430: One Last Talk with Andy

Broadcast on:
29 Jan 2024

We’re doing something different this week as we continue to mourn the passing of our dear friend and frequent collaborator, Andy Morton. Back in this past November, Will was keeping Andy company during one of his chemo treatments and the two decided to record a quick 20-minute interview about Andy’s experiences with his cancer fight and how he was doing at the time before things unfortunately ended the way they did and we lost him a couple weeks back. We figured it would be valuable for people going through a similar situation or curious about what it’s like, but honestly just getting to hear Andy again feels so good during this painful, unbelievable time when we’re still struggling with the fact that he’s gone and we can’t have one more talk with him like we used to. Which is why we knew it couldn’t just go on the patreon as was the thought at the time it was recorded, but needed to be shared with everybody else out there still missing Andy something awful.

Anyway, we hope you enjoy this very special episode, and we’ll be back to our regular bullshit next week, as best we can. We love you, and we hope you’re all doing well out there, all things considered.
