We questions for Week 4 in the NFL for every matchup on the board. I am Chad Parsons, closing out a busy week of guests of data, of dynasty trading, and now on to Week 4 on to the matchups. And let's start with Pittsburgh and Indianapolis. For the Steelers, will George Pickens have his breakout game? It's 13 receptions over three games, zero touchdowns. Colts are plus 32% for those opposing wide receivers as a matchup. I bought on the flip side for the Colts. It's tough matchups across the board. We know that for the Steelers. But as the Pittsburgh defense been tested, her cousins was in his first start post Achilles injury. Will Week 5 be the biggest buy window for Anthony Richardson? The schedule softens with Jacksonville matchup up after this. So if Anthony Richardson struggles, this could be a golden opportunity to buy for a discount if that Pittsburgh defense holds up against the quarterback that should be running a little bit more. This week. Broncos and Jets on the Broncos side. It's tough matchups across the board for the skill positions. But the most exploitable is wide receiver. Is Josh Jacob, Josh Reynolds a sneaky streamer? He's at 1.81 yards per route run. That's the best on this team. And frankly, if they're going to take a deep shot, Portland Sutton has struggled and Josh Reynolds versus expectations in August has been the overachiever here. So he's on the streaming radar this week. For the Jets, Denver is an elite and tough matchup there versus wide receivers. But I then it's exploitable. Tyler Conklin is the key uptick player here after 5 for 93 a week ago on six targets. I think for that tight end position for the Jets would be involved yet again in week four. Rams and the Bears for the Rams. Is this finally a Kobe Parkinson game? He's been on the streaming radar considering his market share of routes. And they already have dropped their two notable wide receivers. Chicago is tough against wide receivers but are soft against the tight end position. Parkinson yet to have 50 yards in a game or more than five targets. This feels like the spot for Kobe Parkinson. If it doesn't happen, I think we should be shifting our expectations wildly against him as a potential streamer once by week start. For the Chicago Bears, is this the Caleb Williams get well game? Keenan Allen is trending back, full strength weapons and the Rams. It's a green light for all opposing skill positions. Kyler Murray, Brock Purdy, both three touchdowns the past two weeks against this Rams defense. And they've only had one interception on the season. This is the signal. This is the matchup for Caleb Williams to truly get well after a clunky first three games in the NFL. Vikings and the placards for the Vikings. Is this the Aaron Jones revenge game? It's rhetorical. The answer is yes, but how will he perform? Well, Green Bay has been relatively good against the passing game, but they gave up a 130 plus total yards to second one Barkley as well as Jonathan Taylor already this season. And Aaron Jones, the moniker as it always applies, ride him when healthy and he is currently healthy. On the flip side for the Packers, is this the Tucker craft game? Easily the best matchup against Minnesota is against tight ends. They're plus 26% was a matchup. Tucker craft has been the clear starter over Luke Musgrave and Gordon Love was close last week. Feels like his return is imminent here. Obviously as we head into the final verification 90 minutes before kickoff for the Packers game, but Tucker craft feels like a big winner here, considering Minnesota's efficiencies against the position. Eagles and Buccaneers for the Eagles. Second one Barkley is set up to thrive again, plus 22% in terms of that Tampa Bay running back matchup. And they also have no Devonta Smith, AJ Brown's a question mark, but he's trending the right way. And Dallas Goddard feels like someone might want to cover that guy after he goes for more than 150 yards a week ago. Or Tampa Bay, this one's easy. Is this the Mike Evans bounce back spot? It feels like that's the easy answer is yes. Eagles struggling mightily against wide receivers. They're plus 44% versus neutral situations. And Mike Evans only 59 yards over the past two weeks. Saints and Falcons, big divisional matchup here early in the season for the Saints. Can Alvin Camara overcome a tough matchup? The Falcons are an avoid matchup for running back. They're minus 34%. But Chris Olave is iffy and a wide receivers are a tougher matchup for opponents. They're Falcons yet to allow a running back touchdown. They've also held them in check as receivers. This is a tough spot for Camaro. We know he can we can get through with high volume, but just know this is one where I have tempered expectations for Camaro. For the Saints, will Kyle Pitts shake out of his funk? The Saints are tough against everything, but I didn't. Plus 42% and they got shelled by Dallas Goddard a week ago. Bed Online, the game starts here. Bengals and the Panthers, how about for the Bengals? Is it Mike Gessicki time? Yes, T Higgins is back and positive vibes in general with the Bengals, even though their record is subpar. The Bengals, they can get well here against the Panthers. Panthers are horrific against the tight end specifically and for Gessicki. This is a spot where again a lot of times you get the attention going towards Jamar Chase. You get to go T Higgins who was close on a couple of big plays a week ago. But Mike Gessicki here has the optimal matchup against the Panthers. On the flip side for Carolina and Chuba Hubbard continue his Andy Dalton infused run of production. Last week positive showing Cincinnati is tough against the passing game in general but can be had against the running backs. So the clear match up here is Chuba Hubbard. Let's see about the positive game script but even if it turns negative, Chuba Hubbard is one that can win with his receiving game involvement down the stretch run of this game and come back. Jacksonville against Houston. For Jacksonville this one is clear. Brian Thomas, breakout game feels like the play. Houston is tough against tight end also running back but a little bit exploitable plus 15% against wide receivers. Brian Thomas has put together facets of every single one of his games. He has a game with a touchdown. He's got a game with 50 plus yards. He's also got a game of five plus catches. He's yet to put multiple of those together into a performance and really unlock a new level of ceiling through three games in his young career. He feels like the spot. He crosses out at least a couple on that bingo card. Houston Texans, is this the CJ Stroud get well game? Stroud with two touchdowns and two interceptions over the last two games. Pretty much a subpar effort over that time. He had a stinker against the Vikings. Jacksonville, they're plus 28% for that quarterback matchup for opposing offenses. So CJ Stroud even without Tank Dell, that means good things for Nico Collins, good things for Stefan Diggs. And I think Dalton Schultz also a little bit sneaky spot here. If you haven't been using him in lineups and you are down the dial, maybe missing your top usual tie then. Washington and Arizona. For Washington, Brian Robinson really needs to take advantage of this golden opportunity. No Austin Echler. Arizona is a negative matchup for opposing wide receivers and tight ends. But a target matchup at plus 17% for opposing running backs. So Brian Robinson step right out. This is a massive spot. He's always look good. Despite smaller sample sizes at as a receiver. And now with no Austin Echler. Jeremy McNichols is going to be the very weak and distant running back to golden opportunity here for Brian Robinson to exploit it. With his best game. Arizona. This is the quarterback adjusted strength of schedule matchup which is Washington. And Baker Mayfield, Daniel Jones, Joe Burrell, all of them. Two plus touchdowns against Washington. Easily the number one matchup to target for wide receiver as well. So this is for Kyler Murray to Marvin Harrison Jr. for all the rosters. All the lineup decisions. I don't care if you're strong at wide receiver. Figure out a way to get Marvin Harrison Jr. into your lineup this week. Patriots and the 49ers for the Patriots. Is this the game's new in Polk breaks 15 yards in a game? I say that tongue and cheek because it's been a frustrating experience. They haven't had a whole lot of success at wide receiver. And yet Jalen Polk continues to be one that doesn't see quite enough snaps for my liking. It's a tough matchup for Hunter Henry. And what else do the Patriots really have? 49ers are getting healthy overall. So hello, negative game script here. And Jalen Polk is the one that really does need to have his best game. And it's a low threshold right now because he's gotten by to some degree on finding the end zone. 49ers. Is this the brand and IU breakout game? The quote unquote three season is over. Patriots are tough against the run. But they're plus 13% for wide receiver matchups. Iuke with three games of fewer than 50 yards and zero touchdowns. It is definitely his time to shine this week as the 49ers in general get healthier. Final game on the board. We have the Buffalo Bills. We have the Baltimore Ravens, one of the feature and clinical matchups of the week. Both tight ends are going to be featured here for the Bills. Dalton King Cade for the win. Question mark as Ron Burgundy would say, plus 83% for tight ends in that Baltimore matchup. King Cade rising by the week. He was up to 13 points in week three. Yet he's yet to post 50 yards in a game. So don't King Cade. He's had moments, but really this is the time to start putting it together. The building blocks for that breakout season that was projected for us. Baltimore is more dangerous alive. We need to do a pulse check here. He was shut out last week as Baltimore and their run game thrived. Buffalo is a tough matchup against wide receivers, neutral against running back. But plus 83% there for the tight end matchup. Mark Andrews, just six for 65, zero touchdowns in three games. He's one of the best tight ends in the NFL. So this is an optimal spot for Mark Andrews to a show proof of life. Number two, post his best game in the season. Number three, just maybe he's going to show you why you shouldn't be doubting him. And again, having that proof of life check through three weeks. Because a little bit of screwy stuff in terms of plays run, routes available. Mark Andrews may be not being 100% healthy coming off of a car accident. And so there's a lot of possible explanations here. You know what, Mark Andrews posting one of those strong games that he's been known to have would basically quell all of those things. So he could easily be a guy. We double down with some buying opportunities in the trade market one week from now. Or it could be those trade doors and explorations. Those doors just shut violently. They go into combination lock and they got guard dogs in front. They got laser beams like Mission Impossible. All of those discussions are now null and void. Absolutely a possibility as we go into week five. All right, that is going to do it here. Looking at the key questions and key matchups for every NFL team set to go on Sunday for week four. Good luck in your matchups, everybody. We got a busy week coming up and by week and by week. Again, begins in full and week live. I'm Chad Parsons. Until next time, never settle. For the ones who get it done. Bingo. All right, Phil. We're recording now, so it's live. Go ahead. Pick on me the way that you want to. Did I say that? I would say that to my son. I mean, come on, man. Just go. This isn't CBS. All right. Be quiet for a few seconds. Why would people want to listen to the Sims complete podcast? Well, a couple of things. One, if you like to see sons pick on their father, this might be the place. If you want to see a place where the father just kicks the **** out of his son, this will be the place. What do you like about it, Matt? Ditto. Father, son, dynamic duo talking about the game of football that we love and share and appreciate together. And you know, hey, it's an extension of what we did, right? Growing up. I was able to watch my father play football, then obviously watch him as a broadcaster. And then he taught me the game of football and share the wisdom that he learned throughout his playing career. And, you know, hey, sometimes we're full of it and sometimes we actually know a thing or two. Well, we do do a lot of research. At least I do. You, you little spotty, but you know, you're, you hang in there. It's fun. I love doing this and it's been awesome. Sims complete.
