I missed out on an opportunity to get rich and retire. My buddy sent me a text yesterday. They're like, dude, they're celebrating like they won the World Series bet on the Cubs tonight. And I can't do it. That's what they say. Yeah. And they did. And I didn't know they're less poor. But you're going to have it because you did not vote again. You didn't go against your team. Oh, trust me. There's times why I will I've been against the Eagles plenty of times. Oh my goodness. Last night was not the night. So as far as the forecast, hopefully today is the day that we get some rain. Be measurable rain. I'm not so sure. But 70 degrees for your high cloudy and rainy, dreary day ahead, maybe even some thunderstorms. And then tomorrow the sun comes out. We pop back up to 80 degrees for your Thursday bright, sunny skies, mostly sunny. For Friday, we'll go back down to more normal weather for this time of year. So Friday, Saturday, Sunday, we're looking at mid 70s, mostly sunny skies and a beautiful sunny stretch as we look from tomorrow to from Thursday all the way to next Tuesday. A lot of bright sunshine today. Hopefully we get a little rain. We sure need it. We are sponsored by budget blinds this morning ready for fall. Thank you for sponsoring our first edition this Wednesday morning killing company news live. All right, Don. Thank you very much. 615. Let's get to a midweek big. Big take on killing company. And it is brought to you by the Piazza Auto group. The big take make education great again largely. I am against bands for the most part. I don't think they work. The public school system and the Department of Education is a hot mess though in many districts around the country and as a taxpayer that funds these educators salaries. I have many issues with the current culture wars that are being waged in many of the locales across the country and certainly in our own listening area, Central Bucks West, Bucks County School District, just to name a few, but I also want to point out something that is happening on a bipartisan level that I agree with and we'll look at one ban that has occurred in this country that I actually agree with as well as what's going on in schools that needs to be banned in light of what happened recently at a high school in North Carolina. But first the positive and I can't believe I'm saying this. California Governor Gavin Newsom just banned or severely limited cell phone use yesterday by kids in public schools. According to the blaze, the new law goes into effect in July of 2026. The bill called AB 32 16 was approved by a bipartisan vote after being authored by Republican Assemblyman Josh Hoover. The bill states that schools must quote adopt a policy to limit or prohibit the use by its pupils of smartphones while the pupils are at a school site or while the pupils are under the supervision and control of an employee or employees of that school district County Office of Education or charter school and quote school districts must develop and adopt their new rules by July 1, 2026 and update their policy every five years. We'll give you more of the details on this story coming up at 6 30, but this comes two months after Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin of Virginia implemented the same policy in his state on July 10th, Youngkin issued an executive order to limit or ban cell phone use for roughly 1.2 million public school students in what he described as a response to mental health issues and academic underachievement amongst adolescents. I'm a big fan of Glenn Youngkin. I actually think right now he's got a better chance of becoming the Republican nominee in 2028 for the president. If he wants it, then Ron DeSantis does or even JD Vance, Youngkin also polls incredibly well with independence, pulling in a 66% approval rating, but get the phones away from the kids. Social media, selfies with cameras, the endless scrolling and swiping, it's turning our kids into mindless zombies, terrible social skills, lacking communication skills and living their life through the lens of a camera to document their existence and their every step and then post it on social media. I hate bans, as I said, but to me, this is the culmination of some bad parenting. Oh, and by the way, since you're at school, why don't we try learning something? I know it's a novel concept, but American children are dumber than ever and Donald Trump knows this. He says we have to get rid of this rot in our education system. Here was Trump in Pennsylvania just recently talking about getting rid of the Department of Education, listening to watch this. We spend more money for people than any other country by far, and yet we're at the bottom of the list at a 40, we're ranked about number 40, and I'm going to close the Department of Education and move education back to the states, and we're going to do it fast. Maybe I'll have you do that. I'll use Lee. Maybe I'll have you. You could do it. That's not too easy. We'll get somebody great. We'll get Lee Zeldin is here with us tonight. We'll get, I think that's the job for Lee. That's Lee Zeldin, of course, of New York who ran against Kathy Hochl, and the reality is this, when you look at the metrics, we're a joke in schools. Talk about a bad return on your investment. All that money pumped into the schools, and we get squat in return, hence the push for school choice. And by the way, teachers unions, they hate this, which has led to women like Randy Winegarden and Becky Pringle to have TDS meltdowns in public speaking engagements, ranting and raving like a lunatic. Listen and watch this. All the things, all the things, all the things, all the things, our colleagues are depending on us to win all the things. Keep going, NEA. To preserve our democracy, we must win all the things. The NEA, by the way, for those who don't know, the National Education Association. So do you want your kid to end up with a mental health breakdown? Like you just witnessed there for 26 seconds? Yeah. Neither do I. I'm going to ride with Trump on this one, and they are melting down because they would lose control over the indoctrination. Did you know that Jimmy Carter created the Department of Education in 1979? At that time, our children in America were ranked number one globally in education. 45 years later, we're closer to 40th on the planet, below it up, but we need to add a second ban, and it can't just be regional, even though destroying the Department of Education and bringing it back to the States would do just that. We have to end this absurd sexualization of minors in public schools. No 7-year-old, 10-year-old, 12-year-old, or even 15-year-old should be taught the following. This story emanates from Raleigh, North Carolina, where a 15-year-old girl claims that she was forced to read incest porn in her English class. Lorena Benson is a sophomore at Athens Drive High School, and the team claimed that her honors English class recently read a story detailing sexual encounters between two cousins that made her, quote, "extremely uncomfortable." She delivered this message to the Wake County School Board this week. Listen and watch this. Three months ago, my family and I moved to North Carolina and have me enroll in the highly rated Athens Drive Magnet High School. I was very excited for this opportunity. And the last Friday, that is, on Friday the 13th, my English honors class, my teacher assigned the class to read a story independently and then come together into groups and discuss this story and answer some questions. There was a part in this story that made me feel very uncomfortable, and I looked around and saw the same expression on other students' faces. We all had just read the following. It was not the summer you fell in love with your cousin, Josie, because that happened just a few summers before, when you both wiggled into a tiny space behind Grandma's garage, and he tried to fit what you both called his banana into what you both called your tomato, but neither of you was sure which was the right home. Even after reading again, it makes me feel very uncomfortable. This graphic, ancestral sexual language should not be taught in any class, much less an honors English class. That day I came back home from school. As per usual, I told my parents about my day and the things I did. I showed them that I was taught in my English class, and they were as outraged as I was, listened, said, and got me thinking. In my helpful living honors class, I am being taught about brain functions and development. I was taught that the teenage brains, like mine, are not fully developed yet, and that we must be careful about why we engaged during these years. Based on this logic, I am a teenager, my brain is not fully developed, and I should not have graphic and sexual sexual content taught to me in my classes. I am deeply bothered and disappointed. I have decided to leave Athens Drive High School because I should not have to deal with pornographic, sexual sexual content taught to me in my classes. Thank you. While Benson didn't name the specific book, the disturbing content she described, according to reports, appears to match the short story of "Tomorrow is Too Far" by acclaimed Nigerian author, Chimamanda, and Gozi Adiche. So, are you okay with that as a parent, as a father or mother of a boy or a girl, specifically myself to 10-year-old twin daughters? Are you on board with having them read about incest porn between cousins? I'm not, and I'm not paying for it. And I would say, if you find out that you're paying for it, you should probably voice your displeasure about it and take action at a school board meeting. So I applaud Republicans and Democrats for taking kids' phones away, protect their mental health, educate them, have them regain our country's top form academically. But I want the bands on pornographic material as well. If the children are the future of "Tomorrow," I would argue that there's a lot at stake and maybe it's time for parents to do a better job and for teachers to also do their job. And that's the big take. The Big Take on Cale & Company. We're all to you by the Piazza Auto Group for a limited time, get special 0% financing for 60 months on the new 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan or a $2,000 customer bonus. Visit Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore, Langhorn, or PiazzaVW.com for details. 855-839-1210, if you want to jump in, we'll also get to some 2024 election news, great signs for Donald Trump in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and one other pivotal state with the concept that most Republicans have been very hesitant to embrace. The details coming up next here on Cale & Company. Big Donald and Greg, back after this on Talk Radio 1210, WPHD. Trump saying, "I say it all the time. I'm dying to get back in to do this. We will ultimately eliminate the federal Department of Education." That is a quote from Trump at his rally last month in August in Wisconsin. He says, "We will drain the government education swamp and stop the abuse of your taxpayer dollars to indoctrinate America's youth with all sorts of things that you don't want to have our youth hearing." And then just a little further context to what Gavin Newsom has put in place in California that will go into effect in the summer of 2026 before we get to that next school year, which does align with Republican Glenn Youngkin. So we're seeing East Coast, West Coast, Republican, and Democrat Gavin Newsom in regards to the smartphone ban in public schools, saying these devices in a child's everyday life can contribute to lower test scores, anxiety, depression, and even suicide. Now there are limitations to the bill that allow exceptions or special circumstances under which a student may not be prohibited from having a smartphone. And then the Republican author of this bill that penned this before Gavin Newsom signed it says, "We know that excessive smartphone use increases anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, but we have the power to intervene." Research continues to demonstrate the potential harms of smartphone use amongst children. The growing use of these devices in a child's everyday life for long hours on end can contribute to lower test scores, anxiety, depression, and even suicide. Don Stenzelen, I want to get your thoughts on this as a mama bear yourself. Number one, are you on board with the phone bands? Number two, what do you think about blowing up the Department of Education? And how the hell does some of this content slip through the cracks where we're having, you know, ninth grade and tenth graders reading about incestual porn? I think first of all, number one, I'll go through because there are three separate things. Number one, I think, you know, for Gavin Newsom, for California, as far as that legislation, and across the country, schools are dealing with this. My son's high school, they've recently implemented some new policies where you're allowed to carry your cell phone, usually in a bag, and you're allowed to carry it, you're not allowed to have it out, you're not allowed to have it out, even when you're having lunch or anything of that nature. And this is not public. This is private. This is private school. There are all these studies that have found, you know, all the things you just said, as far as the mental health situation, as far as kids even wearing, they'll wear their earbuds in class, and if they have longer hair, you can't see the butt, so they can be listening to whatever, streaming something, and not paying attention. But the problem, real problem, is the social aspect of it, that there's bullying, and that's the bullying you cannot see online. So that's a piece of it. So a lot of the schools are trying to take this action. Legally, I don't know, legally, this will be challenged because I'm not sure that if you give your kid a cell phone, I think that I'm not sure legally they can physically take it away from them. So you know, there's in a huge country like this, there's going to be a parent somewhere who pushes back. But most schools and most parents are just working together because we all recognize what's happening. So as far as that one goes, I think that we're all learning this together and realizing that something's going on with the health, you know, the mental health crisis in this country. So I think that's all good. And I think that, I actually think that students think it's good. And so that's a piece of it to get them on board. You on board with Trump blowing up the Department of Education? I mean, that's, he's saying something that's not, this is not new. This is something that we've talked about in our society for a long time. And I will tell you, friends of mine who are teachers and the teachers union have said that it's a problem. I don't know, I think it would be tough to get rid of the Department of Education. But I think that it's in many ways, the way to go at it is that it's a state's rights issue and make it more that in your state, you're allowed to run your education the way you want and to challenge it at a Supreme Court level because we have a state's right Supreme Court, maybe that's the pathway to go. Because I think that a lot of times, anytime you have a broad brush, a stroke, a broad brush, you know, approach to anything, but especially education, like one of my girlfriends in Florida, she was saying there are cultural differences. So even some of these tests that a kid takes and if it's written by people on the East Coast, there are kids in the middle of the country that they're using terminology that they might not even understand. Absolutely correct. Yes. No doubt about it. And as far as the content goes, I think that much like you have in college, and most high schools are going toward this, but especially at the high school level, syllabus, you should yep, you should have a syllabus just like you have in college and that way the parents look at the reading material because there might be something in there quite frankly that violates somebody's, I don't know, they're religious, for religious reasons, for example. Yeah. And so they just might not want their kids to see a certain book or see certain content. My only question with the last part of, you know, how does this content slip into the curriculum? Yeah, you can do a syllabus, but if you've ever been to a college, you know, community college for your school, post grad, whatever, syllabus might be four or five pages, you've got the title of the book, why it's going to be read by, I mean, but what are we going to do as parents? Like this is where it's like the realistic aspect. I mean, it's not like, as parents, we can just go into the school's library, all sit down together on the carpet and read every book in the library and find out, wow, in this book on page 38 in chapter two, there's a mention of ancestral porn, like, I don't know what the vetting process is for the content and the material to, you know, if you're, and maybe if you're a teacher, you can explain this. I'm assuming you're a teacher, you have a certain structure you go with in your little department specifically, and you could probably tailor it to your own personal teaching style, but you know, how do, how does a certain book like that book that we just mentioned from that girl in Carolina get past, you know, a superintendent, a principal like Idens Council or the head of the department of English, whoever the top teacher is in the school that teaches honors English in 10th grade. Like I don't know that that's a realistic vetting process that we as parents can, you know, streamline, so to speak, to make sure that this doesn't happen. We just all have the, well, not all of us, some of us, I guess are okay with, you know, a 15 year old reading ancestral porn, but most, I think common sense parents are like, well, wait a minute. But you even heard the girl reading there, you know, the brain isn't finished formulating until you're in your early to mid 20s. And we've talked about that on a variety of topics about the brain, especially with the transgender procedures that are going on in this country, you know, a lot of us think it's a mental health breakdown. Why would you want to chop off a body part at 12 when your brain doesn't finish formulating until you're 25. So I don't know what the solution is for parents other than two things. Be involved, obviously, go to school board meetings. And then if school choice and vouchers are an option and you have the resources to put them in a school where this won't occur, other than that, I don't know what else parents can do at this point on. I feel like our hands are tied. We've got two or three options. And some of them might not be realistic for the working class. I think most people, most people trust the school and they don't even look at this. They don't even look at these books. They don't even look at the contents. Like for me, with my kids, I always wanted to look at the books and some of them in high school are incredible books that I end up reading myself, you know, as an adult, as an adult. And they're usually classics, that sort of thing. But even in, you know, you think of Back in the Day, Catcher in the Rye was at the time back in the day, it was controversial. And I at the, because I lived in the South for a period of my life from 10 to 16, that book was banned from my school, Catcher in the Rye, because there's mention of a prostitute because of the language, the cursing and that sort of thing. So in this one, the book, I looked at the book that you talked about, it's pretty dark. It's a sister accidentally causes her brother's death. And then, I mean, it's like, oh my goodness, for a 15 year old, it's like a sophomore, you know, a sophomore in high school, it's a pretty, you know, sad dark book. But yeah, the incest with the cousin, you know, I would, but, but I'll say this, for a senior in high school, what about that book for a senior in high school? Does that bother you? 17, 18, 18? No, not as much. I do think there's certain ages for certain things. I, but there's also the public aspect of this as well, right, you know, public versus private age, adult versus minor, I mean, you could divvy this up into many different categories and, and debate it back and forth, but grab Jen in Philadelphia. She's got a firsthand story to share. In your own talk, Radio 1210, Jen, you go right ahead. Good morning. Good morning. You both just said it very eloquently. What I wanted to say to your call screener. So I, I teach at a different district than I send my children. I do not want to reveal their school district because I really like their school district, but this really irritates. So my children going in the ninth grade, they had read a book. I trusted the school to make good choices because the book is a higher level reading book. My children are regular ed students. They're not honor students. They're not special ed. They are regular general ed students. They read the book that they were told to read for a nice, great summer reading going into the year. The honors students had a list of this book was required along with four or five other books. One child has read one of the other books. So I also had read one of the other books. I thought the book was an age appropriate, but as I'm talking to my children, and again, I'm talking to my children and we're discussing this book as they're reading it. There were some things that I think age appropriateness is important. And this book is about a young black man, transsexual female, and how something happens between them that changes the course of their life. I didn't have a problem with that part of the book, but my children in reading this book, they were like, "I feel uncomfortable around this," and we are around people of all different types of creed religions, and for my children to say, "They were uncomfortable," I got concerned, and I didn't read the book that I drew some of the sections, and I just didn't think it was age appropriate for ninth grade. I think if it was 11th grade, absolutely, but when a child's doing it tonight's grade, they're bringing that young lady on that big take. She very eloquently spoke of how she felt uncomfortable and why she had to read that. My children can't speak that eloquently, but they could tell me how they felt uncomfortable. I did express it to the one of my children's teachers, and the response was, "I'm sorry you felt that way. I didn't choose the book. This is what we're told to offer, and if you have concerns to go to the school board." The teacher did acknowledge it was not their choice. Okay. So it comes from above. We get that. Thank you so much for the phone call, Jen. So that's where I go to a school board, and I say, "Explain to me the objective. What is the motivation? What are you trying to accomplish? What's the end goal here for having a 15-year-old read about ancestral porn?" And then I would just sit back and wait to hear how they explain it to you. And then if you understand it, then okay, if you disagree with it, then keep pushing the issue. But thank you very much for the phone call, Jen. Hey, go ahead, Don. I think part of it, I was thinking of, you know, heading away for whom the bell tolls. I mean, that's the kind of stuff we were reading in high school. And I'll never forget the scene with Maria and the pine needles. So part of it is when you're younger and you're reading these books, and there is this intimacy. You never forget it. It may be your first impression because you're reading it and there's something about reading something even as opposed to watching a movie or a video, you're reading it, you're taking that in. And so a piece of me believes that part of this when we talk about indoctrination. Why is it that schools will push, you know, different novels that I like, like our caller just said, I have no problem even a senior or a college level, no problem with any of these books. I love provocative material. I can take it all in. But why children? Why somebody eighth grade going into ninth grade? And so part of me is suspicious of that and feeling that they want a child, maybe one of their first in-depth experiences of really picturing and thinking about an intimate experience as something that's maybe a little alt, a little different. Right. Okay. And I think there's an agenda there. Yeah. Well said, Jen, good work. You got your kids to read four or five books in the summer. I read no books in the summer as a kid. Soccer read books all summer long. I mean, soccer would just read all day long from like June, August, that's why he's the boss, man. Never. He never would go outside getting in trouble. Scuff his knee. Never. He's just reading books. Always reading books. And combing his hair. 855-839-1210. We'll come back, wrap up with your calls. And then I got to get to the election news. We've got a lot of good stuff with Trump against Kamala Harris, as well as further details on the plots and the assassination attempts against Donald Trump's life. Cale & Company, back after this year. Fandal and Parnash over the Valley for us, because you know, it's giving you a chance to win big every Thursday night with a Thursday with Fandal squares. Excuse me, this weekend or this Thursday, which is, is that tonight? No, tomorrow night. Right. Today's Wednesday? Yeah. Today's Wednesday. On in favor of abolishing the environment of education, along with the teacher changes, those have failed our children miserably, especially in the cities. I think we can set up a few states, maybe a sum sort of lottery, and have school choice and state-run education to see how that fares. We have to get our children out of the federal government, because that's what socialism is. They're teaching our kids the wrong thing. We need to be teaching our kids ABCs, 123s, the true history, and science. Okay, we're falling behind every year. And math and reading as well. Yeah, but no, Lou, I'm with you. Absolutely. I think a lot of it got exposed during the pandemic, and thank you so much for the call. You know, I do think most teachers do a good job, so it's not to sit here and say, "I hate teachers," or anything like that. I don't give them a lot of credit for what they put up with. I couldn't do what they do for a living, but I do think Florida is a great spot. I mean, you look at... Now, DeSantis put too much of his cultural school in the culture wars and school stuff on his presidential plate, and I think that's one of the reasons why he was not successful in the primaries, but at a state level, he's great at that. And I think Florida is a prime example. And if you look at any of these states where they've implemented these school choice and voucher programs, and of course, if you have parents that are able to capitalize on that and utilize it and have those resources, I think there is samples out there that show that it works. And I know, Dawn, you've talked about this a lot on your show specifically as well at the grassroots level here in Pennsylvania. Yeah. As far as the teachers union quickly, I'll say in Pennsylvania, because of that Supreme Court ruling that happened in 2018, public employees can no longer be required or forced to financially support a labor union against their will. So here in Pennsylvania, teachers do not have to belong to the union. And that's... A lot of people don't realize that. You can opt out and legally, in the nation, you cannot be forced to... You can opt out of the union membership and stop... You can stop paying the dues. And that will trigger Randy Winegarden. He really pisses me off. It does piss her off. 855-839-1210. Dawn's got news to kick off the second hour, and then early mail in voting data in three key states shows great news for Donald Trump back after this. Start your day with Kaylin Company, weekday morning, six till 10 on talk radio, 1210-W-P-H-T in the free Odyssey app. Good calls in the first hour will go big picture here with some of the election stuff after the news. Round number two coming up right now at 703 with the great Dawn Stenzland. And good morning. We are sponsored this Wednesday morning, September 25th, sponsored by United Tire today. So let's get into it as we're learning more about that breaking news story. Another young man executed on a Philadelphia street. Police say the victim was ambushed by multiple gunmen firing more than 40 shots at close range. This happened in the 700 block of West like Homing Street in the Homing Park section of Philadelphia. We don't have a motive. We don't have suspects under arrest. We don't have word on the ballistics, but they do believe based on the bullet casings and that sort of thing that this, there were multiple guns used and multiple shooters involved in this and the victim did not have any ID on him. So he's being named as a John Doe, a young man who could be in his late teens or early 20s. No identification of the victim yet. Well, just awful. Every time these, these, what they are, their executions, I keep thinking back to that video that I think it was our buddy Mark Fusetti and Philly crime update had. Remember the one where the, it was just a couple of weeks ago where like three or four guys got out of the car and that guy was like riding his bike and they just gunned him down. Yes. Yeah. It's like stuff you see in a movie. It is. Yeah. It's like the, the godfather, something like that. Yep. You know, the fact that they would just take this young man's life and no identification on him. He's a John Doe is there listing him right now until they figure out who he is. Remember, just the other day there was a report of a young man shot and killed, found, you know, near a local high school. Then we, they said it was a young man, but he turned out to be a 16 year old. So it's just what's happening to our young man in Philadelphia and the streets of Philadelphia. We don't talk about it enough, but it's certainly another sad case here for police to investigate. Speaking of that, investigators from multiple agencies, exhuming at least eight unidentified human remains from a potter's field in the parkwood section of Philadelphia on the 1200 block of Donks Ferry Road. So investigators at the local level, as well as the state and federal levels, they will be using DNA testing and sequencing to apply the forensic investigative genetic genealogy techniques, and it's the remains, it's known as the remains ID project RIP. This operation begins today as they exhume these bodies of murder victims from many decades ago. And so they hope to ID these, ID these bodies and contact their families and believe that maybe the families thought these people were missing, at least let them know what happened to them and their fate. So they're looking back as late as maybe 50, 60 years ago. What year or what decade was the boy in the box originally? Was that the 60s? Early 60s. That's what I thought. Okay. Wow. So looking more into the system, we've talked about school safety and what's happening in our schools, beginning of the school year, this is a newly approved million dollar safety system aimed at keeping students from harm's way at Delaware County schools. But we're learning now that it'll drastically change the morning routine where high school administrators anticipate it'll take a minimum of 40 minutes and up to 60 minutes up to an hour to process students through these detection systems. And this will be before the school day can even begin before classes can even start. So this is upper Darby. We talked earlier in the six AM hour about this newly approved, they just approved it last night with the school board, but these detectors can be set off by items like Chromebooks or your, your binders with the metal, you know, the metal ring by eye glasses. So they're expecting 400 to 600 searches a day will need to be conducted until students can get used to the systems and then learn which items need to be removed while going through the lanes. And so what you're looking at with this new system, and this is upper, upper Darby schools, so you're looking at two middle schools and the high school there. So parents begging the school to do something because they learned that there were firearms earlier this month that were snuck into the school, they had lockdowns. So this is the answer, they say $1.1 million system that will be implemented. And so the district says they'll use existing staff members to manage the new process, redirecting them from another system for students to scan their IDs once they enter the school. So you'll have the ID lane where they scan your ID, then you have to go through the metal detector and it uses artificial intelligence. It's going to be like entering a courthouse. Yes, for hundreds of students. So I don't know to take up. So once my question is, okay, initially if it takes an hour, then what happens when they get used to it? Is it 40 minutes, 40 minutes to stand in line? You know what, if you got to make the school day 40 minutes longer to make up for it, I'm fine with that. I'm setting kids getting home at 3.30 and jumping on YouTube or smoking a doobie, another extra 40 minutes in school, deal with it. I'm thinking a lot of parents, to me, no way, I'm pulling my kid out. I'm getting them and this is why we should have school vouchers. Oh, I agree on that. Yeah. To stand for an hour every five days a week now. All right. By the way, just to be a little factual, the boy in the box actually happened February of 1957. 57? Oh, it was '57. I thought it was early '60s. Oh, it was early '60s. So it was late '50s here. Okay. Geez. Was the boy in the box's grandmother on the YouTube chat, Facking Checking Us? Yeah, Bix, Bix actually said it and I looked it up. So thank you, Bix. Yeah, thank you. I should have known it because we did a whole thing on it. You know, when they revealed all of that, it's a fascinating case. But as far as Mayor Cheryl Parker, big announcement today as we will get the big reveal. This is the reveal. We'll learn the details of that billion dollar investment in Philadelphia as she's calling it. But this is by the, this is about the Sixers, Philadelphia 76ers, new arena. Has she spoken out about the, the, the, the car parties or the car drag racing? No, only through, I mean, press conference for that. No tweets. No tweets. No. Hey, you know, we got all the stuff under control. Well, she did. She did tweet 15 hours ago that she's pleased to announce at the Montgomery Avenue Bridges back open. Oh, that's good. I know that, you know, everybody's very concerned about, will the Sixers come to center city or not? Clean up center city and get these, these, these punks out of there. Nobody's going to want to come to your stupid arena because they're not going to feel safe. That was kind of my tangent yesterday. Uh-oh. Sorry. No, no, it's fine. It's almost the same time as when, when Tom was giving us the news that I just interrupted and started ripping for a whole time, believe it or more. She's so concerned about this because, because all the, because all the money it's going to put in their pockets and, and, and, and, you know, will residents are, are, you know, being held prisoner in their house and businesses are being held prisoner in their houses because the, the, the city can't get their stuff together. Sorry. Well, I will say that the mayor had, there were statements released through her deputy commissioner and they, police are saying that part of what we saw over the weekend was our rebellion against p, tougher policing supported by the mayor. Right. I have to say that, that was the official. Does anybody buy that? Does anybody buy that? Well, that was the official word. If you're a cop in the city, you can. I know that's the, I know that's the narrative now that's like, Oh, it's the, these kids are rebelling against, against, uh, tougher policing or that, are they, we wrote rebel against the third. If there were, if there was tougher policing, these kids would have been run over. Or they've been scared, Eseless and they wouldn't do it. If all these kids jumping on police cars, I would have floored it. It's tough policing. That's tough policing. I would have taken out a machine gun, book them, dano. That's tough policing. I would have shot out all these cars, tires, that's tough policing. I would have taken a flame thrower to these cars. That's tough policing. You can just grab one from the people that have one downtown already. That ring of, how about that ring of fire? By the way, I still can't get over that. That was crazy. Then the rock used that for his entrance at Lincoln financial. Yeah, I think so. I came to the ring of fire. What was that? They were like in banana suits and Trump masks. And I knew I saw. What the heck? I knew I saw the one guy when we were watching the first video that Phil played in the six o'clock news, I guess that was Monday. He looked like a neon highlighter. Yeah. He looked like Gumby. He's just bouncing around on a cop car. And by the way, have you seen the ones where there's guys that are doing the donuts while somebody's, you know, obviously driving the vehicle and the people that are sitting with their butt on the, where the, the door, where the windows rolled down, they're leaning out and they're not like, you know, waving their arms like they're on a roller coaster. They're holding a phone and video recording it. It's, yeah, yes, you're exactly right, Nick. It is, it is. There's no consequences. They're all videoing it. There's nothing. They're not scared of anything, nothing, they can video it. They can put their faces out there because they know, because they know there's no consequences. I'm sure I'll park her on that. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Small as my tangent yesterday. Oosh. I only have one bullet in the chamber that I can't, I can't, I can't re-ignite that. That was authentic yesterday. I'll let you have the moment, sir. Greg's soccer will be the new safety czar for the city. That's right. I don't want to be anything. I don't want to be anything. I just want people to do their jobs. That's it. That's it. Let the police do their jobs. The mayor needs to do her job. The DA needs to do his job. Everybody just needs to do their jobs. Mm-hmm. Okay. But you vote for folks. You're 100% right. You're 100% right. They... Good. I don't believe it. Oh. But nobody said no. They said no. I don't know why we're, I don't know why we're wishing and complaining about this, honestly, because that's, this is what the citizens of Philadelphia wanted. If this is what they wanted, great. Great. I got that bill. Yes, sir. It could be worse. She could have had hell and gim. Okay. That's why. Yeah. Oh, David O came off as weaker with policing than, than Chereldin. Yeah. She came off as tough on, on like stop and frisk issues. And she came, she, I mean, the, I will say I perceived her as tougher and stronger as supporting the police and police tactics than David O. Mm-hmm. So if he was going to be tougher with crime, he did not come off as that. Right. He came off as a little limp. Yeah. I'm just saying. Yeah, that's fair. Yeah. I didn't think he was a great candidate by any stretch. I mean, he's a very, he's a sweet man. Yeah. It seems like a very genuine... And a good man. Yeah. No doubt. Absolutely. I don't think he's done exclusively when he had David O on or did you have David on as well? Done. Um, I don't know. I don't think I had... I don't think I had... Okay. Mm-hmm. I don't think I did. Okay. I don't get into it. All right. I, I just, you know, there's a reason why I come into the city to do my job and, and I get the hell out of here and I go back to the suburbs and I don't come in here when I don't have to. Yeah. Because I don't want to. Yeah. It's just, it's not, it's this is, this is not, you know, like this stuff is not going on in my neighborhood, well, remember, remember, uh, when the Eagles were getting ready to play the Packers, the New York Times wrote a column saying, Hey, Philly, why don't you pipe down about the concerns of your players in Brazil, your city's crime rate higher than Rio de Janeiro or wherever the hell the Eagles played? Yeah. I mean, with the New York Times laughing at us when they've got their own issues in their city. Oh, well. I'll just stay in blue though, play my golf. Well, I do live in the city and I, but I don't know why you still do. You should get the hell out of here serious. I'm serious. I'm serious. I'm serious. You can come over my way, Don. There's some, they're hanging up with all the liberals to be love a good time. You have some property, like a lot of property and just, just not be bothered by crap. Oof. Greg is feisty this morning. Yeah. I like it. He just shot the life at 713. Sorry. There's something that's going to cheer you up that you can look forward to because guess who is going to be live in, in their New York City studio, President Joe Biden joins the cast of the view 11 a.m. this morning. What? Oh, I thought you said when you were saying new studio, I thought Biden was going to go on the five today. That would be fun. Everybody's got a news. Everybody's getting new studio these days. The, so he's going to be on the view live and wow, okay. And this just in, Kamala Harris will do a sit down interview. You guys are going to laugh at this. Remember we played her clip yesterday. Yeah. Stephanie rule from MSNBC. Yeah. 7 p.m. tonight. Live from Pittsburgh. Great. So. Well, there's your cut sheet for tomorrow. Remember we played, we played the clip of her saying Kamala Harris doesn't need to do interviews on Bill Maher. We played that in the cut sheet yesterday. Yeah. You know, she has any policy because we know what Trump stands for. Mm hmm. It's a, it's a binary choice. Yeah. Well, she, she, because she, she was a good little lap dog. She got granted that interview. Oh, excuse me. She is an unbiased journalist. So no doubt Biden will talk about and mention his farewell address yesterday morning to the UN General Assembly. And so we'll certainly be watching the view today at 11. First, live appearance by a sitting president on the show. And the only, this, this is the second time a sitting president has visited the show because the last one would have been President, former President Barack Obama. He made history back in the day in July of 2010. You should break, you should break into that dawn right on your show. Just pot up AV. I know we may have to just take you a little bit of it should be interesting. You think they'll last him a ton of tough. Oh, I'm sure. I mean, Joe's going to have his head on the swivel. He's going to have Anna to the left and he's going to have the who asked that. What's next? Where's Jackie? Where's Barbara Walters? She probably thinks Barbara Walters is still on the show. So I know that we'll talk about this, that they're, what a judge, Judge Chutkin yesterday ruled on as far as former President Donald J. Trump. And that they're now saying this morning, there may be an October surprise with regard to the persecution, prosecution against Trump moving forward in the J six case with DOJ. So we'll talk about that moving forward. But at the same time, what is does not seem to be making the mainstream media headlines this morning is what was revealed, the big reveal as far as the Trump butler rally here in Butler, Pennsylvania, and that reportedly the lead secret service agent had some credible intelligence information of a threat and did not raise red flags about it. And so that's of great concern. I know Senator Rand Paul speaking out about this 94 page report on the shooting and it was released by the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee as well as the permanent subcommittee on investigations just yesterday. So a major new report, I just find it interesting as I look at all the headlines this morning, we see a whole lot about the judges ruling and the J six case that that can move forward. But not equal headlines, I would think that this report about the secret service agents and what the lead agent knew, I would think that the butler PA attempted assassination report would be on an equal standing level. Not so much. I sense hashtag sarcasm font from down there. Two things on that one with this, you know, you talked about this other bombshell to drop in October on the court case front. Maybe that was what our buddy carville was alluding to on that clip yesterday that stock are played on the cut sheet of, I don't know what's going to happen. I'm not smart enough to predict it, but I could see something else happening. I understand what you guys are saying. And I understand, you know, Don is just sarcastically saying the media narrative about it in October surprise. But what could possibly be in there that we don't already know? You know what I mean? Like it's not going to nothing, nothing that is real. And I've heard that once it's released to the public, there's going to be a lot redacted anyway. Yeah. I just don't know what's in there that's really going to change anybody's mind. If people that love Trump are not going to be faced by it, the people that hate Trump are not going to be faced by it. The end. Yeah. Like, are you really? Is it really in October surprise if like, if everybody's throwing the line in the sand and pick their side to your point? Yes. It doesn't. It's not going to change anything. I thought what was lost in the news cycle yesterday, unless you looked at some conservative sites was the fact that the second attempted assassin, Ryan Ruth, his son got nabbed. He's a 35 year old by the name of Warren and the feds found child porn in his possession. Shocking. Mm hmm. Did you see? Did you see his mugshot, by the way? Yeah. He looks like the guy that would have a bunch of crap on his level. Oh God. Oh God. Yeah. Obviously we need to say innocent and total prune guilty, but good God. I know. I know. His hair is a little longer than yours. Yeah. And then yesterday, mine's way better. Well, yeah. Great. That's way better. Just longer. Like kind of a compaar. And the other news that dropped that was expected yesterday, later yesterday afternoon was or evening that he was, Ryan Ruth was officially charged, the grand jury came back with official charges of attempted assassination. So those are the official charges in that one. United Tire is our sponsor right now when you buy four tires at United Tire, you're going to receive a free oil change or a basic four wheel alignment. Cut sheet in just over 20 minutes coming up next. Maybe this is why Kamala is doing an interview today. Is her surge not built to last and as far as Trump goes, he is surging in a category that usually Republicans don't embrace both sides, the details for both coming up next on Kaitlin Company. Now we've got even more data and I think you should be very, very happy with this and I still think you can do even better as early mail-in voting data in three critical states show good news for Donald Trump. This was courtesy of the New York Post, vote by mail data in three states showing that the edge that Democrats enjoyed in 2020 has indeed plummeted. Quote, "It's great news that Republicans are starting to early vote," says Jimmy Keatie, the founder and president of JLK Political Strategies, a Republican consulting firm. The comments come as the Democratic edge in vote by mail requests has shrunk significantly in Florida, not that Florida is in risk of being lost and going from red to blue, but North Carolina, critical swing state, the only one that Trump has won in back-to-back elections, and Pennsylvania, that according to data by decision desk HQ, that signals a shift in voting habits that have defined the last two elections. According to the data, the Democratic lead in vote by mail requests has shrunk by over 5% in Florida, 15% in North Carolina, and a whopping 35% right here in the state that will determine the whole ball of wax, Pennsylvania. The only thing I would sit here and say is Georgia, where are you? I mean, because if you talk about the path of least resistance, which to me, if Trump takes Carolina, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, he wins the election, Pennsylvanians are getting out and they're doing their thing, getting voters out early in person or voting by mail according to Jimmy Keatie, can free up resources for campaigns, Keatie said, allowing them to focus their attention on low propensity voters who often play a big role in deciding elections. He says more, I'm sure voters complain all the time about the text messages, the emails, getting the robo calls to go vote. Campaigns are now sophisticated enough that once you do vote and you vote early, those stop. Once a voter goes to vote, those stop, that allows resource allocation from that vote to another voter. He also goes on to say getting lower propensity voters out could play a huge role in states like Pennsylvania and North Carolina, which are both expected to once again be swing states with razor thin margins. Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris holds less than a one point lead in Pennsylvania while Trump has about the same small lead in North Carolina that according to the real clear politics polling average. He says one last thing, which I think is very encouraging for Republicans quote, it definitely signals that A, there has been turnout, but B, also that the base has adopted kind of being able to accept that early voting is a proper and mostly secure way to vote. That will help Republicans compete with Democrats in an area where the Democrats have excelled at for far too long. Quote, as Republicans, you have to start getting the base to vote early. Do mail in ballots and do these things that we know are safe and secure to get people out to the polls. Now, certainly we highlight the shenanigans that happen, but this is a Republican consulting firm providing this data and this assurance that for the most part, it is safe and secure. I find this to be very encouraging. I never would have thought that Pennsylvania would chip away a 35% deficit that they had to Democrats. So if you have done it so far, I don't care what county you're in. I don't care what part of the state that you listen to this show. If you're a part of that 35%, great work. Keep it up. Don't give them that advantage. Don't wait until November 5th. Don't allow the power to go out. The printers to start stop printing the paper to disappear. Take advantage of it. I don't care if you trust it or not. Do what you have to do to give yourself the best chance to win. So I'm very encouraged by that. Do you think that could be in a razor thin margin? Do you think if Republicans have pivoted away from things they despise? Is that enough to get the victory? I think it's going to be extremely close and I think that right now, I think that Trump supporters and/or Republicans are energized, but they can't lose the momentum. And that's why, ironically, when I look at this morning, the fact that we have this 94-page report from the investigation into the Secret Service's failures in Butler, Pennsylvania, I think that any Republicans paying attention looking at that and looking at that failure have another reason to be energized. And on the same day that that report comes out that Judge Chupkin in the J6 case that she releases her report and is bowing to Jack Smith essentially and allowing him to have this huge filing, having it before the election, we've heard expert after expert after expert say that, generally speaking, this close to an election, everything gets put on hold as far as something like this, but not Judge Chupkin though. She's not going to do that and they're all talking about this October surprise. I think that actually works in the favor of energizing both Republicans as well as independents. And so it's really to me this is all about who is energized because overall, Republicans are outnumbered here in Pennsylvania and across the country. And so we hear all the time about people in conservatives, especially who say, nope, I'm not voting, I don't believe in the system. That works against Trump. If they don't come out, if they're not energized, either I don't think those individuals are going to be energized by a mail and vote anyway, but if they don't vote, it's over. And so will they, will this get them to say, you know what, I am going to get out and vote? Because if for no other reason, just to make sure that people in some way see that I did vote and, but other than that, I think that many people are still discouraged by what we see because all odds are against Trump. I mean, you look at this in its entirety with the nonsense, we've never seen this in our history with the persecution of Trump, with the attempted assassination of Trump multiple times. My God. And then to see all the other nonsense that has gone on, I mean, and the fact that Biden, you know, they get him to go aside. First of all, they get him to go to an early debate the earliest in our history in June as if that wasn't planned. And then, oh, he's decided this weekend he's not going to go. And then all of a sudden, you know, emerging from the ashes, you know, like, uh, of Khaleesi and game of three, you know, in, in, in game of thrones or something. I mean, it's like crazy the way this has happened, the rebirth out of the ashes, somebody shiny and new who everybody loves, we've never seen anything like this. And I think history will show and look at all this, uh, history will look upon all of this happening very poorly. You know, it's funny. I texted two people yesterday from real clear politics after I was reading this story and I said, are you surprised that Republicans are doing so well with the mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania and early voting? And they said, no, they'll do whatever they need to for Trump. They're just not energized by other Republicans within the state at the local level. And I just responded back with a question mark and they mentioned three names, Master Gianna Oz McCormick, he said, they, they love Trump and it's not something I didn't know already. Obviously you love Trump, but they'll do what they need to. And that's why you get such great turnout. That's why Trump always overperforms and outperforms the poll numbers. And remember in 2022, when we had ethanol and from, uh, real clear politics, he said the polls were dead after five o'clock for the midterms. Republicans just did not turn out. So looking at midterm results versus Trump on the ballot, two totally different things. And I'm glad you mentioned independence because the Hill had an interesting story and maybe this is why Kamala is going on with Stephanie rule. Maybe this is why Joe Biden is going on the view, uh, but Kamala Harris and the surge that might not be built to last. And they highlight two points as to why Kamala has plateaued in the polls, the two principal reasons to pose the question of how has she or why has she kind of flattened out. The first one, Harris's support in the polls have been plateaued now for two months according to the Hill with no real shift in the race. And this despite an impressive debate performance and more time to introduce herself to voters, although she fails to really introduce and go in beyond the, you know, the entry level stuff with voters, but secondly, Harris has undoubtedly driven support and enthusiasm amongst Democrats. But this is what you talked about on with independence. It is a lot less clear that she has made inroads with independence or swing voters, virtually all of the polling gains that Kamala Harris received were due to Democrats. So that's the thing that I think if you're looking for the positive side of things, I don't know that she has won anybody over that was quote on the fence because in large part, and I think it's by design, she remains a mystery. And that is the goal here because the receipts are out there, right? When you say so many things in 2019 and 2020 and then all of a sudden you walk it back in 2022 and then you flip in 2023 and then you do a complete 180 in 2024. The more she talks, the more she's criticized, the more she exposes herself to the American public. Heck, you're even having Jake Tapper of all people peppering people like Nancy Pelosi on live television about these pivots about these flips. So if you're an independent and I know we only play these little clips and they're small sample sizes, but whether it's people at a grocery store, people in Pennsylvania, black voters in Georgia, no matter what the demographic is and no matter what swing state, you have a lot of these people that are out there and like, I don't know anything about this lady, right? And it goes to show you which, and I was wrong, a lot, I'm like, I think most people have to know who Kamala Harris has been the vice president for four years. Yeah, soccer was saying if we did man on the street, most people would not even know who Kamala Harris is. She's almost like this enigma that has been around forever, but with the way the media drives the narrative of hope and joy and change, if you do have your head in the sand for three and a half years, every election cycle and you only pop back out in like June of an election, you're probably like, oh, this is Kamala Harris girl. Okay, but then you try to tune into her and absorb what she's saying and you're like, wait a minute, I just spent 28 minutes of my life and I still don't know a damn thing about the lady talks in circles, everything's tautological. And I think that's why she's not going to win over those independence that are open mind. But there's independence out there that are Trump haters, you know, that that's, that's that's something that she has in her back pocket as insurance. But I really do think when you look at some of these polls, especially if these polls are razor thin and they're a point or a half a point in either direction, looking at it from a positive perspective, go back to 2020, go back to 2016. All of those leads that Hillary enjoyed or Joe lead a Joe enjoyed. They don't exist for Kamala, which is very fascinating. So I think the, so look at the contrast of what you were talking about with Kamala Harris and the Democrats. The Democrats have it together. Look at what, look at what they pulled off, quite frankly, they pulled off this situation where they saw the Joe Biden, not because of his mental acuity or mental, you know, nothing like that. They saw that he was getting, you know, crucified in the polls and they saw that he was going to lose. And so they said, you know what? We got to get this done and we've got to make sure that we got, we've got to go with Kamala. She'll reenergize the Democrats. They pulled that off because the Democrats always have it together and they're organized. They stand in line. They all, they all get it together. Look at what they've orchestrated. Look at what they've done and the media is the mainstream media is complicit with them. On the alternate side, look at what you were talking about with the midterms with regard to the mastery on mastery and quite frankly, Josh Shapiro has been preparing for the governor's race. I've known him for more than 20 years. So I think no matter who went up against Josh Shapiro, that was, that was tough. And the Democrats outspent the Republicans and outplayed the Republicans. If you remember those ads, you could tell by the ads who the Democrats wanted to go up against. They basically were airing ads ahead of the primary for mastery on as a combat veteran and all of that and people fell for it. So the GOP just gets outplayed that that's just gets played and outplayed, I mean, nine out of 10 times worked, outspent everything. And so that's what happened when you go back to looking at that disastrous all the primaries. Now they fixed it. So this time around when Dave, Dave McCormick came up, you noticed he was the guy. They didn't have this long primary process that they dragged out. It was, it was the GOP's hot mess that, that, that resulted in candidates who first of all were, were beat up for a long primary process and an expensive one. That's part of the whole situation. So the GOP did not have it together and they have, they have to get it together. And sometimes it feels like they're more worried about their own little fiefdom than they are about the big picture. Democrats is, and I'm talking about the, the infrastructure of these parties, who can get it together, who can, you know, say, Hey, everybody, let's line up, let's all rally around a candidate. And if you, and if you are part of that infrastructure, look at Scott Pressler, who's somebody who's an independent, look at Hope Danoff. I mean, these are independent people who are out there in grassroots ways. Scott Pressler should be running the RN. I know. Look at him. Yeah. He's accomplished more on the ground. He's incredible. $12 budget than these other losers. And yet they don't really, they're not the so-called mainstream part of the mainstream GOP. Yeah. So that's really the story here that look, do you think that, that Republicans could have pulled off, what the Democrats have pulled off with an incumbent president, pushing that guy aside, throwing him under the bus, and then bringing forth a veep, a vice president who has never been popular, who has been ripped by the media. And suddenly, haha, here she is rising from the ashes and she's a superstar could never have done that. Never in a million years. You're absolutely right. John in Northeast Philadelphia's got a question. John, you go right ahead, sir. Hey. Thanks for taking the call. Sure. So every broadcaster on 1210 talks about early voting. I'm 73. I always voted at the polls. Yep. How do you early vote? You got a computer, John? Yeah. Okay. PA, I've got the website right here, PA.gov. And there are specific instructions where you can just click on certain highlighted hyperlinked words, vote in person by mail ballot before election day. It says registered voters can request, receive, vote, and submit your mail in or absentee ballot. All in one visit to your county election office. And you can click on county election office. And when you click on that, it'll ask you for your specific information and it will give you the protocol to submit everything online. And then you will receive everything or you can actually do everything right on the site. It's PA.gov or if you just want to Google it, just Google, this is what I just did because I could see your question on my screen or I pulled it up. I googled, how do I vote early in PA? And the first link that pops up is the Pennsylvania State website, PA.gov. Okay. Good. All right. Can you maybe pass that on to the other people that broadcast? Yeah. I think I just passed it on to a couple hundred thousand people. Say what? Yeah. Nobody tells you how. Yeah. Well, that's how you do it. Yeah. But we're just going to go early vote. Yep. So nobody tells you how to do it. PA.gov. Just do a quick. Yeah. You just told me, but I'm sure if I don't know how to do it, there's a lot of older people out there to know. Yep. Don't know how to do it. I'm hoping those people that are listening right now just jotted down that website as well. Thank you very much, John. You can also go to protectthevote.com. Yeah, Linda Kernsite. Linda Kernsite. There you go. I don't know what just happened. How many days do we talk about early voting? We give out these sites. We talk, Linda calls in on all of our, all of our shows across the day parts. And how many times have we said, protectthevote.com or these different sites? And that's just it. People need the repetition over and over. I'll be conditioned. You know? Yep. You're exactly right. Just like I said, we would get to the cut sheet at 7.45. I was rolling again. Yeah. But you took an important call. I did. I did. We got to pass on the right information to those people out there that might not know. So hopefully you jotted that down, P-A dot gov or protectthevote.com. Can company the cut sheet coming up next day right there? We got to talk about home. There's no place like home. He's so good. His timing is so great. His sniffer is always up. I'm going to have him start making my football picks for me. How have they not been investigated? How is this not illegal? How is it not illegal? Just sold more than a half million dollars worth of Visa stock just weeks before a DOJ antitrust loss. How is that not illegal? It's a coincidence. He's just a lucky man, except when he was attacked, obviously, but he's lucky with financial stuff. Man, Nancy Pelosi, shall we say, we have you to get Sean Ferris to do that. He's shan-saki, my husband's just lucky. Please don't bother me, because I should follow him. She snapped to Jake Tabber for dare asking a question about Donald Trump to her. Oh, really? Oh, yeah. That don't go with such frivolity. Yes, she just doesn't. She basically calls them out like, why would you play something so stupid? Why would you ask me something so stupid? And it's normal for 98% of your investments that you make in the stock market to return you millions of dollars, right? It is, they just, they flaunt it. They flaunt it in our face, and nobody does a damn thing about it. Nope. It is unbelievable. You know, think about the lawmakers, the lawmakers, you know, who write the laws. Why would they, why would they write laws such that they couldn't do this stuff? It's because they're all doing it. You know what I mean? He politicians. I hate them all. Yeah. It should be, they should all be in jail. First of all, they should, the starting salaries for all these lawmakers, especially in Congress or even at the state level, they should all make like what a cop, no, what a cop makes, what a police officer is starting salary, and then pay the cops what they make. If you wanted to do recruitment, there you go. Yeah. Just switch it because the cops do much more work than they do. Or you could be like Paul, just, you know, having a cocktail sitting there in your underwear, trading stocks and occasionally taking a hammer to the head. Stop. At these people. At these people. 757, let's get to a Wednesday edition of what's on the cut sheet. What's on the cut sheet on this? When's the sponsored by a Cherry Hill Volvo? Visit Cherry Hill Volvo today. Thank you. Cherry Hill Volvo for sponsoring the ever important. When's the edition of what's on the cut sheet? Okay. We said this earlier. This has just been announced Vice President Kamal Harris will join MSNBC host Stephanie Rule and Pittsburgh for her first one on one network interview since becoming the Democratic president nominee. Now according to the press release from MSNBC's watch the full interview tonight at 7 p.m. on MSNBC, which Nick kale don stands and means what it is not what it's not live. It's not live. It is. Record it. It's safe and I will watch it so you don't have to edited tape and just for the people out there who don't live and breathe this crap like we do like we have to, which is why we should all be in mental institutions. The the the Stephanie Rule is an MSNBC host. She was on with Bill Maher on Friday night. We played this clip yesterday. So just so you know, the unbiased journalist that Stephanie Rule is this is her take on Kamal Harris not doing interviews or putting out policy on Friday night with Bill Maher. Phil, can you please roll out my friend? No. And let's say you don't like her answer. Are you going to vote for Donald Trump? No, I'm not. I'm not going to vote for her. He's not running for perfect. She's running against Trump. We have two choices. And so there are some things you might not know her answer to. And in 2024, unlike 2016 for a lot of the American people, we know exactly what Trump will do, who he is and the kind of threat he is to democracy. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. How does he be? And he was born. Probably a lot of people have a good problem. And you don't know her answer to anything, okay? But you know his answer to everything. And that's why I would never vote for him and people shouldn't vote for him. But people also expected to have some idea of what the program is of that. That is, that is who's hosting her tonight. Imagine the, imagine the sheer lunacy of trying to make and articulate that argument of, well, you don't need to know about product B because I've already told you everything you need to know about product A. That's like being a car salesman. Now, you already know everything you need to know about the Ford tourists. You don't need to know anything about the Honda Accord by the Honda Accord, even though I can't tell you what it features. Would you ever buy that? The reasonable person would say no. So just, just so everybody that's keeping score at home, she's doing an interview with Stephanie Roll on MSNBC tonight. She did an interview with Oprah. When was that? Was that last week? Mm hmm. Yeah. About a week ago. And then she did the sit down with her and Timmy Walls and Dana Bash, Dana Bash. Yep. That's it. She's done. That is it. A debate on ABC, a sit down with Timmy and Dana and an Oprah interview. Think about that. But think about that. Even Biden, though, is doing a live appearance, which is a first, on the view, because he's in New York following yesterday's, you know, he spoke at the UN, et cetera. But he's there in studio live with them. And Kamala is not even live. The guy that they said no longer could do the rigors of the job that has mashed potatoes for brains is going out there and doing a one-on-five, a live interview in front of a studio audience, yet Kamala can only be seen behind closed doors in a quiet setting. And I'm telling you, this is Joe Biden. Part of Joe Biden is looking at this and thinking, you know, feeling like, you know what? They stabbed me in the back and they booted me. And the longer this goes on and the more ridiculous she looks, the more infuriated he has. You know, because he's got an ego. Right? Yes. You know, deep down inside, he despises. He's angry. Yeah. He wanted to try to beat Trump again. They betrayed him. Yep. They, they, they subverted democracy, 14 million people voted for him in a primary. Like Trump said, I'm not a fan of them, but I mean, the guy won the position and then they took it away from him. It's unbelievable. It's unbelievable. I mean, I think they'll take out their own. They don't care. I would love if Trump came out and said, you know, I'm, I'm really, I'm really glad because even after the June debate, you know, our numbers say that Biden, he was a tough opponent. He's the incumbent during tough time. So now I'm glad that it's his vice president, you know, just to like trigger them. I'm surprised he hasn't done that yet. Yep. Turned the knife a little bit. All right, guys, it's been a, it's been a long morning. We've had a lot of really hard subjects, a lot of tough things. We're talking about all the pressing issues that the Delaware Valley, South Jersey, Delaware, everybody that's listening on the Odyssey app and watching on YouTube, can we have a little laughs? You may have a little fun. Let's go to late night comedy. I don't know. Let's call on Twitter if we're allowed to have fun. Okay. That's the new rule moving forward. Late night comedy, late night comedy is just, it's, it's back ladies and gentlemen. So let's go to Jimmy Kimmel. Um, this is, this is how he started his show last night. He started with his head writer, who's also his wife, came out and just, just, just brought the house down with, with her funny comedy, um, just, you know, 11 30 at night, you just want to laugh a little bit. So luckily, Molly McCurney, I think her name is really, um, really brought the house down. Cut 12. They'll go. Oh boy. I said, I said, oh wait, wait, wait, wait, that's my fault. That's my fault. Start it over. Start it over. Sink it up. Sorry. No, no, no. I'm doing a lot of things over here. Sorry about that. Okay. Here we go. Don, well, thank you for your support. And I'm glad I have your attention because one in three women currently in this country is living under an abortion ban because you stacked our Supreme Court thanks to you. Women in 21 states can't make their own choice about their own life and their own body. And 10 U.S. States make no exceptions for rape or incest. The party you run so big and so beautifully, the party that cares so much about motherhood just blocked a bill that would protect our access to IVF. Women are dying and good doctors are quitting because they can't get or give the reproductive care women desperately need. So my advice for you is to shut up and go away. There you go. T-shirt that says, isn't it past your jail time? So we've had this. What was the other show where she did another thing right around? So was this one? Yes. Right. It was right around that. I think it was right around the midterms. In fact, that's correct. Because anytime you want to try to lighten things up on a late night talk show that's supposed to be funny and witty and clever and you want to escape the rigors of your day, of the economy, of your border, of your crime, you have the host's wife give a monologue on female reproductive rights. Yeah. I'm going to start having my wife write the big take. You know, it's a great idea. How do you think that will work here on the show? Late night comedy, guys. And you wonder why Gutfeld is number one by a massive number? You wonder, you wonder why that little five foot two hobbit is number one in the late night ratings, because guys like Kimmel and Fallon and Seth Meyers and Colbert and whoever else is out there making $16 million a year are not funny. By the way, did you know that Jimmy Fallon has now been axed down to four nights a week? I think they all do that now. I think it's a whole late night is like they had to, they had to get rid of, they had to trim the staff by a lot. They're doing four nights a week instead of five that after the writers strike and they made more money. No, I think it's because the ratings aren't just I yeah, I think it's a combination of both. I think you're both correct. I think that it there's just no audience for that anymore. There's just no audience for it anymore. So they're just, you know, they do, they do, I'm sorry, I'm reading a comment here that was just great, no, no, no, this just happens to actually this just happened. I didn't realize this what that they downsize it was just like a like a week or two ago rather than a New York Post there with declining ratings and revenue down. They got to scale back and cut back they they live online. Their clips live online. I think eventually you're going to see these things just become like on demand. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I can't tell. I mean, and I used to, you know, be a big Saturday night live fan. I can't tell you that I probably will this year just because of this, you know, monumental election and the fact they're bringing my Rudolph back to do Kamala. I think my Rudolph's pretty funny, like I'll probably watch a few SNL's live because I'll be up watching college football until 11 anyway. But I mean, I can't tell you the last time I've stayed up live to watch any late night talk show. I've never watched gut felt live once in my life and I think it shows brilliant. I don't know. If they if they were still funny as far as, you know, the so called mainstream network shows, if they were funny, people people would watch it more. I just think they're not funny anymore. Right. Like just take the approach that and forget gut felt for a moment. We just had a meeting yesterday. We were talking about Jimmy Fella and Jimmy Fella's new show here on 1210 and Jimmy takes all the big. Jimmy's not ignoring like Trump versus Kamala and things at the border and the top five talking points and issues of the day, but he does it in such a funny, light hearted way where like, I think you can actually consume his show if you're a Democrat, right? And it's just that maybe, you know what, maybe that's what late night TV should do. Maybe instead of mocking and ridiculing and being just so uninteresting towards Republicans, why don't you actually just lighten it up and be a little more bipartisan and maybe your audience wouldn't abandon you? Just the thought. We mentioned this earlier, this was Nancy Pelosi going after Jake Tapper for reading a Trump criticism of Kamala Harris and she basically said that sound by the Nick plays all the time. Don't, you know, don't bother me with such frivolity. She didn't say that, but she pretty much said it. Like, how dare you? Like, why are you wasting your time with this crap? Cut 12. Uh, filled. Go. Donald Trump saying that Kamala Harris says bigger cognitive problems than Joe Biden. Why would you even cover that? This is a person who's not on the level. He is a nominee for president. He is incompetent. She's so angry. That's how you talk about the silliness of it. Silliness. And the weirdness of it. Weirdness. The assault on women that it is. We're not going to talk issues. Jake. Wow. Jimmy Kelly, I need the, why would you cover that as a drop on my board anytime Greg and Don bring a living that I don't like. I'm just going to play. Why would you cover that? Why would you cover that? But listen to her, did Jacob, did Jacob, you know, clap back at her at all? A little snapback. I just get abused by the former speaker of the house. To be fair. That's a very good question. And Kale, thank you for following up. I don't know. I only saw that. Okay. Yeah, I doubt it. Can't be allowing somebody to come on your show like that. He gave her the Gary from the Dominican Republican treatment that I gave Gary a couple weeks ago. Come on here. Disrespecting me on my show. I'm asking you the question. Answer the question. I'm going to hit you with a follow up. Can I disrespect you on your show? You absolutely can. You sign the checks. It's given. Thank you. And it was 1957. Not 1962. I love you. Come on. Yes. Yeah. I love both. Thank you to all of you. Did I not? Did I not express my love for both of you yesterday? No, it's amazing. How about this? And this is where I'll give the audience credit. Our audience will fact check the guy they love more than ABC can fact check Kamala. So thank you fact checkers out there for being very impartial. Thank you for being a friend. Best audience in radio and give it to you from both ends. RFK Jr. yesterday discussing Robert Redfield who he says he goes after in his Fauci book. He wrote an editorial in Newsweek magazine saying that he was endorsing President Trump because President Trump was going to restore American health and he said a lot of people might be surprised to hear me say that. RFK Jr. addressed this yesterday cut 11. So go. I'll tell you something. I'm interested in what happened today. I actually was going to mention this to Rand. So it was an extraordinary event to me. But Robert Redfield who I really go after in my Fauci book kind of hammer and tongs. He wrote an editorial in Newsweek magazine today saying that he was endorsing President Trump because President Trump was going to restore American health and that President Trump he said a lot of people might surprise me to see this but to say hear me say this but he has chosen exactly the only person who can do this, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was breathtaking to me because it is the guy who is the head of the CDC that I've been criticizing for years and then this afternoon he came over and had lunch with me as the first time I've ever met him and the first thing he said to me is you got everything right. Wow. Well how about that? You got everything right and then they tossed a few bears out. They sent him text messages to a live in New Zealand at a time. You know the thing is with Robert Redfield for me is the way the mainstream media portrayed Redfield compared to Fauci during the pandemic was honestly a disgrace because I always felt like Robert Redfield was qualified and just as accomplished in his line of medicine or whatever you want to call it as Fauci was but you know we were told that you had to just listen to Fauci he is science he is the gospel that's a very fascinating thing maybe some embellishment by Bobby Kennedy where you know you're trying to sell a book and you say well Robert Redfield said I was right about everything but you know what make America healthy again Kennedy he's he's on the right path there's no and I think most people would agree even if you're not a universal fan of Bobby Kennedy is his wife still fans is Cheryl Heinz we're in a wedding ring again I think she dropped it down the garbage she was seen with the wedding ring off a pair Oh well we know that a Lizzie and Olivia Newsie's fiance made a statement because he's also a reporter for Politico I think he made a statement and basically calling her his former fiance. Oh god that story is just for anybody to think for anybody to think that she's a 31 year old beautiful woman is sending Robert of Kennedy June to remember his last name Kennedy is sending her sending him nude pictures and he's he's he's just appalled by it he's but he's being bombarded by it he doesn't know yeah oh my god he had to block her number because so many nude pictures are coming through if anybody buys that I have a I have a piece of land to sell them yeah and yeah on that note do you want to get into the Dan Abrams discussion about the sexism claims with Kennedy what's that like chicken Mary with children reference so no Dan Abrams saying that Bobby Kennedy's getting a free pass amid the scandal as Olivia Newsie's been basically placed on you know some sort of the desk duty if you want to call it that or whatever like I here's my takeaway with all this yeah and I know there's been a lot of like you know coverage of this because it's you know it's salacious but honestly first of all it takes it takes two to tango right we've heard that expression before but as long as it's consensual and everybody's of age and it doesn't involve a minor I really couldn't care less I agree with you like you know yeah now it for I know I disagree this is a this is a news report no this is somebody who was running for president and now he's he's saying that he's joining one campaign and he's campaigning with his wife who is the lovely you know Cheryl Hines who's who's well known and so no it's not okay you first of all you're disrespecting at your your wife in public but it's between them oh yes no I'm not but it's just icky and she's she's half your age she's like your kids age it's nasty well she I mean we said at six o'clock this morning she also dated Keith Overman yeah she was 21 and he was 50 something but I don't think Americans care about this I mean it's tabloid material Bill Clinton article Lewinsky I agree Trump Stormy Daniels as long as there's no victim and no crime I don't really care what these people do in fact I expect it I mean like you're saying Greg he's a Kennedy but it's not like the sis was doing this his brother his brother Michael before he died of playing a football on skis yes you heard that correctly who's playing football on skis which we all do that's what all elitist d bags do the he he had an affair with with like their their 17 year old nanny so like it's not this happens in this family because they're all creeps the Kennedys are creeps thank you all right so don you're bothered by Kennedy doing this with Olivia Newsy what do you think about Trump and Stormy Daniels then it's the same thing a married man with a younger woman I didn't care about that one either well okay the deal with with Stormy that and Trump still denies it allegedly happened nearly 20 years ago this is RFK jr during an active presidential campaign active campaign you are running for president okay right and you allegedly are and you are allegedly sexting with a political reporter back and forth that's the allegation here that they were back and forth yeah he came out through a spokesperson basically and said that it was one sided that basically painting Newsy as Olivia as a crazy chick who was sending him who was sending him nude photos and that he kept blocking her number but that she would email him and say I have this exclusive information that I have to tell you about and he would unblock the number then for her and then she send more nude photos and a blocker again do you believe that right that's the buried in the statement it said the buried way down the statement it said which photos which he found irresistible to look at and I was like there it is yeah so the icky part of this is that he was dude you are running for president this is an active campaign yep and you're an idiot so do you think Trump should not have brought Bobby on well he didn't know well I get that I mean who could I think the point for me is I just care about what you offer to my life who you sleep with doesn't impact my checkbook if you're doing something that idiotic while you're running for the presidency which he was running for the presidency give me a break you're an idiot but he also and that's just poor judgment and if you're the Trump team you don't care that he did this I would think whether you knew or you didn't know and maybe they didn't know but to me you brought Bobby on because you feel like you can get an extra one two three or four percent of voters perhaps to come along that are Bobby supporters that now that he's out of the way will maybe vote for Trump again I just look at the bottom line impact of winning and losing and making my life better as long as again as long as it wasn't a minor it wasn't rape it wasn't you know inset well anything illegal I'm like I it's like okay it's cool to read it's the national inquiry at the grocery store it will just page throw it all right there's there's a lot more I want to get to we have to get to Tony Bruno 830 so we should say burn until nine because we got to the country wait now push everything back so talk about being married if you're if you're Tim walls if you're Tim walls and you're married to Gwen who cut eight fill cut eight fill go you ready let's hear loud and clear like we said mr. Trump mr. Vance please mind your own business oh that was excellent why does she speak but she's talking to four year olds it's the well it's the Kamala factor Kamala talks like she's talking to fifth graders you know like a first day of like a so we're going to read the little the little engine that could and we're going to be and she's the same way it's talking like to a bunch of you and by the way the eyes again I I was thank you Nick here the eyes if you're watching YouTube you can see that she has the eyes she does the clapping and the hand is this is how she speaks to her husband that's my question and she claps like her husband maybe what's with the walls is there was just flail their arms around like they're on a roller coaster it's like you know they're clapping along like having a good all time the only thing I like is I like the eyeglasses on the bridge of the nose that's an astute move to veteran move it's the move I give my daughters when they get out of line I just drop the note that drop my eyeglasses down I look over the top of them kidding they know it's go time then can you play can you play that clip again Philip you ready let's hear loud and clear like we said mr. Trump mr. Vance please your own business oh that was excellent oh that was excellent that's literally how my my prequel teacher talks to my son yeah it's like when you mastered counting one to ten they were like that's excellent you counted to ten very good wow I think the word is weird right folks that's the word we've used last three months in politics weird don't any any truth to the rumor that maybe maybe he enjoys being talked to you like that maybe you're gonna get a spanky again to be consistent whatever they do behind closed doors I'm good with okay none of my business unbelievable and this after she did that whole turn the page turn yes yeah yeah but I think the bigger issue is her husband is running for the vice presidency and so you know I think of you know if you were going for a job and it's really a job interview what if your spouse or your parent then took over for you and that's really I think the bigger piece of this that he's so basically neutered right here that she's she takes over Rob and on the YouTube chats is please don't ever play that again instead of playing that we'll we'll give you something else so this will lighten up your day duty duty duty this actually shout out to I think it was Robert Schwartz that sent this to me I believe he said this to me so I appreciate it I appreciate it anybody sends in requests we always try and play them let's go Harry as long as they're good we haven't had any contributions from him lately this is a mom on TikTok that claims that her kids high school in Pittsburgh it's registering students to vote and telling them not to vote for Trump in high school okay that's according to this yeah let me 18 year olds in high school let me play this because I believe I had to play because mommy uses some dirty language sensor this we believe I think I think I think I got an under control there thank you cut nine Phil go before I store this video I'm going to say this is a personal experience of minds something me and my daughter is doing it and I have proof just in case my video is deleted for no reason I just want to put that out there today my 17 year old daughter was pulled at a class and was told she needed to register to them not only was she told how to register can we suffer the music she was told who she should vote for and these are her words and I'm going to upload proof at the end of this video and I'll come and report to tomorrow because what would happen my daughter on a quiz someone heard who to vote for if I am her mother and I have yet to have this conversation with her about the upcoming election I have not said any consent forms telling y'all that my daughter can register to vote at school I'm gonna just jump right into these screenshots that's just it cuz y'all played with the wrong mom yeah look at this first page just the receipts I'm gonna leave this one for a couple seconds so y'all can read it kid you see what it's talking about yeah some of my daughter who to vote for you're right here's the second page I found by the way to a good time this is what we're going to want to Pittsburgh public high schools telling children who to vote for let's make this make sense I have never seen it like this in my life I have never seen it this is just like disgusting at this point how about that I mean first of all she can't register to vote she's a minor she's 17 she's not 18 and secondly a teacher should never be telling a student and this is something I've always tried to pay attention to since my girls started kindergarten five years ago what are the teachers saying about the presidents what have they said about Trump what have they said about Biden what have they said about Trump what are they saying now about Kamala Harris I mean once my daughters are 18 first of all I'm probably never gonna ever talk politics with my kids while they're in the house that's number one and then number two like I don't even think a parent should be sitting there at 18 saying you need to vote for the Republican or the Democrat your child is now an adult let them do whatever the hell they want I certainly don't want a teacher trying to influence a student and say that according to her that they must vote for candidate X Y or Z. I talked to my kids about I mean I talk in front of them it was 20 20 and 18 yeah your kids just turned 18 a week ago yeah my kids are 10 yeah but I said they heard me talking about news and politics at that age yeah I mean my daughters come down and that if I have you know Fox News on they might hear it in the background but like you know I'm not I'm not doing a big take in front of my kids no but I think that you'll be surprised yeah you'll be surprised at how they ask questions and so my kids will tell you I mean just from the news angle I've been talking to them what I talked to them about is sourcing and I have been talking to them about just in listening to them but talking about these issues since they were about nine or ten that's a journalist in you talking about sourcing right I think that it's important that you talk to your kids because and listen to them because they're seeing this stuff online whether or not parents like oh I just roll their you know what they're looking at no you don't I gave you the story last week when Mia came downstairs and said daddy I got a text from Kalamala I was like it's Kalamala and it was you know the can you donate money and I was like just you know type stop and then hit send I want to I want to get to these really quick before we have to break so this but Jimmy Matthew says that the whole video was BS on tiktok it was just you know it could be I don't know I'm just it could be but she never she's never endorsing she's talking about you know just as a parent she never endorses any candidate I never believe what I see on social media I just put it out there some tiktok this this is unbelievable I don't know if you guys saw this so Nick's a big college football fan so at a University of Texas football game over the weekend a child who appeared to be four years old was throwing back a Michelobotra. The mother was not paying attention now to be fair to the mother so you're you're getting Phil if you can roll cut one it's just it's just a video Nick if you can kind of narrate it yeah it's being shot about two rows from behind over the little girl's left shoulder she's got the koozie now here's my I watched this yesterday yeah are we sure that's not a Red Bull can that looks like a Red Bull can doesn't it a four-year-old drinking Red Bull should not happen either no but you know the kids not gonna die from alcohol poison no I think if you really I think if you zoom in on that I think that is a Michelobotra is it okay because you can see the red okay you can see the red side and to the mother obviously doesn't know it's happening she's you know oblivious now is that is the mother right there with the white hat on because if she is then I can't say she's oblivious she's sitting right next to you yeah now I don't know if that's the mom though but if that's the mom she's within three inches of her kid according to the individual who shared the video on tiktok the mother was surprised to find out that her beer was all gone well she's so happy that Texas is back to being in a lead program she's getting a kid drunk yeah that's a bad look I mean even though it makes it don't it possible to get drunk on Michelobotra but don't uh what do you think that's that's a Michelper that's a Michelobotra right now I mean I'll take it if the mom is not first of all she's the mom is not paying attention what is she's looking for something in her bag you do see your little girl kind of look over to be to be fair though to be fair four-year-olds I don't know how old this girl is but but at this age I know like it is it is damn near impossible to keep eyes on these kids oh yeah no matter what they're doing yeah head on swivel um I always make sure that if if I have a beer on my son that I put it up far enough yeah after I get her anything right yeah we should have a deeper conversation on why women's purses need to be so deep no boy she was in that purse for a long time you ever notice that like I give my wife the keys like here put the keys in your purse we just got to mother-in-law's house or whatever and I hate sticking keys in my pockets yeah I try to get the keys two hours later to leave take you like seven minutes to find them they always sink to the bottom and you find every single other item that you're not looking for except for what you're looking for um don't we need a deep dive on purses ten oh five today I'm in I'll stick around uh one more before breaking for Bruno by the way boys I think Robin and issue with his connection so let's hope that's been a while he's been connected for a while um well I mean it could be I assume they have power there because you know they're kind of in the honest right yeah I have a storm there the cyclone or whatever kind of NFL former NFL quarterback Brett farved told Congress yesterday he was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's disease this is cut to Philgo so yes Southern Miss you have the one that's gotten all the publicity I wanted to help my alma mater and benefit the community Southern Miss introduced me to the nonprofit to see if they could help with the funding I had no way of knowing that there was anything wrong with how the state funded the project especially since it was publicly approved by many state agencies and multiple attorneys including the attorney general sadly I also lost the investment in the company that I believed was developing a breakthrough concussion drug I thought would help others and I'm sure you'll understand why it's too late for me because I've recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's this is also a cause dear to my heart recently the doctor running the company pleaded guilty to taking botanist money for his own use I believe that I got swept up in a civil lawsuit at the instigation of state auditor Shad White okay so I don't recall what actually resulted in that uh issue remember where he was I don't know if he was accused and found guilty of or where that case ever went uh the allegation was that he stole millions of dollars in welfare for money and funds from poor people basically I'm paraphrasing here um but I saw that clip and a lot of people were just hammering him for being a scumbag for allegedly and again I don't know what resulted in the case of what he was accused of doing like I think you can separate the two like that's a terrible thing to do if in fact you did do it but like the people that are like oh well deal with it like you have Parkinson's too bad you're a loser or your scumbag like really the guy's got Parkinson's like I think you can separate like you know condemning what he might have done versus just from a human standpoint like now Parkinson's pretty crummy thing to have to go through yeah but this was a big scandal and people were you know ripped off and they were taken advantage of what he's saying so he's testifying at this at this committee congressional committee he's testifying to say that they need to have better oversight because they what he's claiming is that as a celebrity they lured him into this and he was unknowing and that he had no idea that people were being ripped off that's what he's claiming mm-hmm all right that's gonna do it right that's it yeah yeah we should uh break and uh try and get these technical bugs out of the uh the burnos system yeah all right coming up next hopefully we head down to southwest Florida Tony Bruno standing by for his talk radio 1210 WPHD and the free Odyssey app Tony Bruno how you doing sir good morning everybody yes i am your official storm surge car spot in here and to show you my my chops in the in the world of journalism yesterday i went out to the store to get some stuff because we're working on a lot and we know that the storms coming but it's going to be well offshore of us but we're still going to get storm surge here which is the biggest problem so that's coming up in the next cup by tomorrow we'll have bad really bad weather here but it's going up north and it's going to go into the bend as they call it up there and of course the great Dawn Stensland who worked at Wink News here down here in the Cape Coral Fort Myers area knows full well about three times the Doppler you think people really freak out about weather in Philly you should be in Florida so yesterday i go out we went to the lot and then i went over to Sam's Club so you know what Sam's Club is like Costco bj's yep big store so the line for the gas there and it's 295 now and the line was all way out outside the parking lot people are honking i went inside to get some stuff some provisions you know i i didn't get the butter of the eggs and the milk like people do in Philly when there's a quarter inch of snow predicted as you all know if we have a bomb cyclone or storm cyclone yeah it's coming you know it's coming to Philly but this is the time of the year in fact yesterday was the two-year anniversary of Hurricane Ian that devastated a lot of this area down here so two years later people are you know are sitting around wondering what's going to happen but the good news is after this point of this of the month of September when you move on uh that the likelihood of of hurricanes drops exponentially so it's this area right before October there are still hurricanes in October and some in November but for the most part people here so yesterday my journalism chops kicked in so i go in and i walk into the store and i see all these people and i go into the back where they have cases of water and you know this in Philly from the from the from the virus the corona virus situation people go to the stores and they buy bottled water the entire back of the Sam's Club all the bottled water was gone so i pull out my cell phone and i start doing a little stand-up one mile i didn't have myself on camera it was just videotaping five cases the limit is five cases per person it was gone by one o'clock in the afternoon and i didn't run in there because of the storm i went in there because i'm in the neighborhood i was even looking for water so i go in there and i start taping it i go outside get in my car to leave and there's this Fox 4 reporter from the Fox 4 channel here because you know we have wink we have ABC NBC local affiliates so there was this young woman standing there and she weighs me down and she says hey hey did you just come out of there and i said yes she said what's going on i said so i started talking to her out of my car window my truck window and she says can you come out and do a stand up with me so i get out of the truck and all of a sudden i'm doing a live shot on the local news talking about the you know what's going on inside Sam's Club out so i was the lead story on Fox 4 at five and six last night accidentally doing journalism when we have people in this country who are journalists who are ignoring journalism including the media in Philadelphia and by the way how did that did that john did your body judge josh superior send you an autograph the bomb from his appearance the other day i know josh superior and the war weapons i think they're appearing this weekend at the tla yes we call those the chapero shells they're hot they're on ticket these days done have the sharpie to go sign the thing may have caused an international controversy speaking of journalism i this is perfect for you because you're a journalist dawns a journalist the olivia newsy story with bobby kennedy is taken on a life of its own but also we find out yesterday that olivia newsy is not new to this of dating an older man as she used to have an adult relationship with your old buddy your boy keith operman what do you think about that yeah i read this morning i read in the new york post this morning there's a big expo that keith keith went on and addressed this impending shocker and develop first of all mone many people shocked that keith was shocking up with women i mean that's the first thing but i was but then i read you know keith actually made a big deal of it yesterday he was taking a shot at robert kennedy so here's the thing he takes a shot at robert kennedy because right she was sending him nudes he takes a shot at her but meanwhile he's okay about the fact that you know hey she liked older guys she was 21 i was 50 and as you said earlier Nick nobody really cares about this stuff i mean it just makes keith look like he's some sort of a ladies man but you know he was also with katie terrer who's at msnbc now and i know that story for a fact because when i was doing keith show in new york every friday driving up or taking the train up to new york city you know i i would see the stories and katie terrer trump uh keith lived at trump tower when trump became president so then he moved out and and got another condo because his hatred for trump was so strong that's when he was having a relationship with katie terrer and i know that was a real relationship because it ended with her running out of trump tower late at night with half of her clothes on oh that's how fast you needed to get away from the sun oh oh yes so anyway again listen i don't care what keith does he's a grown-ass man but now all of a sudden he's a hero because he didn't want to live via news he hooked up i think this really speaks poorly of a live via news i agree i have no problem with the younger like robin's a younger woman and she was with me and i'm 17 years older so i'm not going to sit here and pontificate about listen some some younger women like older men there's nothing wrong with that you know what i'm saying unless you're married or you know unless you're running for president or vice president for keith there he should be celebrating the fact that people thought he had a relationship with this olivia news each year we're going to get to the eagles in the fillies because we've got a great a lot of great stuff to talk about that's getting back to the eagles by the way the eagles are holding tryouts again like dick from meal did back in the day when they filmed when they filmed it visible they need to get vince papali and his son vinnie jr yeah because they got no wide receivers left none but well you don't need them if you have saquon barkley i mean that guy's been what said that's my question because i thought it was a good way i didn't think they were going to beat the saints on sunday tony i picked them to lose i picked that whatever i've picked the first three weeks the exact opposite is happening so i i officially no longer know anything about football but let me ask you this where where's this team today without saquon barkley without him i think they're one and two if not oh and three they could be three and oh if saquon barkley catches that ball well that too you know and and the game what everybody went crazy you know in that game a couple weeks as a lana you know he catches that ball and he walks he doesn't even have to walk into the end zone just take a knee and the game's over yep so uh yeah no 91 six or tony keith went from newsy to using an e-gene carol flesh lock 91 alice xer is the is 91 alice xer is the greatest youtube comments yes yes yes yes yes and there's not another show on the planet that can go from the eagles to e-gene carol series or a flashlight by the way i did not have sex with e-gene carol when i was in blooming dales in new york many many years ago when i was working in new york city it's good to know i was always suspicious about you too but i got it is it let's go on rote oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh let's fight let's get this and they were selling flesh life like crazy yesterday and sam's club you got to prepare for a storm no that's a that's a flashlight yes that's a flashlight a flashlight is that like what i use to detect the bacteria like when you go in the hotel no i'll explain you know i'll explain it to you during that commercial thank you sir in the hallway or grab a coffee donnie bruno your thoughts on the fillies division champions for the first time since you and i were doing sports at a different location i was so excited that the other night i went out and started doing donuts in the middle of my street like they were in center city philadelphia they actually the premature fillies pennant clinchings the national league east championship clinching they were they were celebrating on friday night before they even clinched did you see what's going on center city even even elan musk is commenting on all of these side shows that are going on right in front of city hall right in front of pittsburgh i mean well where's the mayor i've got my jim kenny bozo jim kenny we're going to have to start making charrel parker pozo shirts because philadelphia city council and the mayor always seem to not realize what's going on right outside their doors on the weekends when the city of philadelphia descends into this anarchy and and basically i mean it they're they're scenes out of like some hard not horror movie what's the movie where they're running through the desert they're all running the mad max yeah it really looks like a mad max movie every weekend right in front of city hall yeah it's like the joker movie with walking phoenix at the last scene of the first one that came out five years ago exactly and tonya this is what i'm because you know dawn's been covering this in the news and i've been looking at charrel parkers twitter feed uh and since that happened she's tweeted about the fillies congratulations and at least champions then she says she's pleased to open the montgomery avenue bridge no no press conference no visual no audio not even a post on social media condemning what occurred over the weekend i i don't know how that can happen when you're the mayor i saw you responding on because you know me i care about the city i don't care about the politicians the politicians are all the same but the biggest story was after all of this stuff happened the other night over the weekend the philadelphia city council that one woman the roo land roo you know what she was tweeting about bisexual awareness day in philadelphia listen i'm very aware of bisexuals that's why there's l g b t q b is for bisexual if you're not following the alphabet l g b t so b is bisexual do we need a day to recognize bisexuals listen i'm nothing's wrong with it i love bisexual women but the point is the bottom line is how as a city council person in philadelphia can you write about bisexual awareness day after the city looks like as you mentioned man max or the actually actually my buddy luigi was watching the uh the dark night rises yeah you know where where where cane comes out and he blows up three river state or actually where the Steelers play yep and the fields being torn up and what's his face is running down um one of the Steelers is running down the field and the entire stadiums blowing up that's what philadelphia i was waiting for it to happen at the at the eagle state i was waiting for it to happen as citizens bank park luckily the savannah bananas were in town and what a show they are by the way i want to make it the savannah bananas i saw are the greatest sports entertainment troop in not since the harlem globe prodders in the original days those has there been a group of of athletes who travel the country and put on a show like the savannah bananas did they are phenomenal those tickets are harder to get than tailorswift honest to god they are harder to get is that right oh yes they as soon as they sold out citizens bank park as soon as they announced that they go on sale they sell out in like two minutes it's unbelievable and then you put it on a waiting list in every because my son's at that age now where he likes all this stuff so yeah wow all right burno you mentioned tail covering it all here now by the way the Phillies they're hungover game was last night yeah back to the phyllis even though brice harper hit a home run early they got smoked by the cubs and now they threw taewon walker back out there again and he got lit up again that guy should be on that guy should be on on on they should just quietly have him leave the city never to be seen again i know they own 36 million dollars but uh i don't think you'll see taiwan walker even in the in the locker room anymore yeah i don't believe i don't think he's going to make the postseason roster for sure i got it you mentioned tailorswift tickets or greg you did i got to get your thoughts on this there's now allegations based on the slow start that Travis Kelsey has had this year that he spent the entire off-season partying he's out of shape you know doing the whole celebrity circuit tour with his girlfriend tailorswift are you buying into that and then also did you see Harrison butchers jersey the chief's kicker remember the whole commencement speech outrage yeah he has eclipsed Travis Kelsey in jersey sales well you know i that's a great point and obviously harris and bucker because he said the wrong thing talking about how was you know his wife and his kids are the most the the top priority you know he didn't knock anybody else for choosing not to have kids or be like Kamala harris and that whack job well waltz his wife where abortion seems to be it's funny they want to they want abortion they want the government to stay out of people's business but they want the government to control and pay for abortions so you can't have it both ways you can't tell people of mine your own business when you're one of the biggest jokes when it comes to having snitch lines and doing things and getting money you get taking money from china and you're going to tell people to stay out of your business but you're right waltz his wife is absolutely nuts if you think he's nuts look at her eyes i saw you play the clip she is really scary i don't know how these people are going to win and become the president and vice president of the united states well it's just don't understand it's just so odd because she's she's just like Kamala from the standpoint of she's speaking to adults but they're talking to you like like you're in you know second grade and it's back it's like yeah parent teacher night yeah well this is what johnnie did this week and i'm like we're all adults here i mean it's it's weird right isn't weird the word that we used all summer yes they were the ones who were calling everybody else weird and it turns out they're the weirdest of them all ladies and gentlemen yeah very does love the smell of uh fires outside the window though but he does it yeah she did she did you know and filly hitting here in florida when you open your window the the smell of weed permeates the air now all over the country why did she talk to everybody like they're four years old yeah like honest to god it's like everybody yay yeah it's just it's bizarre it's very bizarre by the way you ask me a different question and as per usual i go off on a on a try on a tangent on anything i try to incorporate multiple answers yeah into one quote unlike Kamala Harris who can't answer one question when i'm asked the question i answer five other questions at the same time yeah maybe i should be president she yes she's like a single word salad you're like a word you're like the word salad buffet bar at like a ruby tuesday's where you can just go down but it's a good salad because i mess i mix in some kale yep oh i hear what you did i'm mixing some kale yep i'll put in a little bit of maybe you know maybe some cranberries maybe some gorgonzola cheese i like to mix the salad up wait really really nice and then a nice balsamic you know what i'm saying Nick i'm not trying to get ahead of you because i know you have you know well you could take anywhere you want burn a process burn a good whatever process he wants it but the big debate over the last couple days has been a gravy versus sauce yes and tony you recall that back in the day when we were doing sports you did the Bruno boss of the sauce competition but but as a south philadelphia Italian do you subscribe to gravy only while being my mother being a an immigrant from sisley all the Italians called it gravy and i know there's been a big debate is it gravy gravy is what you put on top of turkey and stuffing to me the Italians call it gravy and but there's this whole debate on semantics about what's gravy and what's sauce you can call it whatever the hell you want you know people call it spaghetti sauce but an Italian family when you make it from scratch and then you make the meatballs and then you put it in the gravy and then you put the sausage in the gravy and then you put the the the lotion in the basket at the end of the dinner you know that it burns his old droopy nuts they don't put gobble in there no you do not put gobble in the gravy or the sauce no we had a boss of the sauce and lorraine rennale i think you know her sure uh we know lorraine rennale she was a traffic reporter she was she's the one who wrote a book about yeah ravy war she wrote she wrote a book called gravy wars yeah and that is something now i know gary stamson gravy is brown sauce is red south philia's gravy exactly yeah you know it's like uh hip but you know wrap his wrap hip hop is hip hop if so you have to differentiate these things and they'll all be correct answers at one ticket of time so a couple of our um our Italian uh sales people here you talk to us about this and they said that if there's meat in the sauce then it's gravy if there's not meat in the sauce then it's sauce is that exactly you subscribe to that as well if you're taking a packet if you buy one of those nor's packets yeah and you just dump it in some water and stir it up that's not great that's gravy because gravy can be made with like powdered stuff and just throw some seasoning in it yeah sauce is made from the beginning you're making the sauce it starts out as a can of tomatoes then you you know you grind it you slap it up you flip it you rub it down and then boom i am not captain bakala i'm not a big bakala fan even though my mother used to hang the fish down in the basement you know the and it gets dried and then you reconstitute it that's what we're gonna be doing if Kamala Harris wins everybody's going to get free bakala from the government area and it's going to be in your basements and even if you don't have a basement it'll be in your crawl space and then Kamala will crawl under there and pull one out for you because she's for an opportunity zones she wants to create economic whatever the hell she's calling it here speaking of that i got to get your thoughts on this on the other side because we've got new information from florida and ron de santa says that the feds when it comes to the trump assassination attempt in west pom are stone walling him but the santa says that it is the state duty duty duty and we will get Tony Bruno's thoughts as a florida resident coming up next scaling company we continue with Bruno not really sure what we did the last 20 minutes shall it was good just amazing was it good for you oh man it was good for me start your day with caylin company weekday morning six till ten and talk radio 12 10 w p h t in the free odyssey app when you have high tide in the morning and that's why tomorrow morning thursday is when people here are going to start worrying about storm surge because storm surge even though the storm is not tracking to come close enough to the west coast of florida down low we are still going to get like 50 or 46 mile an hour winds and that will push the storm during a high tide to make it higher so i may have to go out and do another video where i go out in my shorts with my with my uh hose remember i that one had like a half a million views while i'm out hosing off the boat while the water is just a higher than the boat the boat is actually above the dock so i may have to make one of those other great videos that gets a lot of you know you can make a really serious video you go out and do stuff like that that's what blows up on social media that's how you monetize yourself a man and his hose man and his hose yes i was the wasn't that the sequel to the earnest hemmingway class and cold energy why would you even cover that speaking of the tide being high tony the tide will play georgia on saturday night alabama georgia 745 you get that guy he gives me a go ahead keep going now georgia listen you know i'm an alabama guy because my oldest son was born in Birmingham i aj bruno senior but i'm a junior i'm a junior though i'm concerned though because this game is going to be on abc and donald trump will be in attendance and rumor has it that the abc broadcasters will cut into the game to fact check trump live from tuskalusa yeah well uh well what's his face be there uh david mure who went for the number one six o'clock anchor to be having lower ratings then uh then i can't think of anybody with lower ratings right now by the way you see paramount has blown up its operation today they fired the the anchor who would fly a fire they're they're all these big companies paramount plus is now paramount minus they just they just blew up that whole thing too yeah it's a bloodbath out there from day one it's been a bloodbath i can't say that you can't say that wait until that gets taken out of context cluster and clip by the way you guys have the cut i was thinking whenever i hear something i immediately think the guy is at 1210 yeah nick kales got to get this we got to get the joe bine saying who's next who's next we have that the other day when he was introducing the the prime minister of india he does next there it is i thought it was louder than that who's next part of the who's next part of the little higher stock and here we go three two one who's next as loud as it goes there it is come on jimmy kelly you have one of his love i thought he was more angry than that yeah i know you i got the new trump on the board too get up harry come on let's go yeah by the way we have breaking news at this hour what do we have just announced from msnbc public relations vice president harris guess and guess who she will be joining on msnbc in pittsburgh uh on uh let's see who will it be tonight on msnbc no idea uh Stephanie rule Stephanie rule who went on bill mar show this past weekend and said she doesn't have to answer any questions so now all of a sudden harris is going to join Stephanie rule in pittsburgh for her first one-on-one network interview simply coming the democratic nominee and by the way it's actually going to be taped and then they'll show it tonight at seven o'clock after they edit it down all afternoon to try to make her sound smart and and how bad does this look for her that she's doing another taped interview on the same day where i would imagine within the next two-hour window joe biden will be live on the view yes today we're just going to say who's next who's next well i can see they're looking around and joe's like who's next yes and then they don't get each other and who's next so how about that Stephanie rule was on bill mar basically saying that she doesn't have to do anything and now all of a sudden she's going to go on and get it interviewed by her so that means that she doesn't have to ask her any questions yep is she going to press her for answers nope when she just admitted that there's no reason for her to do interviews if there's no reason for her to do interviews why is msnbc now all of a sudden boasting about it's her first one-on-one interview tell me they're not cooking the books they're making gravy they're turning garbage and no they're turning gold into garbage yep that's what they're doing that's the power of the mainstream media and the corruptness behind it lastly i got to get your thoughts on what's happening in florida uh we found out yesterday and two days ago that de santis says let it's you know their duty duty duty duty to investigate this whole situation and the federal agencies the alphabet agencies the fbi the secret service on down the list not being as open with whatever information they have i mean this is why the american people tony do not trust these agencies trump said two assassination attempts now we find out that the second guy his kid gets arrested for having child pornography we read you the letter a few days ago and then trump has a again post last night on truth social and on x that it's iran that's out to get him and they have a hit team potentially in our country right now that could kill him yeah i mean the way that the way the department of justice is handled this you know they don't they don't release any of the manifestos of these killers who are shooting up schools because you know most of them have been translated so they refuse to release those manifestos but within days you know you got what's this fake marrick garland out there talking about what we have to release this stuff why do you have to release that to the public it doesn't make any sense you're telling what this guy's doing and by the way how would a guy who's broke offer a hundred fifty thousand dollar bounty on the next person who maybe can go out there and kill trump for real yeah you're exactly right where is he getting that from we were told the guy made three and i understand this is doing the right thing yeah this is a this is a it's a federal crime and now they tacked on assassin you know attempted assassination yep so this guy's never getting out of jail and so the bottom line is the government seems to care about releasing secret information about investigate ongoing investigations only when it suits their cause and marrick garland that's why that's why trump has to win and again kamala harris should never be anywhere near a mcdonald's she should be make she should be working the fry room in mcdonald's she should be over the hot oil and make sure when when the beeper goes off it comes up she gets those fries put some salt on and throws at it that's her qualification because garland and all these people they all have to go that's the only way you clean this out if they if kamala harris wins all these clowns the people who judges they all stay in power all these dei hires stay in power yep you're right mayor p i agree with you have to do if you want mayor p in these people out harry get your fat ass out of the couch you're going to vote for trump today harry by the way the house i can't wait to hear kamala harris say i grew up a middle class kid i was raised it's even in her ads now that's that's her whole thing you know i'm looking for uh uh uh what's the con let let's see economy like we want here hopes and dreams big dreams and aspirations opportunity opportunity economy yeah an opportunity economy yes indeed or he said don't we have an opportunity economy yeah it's called you get a job you got an opportunity and you make money or he said that's what an opportunity yeah don you're gonna say just to your point about uh today there is this is an unclassified briefing from the fbi this is the house task force investigating the two assassination attempts against trump not just involving the 94 pager that we've got more information on on butler pennsylvania but as well the florida one so we expect that today and tomorrow they're having all of these reveals we're gonna learn more to your point earlier yep yeah and they're and you know what's going to happen they're gonna they're gonna stonewall and i hate the word stonewall because like listen i love stonewalls being in a tie you know we used to build stonewalls you know the pope has stonewalls around him as he's telling everybody to let people into the country and the pope's out there not letting anybody into the into the vatican but enough about that but i have one last thing about kamala harris yeah not going to the you know to the dinner which is the catholic dinner put on by the archbishop of new york or the cardinal or wherever his name is cardinal dolan is that his name yep the al davis dinner yeah not the al davis that's the former coach of the raiders and the former owner of the raiders and the raiders will not be back they will not be back al smith al Smith you're all thinking sports the raiders get it back to the raise al davis used to say one thing we must establish early in the game that the quarterback must go down and he must go down hard they're reporting that that trump will attend yeah the al smith chair and it's right in his warehouse it's perfect for him and you and that's the thing no because every all the candidates do it hillary and and trumped it and they were poking jokes they were from all the harris can't even add lib a funny line right she would have to have a prompt you know people are talking about this during that Oprah debacle last week she was reading from a prompter did you see that did you cover that stuff she really was reading from a prompter yeah oh i think Oprah at that moment she's thinking dang i should have run yeah that's what Oprah's thinking yeah i should go for it to trump again could have won i mean that's what Oprah's thinking oh yes well we said this i said if Oprah would run she would win she would win if Michelle Obama would have won but common was not either one of them that's the that's the problem with the whole equation is they're trying to make it out like she's Michelle or she's Oprah and she's not and that's the thing you know you talk about she can't ad lib which is why the al smith thing would not work for her but you know all we ever see from her is laughing and giggling so you say oh okay on the surface that's probably a comfortable setting for her but i don't think her people even want to unleash her in that setting because it would only work against her but what does that say about her if she can't handle that setting she's never going to go on if we if people can't see this by now if if you still think that she's qualified to run the president the the the biggest country on earth the most important country on earth the most powerful country on earth then you need to get your head examined i agree absolutely i mean it's just embarrassing it's embarrassing that she has a chance to be the president of the united states not just because she's a woman i mean Hillary Clinton was more qualified than she is sure and that's why Hillary's out there pimping her because she wants a gig she wants a gig in this administration that's why but don't you think also the deep down inside that Hillary from a vengeful spiteful side does not want to see Kamala win and do something that she could not do because you still know it chaps Hillary's keister that she lost eight years to trump now that's a bad visual nick hillary chap hillary keister just looking at her face then you have her husband and is uh it burns his old droopy knobs thank you gentlemen all right bro we got to get out of here i got to give stocker i got to give stocker credit for the drops today i mean he is on point today that he's on point that's all that's all that's on the kale that is on that is on the kale oh Nick you're firing up there you're firing the drop in yeah i've got a whole new board i'm in love with right now radio 101 the only thing we need for having her today as we get ready for a tropical storm surge cyclone boom cyclone yeah is must i need mustard today from out with my governor they were praying for you guys mustard mustard now will it be okay and you know i'll be on my social media accounts doing live updates i'll be on fox 4 wink whatever channel you need me to go on to you'll find me at a parking lot filming sandbags this afternoon i'll be filming sandbags at a publics near you win dixie publics wherever you are i'll help you fill up your sandbags how's the uh how's coming by the way it's it's moving along we got to get this we got to get this dried in before these storms come yeah but we got most of the windows in the second floor all the framings done so uh now i need their contributions i want everybody to reach down deep in and send me five dollars if everybody listening sends me five dollars i could buy a couple of ceiling fans all right i think good stuff buddy we'll talk to you next week thank you tony all right guys great job good night everybody having this good night god john faderman eagles yeah and good night everybody yeah there he is he couldn't hit a bull's ass with a face fit oh geez morning mystery movie clip coming up in about six minutes by the way did you guys speak of eagles this weekend did you see tom brady is going to be in the announce booth for the eagles bucks tom brady is looking fabulous now boy look at you literally yeah how would you how would you grade him so far dawn three three weeks his looks he's looking good great whatever you want well i never i listen to our local guys i listen to you but i'm meryl and mike right now i think yes i love yeah meryl and mike i listen to them but tom is a little i can't i can't i mean he's looking good yeah so i like to look at him and then i listen to our guys yeah what's louder think about that they've been married a hundred years he doesn't he doesn't care so can you bring me some more of those wings look at whoever you want you can look at it yeah i'm bringing wings like tom dawn but i've been doing the wyp with mike for 52 years has it been 52 years seems like it all right let's get to some of the news some of the stories break first on the other side of the video clip as we continue caylin company it's caylin company on demand from talk radio 12 10 w p h d and the free odyssey app time for dawn stencil and big three at 9 23 it's the big three nine on caylin company big three at nine sponsored by indeed today the fbi will deliver an unclassified briefing before the house task force investigating the two assassination attempts against former president donald j trump and so this panel ramping up its probe into the attempted assassinations of trump scheduled to hold their first hearing tomorrow so this briefing by the fbi which again is unclassified so we will learn new details today we learn new details yesterday afternoon late about all of this some some shocking new details and headlines we've been talking about this morning but members of this house panel weighing a trip to florida later this week as well to visit the actual site of the second attempt they say on trumps life and that is we learn more about the assist the attempt on trumps life here in butler pennsylvania and in that one the headline is that the lead secret service agent did indeed have some red flags there did not share them that's that's the headline of that report they came out just yesterday afternoon as far as the visit by one president zalensky velatimir zalensky here in pennsylvania we talked about this before that the acranian leader had visited that factory here in pennsylvania over the weekend surrounded by democrats leading democrats including governor josh shapiro including senate democrat bob kasey jr who is obviously fighting in a very close race against republican dave mccormick and so all of these democrats here flanking zalensky on one hand they're concerned that shapiro was signing with a sharpie some of the ballistics that presumably would go on to be used against russia kill russians there is a national security issue but as far as this house gop um the members there investigating the visit and asking whether or not taxpayer dollars were used to facilitate the visit which would they say violate federal laws and ethical guidelines because they they claim that this was a campaign visit i was just going to say how is this not for an election interference i the guy that it's been funneled hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars in weaponry is openly campaigning on our country's turf for one political administration have you has that ever happened before that's the claim here and that's what they're clearly irked about now they've pushed back uh they've pushed back on it but these are um nine republican lawmakers so this is not bipartisan raising these concerns that zalensky the Ukrainian president obviously flew in a c 17 military aircraft received secret service protection so this hits a sore spot because of the above story that i talked about it with drum and uh they say that foreign leaders routinely fly in u.s military aircraft while while traveling within the u.s but they've they've now directed their request for information to the inspectors general of the defense and justice departments so this could have serious ramifications yeah i'd say so and then and then hitting a lot of nerves on a lot of different levels and this as zalensky you know we've learned we'll go home with another at least third of a billion dollars and the weapons of course yeah you don't think he's gonna come all way over to american soil and not leave with a bag again do you so a lot to unwrap here as we as we talk about it but we here's here's what we can look forward to tomorrow morning and friday morning on kill and company we're gonna have a lot of new stuff to unpack as far as all of these investigations that are coming to light so we'll talk about all of that and a good cut sheet tomorrow yes Kamala and joe doing great television press conferences and interviews yeah one on tape which is um the vice president but the live one will be joe biden yeah the guy that you know gives cognitive uh abilities have slipped he's able to go on the view yes take all those fastballs and those hard-hitting questions he's going to get peppered with and once again abc and the spotlight yeah uh we also have i'll just turn you to the eagles eagles yeah and tony bruno alluded to this but you have you know several of our philadelphia eagles especially cj carner johnson who the saints obviously traded to the eagles two years ago and he he claimed that there were some real cheap shots that should be investigated during the game even though we won and as far as darius uh slay jr you know he took that now he darius lee jr put out on social media that he's okay but some dirty play that's the allegation here the saints you know shooting back on that and saying no we weren't playing dirty and giving cheap shots but the eagles sticking with us saying yeah you did yeah and the saints have a history of that as well with the bounty gate so nasty boys mm-hmm so inspired a sponsor by indeed need to hire you need indeed they're all on one platform helping you attract interview and hire candidates all from one place indeed's interview tool lets you schedule and conduct those virtual interviews right from their website just visit indeed dot com slash credit thank you indeed for sponsoring our big three all right on thank you very much get to this winner here in a second but we do have in regards to your first story there's new timeline details this is according to the post millennial where they are saying as of this morning it has been released that the secret service was informed of crooks 27 minutes before shots were fired in butler p_a_ and trump was told never to get off of the stage let me just read you these two or three paragraphs let me grab our movie clip winner here the u_s senate report on the trump assassination attempt by thomas matthew crooks in butler p_a_ on july 13th was released on wednesday morning which is today and it reveals as senator richard bloominfall warned it would shocking security failures remember we played you that clip on the cut sheet maybe a week ago where he said you're going to be blown away by this uh... and the shocking security failures of the secret service that agency knew that crooks was on the building for twenty seven minutes ahead of the attempt on trump's life which killed one man and injured others they say the following details at approximately five forty five p_m_ secret service personnel were notified that local law enforcement observed a suspicious person with a rangefinder near the agr building seven minutes later by five fifty two p_m_ at least eight secret service personnel had been informed approximately two minutes before shots were fired the report reads the findings of the report list twelve key points of complete and total failure where secret service should have taken action to protect the president and take out the shooter and completely failed to do so i'm going to retweet it uh... and they go through the twelve points um... in this report but i i just want to highlight that twenty seven minutes so most people have not given me any pushback on on the air or on social media of my belief that this was allowed to happen and an inside job so i feel even i don't take pride in feeling more vindicated because it makes me sick to my stomach to be honest but if you don't believe that this was a setup then you have to explain to me how the secret service of the united states of america whose sole mission when they are in the presence of a current or former president is to protect that person's life at all costs could go twenty seven minutes then allow a shot to go off that clips is here and if not for intuition pure luck divine intervention a man upstairs whatever you believe in whatever you want to call it came that close if he doesn't turn his head he is dead today twenty seven minutes i rest my case i imagine there are a lot of americans looking at this and and it's horror it's actually to me it's horrifying to to actually digest the words that you just said that people that would would not trust those surrounding uh... president or former president and and that i think it's just you have to take that in for a moment and i hate to think that because you know we all have trust in our institutions previously and and now this is a time in our country where for many different reasons post-pandemic i think a lot of americans are trying to grapple with this and wrap their brains around the fact that either you think this was just complete incompetency which is what most people are saying that they were incompetent i think a lot of others are saying no no no they just said let's let something happen it's all either way you look at it it's horrifying i agree this is the caylin company podcast from dark radio twelve ten wphd and on the free odyssey app on a busy day in which joe biden will be on the view Kamala Harris will do a one-on-one pre-recorded interview on msnbc and trumple i don't know hit golf balls continue touring the country doing rallies being shot at who knows let's find out what stalker has left over for a wednesday edition of the cut sheet part once on the cut sheet i do i'm starting to cut five here phil yesterday joe biden gave his final address to the united nations it was the united nations right on yes yeah um talking about how he faced a very tough decision over the summer very tough decision in order to uh a pass off pass the reins to Kamala Harris cut five phil go this summer i faced a decision whatever to seek his second term as president was a difficult decision being president has been the honor of my life there's so much more i want to get done as much as i love the job i love my country more i decided after 50 years of public service it's time for new generation of leadership to take my nation forward with such frivolity okay why would you talk about how i held a gun to your head and forced you out there i was just going to say Nancy Pelosi has a word has a word for you doesn't she joe acts like he's in a relay race at a track and field event where he just handed off the baton to kamala saying i've ran my 250 yards bring it on home maybe that's what that uh he also talks about uh the botched uh afghanistan withdrawal saying it was the right decision cut ten cut ten phil go we need to end the air of war that began by 9/11 vice president to president obama he asked me to work to wind down the military operations in iraq and we did painful as it was when i came to office president afghanistan to replace vietnam as america's longest war i was determined to end it and i did it was a hard decision but the right decision four american presidents had faced that decision but i was determined not to leave it to the fifth was the decision accompanied by tragedy 13 red americans lost their lives along with hundreds of afghans in the suicide bomb i think those lost lives i think them every day who's next uh you're not next anymore sir you know what's amazing to me is i i with all of the veterans that have come out and spoken about how awful that withdrawal was and how much of a botched disaster it was you notice yet at least to my knowledge i haven't seen it on social media we haven't talked about it on the show we have played it on a cut sheet segment i haven't seen one veteran one military member come out with a rebuttal to the way people have covered the botched afghanistan withdrawal like usually there's other people that give you a pushback well it didn't necessarily go down that way it wasn't this bad or it was actually nobody has come to the defense or the aid of joe with that decision yeah um all right let's uh let's get to some voicemail sure what do we got on the old voicemail machine here uh let me just fire this up here fake odds now the old voicemail machine uh oh the hamsters aren't running in the wheel here we go just real quick remember that house panel recently advanced the contempt resolution against blinkin over afghanistan oh just to update that okay duty what have you created what have we started duty duty what have we started my my duty as a host yeah is to leave the remnants of what i say percolating in your brain throughout the remainder of the day gotcha and if i can accomplish that through duty duty duty i've done my duty not right okay just for instance i heard about the tick tock i registered to vote in high school i was fifty two i'm fifty three years old i registered right after i turned 17 it took us all into the auditorium and had all the the boys you know felt it starts to fill out their selected service forms and this day said that was an opportunity to register votes so all our registrations were in prior to us turning 18 they didn't endorse anybody but we did register in high school at 17 prior to our 18th birthday i think it was six months out they didn't like april june near the end of the year of our junior years when you were 17 they brought you into a room to register but i think the issue was was that this mother took issue because they were telling her who to vote who to vote for on top of it yeah and i was gonna ask that individual that left that voicemail and if you don't know what we're talking about it was a mom and her daughter 17 years old is that i think it was pittsburgh you said um they posted a video with the screenshots and talking about the school pulling the girl out getting her register at 17 and influencing her who to vote for like i would like to know what the timeline is is she turning 18 tomorrow next week six months from she said october 5th okay so it is beef so she and by the way there were i think that mom went to the school did a whole series of things so i think the mom is a legit mom because she's confronting people at the school good and she has every right to do so kamala kamala kamala patience just ate my cat captured and murdered it beat it up no with a baseball bat oh man kamala kamala kamala patience just ate my cat illegal alien fancy feast bellies are getting fat so delicious go me christias meow i'm suspicious meow i think my cockers spaniels next kamala kamala kamala kamala he
