pancreatic cancer he played John Black from 1986 to 2021 Hodgstein and Deidre Hall as a Marlena Evans were one of daytime TV's most iconic and time tested couples veteran newsman Brian Williams a election night coverage on Amazon Prime that's a company's first attempt at covering breaking news now for today's music spotlight and this happens more often than you know the song I've wanted to play today I have dropped and because Chris Kristofferson has died at 88 just getting that news last night singer songwriter actor he wrote a number of hits for so many others me and Bobby McGee for the good times help me make it through the night and this one well I woke up Sunday morning with no way to hold my hand didn't hurt and the beer I had for breakfast wasn't bad so I had one more for dessert then I fumbled through my closet for my clothes and found my cleanest dirty shirt and I shaved my face and comb my hair and stumbled down the stairs to meet the day I'd smoke my brain a night before on cigarettes and songs that I'd been picking but I let my first and watched a small kid cuz met again that he was kicking then I crossed the empty street caught the Sunday smell of someone frying chicken and it took me back to something that I'd lost somehow somewhere along the way on the Sunday morning sidewalks wishing love I was known well there's something in a Sunday makes a body feel alone and there's nothing short of dying half as long so as the sign all the sleep in the city's sidewalks Sunday morning coming down in the park I saw a daddy with a laughing little girl who he was swinging and I stopped beside a Sunday school and listen to the song if they were singing then I headed back for home and somewhere far away a lonely bell was ringing and it echoed through the canyons like the disappearing dreams of yesterday on the Sunday morning sidewalks wishing love I was a stone because there's something in a Sunday makes a body feel alone and there's nothing short of dying half as long so as the sound on the sleeping city's side walls Sunday morning coming down Chris Kristofferson from 1970 that was a big hit for Sammy Smith the recorded it the same year now
