Above anything else, I want fans to take away that this was a good win against a solid team, especially to just beat the 49ers. I'm feeling good. I don't really have any negative emotions with this game. Of course, you can think about the things that could have went better, could have did wrong. I mean, could have went better than what they were, but it's a good win nonetheless. - Exactly, exactly. It's a good feel out there. I think everybody, it was a very tumultuous week on Bears Twitter, man. I'm glad that we were, they were able to get this win today, man. So yeah, the Bears 124, 218. Caleb Williams was 17 to 23. 157 yards passed and one touchdown. No turnovers, DeAndre Swift. Real good game for the running game today, man. DeAndre Swift has 16 carries, 93 yards and a nice 36 yard touchdown burst of the head. Roshawn Johnson had another seven carries with 26 yards. He had a goal line touchdown. Colleen Herbert was nowhere to be found. DeAndre Swift also led the team in receptions, seven receptions, 72 yards. Call Coma had three, Digi Moore had three, Ken Naland had three. Roma Dunes, they only had one. They held stat papper to 2020. Not still fishing, Dave Fim, but he did not have a touchdown. He threw an interception. Should have been two. - Should have been two. - In Japan, kept his feet in bounds. But, you know, the offensive line much, much better too. But what's just some of your, you know, kind of opening thoughts about this game? - I think the defense was a little bit more pliable today. I would say it was probably more of Ben, but don't break defensive performance by them. The defensive line, it was gonna be Ben, but don't break. That's the best way you can look at it. There were some portions of some sections of the game that I wish I would have solved better from. For instance, Matt Stafford is notorious at beating the blitz. He's notorious at being a play action pastor. That's what he does. And if the blitzes are gonna get there immediately, I mean, literally immediately. As soon as that ball is snapped, I would hold off. I would disguise them. The stunts don't work for the defensive line. It just needs to be better. So yeah, there were some things that I could have, I wish would have been better. But all in all, I think the defense played really good. The offense came back. I mean, four scoring drives is unfortunately unheard of as a bear's quarterback. And to see that happen with the offense was a really positive step forward. Overall, if I were to grade this offensive in defense, I'd say that the offense was probably a B. B minus C plus defense was probably a B minus B plus or B minus a regular B. So it was a more balanced approach from the offense and defense today. A little more complimentary, at least in my own personal opinion. - I agree. I think for me, I just feel good, man. I just feel good. It's been a rough week. It's been a rough week for the Bears. It's been a rough week for Bears fans. - Right, right. - A lot of mixed emotions. I think that nobody was wrong. I think that even I succumb to some of them. I think I challenged them. They get to a fight on Tuesday, on all that, which is a lot. And with Jane Daniels playing to happen on Monday night football, with Justin Fields leading the Steelers to 3 and 0. And with Caleb, not really being over the top grade, these first three games, I think there was a lot of bad conversation. I think that if they would have lost this game, whoo, it had been a long 13 more weeks. It had been a, it had been Def Con 1, I believe in Bears Twitter. But I think this is good because not just because they won, because me and you both said it, that the offense had to show signs of life for us to feel better about this win, like they'd have won this joint 17 to 13 or something like that. We wouldn't be feeling too good. I think it's the offense shows signs of life. And Caleb, Caleb did what they needed him to do. Wasn't something flashy, you know what I'm saying? But it was efficient and it got the job done. He's a rookie and sometimes you gonna have these games where, you know, he is put in these situations just not to mess up. And I thought he'd get really, really good at that. You know, we spent all week shit, no Shane Wardering. I think you got to get Fred to Shane Wardering at the same time. I thought he called a solid game plan today. We spent in the second half. And this is two weeks in a row, when a second half game plan has been really, really well. This is two weeks in a row, as three weeks in a row, that Caleb's second half has been great. Not the second half was bad. This, this, this, this game, because they didn't ask him to really throw in the first half. Dedication to the, you know, now I still want to see what this is going to be like long-term because the right, you have a terrible rush defense, but both the Colts and they didn't nothing. I think that you saw some of the differences from, you know, they told Shane Wardering, you know, Mark said he's always big dog after the game ball about saying let's get more aggressive. They were aggressive. You know, there that was, you know, those two things that you could argue that Caleb should probably have another touchdown. You know, Roma Dunes, they broke him from one. I don't know if that was a pass in the fence on the defense that didn't call, but he didn't-- - Roll the hole. - That was a hole, yeah. - That was a hole. - You know, maybe DJ Ward, DJ Ward stopped running his route. I don't know what went on there, but one thing I love about Caleb already, the leadership qualities, he went right to DJ here, who was a vet, the highest-paying player in bearish history, went right over to him and talked to him like, yo, you got to do this. Whether I mess up, like trying to get on the same page and went right back to him. You know, I would have loved to see more Keenan. I would have loved to see more Rome, but I think right now the Bears are still trying to find an offensive identity. I still think that Shane Wardering, this is first time working with the rookie, and they're trying to see what works and what's not. So I think hopefully by the time we get to the gauntlet, where you're facing the NFC North Division teams, we can spread the ball. They can spread the ball around a lot more and you get other guys involved. But I love that you have Roshan Johnson in there. I love that you got Roshan Johnson at the goal line and not Khalil Herbert. Khalil Herbert didn't get any carries there. I didn't see him outside of special teams. And that's something to me and you both said, during the all season, that we didn't see that much of a role for Khalil Herbert. But I just love the dedication to, we're going to continue to run the football and do small runs. I don't think we saw any shotgun runs today. - There's a couple shotgun runs. I can't think of anything too egregious, but it was a couple of shotgun runs. But I have to agree. I think the Bears played within themselves, took the time to find out what is going to work within offensive scheme. And so sometimes the Bears struggled in side zone, sometimes the Bears struggled off tackle. I liked that most of the time, the vast majority of the time, you saw them hitting next to the guard, you're hitting a nice dive, and things were working out the way they should work out. Nice, simple plays running forward, North and South, which is unfortunately, Andre Swift may struggle with the time, just getting North and South as opposed to going East and West when he's running, meaning side to side or forward. He did really good today. The offensive line held up today, it was a few sacks that I would say were more on Caleb, even Coach Evil Foods did say that those sacks need to be cleaned up. But I thought the offensive line did solid, great to run a game, side of an offensive passing game. And I don't, it's a weird game because I don't think I have anything overly negative to say. Now at the beginning of the game, when they were struggling to find their momentum in their feet, it was like, here we go. Here's this, here's that, they're not moving it, up here goes the penalty. A lot of undisciplined football in the first half. And I think Matt Evil Foods saw that, which is why, in all of Matt Evil, that's specifically Caleb Williams saw that. Caleb said, you know, there was some time there, we could have scored, but came back with some negative plays and those penalties really hurt them in those drives, but overall man, I think it was a good game. It was a good game, it's rare. There is no such thing where you have a game that is just bad. I mean, that is just great. There's nothing wrong, nothing you can critique, nothing you can go over. But there are certainly plenty of games. You can say, you know what, there are enough positives that the negatives were just very minimal and just didn't really need to be honed in over. And I think this game is one of those. I think, too, yeah, I think that it's a slow pro. I think more anything for better sense right now, it's continuity, like you want to see this continue. You don't want this to be just a one-week thing. And then next week, it's Carolina, we're doing the same things. Take the good thing that you did, the good things you did this week and build on them. The defense, you know, actually, I won't even call them Ben, but don't break. I thought they did a pretty good job. They only, only 18 points allowed. - The only reason I say Ben, but don't break is because the Rams were getting a lot of chump plays, 17 yards, 19 yards. But when they got close to the gold line, a lot of it was failing. So that's why I would say Ben, but don't break. - I hope. - You know, this is the, I think this is the seventh or eighth game in road. They've held teams under 21 points. So the defense is doing good. And I think that, well, it's the biggest concern, one of the biggest concerns, too. Well, I still want the offensive line coming into the season, it was the defensive line. You know, obviously, I still think that when the time comes, you should get another edge to help out Taz, but that first seven's been getting pressure. Precious has not been the issue. Gervon Dexter's having the year that we all hoped and expected him to have. My test. - Boy, he's favorite bear. Can't stand him. - You know, Taz was great. Taz forced the strip sack that was recovered by Cola Gordon. And Dorel Taylor, man, I said, when they signed him, I thought this was going to be a good pickup because he plays CTE ball. And that's exactly what he does. He plays out there and gets CTE ball. And I think Flu said the same thing he was press conference with. He was sick all week. He was not at Hallis. They sent him home because of his sickness. And he went out there and he balled out. What can you say about this second there? Kevin Byer was out with the injury majority week. He was still out there. Chandler Johnson's so good, now we don't hear his name anymore because Nick is going to throw to him. - Right. - He's officially reached lockdown corner status. - Right. - Shout out. I forgot who said it. Twitter said best corner and bad sister. I'm almost there. And we doing coverage? Now, I know Peanut got the turnovers and that thing like, we took my straight up lockdown bro. I can't name one better. Like he's that guy. - One more I can't either. - Yeah, he's that guy. Cola Gordon is being a buddy. I gotta give it to your conference guy. I sat on my show around this time last year and I told everybody, I want y'all naming which equine brisket does good. Yo, Kwatty stepped up today, man. He did a big, big thing. A massive sack today, Paul's. Well, he just came out the corner. Yeah, that was crazy. And just everybody in the press book was like, snap. Like at the same time, 'cause we saw Matthew Stafford couldn't see him. Boom, knocked him out. Should have had two picks. Should have had two picks, but he got a pick. He said last week he's waiting for a quarterback those way and he got his way today, man. And it was, it's just really good. And I think this is gonna boots morale for the team. - Right. - You know, flutes, we didn't, we didn't cuss flutes either day. There wasn't nothing that flutes did out the ordinary. That was bad. You know, he didn't let McVay completely outcoach him. Now, I do believe in Cooper Cup and Cooper and the Coolum play this game. We're up here having a different conversation, but it's the NFL injuries happening. You're supposed to win these games. And I just think that's just really, really good on how it looks. Let's talk more specifically about Sean, Shane Warder, because he's been getting killed by us, by the national media, by fans. Tell me things that you liked from him today and what you didn't like from him in the day. - Well, out the game, what I didn't like was a slow start. It took a long time for that offense to just do the simple things. Running the ball consistently, running off play action, opening up the middle of the field. And it took the second half again for that to happen. Now, what I did like from it is that he used to run the game a lot more. They, with the running game, allowed those hosts to open up, use Roshan Johnson more and is more of a balancing act with DeAndre Swift's. And then the middle of the field opened up, Caleb found him, Caleb had what I'd also like to Caleb was playing within his game. He wasn't doing too much. He wasn't going too crazy. He was just being who he was and taking with the defense game. Now, this kind of sounds cliche when you say taking with the defense givens, but if they're going to allow you to get four yards with every rush, what are you going to do? You're going to rush every time. Why not? Because for those three of those plays, you already have 12 yards. And so if they're going to allow that middle of the field, they're going to allow a soft flag to be opened up. Use it. And I thought that's what Caleb did. And Caleb was performing really well at a high level. I enjoyed watching him play today. And I do say I think he had his most consistent game as a professional. I still like last week, and I thought, honestly, one of those picks could have been avoided hadn't been in Rome, had Rome called it. And I say probably that was his most, one of his biggest breakout game, especially because he was near 400 yards. But in terms of efficiency, I would have to give him this game. I think this game was a really simplified, easy way for him to ease into the offense rather than trying to get it like in a blunt instrument. And I think it was, I don't think it was beneficial to the growth of his game. - And you said this in the press box where you said, like basically, you know, these are the kind of things that you want to see when Caleb kind of builds up, you know, I guess like, you know, different type, different styles of games. And you know, I couldn't do too much. I didn't know what thing that came out of last week in the '53 passing attempts was, you expect the Liberty quarterback to do much. They dialed that up a lot to the only 23 passing attempts and 28 Russi carries, 28 Russian, 29. Yeah, no, 28 carries total by the team, 16 from DeAndre's with seven from Roshan and Caleb had five himself. So they learned their lesson a little bit and I have no problem with them boosting it up to about 30, 35 pass attempts per game. I don't want any Justin Fields type attempts that we had, you know, where sometimes they wouldn't let Justin throw for, you know, 30 some yards. I think if you let him to throw, a 31, Justin would have had one 300 yards throwing your passing as we saw today. Justin and Pittsburgh, food for 30, something to 10, if he had 300 yards passing. So I thought that was good. I think for me, good in the bad, good was, you learned from your mistakes a little bit, you know what I'm saying? He was great in the second half. Bad, I think I'm with you. I need to see quicker starts. I think the first drive of the game was going well until you decided to do a bubble screen with Cole Comette. I'd have a problem with the bubble screen there. The problem was giving it to Cole Comette. If you're going to do a bubble screen, give it to one of your faster guys that you have back there. So I think you need to have faster starts. I want to see these big wide receivers that you have. Use them more, you know what I'm saying? Like, I need to see more downfield shots. I want to see less vertical passing, you know what I'm saying? For real passing game. More down the field shots. You've got Kenan Island. You've got Roma Dunes there. You've got DJ. Use all three of them. Like, you know, we got, you know, DJ, you know, co-head three targets. DJ at six targets. Kenan at three targets. Roman at three targets. I want to see more than that. You know what I'm saying? Like, I want to see more targets. Hopefully as time goes on, we'll see more of that and you'll use more of the weapons, get you whatever. I think right now it's kind of like Shane Rogers, kind of funny to me because I don't know if you remember from the Bears YouTube show, "19/20 Football Drive." When they did the 38-minute episode one on the actual draft. When they drafted Roman Dunes, they Shane was on Shane Rogers, like, "Wow." And Ryan Paul's laughing like, "Are you overwhelmed, Shane?" It feels like the niggas overwhelmed. Like, it's like he got too much food on his plate and he don't know what y'all to eat. Like, yeah, I might have a little bit of this. I got a bag of fries over here that I left over. I need to eat some of these fries. He's, I feel like he's still learning a way to do that. Now, with these next couple games you got coming up, I'll say the next two games, because I think Washington's gonna be a tough game now. You got Carolina next week and then you got the Jaguars who they look at first pick work. - Yeah, they do not look good. - They look bad. It looks like Doug Peterson's gonna be working at a quick trip down there somewhere in Jacksonville. He gonna be interning for AMP over R-A-O-P. But week nine, they keep this up and Trevor Lawrence looks terrible, niggas. So those are two really, really winnable games that you got coming up. And Carolina's gonna be a test. Carolina's gonna, not Carolina, but Washington's gonna be a test because-- - I'm saying, yeah. Like, you're not talking about freaking Carolina, but yeah. - Yeah, Washington's gonna be a test. They just blew out the Cardinals. When you play, you play the Cardinals after Washington, and I'm not saying Washington's a winnable game too. You know what I'm saying, you got four winnable games coming up with the Panthers, with the Jaguars, with the commanders, and with the Cardinals. The Cardinals ain't that good either. So, but Washington's gonna be a big game. All I was gonna be on Caleb, 'cause the pick one and pick two going at it and the way that Jayden Davis played. Now, didn't play that great today, but I just wanna say that because I'm petty with some fans. I love Jayden, I'm a Jayden Davis fan as I had to bring back my reel from this summer where I said that the watch, the commander was gonna be a good team. I predicted that. And then also, I'm a Justin Fields guy as well, but some of y'all be bringing it out of me. So, while I'm like, you're doing too much, Jayden had a rookie game today, but that's the type of stuff you're gonna see. So, the Bears need that quicker starts. The Rams are a good team, a coach team, but they are severely beat up right now. And Carolina's just terrible. So, that's why I wanna see quicker starts. So, you know, you don't, I wanna see some urgency from the Bears, these next two games pretty much. Not when we saw against Andy and afterwards, we had no business losing that game, man. So, I think those are some of the good things, some of the bad things I saw from Shane Watcher. I wanna talk about this defense a little bit. Like, because I really feel that this defense can be top five if they put it all together. - It's a bold one. - It's a bold claim, but I love what they've done so far. Like, no, no team has put up 20 points on them yet. You know what I'm saying? Like, this has been a really, really solid defense. Top to bottom. - Right. - Now, I think that the better the offense gets, the easier it will be for the defense, they don't have to play a lockdown football every week. But I just love what they're seeing. The game is good, Eric Washington, and if you gotta give them that, you can feel credit for anything. You gotta give them credit for how that's being played as well. What did you like from what you saw from the defense and how this could carry on? - All the biggest thing I like to say to secondary play. The secondary, though, there were some, there's some chunk plays given up by the linebackers that I think were more bad scheme than I would say were bad plays. I think the secondary was really solid. One-on-one coverage was really good. I mean, you didn't even hear Jalen Johnson's number call because they were not even threatening Jalen Johnson. Joquon Briska had a great game. Tyler Gordon had a big game. It's just a really good game by the defensive backfield. And though they did struggle, the defensive line did struggle with pressure at times. I thought that this was a really good game by the defensive backfield. I think they showed really shine out of everybody else. - What do you think that this is something that, you know, if the offense gets better, it can be something that can lead them to a lot of wins down the line? - See, that's the thing. Here's going to lead them to something that has to be more consistency on offense. Because the best of the defenses will still get freaking beat up and destroy it if there is not enough momentum, if there is not enough consistency on offense. So in order for the defense to be the best that they can be, they have to score. We're not in the era of 2000s where, no, you had, who was it? He was at the Raiders and he had the Buccaneers, who were just, you did not have the greatest offenses, but you had outstanding defense that can lead you all the way. Those things don't happen anymore. Because eventually the floodgates are going to open and eventually the best of the best will get scored on. But I do think, as Shane said, they can definitely get top 10. And so it just, the men, Orla was really perfect with this. The missing ingredient for them will be another edge russer. I liked the real tailor get up in the mix. I like him at the Marcus Walker switching off at the end position, but there needs to be that guy at the end that is going to cause trouble on his own because Montes Swett can't do it alone. As much as I like your Jaffron Dexter, there still needs to be some more. I would still love for them to have just that guy at the three tech. That just, that person is just going to get it done by himself. That being said, that's a rarity. You're not going to find an Aaron Donald's just out the blue. So as of now, I have nothing to praise for him. It's a really good game button. - We kind of talked about Kayla's game, but I want to give like a grade for it, you know, 'cause each week it kind of feels like, you know, the Bears have like a different game plan for him. If you look at week one against the Titans, he threw the ball 29 times. We only had nine three yards. If you look against the Texans, he threw the ball 37 times. We had no touchdowns or two picks. And then of course, last week, he threw the ball for the three times. What do you think? How would you grade his performance today and going forward, how on average, how many pass in attempts do you want to see for him weekly? - I'm comfortable with anything over 26. Over 26 attempts, I think you're in the sweet zone for him. I don't want him to go too crazy 'cause I do think that you have enough of an opportunity with the run game that you don't have to put it on his shoulders. And again, he's still a Ricky quarterback. Anything 26 bust, I think we're in a solid range. And if I had to give him a grade, I'd say it was a beat. It was a really good game. There was not anything like, what can you look at that game and say, this was something bad or this was something that Jesse's you managed? Now, of course, you do have those two overthrows to DJ Moore and Roma Dunezay. But in terms of my own perspective, in my own view, I thought Rome was held on that double move. And I thought maybe DJ Moore didn't expect the ball to go to him. Maybe he expected Caleb to read somebody else. I don't know. I don't know what's in the mind of a receiver when they're not running their route to their fullest. But it did seem like if he just kept himself full speed all the way, he probably would have been in a better position to score, a better position to catch that path. And as Orla said, the deep ball needs to be better, but I will give him a little bit of break from criticism for those two black passes. Yeah, I give him a beat too. I thought today was a real, silent performance. You know what I'm saying? Like, he did exactly what was asked of him. He went through all his reads, a couple of the pass he had was written. That touchdown to DJ was just a great throw. A great throw in traffic. That third down ball to Cole Komet was a real, real good. When he did what he was asked. And for me, I personally want to see at least 30 pass themselves again. You know, I think if the run game is going as as well as it went today, then yeah, having a problem with, you know, in the 25 range. But I don't think it should be any less. The even, I feel like it should be like around 30. Like, I feel in order to get the best out of him. I think that'd be perfect. But I think more than anything for the Bears right now, you just want to be able to get as best as you can, like, you know, with the offense and with the team before November 17th rolls around. November 17th rolls around. You got the Green Bay Packers throwing in the town on that Sunday. That's going to be big. You look at these games coming up. Like I said, you got the Panthers coming up right now. The Bears are 3.5 point favorite at home against the Panthers right now. Then they go to London and play the Jaguars on the road to play the commanders in DC, on the road to play the Cardinals in AZ. And then they got the Patriots at the crib in Chicago before you've got three straight division games. Actually, no, you got this one. This one schedule looks like after the 10th of November. You got the Packers in Chicago. You got the Vikings who are 4-0 right now in Sam Darnell. And that just shows you competent coaching right there, Kevin O'Connell, who I said this is offseason, one of the best coaches in football. From the McVay tree, he was the offensive coordinator for the Rams, when they won the championship in 2021. So you got the Vikings coming into town by then, who knows their record to be by then. Then you go to Detroit on Thanksgiving. Then you go on a road to play the 49ers. They should be full strength by then. And like Orlando says, don't let them join love numbers for you. You used to be a B.L.T. where that is true. But he ain't been a B.L.T. merchant against the Bears last year. So they definitely got to look out for that. Then you got the Vikings again in Minnesota on Monday night football. Bears at the crib, Seahawks in Chicago and he got packed. So yeah, like not your last quarter of a winnable game is November 10th. So you can go out there and take care of your business, man. Take care of your business in these next five games. Finish your breakfast, as Jay-Z likes to say. Finish your breakfast. If you can go on these five games, let's say you're going three and two in these next five games, right? So then what? You're five and four, you know? It gives you a fighting chance. I'll prefer to be, you know, four and one in those five. It gives you a little more cushion because that's a garlic and you're not going to be able to come out to get struggling offensively against any of those things like your name. No, I agree. But I mean, at the end, I try to look at this as a week-by-week basis. In the week-by-week, they need to make sure that they're playing those teams as right in front of them. So there, right now they have a chance to celebrate. You know, you just won. You got a nice winn and as Matt Evilfruz always says, it's hard to win the national football league. But actually after that, it's time to focus on the next opponent out. Beggars can't be choosers and I'm not going to be too antsy on what they need to do because as of right now, even if they've gotten to the playoffs, I don't think they'd make any noise. And I'd rather them not make it, knowing that they never make noise versus making it not make noise. I get it. I know it's probably not the best position to have, but it's the same thing with like offensively today. I would write that for me. Why don't, because I feel like playoff experience will help them, even if they lose in the wildcard round. I guess I'm watching, I'm looking at it from a fan perspective and what I want to see. I don't want to see them coming to the playoffs and they're just getting absolutely de-cleated. I want them to have an identity before they get into the playoffs. And if they don't have an identity, it's like, why am I watching it? I'm watching it to watch the movies. It was like Matt, Matt and Aggie's last playoff ride with the Bears. What was that? 2020. 2020, they got into playoffs for my year. This is over. They're not going to do anything. Yeah, I think that was a different situation because that team been together. Of course a different situation. I'm not specifically talking about that situation. I'm saying you knew nothing was going to happen. And as of right now, nothing would happen with the Bears either. I don't want that. I want to know that they're going to come in there and make some sort of noise. And fortunately during that year with Aggie, I was like, nothing's going to happen. I just knew it because there was no cohesiveness. There was no identity. And I want better for them before I get into the roundbook. Oh man, I'm so happy that they got there. Again, as you said, experience is a great teacher. But experience is a great teacher when it's also being absorbed by people who know what they're doing. So. From a fan perspective, I get that. I also get that if it's somebody who doesn't want even fluency a long term. I think that player-wise, it will be great for Caleb to get that post-season experience for DJ to be in there for the first time. But you know, Kena's been there a couple years ago. But you know, get the guy. That whole defense ain't been there. And all the defense is nothing like I feel like that. Because especially if they're hosting a wildcard game, I think that would be fun. Even if they go out there and lose. I think that's just good experience to build on. But you know, from a fan perspective, I just don't want to see them lose. Or I just know I'm facing this culture staff for girls that have season ends. And I don't want a playoff game that will get them to come back. Then that I definitely understand right there. Do you think that there's any way that Shane Walderin and Evil Fluus can improve to the point where Bears fans don't want them fired at the indices? You know, you think that that bridge has already been crossed? I mean, if they start putting up 24 plus points per game, of course. Matt Evil Fluus has to win like nine games, nine or 10 games. And he probably has to win 10 games, to be honest, that he does not want the- Yeah, he got to win 10 of him over the anger of Bears fans. So we just have to see, but right now, he would have to score more. He would have to be scoring consistently, you know, okay, you have four touchdown drives today. We're going to need another touchdown drive. I mean, four scoring drives, we're going to need more scoring drives today. So as of now, that seems to be the only path for it. They don't have, at least Matt Evil Fluus doesn't have the goodwill with Bears fans that would have came from a great season or an almost season. They don't have any of that. So his goodwill is very thick. Yeah, for me personally, if they get supported, like you said, they put up 24 points, the game of Fluus is getting smarter with his decisions. Wow, the fucking Raiders won the game. The Browns stink, to Sean Watson, you just do a pick, I think, if I'm not mistaken. That nigga stinks. And nobody deserves it won the Browns. They have a 2/30 for that nigga to need to be a jail. It's going to be a good show. I'm not going to hold you tomorrow, by the way. But yeah, man, I think that if they show major strikes, I have no problems with them coming back. I would prefer that Waldron learned how to play calls consistently, and that even Fluus stops being an idiot. You know what I'm saying? I would prefer that because I don't want Caleb Daphne to earn another system. So I would prefer they get together, then try to get somebody else. But I think it's more of what polls thinks more than anything. So the fans, well, fans can play in whatever. It don't know any matter. Yeah, that's true. Couple more things. We wrapped this up. Offensive line. Offensive line. Still gave out three sacks today. Probably should have been a fourth, but Caleb Wiggled out of them. Kevin Jenkins left the game with ribbons. We don't know what status from next week. Braxton Jones, like Orlando said, was getting shoved. That's a locker on him. He's bad. He's bad. I'm sorry. And PFF will pass a love fest with him. But even me, I was been saying pretty much for a good chunk of his career that I don't know what they see. Yeah, he's bad. Don't know, right? It's having a rookie. I mean, sophomore slump, I believe. What did you see from the office of London? What did you like? What did you like? What did you hate? The pocket got condensed too much. Too much condensing of the pocket. Too many times it felt like Caleb had to maneuver just to get himself in position to throw. But what I did like was the running game. I thought they opened some release to your fifth Orlando face. I think they opened up some really solid rushing lanes. But yeah, the pocket cannot be condensed. The pocket needs to be cleaner. If they improve that, they fix that up. I think Caleb will have even better play. For me, I thought they were cool. I think that's what you're going to get from this office line. Throughout the season, is they're cool. And I think that Ryan Poe is not going to do a real hard look in the mirror. This office line is not a championship winning office line. Oh, no. This is not a playoff caliber office line. So that thing goes to my point is that there are so many things that need to be fixed. But I do not see it being worse. Basically, you don't want them to go into playoffs because you don't want Ryan Poe to think that these things are okay. That's what you're saying. I get that. There needs to be sort of some sort of a wake-up call that he goes, ah, okay, I was tweaking. Let's try this. Let's try this a different way. On the words of ESPN Chicago's Pat Design, "Stop drafting office, blaming the play like you." I thought he was amazing. Amazing quote, that was pretty spot on. I think that's got to get fixed. Orland, a part of the good. Yeah, I thought the part of the season today. I thought it was quite hilarious. So the office line played better after Devin Jenkins got hurt. I'm not going to say that Devin Jenkins lost it or anything. I still think Devin is a pretty good player. When healthy? Ah, that was kind of interesting. Yeah, I mean, as of right now, the only person that I would not, I would not move or consider replacing a thumbnail, right? Outside that center guard guard tackle, they can all. Coleman Shelton is sitting down the moment that Ryan base gets off out. The moment Ryan base gets off out, y'all, they're sitting there. Did you make anything of DJ's body language? Yeah, I know I saw some fans. I just think he's a very eccentric man. And because he's an eccentric man, his body language will look as if he is fed up or he's pissed. But that's just who he is. I didn't take it anything other than that. I know a lot of fans do, but for me, it's like, it's just who he is. I mean, for me, I do think it's different than last year. I didn't see any of this body language last year. I don't think we paid attention to it last year. That's also probably true. That's also probably true. That was his first year that we're really paying attention. I don't think it's a big deal number one because he just signed an extension. So this is a non-fact. If he had any problem with Caleb or the operation, he wouldn't have signed that contract, especially since he actually count and took a pick up. If you look the other wide receivers out there, he could have asked for stupid money. You know what I'm saying? Like, so I don't think that's the issue. I saw one fan, look, he's sitting on this bench with nobody else. It's mid-game. You know, I understand what we're doing live with. We was in a locker room. He looks fine. Caleb went right next to him. When Caleb was actually trying to talk to him after that, missing the end zone, he wasn't like, dude, get out of my face. Who are you talking to? Like, he wasn't doing that. He was listening. So I think that's just doing, look, fan's doing what, fan's what they're doing, fan's what they're doing, fan's what they're doing. I wouldn't take nothing from it. Final thing, of course, we're not going to do a breakdown list. We'll do that on Wednesday. Boy, how's the vibe presented into this game? The Andy Dalton revenge match up against the Panthers. It's a game they should win. It's just flat out. It's a very win-able game. If Bryce Schon was playing, I probably charted it off as a win. We crossed it off as a win. It's a win-able game. They've shown nothing to Panthers that would make me believe that they somehow are a good team now. They're still trash. And the Bears should be dominating on every single position. I mean, every single phase of the game, office, defense, special teams. So yeah, get the dub, beat a bad team, improve yourself to three and two, get ready for the London game. And they lost to the Bengals today. The Bengals got their first dub. My God, Joe, bro. I know everybody getting up the Joe, bro. Ben, whang. My mistake beside them. I'm still rolling a man, Joey B. Me, I'm feeling good, man. I think they should win this game on Sunday, and I think they will win this game on Sunday. I'm not going to get a prediction. I'll save that for Wednesday. But I think that this defense is going to get in my chance every day. Every week, this defense is going to get in my chance. No matter how slow the offense starts, you can bet that they're going to have a chance to win the game at the end. Andy Dalton's not good. Even as Pete Q's just the OK quarterback, he's not good. We saw on the day that this is-- Did he have multiple time pro-boomer? Yeah, he's multiple time pro-boomer. He was a service of a little decent quarterback. I felt like it was an understatement. I don't want to call Andy Dalton good. I thought he was cool. I thought Carson Palmer was good. I was not going to call Andy Dalton good. I mean, he was not trying pro-boomer. He was a good player. Our balls are kind of overrated, though. All pros. I don't think he's got a bet. He's got a bet of being a quarterback that Carson Palmer was. I don't think he was a good player. I'm going to say he was a better quarterback than Carson Palmer was. I don't know. You all look at those steps. Carson Palmer, three-time pro-boomer the same. They were sensitive to just getting to the playoffs. They just couldn't beat the Steelers. Their stats look very near to each other. Very similar. How many years have you played 14 years? Andy Dalton played the– Then we went to Arizona. We got a real revival. Yeah. Hey, I think that– I think the defense is going to do what they need to do with Andy Dalton. I think the beat is going to have chances to win that. But we'll break that down on the Wednesday show. Like we all said, man, this is the 10th anniversary of '79 The House. We've got '79 The House. 10-year anniversary merch hoodies and t-shirts. We've got something great. Some in Navy. Get that on Tuesday, October 1st. It will be available on the barbershed network shop. That is bcnetshop.com. Come and support us. Get your 10-year anniversary merch sites before we wrap up, man. What's some of that– if you remember, some of the best moments for us doing this podcast in Tennessee. Like what was some of your favorite? Can we do a pile when Derek Rose got traded? Back on '79 The House was just anything and everything goes. Pre-barbershed network. We were just angry. We had 1,000 plays, which for us was just like the time. It was crazy. Game changers like, "Man, 1,000 people listen to us." I forgot– Oh, the Metro Travisky pod. I didn't want– No, he got picked and I didn't want to record. I took a long walk down Pico. No, no, no. Last year, nigga, Boulevard. And I walked, nigga. I walked all the way down to Pico. If anybody lives in LA for last year, that's about two miles, nigga. I was like, I ain't used to it. We got to do it for the fans, man. Put your emotions together. We got to do it for the fans. And at the end of the day, we just came– We basically ours was like– Everyone down with Trump got elected and stage pair went on. SNL was like, "We got to give him a chance." Right. That was us. Pretty much. We got to give a chance. I think that all the 2018 episodes were fun, because they were winning. Right. The Khalil Mac episode was great. I just want to thank everybody who listened to us since day one, whoever you are out there. I think the first episode was October 15, 2015. Yes, that was nine years ago, but it was 10 seasons. This is the 10th season. So that's why it's 10th anniversary. I think that– I forgot what you want. He said, "When you call Mitch, Mitchie Montana, when they beat Dallas." Yeah, I did that because we were watching it. That was the homie, Damien's birthday. It was Thursday night football. And that was kind of Mitchie Montana. But I forgot which part it was. One day, Isaiah always clips up. "I'm rocking everyday bedtime." Oh, you said. When you was a super fan mode, it's kind of crazy how you went from super, super fan modes. Now we're like esteemed members of the media. And I got to be like, "Oh, well, you know, it's with them and not say us." And then all that. Yeah. I missed part of my fandom. When I was just like when– When you weren't jaded. Yeah, you know. And then also when– It was DeAndre Swift. That touchdown run today. I was like, "Mm-hmm." I looked at him like a little grunt. Yeah, we both did. And the press was like, "Oh, you know, if I hit him, I'm like, let's go and let go." But I can't say that anymore. I don't have a chance to just be out. But that's why often I do look forward to the days where we don't go. You know, if there's a game that is outside of too much, too much time for strength, so we can't go out of state. Well, we won't be able to watch the game because that is my birthday weekend. And I will be here. Very intoxicated and gambling with people watching the games. Right, right. Sick flows turned into emo bands, man. Pretty much. Pretty much. Yeah, I mean, yeah. But you know what's crazy about it, too, is with the pod. We started it. We had no– There was no– Oh, we're going to start this podcast because we want to be in sports media. That was not the motivation. Well, first of all, nobody's really doing podcasts, that point. The only people who were pod-knocking with Joe Biden was pod-in and RRP Combat Jack. That was like the only two people I can reply to. It was Joe Button and Combat Jack. And we did a podcast. That was before the streets got flooded. And it was just I moved away and we needed to find what he's still talking about. Bear is what we used to when I was still in the city. Right. So he's like, "Nigga, I can't even find early episode. The quality was terrible. It was static on there. I was using the crappy– I had a computer mic from– I had a computer mic, too. Niggas ain't editing nothing. We just threw it up. So to see from that– I've been editing since 2009. We had edited those, though. We edited those, folks. Okay, I didn't know. What did you expect from there? It was still static on there because you had to do crappy mics. But just to go from that, 252 episodes later to doing this right now. And actually, it's probably more than 252 episodes. We only started counting them, thinking like around 2018. So I'm pretty sure we got way more than this. But we appreciate everybody, man. So we just love if y'all copped the 10th anniversary merch. If you're going to London, cop this before London trip. So we can get you out there. But yeah, so anything else where you get about here?
