I'm John Aran, and I have a new podcast called The Varsity. I will bring on the smartest people I know to break down the hottest topics in sports media, available now on the free Odyssey app or wherever you get your podcasts. We'll have the forecast in just a moment. People are saying, David Myers, I'm whining too early, well, you know, sorry, it's 6.04 in the morning, if you're chipper, then you're a better person than I. Well, we have a lot to talk about today, and we are sponsored in Killing Company News Live by Piazza Autogroup this morning, an investigation underway after police say a woman was found dead on a residence back patio in Philadelphia's Point Breeze neighborhood. This discovery made by a homeowner, disturbing discovery, obviously, made by the homeowner last night at a home on the 1800 block of South 22nd Street. They say the woman in her 30s discovered unresponsive, partially dressed and medics rush to the scene they could not save her life, and investigators say it looks like no visible trauma to the woman's body, no kind of drug paraphernalia found on the scene. And so this is a bit of a mystery. The medical examiner will conduct an autopsy. Police theorize that this woman may have lived, you know, not so far away. Was she running to a nearby home for help? We just don't have any answers. So, you know, neighbors are a little bit shaken by the situation, but this, I mean, I can't even imagine going to take the trash out, and you make this discovered on your patio. Yeah, it's awful. And you said half dressed? Yes. Boy, that's terrible. So, you know, it's alarming, Philadelphia police say if you have any information, they always, you know, I always give out the number two, one, five, six, eight, six tips, as well Philadelphia police searching for three armed men robbed of business wearing masks and bulletproof vests. This happened Saturday night in North Philadelphia. They're putting out the word as they want help on this one, putting out surveillance images. This happened 11 20 p.m., so closing in on that midnight hour Saturday into Sunday at a Philadelphia stop shop located on the 2900 block of North Fifth Street. And so, officers say they did respond, spotted those three guys leaving the business. Police following one of the suspects who took off on foot, the other two ran back inside the business, investigation quickly turned into a barricade situation with SWAT clearing the property finally in the wee hours of the morning. They believe the suspects were able to escape through a window, and that was on the second floor. So, they actually got away. So, this was the 47-year-old store owner had been pistol whipped, taken to the hospital, and is in stable condition this morning, a 37-year-old woman also was injured during the situation. She was inside at the time of the robbery, and she suffered some minor injuries. So, another, you know, brazen robbery, if you will, but bulletproof vests. I was just going to say, who wears a bulletproof vest unless they're prepared to go into, you know, an exchange of bullets, right? Weird. Wow. So, just a bizarre situation, but they did get away from police. So, these are considered armed and dangerous suspects, police still searching for them. Let's talk about the storm surge, the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, because the storm surge, the wind damage, inland flooding is catastrophic, flooding, you know, many states, as we think about what's going on here in southern states, with Helene, first of all, you may work, we're call it made landfall in Florida's Big Bend region. That was last Thursday night as a huge category for hurricane, the strongest hurricane to ever make landfall in that region, Big Bend, on record. And so, how are we doing this morning? We're closing in on 100 casualties across many states, short on supplies, millions without power, and just a massive storm upending people's lives. And so now, the challenge of rebuilding, but in some places, it could take a week or longer just to get electricity back, emergency services stretched. So we're looking at six states. Yeah, I saw six states. This is massive. Asheville, North Carolina, which I've actually driven through going to and from Tennessee. It's beautiful. Beautiful. And it's wiped out now. They've got, I think, over 450,000 people in the state of North Carolina without electricity. Just devastating. Yeah, my husband's one of his coworkers is stuck in North Carolina. So they said the roads, everything's flooded out, everything's washed out. So you have North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia. And the problem here is these death tolls that we're giving, it's closing in on 100. The problem is many, there are many people still missing. And so I know that there are calls for this, the current administration to do more. President Joe Biden has said he will visit the area at some point this week. And so it, yes, it involves politics and so on. We'll get into that later. But people from across these states saying, why isn't, why aren't they giving more coverage to this? We need help now. This is an urgent dire situation. That's correct. I'm watching right now on Fox. I mean, there's like RVs that are just floating down the street, it's unbelievable. And we talked about last week, many first responders, firefighters, crews, canine, canine and search, you know, police officer trained individuals for hopefully recovery, you know, hopefully rescue missions, I should say, not recovery, but they all are still there. And by the way, yeah, and very important, Trump's going to be in Georgia today. And I think also North Carolina, which is, you know, you talk about the political aspect. You know, we talked about Trump winning Pennsylvania, North Carolina in Georgia, a smart move to, to jump there and get there today. I think, uh, uh, looks like they're saying Harris will be a briefed at FEMA headquarters. I wonder why Harris is not going physically there. Good question. We also have sad news in the world of music, Chris Christofferson, known for his charisma and Holly. He was a list Hollywood actor, he came a country music superstar where the Chris Christofferson died at his home in Maui, Hawaii over the weekend. He was 88 years young, died peacefully surrounded by family, 88 years old, Chris Christofferson. The, the, uh, little known fact, he was the, uh, you know, the Janice Joplin song me and Bobby McGee. Yeah. He was the, he was the original writer of that song. Okay. He recorded it first. I did not know that. I wonder if we'll have a little of that, uh, tidbits and information coming up around my 50s today, maybe. Yes. I have to talk about sports. I'll begin with the good news, our fillies and not fillies nationals in DC. We won six, three. Who do we play this coming up Saturday, the fifth, which is by the way, the fifth will be the Butler, Pennsylvania rally. I'll be there. Wow. Trump will be there. We are so excited for this Saturday. So red October, what a day that I know, right? First playoff game and a return to Butler, VA, well, they don't know who the Phillies are going to play to. They're going to be the. The Mets. No, the Brewers, the Mets or the Diamondbacks or the Diamondbacks, but I thought the Mets will still be in it. So what do we have? All these little wild card, Nick, Nick, games coming up this week. Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, Hattie Wack, give your dog a bone 33 16 loss. Yeah. Our Eagles. You know, it's amazing. It's, uh, it's amazing. When you watch football, how easy it is to move the ball down the field when you just sit back and play soft defense and say, Hey, do whatever you want right in front of our face. Yeah. Well, Merrill Reese kind of, uh, summed it up, summed it up, um, well, uh, during, during one of Mike Evans' first touchdown. They feel looking firing complete touchdown. They didn't look easy. They didn't look easy and it was Mike Evans made it look easy. They did make it look easy. Bigger mayfield was like, uh, Lara Bear just tossed in the football around. Long Thanksgiving in the backyard to the boys, a little five yard here, a little seven yard there right down the field. They came out in the second half and, and, and maybe, maybe there was some life in them. They gave us hope. Yep. Hurts of the gun. Park leader was left on the first down goes to Parkley. He priced the speed. He's across the 40 45 50 40 30 25 20, had a bounce at the 10. What a way to snark my hand. Well, that'll get you going. Nah, it didn't get him going. Mike, Mike, Mike, the only good thing we have. It was, uh, man, it was, we were all wrong by the way. We all picked the, uh, I know. Eagles, I'm over for four now. Oh, man. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Just, you want to make money? You just take the opposite of what I think. I was like, so I read kept. My pick was 26 20 with the, with the Eagles. Yeah. It was a 33 16 loss. Mm hmm. You know, the enabler in me has to say we have a lot of horrible injuries. Yeah. AJ Brown, lighting candles. Yeah. Darius Lay, we pray for you to be better. They have a bi-week. Yeah. So they need it. Oh my goodness. They were out without Devontae Smith, AJ Brown, and Lane Johnson. Yeah. But they weren't, they, they haven't looked good with those guys. It's true. You're right. You know? You're right. You're right. Yeah. Yeah. This, this team needs to be, um, they need, they need to get something going quickly. Yeah. They've been playing Cleveland. Yeah. Coming up. Brown's on the 13th. Yeah, on the 13th. Yeah. They made Baker Mayfield look like Tom Brady. I was just going to say. God Almighty. Like what is this? I mean, right now, uh, what is the season? I mean, we have, uh, they're, they're just an average, I think they're just an average team. Yeah. Like, I mean, they could still win the division because the division's not that good. I mean, the commanders are the best team and we all know that they're, they're kind of fugazy, but like, they're just not great. Now, Sam Darnold has like the best quarterback rating in the NFL. I have my, I have him with my fantasy team. I was like, what is happening? Uh huh. But, uh, Jalen Hurst, they had that chance in the second half and he fumbled again. Yeah, I know. Yeah. Yeah. You're five. He's still turning the stinking ball over. God. All right. Enough of that. Yeah. Could we get some peptides or something? We have to heal. Peptides. Yeah, but a lot of people. I need a lot of pep. Please. All right. And see if there's any sunshine in, uh, for Greg Stalker, please. Allegedly. I'm saying allegedly because the forecast continues, you know, whether you look at the National Weather Service, which I look at all of them, they, all the different models claim that the peak of sun will come out this afternoon. Oh, thank you. A peak. A peak. Just a little peak. Uh huh. So 72 degrees is your high. What are we at? 61 right now? It's kind of drizzly and miserable. So 72 degrees and partly cloudy today, uh, tomorrow 70 degrees and we remain in this pattern where more clouds than sun, but allegedly a peak of sun at some point every, every day, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday remaining hovering around between 70 and 72 degrees. Then for the later part of the week, we warm up. So you think of Thursday, 78 degrees, partly sunny Friday and I'll say Friday and then the weekend look beautiful Friday, 79 degrees, mostly sunny skies Saturday when you think about Saturday, Butler, PA, you think of sports, football, you know, whether it's high school football or, you know, baseball, but Saturday, 76 degrees, partly sunny and then Sunday, 73 degrees, bright, sunny sky. Thank you. I don't need this. It looks a little late. Yes. They were also saying, you know, we, we have a deficit of rain, but you know, the problem is we've only had like, it's almost like cruelty because we have all the clouds. We have a spattering. It's like spitting. Yeah. So we only have less than an inch of rain over all of these days. Yeah. It's like a little water sprinkler. Yes. I know. It's annoying. It's just a, just give it to us all at once. Yes. Get it over with. Bye, baby. He uses in that gun to fire away, baby. Early in the morning. Give it to me, baby. Thank you, Piazza Autogroup for sponsoring Kale & Company News Live. All right, Don. Thank you so much. 6 17. Let's get to a Monday. Big take. The big take on Kale & Company. All right. The big take this morning, Kamala's border stunt. You can call it whatever you want, a photo op, a cameo, a southern border, Hail Mary, a last ditch effort to appeal to Americans. But the reality is that Kamala Harris and the southern border are tied together and they are an absolute disgrace. A Friday's visit from the Veep in Douglas, Arizona should infuriate Americans who know that she has neglected American security for closing in on four years. Kamala Harris, showing up at the border with five weeks to go before an election after ignoring it for almost four years is like that family member who shows up at the funeral home to pay his respects after not being in that person's life for many, many years. You kind of look at that person and you're like, what are you doing here? That's the reaction. I had Friday seeing Kamala Harris in her $65,000 Tiffany necklace, strolling the grounds with border patrol agents who likely have no respect for her. And of course, prior to her cameo, she dropped a new border ad because as always, everything with Kamala is scripted listen and watch this. We need a leader with a real plan to fix the border, and that's Kamala Harris. I'm Kamala Harris and I approve this message. I'm Nick Hale and I'm calling out your BS because if you believe in ounce of that, you need to be checked for a concussion. Nobody in America is buying that. Now, even female allies that you would think she might have on her side at CNN are even calling her out for the border. Listen and watch this. The vice president has a long history, a well-documented history of really being an ally to these immigrant communities. She has two chapters in her book, I say we fight and we are better than this, where she really makes a robust case for undocumented immigrants during the Trump administration. She talked about a climate of fear. She dismissed the border wall as ineffective in a waste of resources. And so even her guest at the Joint Session of Congress was a DACA recipient, was a dreamer. And so for her to go down there and characterize herself as tough on the border, it to me, it isn't consistent with a lot of the policy positions that she previously has espoused. That's correct because she has made a robust case for murder, rape, drug overdoses, and all of the criminal activity that flows across the southern border and lands in American backyards, destroying American families, especially women. Vivek Ramaswami knows what needs to be done. He said this with Donald Trump, Jr. on rumble. Listen and watch. I'll distill it down to a really simple punch line. Okay. It can be a tale of two mass deportations. First is the mass deportation of millions of illegals who are in this country illegally, send them back to their country of origin and stop them from coming in. But there's also the second mass deportation of millions of unelected federal bureaucrats out of Washington, D.C. I think we achieved both of those things. Amen to that. And never forget this border erosion and mass importation didn't just happen overnight. Biden and Harris did the following in their first term. They terminated every Trump policy that sealed and secured the border. They ordered an immediate stop to the completion of the border wall. Kamala Harris suspended all deportations and instituted catch and release across the entire southern border. She sent Congress a bill demanding amnesty for all illegal aliens. She terminated, remain in Mexico and canceled every safe third agreement. She ordered ice to halt the removal of virtually all criminal aliens. She ended all of the programs that Trump instituted to stop child trafficking. And in the process, lost over 325,000 migrant children. She ripped up every reform that was put in place to stop asylum fraud. She ended the travel ban on entry from terrorist regions, she canceled title 42. And her and Joe took 93 executive actions to throw the border wide open. Those are not right wing talking points. Those are indisputable, documented, irrefutable facts. In Arizona, which is where Harris was on Friday, also had built a shipping container wall. Texas had built the buoy walls and they installed razor wires. What did this administration do? Well, Biden and Harris sued them to remove it. And the border agents, they're not buying her Friday photo op either. Here's a tweet from Bill Malusian of Fox News from the border patrol union and their statement. Quote VP Connell Harris is making a border visit in Arizona today. Her first visit to the Southern border since June, 2021 when she went to El Paso, Texas. After years of not just ignoring the problem, but helping create it, Vice President Kamala Harris is finally heading down to the border. There is nothing more than for her to check the box. That's what this is all about. But what it is in reality is a slap in the face towards the men and the women that put their lives on the line every day. There has she been signed, Art Del Quato, VP National Border Patrol Council. And always remember, we have the receipts. Here's a montage of Kamala Harris telling America and the border patrol agents that undocumented immigrants are not criminals. Listen and watch. It is wrong to somehow suggest that an undocumented immigrant is a criminal. Being an undocumented immigrant is not a crime. I know what a crime looks like, an undocumented immigrant is not a criminal. An undocumented immigrant is not a criminal, an undocumented immigrant is not a criminal. Well, ice would beg to differ. Major bombshell dropping on Friday as ICE released the following statistics. According to Bill Malusian of Fox and a stunning letter sent to rep Tony Gonzalez by ICE, the agency reveals that there are currently 13,000 plus non-citizens convicted of homicide and 15,000 plus non-citizens convicted of sexual assault who are roaming the United States today as part of ICE's non-detained docket. So Kamala, why don't you try telling all of this to perhaps Lake and Riley's parents? Independent journalist Michael Shellenberger pointing out, quote, no matter your politics. These new numbers are shocking of the 7 million migrants that ICE released while their cases are being processed, 663,000 of them have criminal histories, 13,000 convicted of murder, 16,000 of sexual assault, and another 1,900 facing homicide charges. And by the way, anytime a Democrat or the mainstream media tries to hit you with the, well, Trump stopped the bipartisan bill from passing in Congress. You just hit him back with this 75% of that bill was foreign aid to Ukraine, Taiwan, Israel and Gaza. And on top of that, it would have written into law that up to 5,000 illegal per day, or if you extrapolate that 1.8 million per year would still be allowed to cross the border. It gave DHS the power to fast track citizenship for illegals already in the country. And it funneled millions of dollars to left wing nonprofits that are settling and resettling illegals all over this country. Translation, that bill was further immigration disaster. Donald Trump, your thoughts, listen and watch. According to this brand new data, never seen before, over 13,099 convicted murderers have crossed the border and are free to roam and kill in our country. These are convicted murders. These are people that were in jail. And I've been talking about this for three years. When I heard they were opening up the border, three and a half years, I said, if they opened the border, because I know the people on the other side in this smart, savvy people, you know, they're at the top of their game. Our leaders are not at the top of their game at all. They never were, actually. But our leaders are not. These are smart people. And these are countries from all over the world, 13,000, more than 13,000. Convicted murderers have been let out of jail, and they're roaming our streets, their country all over. And every state is a border state. You know what that means, right? Every state, because they fly them in. Can you imagine? They fly them in these people? I actually, I'm starting to think they're stupid. They're just stupid. There's one other. So that's to on as well. And other numbers came out along with it, over 13,000 convicted murderers from jails in jail. And I told you, they're releasing them for jails and these fake people, these stupid people, which they don't release them from jail, they do, Mike. They do. You know that you better elect him, your senator, I'll tell you. That was Trump in Michigan this past Friday. So the reality is this, it is crystal clear. They want to replace you. They want to add new voters and they want cheaper labor. That's what this is all about. And they don't care about your safety or your well-being. So Kamala, spare us, you grew up a middle class kid, because at least when you did, your border was secure. But you, Kamala Harris, have been derelict in your duty, blood on your hands and lies out of your mouth. And if Americans want protection, those Americans out there who value their safety and security, they will fire you on November 5th. And that's the big take on killing company. All right, big take this morning. If you want to jump in your thoughts and reaction, certainly welcomed and encouraged 855-839-1210 on social media at 1210WPHT or let it rip in the YouTube chat, youtube.com/at1210WPHT and hit the like and subscribe buttons. We'll get everybody's thoughts and reaction to what we saw at the border and that bombshell revelation from ICE on Friday when we come back. And then also a tale of two towns, the way Trump was treated in Tuscaloosa, the way JD Vance was treated at Permani Brothers in Western Pennsylvania. It's Kayle and Company, back after this on Talk Radio 1210WPHT. I'm John Aran and I have a new podcast called The Varsity. I will bring on the smartest people I know to break down the hottest topics in sports media, available now on the free Odyssey app or wherever you get your podcasts. Yeah, the developments that we saw Friday at the border, whether it was Kamala's first appearance since June 2021, that feels like an eternity ago and then ICE, which I think we always talk about these scripted moments from Democrats where all of a sudden Trump started doing well with some polls, outcomes in indictment, hunters in the news, outcomes in indictment. I felt like maybe they flipped the script a little bit on Kamala on Friday as she gets to go to Arizona and ICE all of a sudden releases those statistics and tries to upend her little cameo in Douglas, Arizona, your thoughts on what transpired Friday. As far as her appearance at the border, 20 minutes, not acceptable. I think that if you're going to go make something out of it, so it was a mistake. It was a misstep. It was 20 minutes. It was 20 minutes. That's what it was. It was basically a photo op. Oh my. I mean, I did not know that, but like 20 minutes. You're flying all the way to Douglas, Arizona. I mean, don't you have to spend a couple of hours there, you know, behind closed doors, chatting with some of the supervisors, going over some statistics, what your vision is because we heard the ad, well, we're going to put new technology and we're going to have new agents and we're going to crack down on fentanyl 20 minutes. That's it. That's all she could muster up. 20 minutes with it with, I think it's a $65 or $70,000 Tiffany necklace. By the way, she was dressed like she was going shopping during the holidays between Black Friday and Christmas. You didn't look like a lady that was ready to roll up her sleeves, put on some boots and get in the mud of Arizona, did she? No. I mean, she's trying to look, so she wore a khaki jacket, so she's trying to look like she's, I don't know, fits in with the border. So a khaki jacket and then a dark brown shell, like shirt or t-shirt and then dark pants. Mm-hmm. She's still wearing heels. Yep. But the, what caught everybody's eye was that necklace. Oh, I know. And she can't say it's costume because she has worn it, you know, like we can't help but notice that it's a gorgeous, it's like that chain link, Tiffany, it's a classic necklace. And if you look, anybody can look it up, it's like $62,000. Yeah. And Tiffany's. Yep. And so it's just a reminder that this person, you know, and people were writing this whole thing in a positive way, oh, she wears Tiffany's to show her strength and, you know, since college, she wore Tiffany's pearls. It's like, this is somebody who claims to not be privileged, but, you know, in her sorority and they wrote about her pearls, and she wore the Tiffany's in her soror, I was, when I was in college, waitressing my ways, your journalism school, I was not wearing Tiffany pearl anything. When I was in college, I couldn't afford a girlfriend named Tiffany, much less Tiffany necklace and earrings. It's just outrageous. I mean, we talk about the disconnect, right? Yeah. And it's, you would think, honest to God, and I know, you know, Trump was born into wealth the whole bit, right? But like Trump resonates as a bazillionaire with the every man more than Kamala Harris, who has somehow gotten super wealthy in, in, in the public sector of American politics, right? Like, again, we, you know, we always talk about the congressmen and senators and congress women in the, what is it, $170,000 salary, which is a nice salary, right? But we sit there and we say, well, how do you have $170,000 salary yet you have a net worth of $29 million? How is it that you hit 90% of your, your stock transactions on the market? And like, you just look at Kamala Harris and you're right. I, I really think, you know, she can keep selling this middle class nonsense, but she hasn't qualified for middle class in a long, long time, and I don't begrudge her for it. I'm a capitalist. Get every penny you can in this lifetime, just don't insult my intelligence along the way. And there was, you know, there was somebody you, you're basically being quoted. I mean, there was somebody on social media, even over the weekend saying what you, you know, a lot of people, especially women saying, Oh, really? She's middle class. Because I think probably enough or nothing, but probably women were the ones that noticed the Tiffany necklace. Yeah, I wouldn't be able to spot Tiffany versus Paul's. And so it's just a symbol of the fact that, you know, she and her husband, they should, they love to air commercials about Trump being wealthy, but they are millionaires many times over. Doug, I'm off a super, super wealthy. Very wealthy guy. And so they're very wealthy. I mean, she's, so she's living the high life and she's showing up the fact that she doesn't even have the sense to not wear something like that. It shows me something, a different layer. She was more worried about the look of the khaki jacket, but I think I'll wear my Tiffany gold link. You know, it's very thick, you know, gold necklace. So I think it's, you might think, well, that was weird. The people focused on it, but it just shows the hypocrisy of this individual combined with the fact that she shows up for 20 minutes. Yep. That's just ridiculous. I mean, if you're going to be there, you have to at least be there for the duration that of the flight, how long it takes you to fly there. So I mean, like if the flight was 60 minutes, I mean, could you spare an hour combo? You haven't been there since the summer of 2021. I mean, for God's sakes, I was still in Nashville, Tennessee at that time. And that was in El Paso, Texas, El Paso, Texas when she was last there. But let's get to the events of the weekend, specifically Saturday, what I thought was very interesting. And I was excited to see whether or not the networks would show Donald Trump at the Alabama Georgia game Saturday night in Tuscaloosa. The game was broadcast by ABC channel six. And you started to see some of the videos on social media before the game where the concourse inside of the stadium was absolutely packed with individuals waiting for Donald Trump to come walking by. His supporters were lined up just to catch a glimpse of him. So you had that. And then the stadium went absolutely nuts when the public address announcer introduced him during one of the media timeouts. There was chance of USA, USA, USA, there were Trump chance. And I got to tell you, I was actually shocked that ABC showed him on TV because the first quarter went by. They did not make a mention or do they did not show a visual of Trump with a kid rock John Daly and a few others in his suite. So the end of the first quarter comes, they go to a commercial break. The last promo or ad during that commercial break was a political ad for Trump. They came back and they showed the cameras on him. Yeah, he was clapping. He was waving. The crowd was going nuts. The broadcasters said his name. I believe this is clip number 11, Phil. If we could play this Trump at Brian Denny Stadium on Saturday night. Okay, so this one is actually, this is what I was referencing before. This is the concourse where you're getting all your snacks and beverages and stuff and a lot of people lined up for Trump. You see him waving. There's kid rock. It's like he's tossing boxes of popcorn around, I don't know, maybe a couple of hundred people there, kind of in every different direction. Cameras everywhere. Looks like he's handing out either a burger or a sandwich to some people. So the place was going absolutely nuts and then we'll play more of it for you coming up in the cut sheet with some other clips. But then you had the complete opposite. You had JD Vance at Primani Brothers and I thought this was ridiculous because again, we're getting all of this in real time and you take one thing on social media and you're run with it as a fact and then you take the opposite and you run with it as a fact and then we're trying to figure out what exactly happened. So I want to actually play you this. This is clip number nine. This was after there was some reports of JD Vance and his crew not being permitted inside of the Primani Brothers location that apparently they had the okay to go into. But it was corporate above them that created a stink. Let's play clip number nine and then we'll get to some of these details. We paid for everybody's food, we gave a nice sip and of course when I gave a nice sip I said no taxes on tip. It's alright, don't hold it against her. She just got a little nervous but it's a great local business. So this is interesting because he is saying that she got a little nervous, the manager or whoever is running that location which that is what the conflict is about because the Vance campaign, according to the post millennial, had approval from the PA Primani Brothers visit before it was shut down by corporate. They say the following during a visit to this location in Pennsylvania, the JD Vance campaign had gotten permission to host an event at the well known Primani Brothers sandwich shop. However, according to sources close to the campaign, the Ohio Senator and vice presidential candidate were made to leave the location by higher ups in the restaurant chain's corporate offices. Sources close to the campaign told the post millennial that they had approval from the manager of the shop to go in, do a campaign stop, meet and greet people from the area. More than a hundred people were there waiting to see JD Vance. However, after he arrived, everything was fine but when the media showed up and the manager called corporate, the higher ups shut it down according to a source. So I don't know what the whoever JD Vance is referring to, this female that panicked. I mean, why are you panicking is my first question. Did Osama bin Laden show up at your shop or did JD Vance show up at your shop to which Primani Brothers had to issue this statement on social media as they said the following. Primani's prides itself on being a staple of the Pittsburgh community and a proud American business that has hosted sitting presidents, politicians and political candidates from across the spectrum for over 90 years. Our doors are open to all patrons who wish to dine with us. Without any advance notice, today's campaign stop, which again, this apparently seems to be a communication breakdown because they got the approval to go there. But Primani's brother says the following. Without any advance notice, today's campaign stop caused some momentary confusion for our staff. You can see the statement here posted on YouTube. However, Senator Vance and his team were welcomed into our restaurant shortly after and engaged with our guests inside and on the property. Senator Vance's supportive comments that our manager got a little nervous, given the Secret Service police and crowd accurately reflect the nature of what occurred. And we are glad that it was resolved quickly. Don Stensland, does this happen if Kamala Harris, Tim Walls, Joe Biden, roll into Primani brothers? Do you think the manager calls corporate upon seeing Secret Service and is a little bit rattled? I would say no. Just the guests on my part though. Yeah, I don't know. I don't know what to think on this because it was initially reported that he was that he was they set it up and then that they turned him away and then the customers, the crowd inside was upset and left. Well, vice president and presidents, they don't just go to Pat's cheesesteaks or Primani brothers sandwiches without giving notice or asking permission from the location they want to go to. You've got Secret Service, you're trying to protect the lives, you got to scout the area the whole bit, right? You just don't randomly show up. So this, this notion or this conflicting report of confusion, I mean, Primani brothers is a franchise, right? I think they're, I think they're a franchise. You can purchase them and you can own them or if they're not a franchise, like this one apparently is just, you know, operated by a manager that reports the corporate. Again, I, I just all this confusion. Why is there always confusion? How difficult is that? Hey, JD Vance and co are going to be there. Make sure you give them the best treatment possible. You got it, boss. Thank you. It sounds like it was one, they're just saying a restaurant worker who told the media cameras were not allowed. They did not want a campaign event. And that's when, because everybody inside all the customers, they were there for Vance. Yes. They were packed. Right. So they canceled their food orders and said, we're out of here and they threw a fit. And then apparently somebody made a phone call then and whoever is, whoever was really in charge said, no, no, no, they were approved. So it was this loan employee who said, no, no, no, no, no cameras allowed here. And they tried to poo poo it, right? And just so you guys know, Kamala Harris did show up at a Permani brothers in August and August. Oh, I'm sure they rolled out the red carpet. It was a, it was a fine, it was a fine visit. So I'm not sure there seems to be a little miscommunication here. I know. It was always miscommunication. Yeah. In a world where you have a bazillion ways to communicate. Look, I could it be one rogue loan person, I don't know, maybe, but it seems to me like it's poor advanced work by his team and this has happened before with him where he showed up at some donut shop or something like that. And they didn't want to be filmed. And he like, he had this awkward moment. And that's just, that's just really bad advanced work, you know, from his, from his team, make sure you're going to a place that knows you're coming is ready for you. There's, there's crowds there. Okay. I mean, it's this, then yeah. Same thing applies. Dance, then you, your team has to be better at communicating. I don't know if it's on dance. I'm just, I'm just giving both sides that yes, it could, it could have been one, uh, one rogue employee or maybe the Hermione brothers didn't want them there, but then, but then his team should have known that. Yeah. You know what I mean? Because this, that's their job. That's literally their job. Right. Is to make these stops big events. Yeah. You know what I mean? So, um, I don't know. We're never really going to know because, you know, one side of social media saying, ah, he was, he was kicked out of this and the other side of social media saying, well, well, his team should have been, so nobody really knows, by the way, not for nothing from any brothers, the sandwich kind of mid what was that? That's, is there one around here? I, I had one in, I think it was central PA. It was out past Williams, poor. Yeah. That's a Western PA thing. They put like french fries on the sandwich. They throw like some coleslaw on some of the sandwiches got to tell you, uh, little overrated. They're saying it's not a franchise. Oh, it's not a franchise that it's corporately owned. Yeah. Okay. And they've got a bunch of them out that way. But yeah, I've had one before and I was like, this is all the, because stealer fans swear by him. Like they, Hermione brothers to them is like cheese steak shops here in Philadelphia. Really? Very mid. Yeah. You ever go out to Western PA? Not sure why you would. If you tried for many brothers, I think you'll be a little disappointed. I don't get the big, the big hoopla, but some people like them. 855-839-1210. This is awful. So, and there weren't any officers injured either, because those barricade situations that can get dicey for the cops, too. There's a lot of other news, as we think about today, that port workers from Maine to Texas on the east coast here, threatening a major strike that could begin as early as tomorrow and could obviously disrupt the flow of popular products into the United States, so this could impact, you know, we're already paying for the inflation, but you think about a long port strike, what that could mean, causing shortages or higher prices of things like chocolates, everything from chocolate to alcoholic beverages, fruit, including bananas and cherries, bananas, I've talked about there, like the one thing that's cheap right now, but this would impact, you know, products like bananas. So, from what I've seen or what I've heard, this is, like, this is actually, this strike is going to happen, because these negotiations take weeks and they're scheduled to go on strike tomorrow. This could totally upend the supply chain, which means Joe Biden's going to have to come out and re-educate us on how supply chains work. And there, you know, there are poor, it affects people here in Philly, there are poor workers right here in Philadelphia, so, yeah, it's, this is a big deal that's not getting a ton of coverage. It's a big story. Because, yes, this is completely going to upend the supply chain. And before the pandemic, we didn't know how supply chains work, so Joe told us that one. So we do have this devastating storm with storm surge wind damage, inland flooding, massive flooding, striking six southern states this morning, really they're calling it catastrophic. And deadly, obviously. Biblical. I've heard it. Yeah, biblical. Yeah, this is true. I mean, at least 100 people have been killed and the death toll tragically expected to rise. Even this warning is we see what's happening because there are so many people still missing. We're talking about every, you know, this storm obviously made landfall in Florida's Big Bend region, and that struck as a massive category for Hurricane, Hurricane Helene, but you're talking about Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee. When you see those aerial photos and people, I mean, you have millions of people still without power and the roads, you can't get to the people because roads have been washed away and the roads have become waterways across many states. Electricity could be more than a week away. It could be two weeks away, and that means emergency services are stretched thin. Neighbors say some of their homes are just gone trying to help other neighbors. This is a devastating situation should be the lead story on every network for sure locally. We have many first responders who left as early as last Tuesday, Wednesday, and many more still leaving to go and help. Seems like a good time to have AM radio around, right? Yeah, that's a good point. Have it in your vehicle. But we have hundreds of people still missing, and to your point, communications and infrastructure in shreds. Yep. And also, you know, from what I've seen footage wise, it seems like the more devastating stuff happened in the Carolinas in Georgia, as opposed to Florida. So I read a story over the weekend that the most death that happened, it was actually in Tampa. Oh, Tampa, Florida, and I was gonna bring that up, not that specific thing because the eagle game yesterday, blue skies, it was 108 degrees, you know, I think it was just a normal day in paradise. Yeah, they, there was a lot of questions on if they, you know, could get there to play, yeah, yeah, I think the devastation, like as far as flooding and all that happened in the Carolinas, North Carolina, especially in, and Georgia, but I think that a lot of the deaths happen in Florida. Yeah. Well, we knew, so at this point, initially that's true, but as the death toll rises because in the Carolinas and the Southern States, we have so many people missing. So the latest totals I have now have grown for North Carolina, 36 people in counting South Carolina, 25 people in counting. These are the death tolls, 17 in Georgia, 11 in Florida, four in Tallahassee, two in Virginia. But that's because these, the death, there's so many people missing. And so Florida, because they hit their first, they've had more time to account. Yeah. The death tolls begins rise because it's being reported in places like Georgia, you know, the Carolinas, they have so many people missing. But you know, it's a next point about AM radio. The problem is communication. So you have all these people just trying to get out, Hey, I can't find my, you know, my sister, my mother, my wife, whatever. They can't find people. Yeah. This is a valid reason when you have communication failures. I can accept communication failures during a natural disaster, like a hurricane. I can't accept communication failures. For many brothers, there's it, there's a little, uh, there's a little known, or there's a little reported story that's happening to AP. It's not the headline in the AP, but I think it's interesting. The saltwater from all this is causing electric cars to blow up. What? Oh, here's another, here's another, you know, flaw, flaw in the design of all these electric cars that everybody wants us to buy, saltwater, not good for them, almost like they didn't think it through almost, fascinating, yeah. Well, in general, saltwater on a battery, it's not, it's going to damage it. Agreed, but still, yeah, blow up. Geez, I don't have any reports of injuries on that. So I'll continue to watch it. I'll just mention this that vice, I don't know if any of these topics will be brought up to vice presidential nominees, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Ohio Senator JD Vance gearing up for their big debate tomorrow, October 1st, five weeks before election days where we're 35 days, you can believe it from election day from November 5th. Yep. So the big match up, obviously, you know, it'll be the big take on Nick's, no doubt on your Wednesday morning, big take, we will preview it tomorrow and we will react to it on Wednesday dawn. By the way, no fact checking going to happen by CBS news. Oh, OK, they don't want to get it back. They don't want to get ABCs and pushback. I figured David and we're might just jump networks for the for one day and then moderate that as well. They said it's up to the, it's up to the participants to fact check one another, not the American public to do their own research, what their, that's what they're claiming. We'll see if they can stick to it. Novel concept. Look, I'm fine with either no fact checking or equal fact checking on both sides. I just don't want the the unbalanced hypocrisy. That's all I care about. And so the debate hosted by CBS. It begins 9 p.m. Eastern time and that's Tuesday night tomorrow night and two women, right? Nora and Margaret Brennan, Nora Donald, who's the outgoing CBS anchor because they're in the door. They're booting her for the lowest ratings of the network. So she's outgoing. So maybe she has something to prove or maybe Catherine Harris can show up last second with the steel chair and hit both of them right in the back. It's funny they didn't ask her, right? I mean, you know, if I'm programming this things, I'm like, let's, let's have, you know, Margaret Brennan's fine. And Nora Donald though, Margaret Brennan's fine. But like I would have a Catherine heritage or somebody like that. Yeah, kind of. Now you'd have to employer to have her moderate it. Yeah. They got rid of her losers. And I will just say Donald J. Trump in Erie, making a lot of headlines as big rally as Trump spoke in Erie last night. And one of the headlines is that he attacked Vice President Harris and it was a vicious attack. I mean, it was a long rally. So but they're saying that he was questioning her, her mental health and all it was it was absolutely, oh, here we go, the inappropriate stop, these people. No, he said it was like five seconds and he said that Joe Biden became mentally impaired. Kamala was born that way. But in truth, you know, and I look, so I looked at local media and this is why often local media will be more fair than the national media. So the national media, to your point, you know, focusing on that one, like joking comment, but I looked at your in Erie, PA, their local headlines, Trump's lands Harris for handling of immigration, fracking reversal in Erie. So they're talking about fracking. They're talking about local issues and local jobs. Yep. And that's really what matters. Yep. Let's let's hear what he said. You know, it'll end immediately. Crooked Joe Biden became mentally impaired, said, but lion Kamala Harris, honestly, I believe she was born that way. There's something wrong with Kamala and I just don't know what it is, but there is definitely something missing. And you know what everybody knows it. The reality is this, I mean, Joe Biden say what you want about him, but you know, you're in the swamp for 50 years. You don't last for 50 years. If you don't know how to play the game and do the job, Joe Biden is proof of that. And then obviously the last four or five years cognitive decline, Kamala Harris has no political intelligence. She's not politically savvy. She's completely awkward. Something that Trump said there is true, but it's the words that he uses in the tone in which he delivers it, which drives these, these headline writers absolutely insane. Yeah. And he also said that she should be impeached and prosecuted for her actions speaking of the Southern border and those numbers, the shocking numbers that we received that were leaked by border patrol that you did your big take on. He said at one point, these criminals are stone cold killers. They have no heart. And you heard him say the invasion ends and the deportation begins as he, you know, let's face it. This was a winner for him that he had those stats to campaign on this weekend. Yeah. Well, he's he actually to that point on he's he's being called out for something he said about police using a really violent tax. We will her tactics. We will we'll play that coming up in 745. Okay. And we'll talk about the forecast. We'll talk about do we have to talk about our Eagles? The Phil's one. We said we got that going for us, which is nice. That's right. So as our Phil's, you know, proceed to the playoffs and hopefully a red hot act October Phillies nationals, NDC winning six three, that's the end of the regular season. And so we look forward to this Saturday, October 5th because of our Phil's and Butler PA rally with Trump. And then as far as our Eagles, man, it was a, it was a, it was a brutal 33 to 16 loss that were all just, I mean, Jalen Hertz took accountability. That's good to know. That's great. But I mean, we had just so many injuries that we knew of going into it, you know, AJ Brown, please heal. We'll have a bi week this week, but then Darius slay leaving the game early in the third quarter. And then that was followed by defensive tackle Jalen Carter, Cam Jurgens. I mean, it just keeps, you know, it just keeps on going. Yeah, pretty amazing that the Phillies and the Eagles both ended their regular seasons yesterday. So, you know, I don't know, hopefully they, they get some peptides, get it together. I don't know what's going on. I mean, the Eagles have this can take, take comfort in the solace that that the NFC East stinks. I mean, the Cowboys think the Giants think the commanders destroyed the, yeah, they're the surprise. Yeah, they destroy the Cardinals yesterday. That's amazing. They're rookie quarterback looks more confident than Jalen Hertz. Well, yeah, staggering. Yeah, there's some, yeah, there's some issues there. No pressure on the Phillies, by the way, you know, just because, I mean, you know, the Eagles were off to such a rip roaring start. Yeah, no pressure on Red October. You know, don't let the city downfills, I'm not sure we'll be seeing a lot of green around Christmas time. I don't know. I don't know guys. It's very tough from telling you. Oh, yeah. Of course. No, the Phillies are not, not, not a lock by any stretch here, but we don't, we don't face off with the Browns until October 13th and the Brown stinks. So two full weeks, right? And did Sean Watson might have more sexual charges by that. Oh my goodness. Look at that. Let's talk about that forecast, don't you know, don't you know, Bob? So allegedly, and allegedly, I'm just going to say this because it seems like it's wrong lately, but according to the National Weather Association, they're saying we will see sun peeking out every day this week. I'm just saying we're at 62 degrees right now, mostly cloudy, and we've had this spitting this rain that's just spitting at us. It's just been nasty, it's suppressing. But allegedly, the sun comes out this afternoon, peaks out mostly cloudy day, 72 degrees today, and much of the same today, tomorrow through Wednesday, where we're looking at low 70s and the sun just peeking out with mostly cloudy days. Thursday, we pop up to 78 degrees. And we remain there with upper 70s, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, as the sun makes more of an appearance. So it looks like Friday, mostly sunny 79 degrees, and then a really lovely weekend with no measurable rain for the weekend upcoming Saturday, mostly sunny 76 degrees. And then for your Sunday, 73 degrees and a pure sunny day for next Sunday, October 6. By the way, Nick, you could make the argument that at least the eagles are getting the bugs out of the way earlier in the season, whereas last season, they imploded it at the end. Yeah, or it's a continuation of last season. It doesn't have you want to look at the glass half full, half empty, it's up to you. By the way, to your point of the dock workers and strike, by midnight, they say if they go on strike like you, they anticipate 45,000 dock workers could walk off the job. Yeah, this is a big deal. It's a huge deal that's not getting reported a lot. Wonder why? Yeah. 45,000. Whoo. So a lot of disasters on it, and this is the labor unions, they've, the union had, they've begged Biden to get involved because Biden could end it. He has the power to end it. He says he won't. He says he's not going to be on my watch because he's letting them deal. With, you know, their negotiation. Do you think he's doing this on purpose? A little shiv. You think he's. Do you think he knows he's like, ah, ah, this could, this could affect combo a little bit because the prices are going to start going out. Yeah. Joe, are you prepared to give us a speech on the supply chains? I'm serious. Think about it. We'll hear Joe coming up in the cut sheet. Yep. He's got that big. He's just smiling away. Coming up next, before we get to the cut sheet, I want to tie these latest Gallup polls with Republican voter identification and young voters going conservative with a story from Newsweek on how hot women became the new obsession of the right. We'll get to that when we continue killing company, Talk Radio 1210-WPhD. Really good news for the GOP and Republicans and conservatives as well as for the first time in decades, and a lot of these numbers and figures, courtesy of either the latest set of numbers, courtesy of the Gallup poll or also a Harvard University poll. For the first time in decades, more Americans now identify as Republican, 48% than Democrat, 45%. That is the findings of the latest US adults party identification and leaning in presidential election polling figures, which just came out over the last couple of days. And also, courtesy of Gallup, they wrote a very extensive breakdown from some of their polling findings, how the 2024 election environment is very favorable to the GOP, starting with what we just gave you, the party identification and leaning figures, to all of the different issues that are out there that should be easy layup victories for the Republican Party if we're talking about the issues and the policies alone, whether it's party performance, whether it's economic confidence, whether it's national satisfaction. You can read some of the numbers in the latest Gallup survey at their website. But I think this is interesting because this comes on top of a Harvard University youth poll that found out that America's youngest voters are turning right. And we talk about that 18 to 29 demographic. And then specifically, if we go in a little bit deeper, the 18 to 24 demo, which is basically your first time eligible voter contingency out there. And they are now showing that it is more conservative than it has been in a very long time, 26% of men ages 18 to 24 saying they identify as conservative, which is five points higher than the 25 to 29 year old men male demographic. And I think this is interesting because I really do believe when you go beyond just Democrat versus Republican Trump versus Kamala, the economy, the border, the wars, and then all the other subsets of issues that matter, female reproductive rights, crime, wars, you name it. This is a, I really do believe this. And I'm not saying it should be the crux of anybody's campaign or messaging, but I do think it is a factor. This is more of the culture wars that we've experienced at the state level, whether it's Bucks County in schools, whether it's what Ron DeSantis was utilizing to get reelected in 2022, that ultimately I think hurt him in his, you know, his bid for a primary victory because he made it too much about culture, wars and wokeness and all this other stuff. But this, I really do does think it comes down to men versus women and MSNBC, I forget who the host was, but Fox put out a headline with a quote from an MSNBC host saying that Kamala Harris's husband Doug Emhoff has quote, reshaped the perception of masculinity. And I think that is one of the underlying themes here in this election, where you have today's culture and a theme for the election of men and women. And what are the stereotypes of men and what are the typical traits of men and how men should no longer be what men used to be, which by the way, like you can still be an alpha male and a very masculine guy and still be courteous and respectful and a sweetheart to women. But they make it seem like type a male, male alphas are like obnoxious to women. That's a small percentage out there, right? So that's why I think this story from Newsweek is interesting. And the headline is as follows, how hot girls became the rights new obsession. I'm boy, I read this yesterday, Sunday morning, when I was, when I was having breakfast, I couldn't believe this. And this, and this is where they are right, where this theme, it all began with Sidney Sweeney's cleavage. They go on to say SNL cast member Bowen Yang revealed in a recent episode of the fly on the wall podcast that the euphoria star was quote, practically begging everybody when she hosted SNL to make body related jokes. Quote, she came in and was like, please, everyone, make jokes about my boobs. At the time, Sweeney's appearance sparked much discourse and was lauded by a number of quote right wing commentators as the death of woke. The actress had become a so called conservative hot girl, a pin up for the modern day right wing movement as it attempts to expand the appeal of conservatism beyond the confines of its largely older white male base. Sweeney and other conservative hot girls don't necessarily have any tangible involvement with politics, but they have been claimed by right wing public figures as their own whether they appear to like it or not. The conservative hot girl quote isn't a particularly new phenomenon according to Victoria Khan, an associate professor at a university in the UK. As she told Newsweek, quote, women have been positioned through the lens of the masculinist imagery in conservative populist politics for a very long time. Sweeney appears to have kicked off the latest wave of conservative hot girls at a time when conventional beauty standards have been adopted as a purported antidote to wokeness. That word was initially associated with progressive movements, but has since been co-opted by conservative critics to mock what they perceive as excessive political correctness, virtue signaling, or a tendency to overemphasize identity politics. So I want to get into this story and these quotes from this UK professor. First of all, let's just let's just call a spade a spade. Men and conservative men, liberal men have always liked hot women. Since men was created, men have liked hot women. This is nothing new. And I don't understand where this is a conservative thing, because yes, I do think the dug-em-off and the Tim Walzes of the world and some of the beta male liberals out there are trying to redefine what is considered masculinity. But I'm going to actually defend just your average everyday Democrat liberal man. I got news for you news week in UK professors, normal Democrat liberal men, they like hot women too. This is not a right left conservative liberal thing. So I don't understand what the wording or this thing that they're jumping on where like Republicans love Sidney Sweeney. No, I think any straight man that's attracted to hot women and likes big boobs is attracted to Sidney Sweeney. Like, what are we doing here? Good morning for those of you just joining us. Yes, let go and get ready to all tend to be Ph.D. I mean, we're really politicizing hot women now. So who's a bigger boob, Tim Walz or Nick Kale or Sweeney? Yeah, I don't understand this attack against, and this goes back to the story we had a few weeks ago. I think I asked Sean Farish and Tony Bruno about this, about body positivity. What I think the left is, and Don, you're a conservative woman, so you're more qualified to talk about this than I am. It seems like the left says, if you're overweight, you're obese, you're ugly, you're miserable, flaunt it like you got it, you could do whatever you want. And I don't even know that Sidney Sweeney is a conservative, a Republican, I don't know, and I don't really don't care. She's just hot. And that's all that really should matter for the sake of this conversation. I don't understand why the left and, you know, publications like Newsweek are so obsessed with tearing down hot women that don't come out as being super progressive and woke. So I mean, like if we did a poll question, who would you rather see on stage promoting body positivity, Sidney Sweeney or Lizzo, who do you think is going to win that? First of all, who is Sidney Sweeney? I have no idea who it is. She's like some low level actress that was on Saturday Night Live. That is not like a Hollywood liberal progressive woke, uh, shoving identity politics down your throat so again, I don't even know that she's conservative, but like she because we're because like Republicans or social media people are conservatives. Yeah. Yeah. You've seen her before. Yeah. Phil, can you go to the Googles and put up a picture of her please? So the audience knows I'm sending you something, Phil or Phil and you have this Victoria con this professor. She says, well, the conservative hot girl thing is not particularly a new phenomenon. I would say hot women is not a new phenomenon at all. Like straight men like beautiful women. It's biology. You're born that way if you're if you're not in the hot women, well, then you're probably not into women. So then identify as LGBTQ plus, knock yourself out, whatever you're into. I don't care, but like this, this attack against conservative women, yet the like the embracing of liberal women that are miserable and ugly is fascinating to me. I don't get it. I'm a dude and I'm a pig. But just remember that think about women, women like to look at beautiful women as well. Yeah. So it's when you think about, you know, you think about the consumers of whether it's local local news, local programming, national program, everybody likes to look at beauty or attractive people, whether they're men or especially women, women love to see other women, and we were tough on other women. There's that. But I think overall it's not just men that want to see beautiful women. So for the Sweeney, the fact that she she tries to go with like more of a classic look. I mean, even though she's showing a white gown, it's like it's kind of old Hollywood. If you will, she wears a lot of white. She does a lot of Marilyn Monroe kind of hairstyles. So to me, I think it's silly. Yeah. First of all, Newsweek brilliant because they get a lot of hits and everybody's talking about their little article here, which I'm doing. What you're doing? Yes. And Sydney Sweeney is up on YouTube. If you care to go fill, let's keep her in box four for the rest of the show. Thank you very much. You know, but it's just like, I feel like, you know, what we're seeing today is we saw this with Melania. She got attacked. She's gorgeous. So when Ron DeSantis was the flavor of the month and Casey DeSantis was doing, you know, a lot of interviews and she was the feature of many articles and they attacked her as being the Walmart Melania. To my knowledge, like Casey DeSantis, gorgeous lady has never said or done anything wrong publicly in her life as a public figure as the wife of Ron DeSantis. But it's like these publications like Newsweek and Salon and the Enquirer with an E, not the Enquirer in Philadelphia. Like they hate the fact that there's like Republican women out there that are scorching hot that would wear a MAGA hat. Like, and they purposely have to write content about it. And I'm just tired of hearing about it. Marcus Aurelia says that Zioli is a conservative hot girl as well. What? Zioli is or is married to one? Well, he might be. I don't know. I'm not his wife, but he says Zioli is a conservative hot girl. Let me grab Frank in Red Hill. Frank, you're on talk radio 1210. Go ahead. Okay. I think my comments fit in real well with what you were just saying. A number of times over the past few weeks, I've had to turn off the morning show, which I'm a regular listener when Greg has had one of his stammering incoherent church lady hissy fits about the Kennedy. Oh, okay. Well, I challenge him to listen. I challenge him to listen to RFK Jr. at last Friday's Trump rally in Walker, Michigan. You're listening to RFK Jr. I think, yeah, I think, yeah, I think Greg should man up. Okay. Yeah, man. I think you should. Okay. That just shows the though, I human tell you that you have lived, I think you I think you owe your listeners a apology, I'm sorry for wasting for wasting time ignoring what's important policy and not realizing that listeners like me are interested in intelligent discussions on issues, not your whole year than now, incoherent rants on personality. I have many dumb bosses in my life, but none as inept as you. Thank you, sir. Wow. Wow. Thank you, Frank. Stocker. He carried a rebuttal. Greg's doctor sucks.com. Thank you very much. If you want to go there and donate one of my fans, where did that call come from? I love it though. We were talking about Bobby Kennedy today, were we? I don't know. We went from the border to some Gallup polls, maybe, maybe it was a conversation in Frank's head. Oh, well, Frank, I hope that there's been some intelligent conversation before that phone call. I'm trying my best here to blend, you know, the issues of the day with having some, some good times in morning drive. Wow. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I will turn my microphone off for the rest of the show. No, you won't. And Craig is a good boss and he does a good imitation, but I will Frank explain, explain a little bit because the, I think a lot of people feel these are important times. We have 35 days to the election. SwampTheVote.com, if you have not voted or registered to vote, I should say, or you want that mail-in-vote SwampTheVote.com. But I think what Frank is expressing is just a frustration that we, that we focus for people just tuning in who might not be well-informed to understand what's at stake here and to understand that RFK Jr., when he talked about health and the chemicals in our foods, that's something he really gave permission, everybody's talking about it now. And he really launched that at a Trump rally because I think it was something we were all talking about. Remember after the Italy trip and we were all saying, wow, nobody, we were eating and drinking like Kings and Queens and yet everybody lost weight, what's going on here with the processed foods. So I think that he really, you know, busted that open and everybody's talking about it now. Thanks to RFK Jr. So I think what we'll do after the cut sheet today is I will actually, because I have the full Gallup poll, I will read every stat in this column, intelligent, I will, I'll read the whole article and we will have a full presentation of all the polling numbers because these are important times. They are. 35 days. Of course they are. And you look at, you know, following, for example, Scott Pressler who gets national attention for what he's doing here in Pennsylvania. By the way, did you see what he pointed out and was that in reserve? Yes, I did. Which we will get to coming up. And that's concerning and so there is concern of what is going on, but also the fact that we're hearing that there are so many people in Pennsylvania conservatives, Second Amendment people who either don't trust, just don't feel that their vote counts, aren't registered to vote. What about the Amish? There's a headline this morning that the Amish in Pennsylvania may save America. They would just, if we make sure that they vote. But they're just people who, for a multitude of reasons, the Amish? The Amish. They, they, that's like 0.002 percentage of population, isn't it? No, it's a huge population of people. When you think about how close, how razor thin these elections are, there are all these people in Pennsylvania who, for a multitude of reasons, are not registering or not voting. And by the way, I'm, I'm, again, the, the RFK Jr. thing. I'm, like, the stuff that he does on foods and, and the stuff we put our bodies, I'm all for. I think it's great. Excellent. I just think that he's a creep and the Kennedy's a creep. Yeah. And he, and by the way, he also asked to join the Harris administration. So if they would have taken him up on it, you know, he's not loyal because he's a Kennedy. They're not loyal. Right. He was a stop. His services were up for a hundred percent. They were up for bid. More than a percent. So really it says, I like Greg stammering in his incoherent, his he fits. But then again, I like sniffing glue to real quickly because we do have to get a break and we get to the cut. But we have a Greg in the northeast who I think wants to defend the other Greg on the show. Greg, go ahead. It's Greg on Greg crime. No, I'm not defending him. He's an incoherent buffoon. Thank you. You are the, now you are in the end of fault, Nick, for you sexist me and that was hilarious on both cats. By the way. We live. Thank you, buddy. We can't pick. We're not going to pick on dawn. New. Right now. We're not going to pick on dawn. Yeah. And that's like all Mike. That's like mother Teresa to this thing. We're not. He can't say anything bad. Yeah. Like Michelle Obama. You cannot say anything bad. Right. Or your radio waves will blow up point. That's great. There he is. Thank you, Greg. Like a pager in the Middle East. Right. My buddy. I like Greg. I'm a sexist Neanderthal. Exactly. All right. Cut sheet is coming up next. Stay right there. Talk radio 1210 W.P.H.D. This is the Kaling Company podcast from talk radio 1210 W.P.H.D. and on the free honestly app. Two of the last three days of shows cut sheet now officially starts in 757 folks like those random first pitch times in the Phillies. You've been doing it forever. And never. People who don't know my stick had not been paying attention to this radio station for 20 years. There you go. Since 2004, by the way, that's like the last time there was more Republicans and Democrats courtesy of the Gallup poll. There's your content and your information that the day 757. Let's find out what's lined up for a loaded edition. Always my personal favorite edition of the cut sheet. It's a Monday of what's on the cut sheet. What's on the cut sheet? Cherry Hill Volvo, where relationships matter to come out over 70, Cherry Hill, Cherry Hill Volvo, where relationships matter to take you, Cherry Hill Volvo, sponsoring the ever-important Monday edition of what's on the cut sheet. You referenced this in the last segment before we got derailed by the love and hate for me, which I never want this show to be about. It just makes me uncomfortable. Cut 20, Phil. It does. I don't enjoy it. Cut 20, Phil. You had mentioned Doug M. Hoff and MSNBC, praising him for reshaping the perception of masculinity. He is rebranding the entire gender. Cut 20, Phil. If you will, go. An interesting part of how people have talked about your role here is how your role has reshaped the perception of masculinity. I'm not sure you planned on that, but you are incredibly supportive spouse. Has that been an evolution for you? Do you think that's part of the role you might play as first gentleman? Funny. I've started to think a lot about this. I've always been like this. My dad was like this. To me, it's -- first of all, did he impregnate his nanny? Yeah. Yeah. The nanny, the blonde, blue-eyed nanny, while he was married the first time around. It was his daughter's nanny who also was a teacher at the little private school that he and his wife sent their kids to. The nanny gets pregnant and was approached recently by the Daily Mail. She just said, "Oh, I'm kind of freaked out about all this," but nobody denies that he had the affair with the nanny. The nanny got pregnant and she, quote, "didn't keep the baby." So I guess that's why, you know, he's glad that -- I mean, did he encourage the abortion? Did he pay for the abortion? These are my questions. So he is reshaping masculinity, yet committing the same -- Toxic masculinity. They're the same sins of toxic masculinity where, let's face it, men are dogs and men do a lot of bad things when they are supposed to be in a relationship with a woman, where they're supposed to be exclusivity. So Doug Amhoff is no different than all of the knuckle-dragging conservative men that have made their mistakes in their life. The reality is this, I don't care if Doug Amhoff wears joggers, if he wears a schmedium shirt, if he's got his own personal supply of hand sanitizer, there's beta males, there's germaphobes out there, there's type A's, there's type B's. I don't care what type of man you are, just don't tell me that this guy's reinventing what manhood is, because it's not true, okay? Look, you know, as far as this guy -- remember his speech at the DNC. And if you watch, you go, "Oh, wow, he's so likable." That's what everybody says. He's so likable. This guy is so -- he's such a smooth talker, he's a slick talker. That speech he gave at the DNC, you would think, "Oh, he's the nicest guy in the world. This is a guy." He's a creep like the rest of it. Right? And this is a guy who came off as the nice, so self-deprecating, says all the right things, wears the schmedium shirt, as Nick says. But that's just it. I think sometimes that we look at people who are authentic, who might say stuff where they put their foot in their mouth, whatever, I'd rather have that person who I know what I'm getting than this guy, who pretends to be Mr. Wonderful and was cheating on his wife. And not just cheating on his wife, cheating on his two kids. This is their teacher and the daughters and nanny, first of all, how wealthy are they that each kid has their own nanny. But second of all, just what a schmuck. You know, think about that. Totally underutilized word today, schmuck. We need to bring schmucks back and make schmucks great again. You fooled around with the children's nanny and teacher and you didn't even think or you know, to have a condom or protect. Like you, she's pregnant and then did you push her to have that abortion? Like there's so much, can you only imagine if this guy was a conservative, he would be, and this is tangible evidence, nobody's denying it, you know, contrast that with what's going on in North Carolina where you have a lieutenant governor, a standing lieutenant governor who says I didn't participate 10 years ago in some creepy zoid site, the porn site or whatever. But this is tangible evidence. Nobody's going after Saturday night live comes out with their fifth. They don't nobody touches this. It's all done. It's over. I'm not going to bring it up. Shame on that. But what they've tried to do with Doug Emhoff and Tim Walls entering the political arena is they've tried to portray them as the complete and polar opposite of Donald Trump. That's the whole point of redefining masculinity and but the reality is they've done the same stuff. They're no different. They're all like that. The problem I have and don't hit the nail on the head is that they're trying to repackage these people and they did it with Biden in 2020. They're like, Oh Biden, it's just he's everybody's grandpa. He's every anybody who's been following politics for 20 years knows that Joe Biden is is the biggest SOB out there. He screams the people. He says inappropriate things. He's not the nicest guy in the world. But they tried to rebrand him as America's grandpa. American needs a hug from Joe Biden and they're they're doing that with Doug Emhoff as as like this. This like he's the new form of masculinity that dude is is banging his nanny and and we're supposed to be like, Oh, we're turning we're turning the page though. I thought. It's joy. It's hope. It's change. Tim Walls and Doug Emhoff are joyful warriors. Yeah, it's just it's it's nauseating. The whole thing is nauseating and I just I don't like I have no problem with, you know, guys not being, you know, the alpha males, you know, not everybody needs to be an alpha male, of course, but like, dude, you're you're you're your scumbag. I'm sorry. Anybody who cheats on their wife and and and and you know, it predicates the sweat. They're scumbags. The end and at least if you do that, like, admit your mistakes own it and don't try to portray yourself as something you're not like this is this guy. You know what? Doug Emhoff reminds me of he reminds me of like a character from like one of the soap operas, right? Yeah. Like days of our lives are one of those shows, general hospital, he fit right in. Yeah. Um, we're doing, should I do SNL? Okay, let's let's let's do a little bit of it. Okay. Everybody watching right now on YouTube, I've cut this up in many ways so we don't get flagged. We're we're probably going to get flagged. So if you're watching this on YouTube right now and we go blank, if we, you know, we get taken off the air, remember, youtube.com/1210WPhD, um, um, go to the Odyssey app, just download the Odyssey app and you can catch us, uh, right there. Okay. This was the, uh, season 50, the 50th, 50th, Jesus Christ, hasn't been phony in 20 50 years. Uh, the season premiere of, uh, uh, Saturday Night Live and open the cold open as they call it started with like a 15 minute political, uh, uh, skit. It started with Kamala Harris as, um, or my Rudolph as Kamala Harris. This is cut one. So go. Well, well, well, look who fell out of that coconut tree. Well, your fun aunt has returned. I'm telling you guys, close your eyes, close your eyes and just listen. It sounds like Kamala Harris. She, she, she does a great job and she's also wearing the fake Tiffany necklace. Yes. Amazing. All right. Keep going for it. Been rebooted. Too far, too furious. I am so happy to be campaigning in whatever swing state I'm in, which I will just refer to as Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia because I am going to protect your Virginia. Yeah, it's a good line. It's a good line. It's a good line. Yeah. All right. All right. And I have no problem with them going back to my or Rudolph. So if you don't have somebody that fits the demographics, it's the issues that I have is with the guys that do Trump or, uh, you know, Carvey does Biden, like you don't have, you don't have a white guy that can imitate them. Like you got to go back to your glory days, like if you don't have a black female in the cast, you can't do Kamala. So you have to go back to my or Rudolph. Well, we can, uh, we'll get to Trump in one second. Phil, is there a little bit more with the Kamala thing? You see, my campaign is like the Sabrina Carpenter song espresso. The lyrics are vague, but the vibe slaps. That's a good line. Very good. It's a good line. No issue with that. Funny. Um, but I'm telling you, she has, she does it. She's not as good as S.D. S.D., by the way, which we will have, we will have the mock debate coming up at the end of October. Um, we're working out all the details. We should have something to announce this week later this week as to when and where it's going to be. We're checking out sites this week. I have my crack team on it. Secret service is there. Absolutely. We have to make sure that Trump and Kamala, uh, Sean and S.D. are protected. That's right. Um, so we will, uh, we'll have more on that in, uh, in a couple of days. Okay. Tim Walls came out who was played by Jim Gaffigan, a very good imitation of Tim Walls cut to Phil. Go. Whoa. Folks, I haven't been this excited since I got a 10% rebate on a leaf for from minority. What can I say? Good hands. Sounds like a dude. I got that B.D. Big dad energy. I see what I did that you did. I got it. I didn't want it, but I got it. All right. So far. Not bad. I know issues with that. That's Gaffigan doing walls. Looks like him too. Right. I mean, the arms flaring. Yeah. Does a good job. Well, Gaffigan isn't Gaffigan from Minnesota, I think. Yeah. Yeah. It doesn't. I mean, they both actually, um, my Rudolph has stepped up her Kamala game because when she was her a couple of years ago, yeah, she looked like her sounded like her a little bit, but her impression is dead on. Well, the thing that gets me when when Esti does Kamala Harris is the laugh because she busts the laugh out out of nowhere where you're expecting more commentary and then she just goes into the cackle. Yeah. And the cackle just makes me laugh hysterically. Krista on a hue on the YouTube chats as Esti is way better. I would agree. I agree. I agree. That's why we're bringing her. Yeah. I think that Maya and I think all of these people are being safe. So they're not, they don't want to trigger either side because they're either big stars. I think Maya Rudolph doesn't, she have a show and she has some, some new stuff out. So I think these Gaffigan, these people don't want to trigger either side. So they're playing it down the middle, but they're funny either. But I think Dana Carvey stole the show. Esti, um, does a much slower deliberate draw of Kamala, whereas Maya Rudolph is a little bit more up, up tempo, so to speak. Um, okay, then Andy Sandberg, a former SNL cast member, came out as Doug Emmahoff. This is cut three, Phil Go. Hello. His eye, Doug. The second gentle-manch, also known as Charlie Brown, if he was a grownup, guys, how amazing is Kamala? I mean, look at her. He does have the whining glues down. Yeah, I've never been an Andy Sandberg guy. Well, he was in a box, so it's, so it's appropriate that he would play Emmahoff. Yeah. I'm just saying. Yeah. I like, I, I, right now I would say Maya number one, walls number two, and then whatever that was, three. Uh, a little bit more of this, Phil. Indeed. Charlie's Theron. I mean, how did I get this woman? And look, I have heard what the right says about me just because I'm unapologetic about being a man supporting his wife. Oh, he's a beta, a wife guy, a tradhuzz, a little spoon. Well, you know what? If helping Kamala, who we call Mama Lynn, my family, not sure if I mentioned that, become president, being a little spoon, then you can cut my little butt. I think he, I think there's some truth to that. I think Doug Emmahoff is the little spoon, except when he's with the nanny, then he's the big spoon and the fork and the knife and all the utensils. Yeah, I, I would have to just mention about this whole concept of, uh, you're watching your wife have the spotlight and I don't know where, where the rest of the audience sits, but I would have no problem if my wife made three or four times the money I make. I, in fact, I would embrace it. I would encourage it. I root for it one day. I would retire early, in fact, because I have argued for years that nobody can do nothing better than I do. So like this whole concept of like, well, I mean, I, I mean, do we really have a lot of people out there that would be like, I like, let's just, let's go dummy math here. Let's say you're a man and you make a hundred dollars and your wife makes $50. If all of a sudden your wife was making $250 and you're still making a hundred dollars, are you going to be bent out of shape by that? I wouldn't. That just means more golf and more booze for me in a better vehicle and maybe a bigger square footage home. You know, this tells me that you're just very lazy and you don't, you want to be taking care of it. I, I just, whatever makes life easier. I got you. Why, why fight the resistance? If your woman can make that kind of bread, God bless you. I married a social worker, not a physician. Oh boy. That's not a knock against her. But like, you know, if you can find that, God bless you. I would embrace it. You want to save him, Don? Well, you know, that's love. You didn't look at. That's a lot of patience. Thank you very much. That's true love. Don't always find the, the right spin. And it was a high school, met in high school, right? That's right. And, and also fellow temple grads went through our sweethearts. That's a love story, Don. All right, and then, then they brought out Trump who is, forgive me, I forget the cast member's name. I was so awful and this is not funny. I thought he did a good Trump when he first started. And then I met Sean and I was like, well, we have clearly the best Trump impersonator around. Totally. This is cut for Phil Go when someone does a bing, bong, bing, bing, bing, right at me. Trying to make fun. Because of the rhetoric of the radical left, they say that me blaming the Democrats for inciting violence is the pot calling the cattle black. But frankly, I didn't know the cattle was black until very recently, I thought the cattle was Indian. And then he decided to turn black, I missed Joe Biden, no Joe, it doesn't sound anything like him. No, it's forced. It's over the top. He doesn't have the mannerisms, honestly, you could, you could do a nationwide Trump off and have impersonators like Elvis impersonators, right? They're all over the country. Get a bunch of people that do Trump. Nobody would come close to Sean Farish. And the guy they have on Saturday Night Live wouldn't come in the top 10 probably. He's very, very mediocre. Yeah, I don't, I don't love, I don't love the content aside. Like what he was saying, because I know Don with that was your point, I just, the impression is not good. No, it's just, and maybe it's because we've been spoiled. But even, even as much as I detest, detest the murderer Alec Baldwin, allegedly, I guess I have to say, but as much as I detest him, at least he kind of tried to sound like this guy doesn't sound anything like him. Right. It doesn't really. He, this guy looks more like a combination of the doosies, Peter and Steve. Yeah. It's more like a combo of those two. Okay. His name, I looked him up because I don't know who he's, he's Jim Johnson, James Austin Johnson. He's Jim Johnson. Yeah. But there are people were going crazy on upon learning this and the Trump campaign, you know, even blasted NBC and NBC, SNL for, for doing that because, but there's nothing funny about a, an assassination attempt, especially because it took the life of Corey too. You know, it was a deadly attack. It's just not funny. So think about that. To your point, the hypocrisy, NBC is willing to go there when it pertains to a Republican almost having his head shot off. They won't bring up Kamala Harris and Montel. They won't bring up Kamala Harris and Willie Brown. They won't bring up Doug Emhoff in the nanny. You know, they, they won't bring up the sex lives of the past of the Democrats, but they can bring up the assassination attempt of the Republican to me either go all the way on all of them or don't do any of it. But it shows you the depth of the media bias and this is NBC, this is, you know, NBC entertainment. Somebody had to sign off on that and it was obviously a rehearsed skit that was rehearsed over and over. The Trump campaign, the Trump campaign they put out, there were two assassination attempts against President Trump within a span of seven weeks and then they put, they called out NBC and SNL, apparently finds that funny, disgusting. And then they went, you know, went on to talk about it. Well, just think about the world we're living in where people get canceled as comedians, right? Remember we were talking about that? There's a, Greg, you might remember this. I think it was either a story you found or the cut sheet. It's like a canceled comedian club where they meet in Texas to do shows, it's Joe Rogan's club. Joe Rogan's club. The mothership or something like that. Yeah. Yeah. All the comedians who have been canceled or something, you go down there and, you know, perform in front of sold out grounds. So there are certain things off limits, but apparently being assassinated is not off limits. Yeah, agreed. I just, the whole, well, for the record, I'll be consistent. Like I always say, when you're going into a comedy venue, you know, check your outrage at the door. I don't have any problem that they brought up the assassination attempt. It's what they don't bring up on the other side that draws the ire from me. I just remember back to when they, when Hillary Clinton lost the election and they were so sure she was going to win and Kate McKinnon came out at the beginning playing, playing Pallyluia by, and it was just like this, like, you know, she started crying and like, I was just like, what, what is, what is this? Like, this is supposed to be a comedy show. This is supposed to be like, I don't know. They let their real biases and feelings interfere with making funny jokes. All right. Then to Dawn's point, who really stole the show, Dana Carvey came out as Joe Biden, because was it you, Don, who said earlier that they have nobody in the cast? Yeah. They have to bring out Jim Gaffigan, Maya Rudolph, Andy Sandberg, and Dana Carvey to pump up the season premiere, the 50th season premiere. All right. Cut five. He'll go. A lot of people forget I'm president, including me, I guess what, and by the way, I think I did a pretty good job. I passed more bills than president history. Well, folks, we still got work to do. No joke. I mean, serious right now. Come on. Guess what? By the way, I mean, all of the, all of the little mannerisms in the speech, it's, it's perfect. It's dead on. Got to tell you, I'm a little surprised that they went back to Carvey because Carvey and Spade, I believe, do a podcast now for Odyssey. They do. Yep. And Carvey has been very outspoken against the left. I don't know if Carvey is a conservative. I don't think he is, but I think, but he's been very critical. So I'm surprised they went down that road because he's not a, you know, PG friendly to the Democrats. Well, he has said in that podcast that it's absurd that they don't have somebody there who does Biden or does Biden well? Well, remember for a while they were bringing in Jim Carrey. Yep. Who did a, who did a, like a cool Joe Biden, aviators, yes, yes, sports car, Joe, a little bit more. Well, now that just to point out something, see now they can bring Dana Carvey in. Now they can make fun of Biden because even though Biden is the president, he's the lame duck. That's a great, that's a great point. If Joe Biden was running up against Donald Trump, this cold open would have never happened. That's right. You're 100% cool. All right. Play a little more. The rich don't be a fair share. We got a fair share. We got to build back better, build back the better, the better, the better, build back the better. Can't believe it's not butter. There we go. Can't believe it's not butter. But I also think, you know, you look at these, these comedians, they're just more than anything more than politics. They're speaking of butter. Their bread and butter is being funny. And they brought the funny back momentarily. They reminded us, SNL used to be funny. And you think of Dana Carvey, remember, he was invited by George W, one of the Bushes. He was invited because he imitated them and he was invited by George H.W. Bush. Yeah. Yeah. And, you know, he was somebody who was kindhearted. It wasn't this mean-spirited situation. It was just, hey, let's laugh together. And much to the point of, you know, Frank, our one caller who's so upset, it's like sometimes we all do have to just laugh and let off a little steam and it's going to be okay, even in the midst of serious times. And that's what this reminded me of as they celebrate 50 years. They haven't been funny for what, 10 years? Yeah, they haven't. They just haven't been funny for a long time. I don't think they've been funny since Will Ferrell left, and I know Jimmy Fallon was always considered like the second funny guy even though I never really found Fallon to be that funny. But I mean, you go back to the glory days in the 70s and then you go back to the Eddie Murphy era and then of course the early 90s, the mid 90s with Farley and Spade and Rock and Sandler, Carvey, Phil Hartman. I mean, I remember when I was in high school, early college, like 2003, 2004, this was back when they had like the DVD store in the mall. Yeah. And I would go into, oh my God, what was Sun Coast video? Sure. I would look to see if they have the best of SNL DVDs and when they would have them, I would grab them. I'd get the best of Chris Farley, the best of Spade, the best of Eddie Murphy. And it was just, I mean, if you grew up and were watching SNL as an adult in those eras, I mean, it was a pop cultural phenomenon. MGM. MGM guy rides unfunny since Norm McDonald left. I will say this. McDonald was the greatest, he was the greatest weekend update guy because he didn't give two flying, you know what, about anything, like he would, he would call O.J. Simpson a murderer before it was cool. He would call Madonna a skank before it was cool and, and you know, like he just went there. He didn't care who he offended. In fact, I had heard a podcast that he was on with the Conan O'Brien where he was basically saying that he relished in the fact that he would say a joke and it would make, take the audience a second to like gas and process it and he would, he loved that silence. He loved bombing more than he liked killing, which I think it would tell shows a lot about Norm McDonald. Yeah. Well, Lindsey Graham likes both. You think about Norm McDonald, he was told by that story that he had told much later was that there was an NBC executive who was buddies with or fan of O.J. Simpson. He was told back off the O.J. Jones. Yep. Then he doubled down. He did. So that every like kicker, he would end with an O.J. Simpson, he would just, he doubled down on it, thought it was hysterical and it got him fired. Yep. Yep. Trump was addressing a crowd of supporters Sunday afternoon in Erie, Pennsylvania. We played a clip earlier alongside Representative Mike Kelly when he complained about the retail theft in New York City. He called for police to use extraordinarily rough tactics to stop crime. This is being called out today by the mainstream media cut 21, Phil Go. You know, New York, you can't walk into a drug store now. It's like you're in a prison of glass. If you want to buy aspirin, you have to wait 45 minutes for a clerk to come up and open because they could, what's gone on and every drug store, I just lost one. I had a nice tenant. I just lost a tenant and a beautiful tenant at 40 Wall Street. I just lost a tenant. He opened a, they opened a big chain drug store, big, beautiful chain. They opened. They were doing such great business. 40 Wall Street right across with the stock exchange. They gave me notice. They said, we're going to have to close because the shelves, they literally, the people walk in, they just take everything they want, they walk out of the store. What the hell is going on? See, we have to let the police do their job and if they have to be extraordinarily rough. And you know the funny thing with all of that stuff, look at the department store, same thing. They walk into a, you see these guys walking out with air conditioners, with refrigerators on their back, the craziest thing, and the police aren't allowed to do their job. They told, if you do anything, you're going to lose your pension, you're going to lose your family, you're housed in your car, the police want to do it, the Border Patrol wants to do it. Border Patrol, they're incredible. They want to do it. They're not allowed to do it because the liberal left won't let them do it. The liberal left wants to destroy them and they want to destroy our country. You know, if you had one day, like one real rough, nasty day with the drug stores as an example, where when they start walking out with, you know, she created something in San Francisco, $950, you're allowed to steal. Anything above that, you will be prosecuted. Well, it works out that the 950 is a misnomer because you can steal whatever you want, you can go away about. But you'd see it. Originally, you saw kids walking with calculators, they were calculators. They didn't want to go over the $950, they're standing with calculators, ending it up. You know, these are smart, smart people, they're not so stupid, but they have to be taught. Now, if you had one really violent day, like a guy like Mike Kelly put him in charge, Congressman Kelly put him in charge for one day. Mike, would you say, right here, he's a great congressman, would you say, Mike, that if you were in charge, you would say, oh, please, don't touch them, don't touch them, let them rob your store, let all these stores go out of business, right? They don't pay rent, the city doesn't have a whole, it's a chain of events, it's so bad. One rough hour, and I mean real rough. The word will get out and it will end immediately, end immediately. Yep, but you know, with the media will do, they will react to Trump's words, as opposed to the Democrats' policies and their failed policies, which, this is the frustrating thing about this, Trump only hit on actually one third of it. He says, we have to let police do their job, well, no, we also have to let prosecutors do their job. We also have to allow store employees to participate in a practice that they used to call theft prevention. So if the criminal knows that the store won't stop them, the cops won't arrest you, and then the prosecutor will drop charges and you'll be out on the street in 13 minutes. What do you do? You take a calculator with you and say, like, hey, it's like me at the grocery store with my wife. We're going to stay under budget. We've got to make sure that those bananas are 49 cents a pound, not 58 cents a pound. The criminal stays under budget, right? You bring the calculator. Well, what do we have? We have $932 of merchandise, by the way, there's absolutely nothing wrong with what he said. Of course not. There's absolutely nothing wrong. Yes, yes. If the cops, if there was extreme, if there was an extreme case to, you know, where they could actually stop these thugs from doing what they're doing, I'm all for it. I don't care. Yeah. I don't care how it looks. I don't care if people are, ooh, we're afraid it's a, it's a police thing. No, it's not a police thing. Right now, we're living in a lawless city. Remember me Philadelphia. Yeah. Remember the video we played of the smashing grabs at like Lulu Lemon? Yep. And they were like 25 or 30 people at a time. Yeah. Now, if all of a sudden cops show up and catch it in the act and they realize it's, you know, four cops against the 25 people, what do you think they're going to do? Go in there with Billy clubs. I don't care. I don't care. You know who won't do it again, them. Yeah. If you look at across our region, why certain crimes are happening, as far as retail theft, it happens at KOP mall all the time. I can't tell you in the Chestnut Hills section of Philadelphia because the thieves learned which stores do not prosecute all the shop, you know, shoplifting or whatever. But if, if they know that a store is not going to press charges or even call 911, and by the way, store employees, and this is a big, the read this, you know, the big home shopping center places, the big, you know, store places, they are trained. You do not go after somebody. You don't confront somebody walking out. They can be walking out with like a lawn mower, a big, you know, item. They're told, do not video them with your phone, do not confront them. And so they've had to hire people who will, who will come up and say, oh, can I assist you with that? Well, I'll take that up to the register for you. Yep. That's how they're handling it as preventive. But if somebody starts walking out of store, you're not allowed to intercept or do anything. Right. And this goes crazy. And this goes back to what we saw right here in Philadelphia. Everybody, bossy, never leave the game. Never throw people. Never go to jail. Yeah. Everybody thinks it's fun and games, smashing grab, bust windows, steal the iPhones. And then all of a sudden when the police jack you up, it's, oh, I can't breathe. You're violated by rights. And then my grandma comes out in the porch when Channel 4 is there and they say, oh, I'll never do that again. You're damn right. Steve Cornaki over the weekend, and a new NBC poll came out and showed that there was a massive shift toward the GOP with Latino voters. This is cut 19, Phil, go. We ask a basic question to Hispanic voters, which party do you more identify with? 37% now, say Republicans, 49% say Democrats. But again, look at how this has shifted in just the last dozen years. In 2012, this was a 41-point advantage for the Democrats. It has come all the way down to 12 points, Kristen, a 29-point drop in terms of that gap there on which party Hispanics identify with in just 12 years. Look at those numbers from 21% to 20 to 23 to 39. We ask a basic question to Hispanic voters. I'm sorry. By the way, too, after dealing with Harry and for weeks, it was nice to see Cornaki back in the fall. Well, we talk about mainstream media pollsters out there, but again, I think you can separate two things. Yes, the polls have been wrong historically, traditionally, the last couple of years, the last couple of election cycles, national polls. But when you go inside the numbers, this is where I do believe that they are accurate. I do believe Trump is getting more of the Hispanic vote. I do believe Trump's getting more of the Black vote. I do believe Trump's getting more of the younger vote. The question the calculus you have to do is are the gains of those demographics substantial enough to offset whatever he might have lost and presumably will lose post Roe v. Wade with females? That is the million-dollar question. Does gaining with Hispanics, blacks, and young voters outweigh the loss of females? If you had females to begin with, don't know if I had the million-dollar question I would place a wager on this election right now and then never report back for work. You better. Tomorrow is October 1st. Hillary Clinton spoke to the firing line, that PBS show. I think it's PBS, I don't know, and talked about how there could be an October surprise. We always hear that every election season, what will be the October surprise. Hillary Clinton claimed that there could be one coming, which she knows a lot more than she ever reveals. That means that we're going to find Diddy in a cell or number 17. All right, cut six, no go. You liken yourself to Cassandra, the Greek mythological figure who could see the future and the prophecies, but was never believed. Putting that Cassandra hat on for the moment, but we're listening. What is something you see happening in the near future that we should be taking more seriously? Well, I do think that the press needs a consistent near, I mean, the press is not supporting Trump blatantly, very persistently. The press is trying to be the press, be objective, be reporting the facts. The press needs a consistent narrative about the danger that Trump poses because people may still look at the danger and say, I don't care, it doesn't affect me, I'm going to vote for X, Y, or Z, but okay. But at least people need to be woken up and given the facts about what he has done is saying and would do, and I anticipate that something will happen in October as it always does. Uh oh. You know, the Russians, as I said earlier, are very active in this election. We know. I mean, is she predicting, is she showing her hand? I mean, she's, I don't know, I'm just, she still think it's 2016, she's running the same playbook that's been debunked, especially on the Russia front, but I'm going to say, as far as this whole October surprise concept, um, I don't, I don't really think anything would shock or surprise me. I mean, we've seen a switcheroo. We've seen two assassination attempts. We've seen four indictments. This has been the most, um, eccentric headline grabbing election cycle, probably in the history of American election cycle, news cycle politics. So what would surprise you at this point in the final 35 days? Would anything make you be flummox and have your jaw drop down and hit the desk? Wouldn't for me now. Yeah. I mean, what else? What other surprise could there be? At this point, to your point, I just, people are so set in their ways that I don't think, I don't think many minds are changing one, one way or another. And by the way, too, how about her saying about the, the media narrative that the media has to do in the press has to do an even more, um, consistent job of hammering home that trumps a threat to democracy? Who is she to sit here and say what the headline should be and how the mainstream media should shape any of their coverage? You know, she's given a marching orders, right? Yeah. She's trying, she's trying to influence them. And by the way, what about somebody who keeps saying that an election was stolen? Yeah. Wasn't she the, one of the original people saying that? I would say, hey, Hillary, if Kamala is so great, why do you never talk about her and what she's going to do as opposed to what you claim Trump is? Um, we talked about this earlier, going to talk, uh, I'm going to play some clips here for the people who, the late risers, Monday morning, late risers, wherever you've been. Come on. Oh, come on. Take 34. Get up. How are you sleeping in? Yeah, sleeping in. I don't like that. Yeah. Let's go. Get up. Let's go. Yeah. Permanente. Permanente. It is a restaurant in, outside of Pittsburgh and JD Vance and his team were going to make a stop there and there was a big kerfuffle because they wouldn't let him in or there was a bunch of people there. So let's start here with cut eight and this, these are the patrons, his supporters that came out. They paid for their drinks and then they all canceled their orders once they, once they realized JD Vance wasn't coming in. This is cut eight. We'll go. This is Ryan, the manager went outside to want to make a leave and we'll call the police or come out. Unfortunately, he came out, come in. So what's going to happen is that they're going to take down their name, all our information so the next time the kitchen crew's running out is everyone's canceling their orders. Everyone just canceled all the orders and we're just paying for what we drink and then everyone's leaving. But yes. Fortunately, Vance cannot come out of his car, cannot shake our hands because for Nancy's brothers does not want him in here whatsoever. Interesting. Now, she's just trying to do a little live reporting there herself or is she putting a little spin on that because it seems like she's a Republican. That's probably a little bent out of shape that JD Vance was. Well, yeah, she was there for the event, I believe. Right. Yeah. They did. Did you see the statement? I sent it to you guys. You can say what you want about this, but I believe this was just bad advanced work from his team. Like, they should have been more clear on if he could go in there or not. They said he could go in there as an eat, right, Don, but that he couldn't hold like a campaign stop there or whatever. But the CEO Adam Gollum put out a statement and he said, Senator, he first of all, he said, for Manny's prize itself on being a staple of the Pittsburgh community and a proud American business that hosts sitting presidents, politicians, political candidates across the spectrum for over 90 years, our doors are open to everybody. He said that Senator Vance and his team were welcome shortly after they engaged with the guests. But the problem was that he says that the Senator Vance's supportive comments of a manager, the woman he talked about, that she got a little nervous because of the Secret Service, the police, the crowd accurately reflect the nature of what happened. He says we were glad that it was resolved quickly, but he says they had no idea. They were not given advanced notice. All of a sudden they showed up and the manager just like she just didn't know what to do. So he should, he needs to fire whoever that advanced person was. They really messed up. Well, hold on a second. First of all, that's the statement I read at 645 because it was posted on their Twitter. But secondly, they were in the story we gave you from the post-millennial that the manager was aware it was corporate that all of a sudden came down and said no. I don't know. There's a, there's a miscommunication here as to what happened. And again, I'm going to go back to what I said at 645. What do you mean she got nervous? What do you mean nervous, nervous for what? Because you saw cops? I mean, even Vance was defending her. So something obviously, there was some kind of a misunderstanding. Well, let's, yeah, let's play Vance, cut nine Phil, because I think this is an interesting conversation. Cut nine Phil, go. We paid for everybody's food. We gave a nice sip. And of course when I gave a nice sip, I said no taxes on tip. It's all right, don't hold against her. She just got a little nervous, but it's a great local business. Keep on supporting and most importantly, November 5th or before go vote, let's go win the same. Well, let's go beyond the fact that she got quote nervous. So if JD Vance, I'm sure JD Vance didn't just walk in there and say, hey, I'm JD Vance. We're going to, I'm sure like some secret service guy or somebody from the Vance campaign, the Trump Vance ticket walked in and said, yeah, we're here to do, you know, the whole photo up the meet and greet the whole thing. So you're telling me nobody in that specific franchise or in that location knew what to do and felt like you, why would you, why would you deny somebody from coming in? I get it. It's your business. You can deny service to anybody you want, but like, you know, if a vice president shows up with secret service and cops removing my political hat for a moment, if I'm the guy running that restaurant, I'm like, all right, well, I guess it's good to go. Yeah. Come into what you need to do. Maybe you're making a little announcement on a microphone over your PA system inside of that location. Hey, we've got a Donald Trump's VP is going to be here. Yeah. Well, Bix brings up a good point. How did the people know to show up right to CJD? Yeah, this, I see that I don't think this was, you know, and I don't, you know, carry anybody's water, but I don't think this was Vance's failure in his team. That initial story that I gave, I already threw it in the trash can, but it was from the post mill. It was in the stories that you sent last night where they reached out and got the approval. The manager knew about it and then once all of a sudden somebody got frazzled, whether it's a manager, a female, a customer, a patron, whoever, then it came down from corporate that he couldn't be in there, which I wouldn't be surprised because apparently there's reports out there that the, at the corporate level, they're all super left. So. I don't know. I mean, I, I don't know. But here's the thing. It doesn't matter to me. Yeah. If I'm managing this campaign, I'm saying this should have been smooth as silk. Agreed. Work this stuff out. Agreed. Somebody on the advanced team. You need to be inside. Yep. Talking to everybody there saying, JD, this is what's going to happen. You're going to have secret service and police and we have an entourage coming in with Senator Vance. He's a sitting Senator and he's a current VEEP candidate. And so that, I don't care what, the truth, I don't care what happened. I'm just saying from a campaign management standpoint, you had your candidate standing out there, like explaining things, that's never a good law. Agreed. When, when you're explaining, it's never a good look. So Dawn is a hundred percent right. They should have been there earlier and said, okay, here's the situation. We're doing this. We're doing this. Are you guys okay with it? I know we talked to corporate. If you're not, get your corporate boss or whoever your boss is on the phone. Let me talk. That whole thing should have been worked out hours ahead of time, hours ahead of time. I will say this. I thought Vance handled it perfectly. Yeah. Right. Again, you don't, you don't want to be in that, it's just like in sports, right? You just, if you're constantly, you know, being, playing on the offense here and, and you're constantly having a back pedal and all of that, it's just never a good look. And so that's, and this has happened a couple of times with him now. So what's going on with that? They need to fix that. A patron, one more here and then we should break it. A patron of the restaurant there that was, that denied entry to JD Vance, say the workers, their threatened to call the police if he came in, uh, cut 10, Phil, go. So we are here for many brothers in North Brazil to see JD Vance and for Maney's, hey, it's money. Hey, they just lost about two grand worth of money because they said if Vance gets out of the vehicle that he's in, which is right here, then then we'll call the police call the police. Oh, we're mid, I don't know, mid-level sandwich shop, french fries on your sandwich. Oh, is that what they do up there? Oh, God. They put french fries and they do a little, a little coleslaw on the city. Now I truth be told Pittsburgh is the worst. I do like a little coleslaw on my barbecue sandwich as opposed to a side. I just take the side out and I slop it onto the sandwich like a big fat pig. It's, I didn't know what you're going to say there, but french fries on the sandwich. Yeah. It's, and the main thing is it's not that the french fries on the sandwich is a terrible idea. Yeah. It's the fact that the sandwich is just not that good to begin with. Yeah. But see, this whole story of JD Vance out in the parking lot, this is what we're, so he then went on to the convention center, right, and held this big rally. This is what everybody's talking about that he, so what happened there and so that's, this is a problem. They just need to fix it. We're 35 days to an important election one day before obviously his debate and it's just, it's not acceptable. You think on the other side, look at the Democrats right now. They have, let's be honest, a horrible, a horrible, two horrible candidates, the Veep, Paris, and walls, these are horrible candidates to the point that they just hide them basically. And even when they make a 20 minute campaign appearance at the border, they still screw up. And somehow because the media is complicit, of course, they come off smelling like a rose and you see all of this. So you know as a Republican, you're the underdog. Every time you walk into the ring, the media is ready to pounce upon you. Everybody has to be perfect. So please GOP, whoever's in charge of the Vance campaign, whoever is the front person, you're fired. We need somebody new, I'm serious. We need somebody new. Do a better job, be, be best as Melania says, because this is not acceptable. Nick, do you want to go into the break with a little parody song? We found this. Yeah. Uh, remember the, uh, the song from, was that the 90s, Hal Bazaar? Hal Bazaar, OMC. Yeah. Yeah. We found this on the internets. This is, uh, uh, Kamala Harris borders our, uh, hold on a second, before we play this. Do we have Frank and Red Hills approval? Oh, I don't know. Because, I mean, I could give you Gallup poll numbers. Don't leave Frank alone. He's just worried. We've had a lot of fun today. I got to make sure we have the bat, the proper balance. Uh, all right. So, uh, to end the cut sheet on this Monday, uh, Phil, if you will take us out with Cut Seven here on the left to the maggots on the right. They know I'm beating Kamala. This race won't even be tied for policies and not so. She's out of God. Dang. Mine. She just repeats the same thing. We've got. Jotating her lines. She thinks that immigration without paperwork is good. Clearly not too much power underneath Kamala's hood. Exactly. Here you go. Mass inflation and men, and if she weasows herself in, if that don't sound like fun to you, then you better help me win. I promise I'll secure you, you'll be in better hands, it'd be a flippin' free for all. With what Kamala plans, orders are, it's what you are, orders are, orders are. Laughter. Kamala. This lady. This lady. She's cackling great. I saw that on, that was the, if you've ever seen the Twitter account, Denaldo Trumpo, he put that together. By the way, Sean Farish, we were, I was texting with him over the weekend. I sent him that clip. I said, dude, this is pretty solid, but you could do it 10 times better. Yes. Don't be surprised if Sean Farish has his own remix of how bizarre this Friday. Nice. He's been tipped off to it. So there you go. All right. 855-839-1210. We'll come back. We'll get back to serious stuff for the 4% of the audience that doesn't have a personality. And then we'll get to Dawn's big three, including a local story coming from Politico about Kamala Harris's Pennsylvania problem and also, also her own people saying she's underwater, not in the South after the hurricane, but in Michigan, those details coming up next day there. Now, we got to think about October 1st, starting tomorrow. Maybe it's that fall road trip. I know this Saturday, I'm going to be making an important road trip. Apparently there's a ship in the English channel. It's carrying 20,000 tons of nitrous, you know, to stuff. Nitrous oxide? No, not nitrous oxide. The other stuff, Modium nitrate, that's it. And this ship is owned by Russia, okay? Now, if I'm not wrong, does it wartime postpone elections? Oh, so you think escalating conflict by design to cancel an election and staying in power? You're arriving at that conclusion. Maybe somebody is a colluding with Russia. Well, I mean, look, I did say this last week, a little bit of a different kind of narrative than your painting, but John, we appreciate the call. Enjoy that left-hand turn. I hear your blinker going for like two minutes. You know, I do think it is interesting that all of a sudden now we have more members of our military going to the Middle East. We have more going over to Russia, Ukraine. We just had Zelensky here. We just had our own governor autographing the artillery shells. It's very interesting that two conflicts with no end in sight, one that's been going on for over two and a half years and one that's been going on since the beginning of time, all of a sudden with six and a half weeks before the election, America's involvement just got amplified. So I don't think you're crazy for that, but I don't, I didn't hear about the, the ship and the English. I'll tell you about it. I didn't know about it either. So this is where this audience is so, so in tune with everything. The UK, the latest to confirm that they're tracking this. It's a Malta registered cargo ship, a Russian ship. It's known as the Ruby. It's attracting worldwide attention with the UK maritime authorities being the latest to confirm that they're observing the ship's movements. It has, it's loaded with 20,000 tons of ammonium nitrate, which reportedly was destined for the Canary Islands as fertilizer, but obviously we know this is an incendiary. So some people are saying, is this a floating bomb question mark? And so it has been turned away from ports in Norway, Lithuania, and Sweden. And it was placed under restrictions for its movements by some international authorities. Okay. So they're watching it. It reached the northeastern end of the English channel. And I guess it anchored between somewhere between the Netherlands and the UK. And so they're watching this very carefully. That's the latest that I have. Okay. Well, I'm assuming it won't. So it's a real thing that they're tracking, but it won't go any further towards our country? I don't know. I mean, if it's a floating bomb and it goes off where it's currently stationed, I don't think that has any impact on us here abroad. 855-839-1210, we'll get to some news on the other side and Kamala Harris. Just when you thought the Big Ten states were hers in a self admission from her own campaign that they are underwater in Michigan and Politico of all places saying Kamala's got a Pennsylvania problem. We're back after this. Start your day with Kaitlyn company weekday morning, six till 10 on talk radio, 1210-WPHD and the free Odyssey app. We'll get to Don's Big Three here in a moment and also a couple of other stories on Kamala Harris and what the battles that she is facing, both when it comes to gender as well as the most important swing state. And we'll get to that right after Don's Big Three. But let's grab this call really quickly in light of our last caller and some of the information that Don gave us about that vessel. Christian is in Jenkin town and he's got some more accurate details. Christian, you go right ahead, sir. Good morning, sir. So my background is kind of sorting in this stuff. I've dealt with it before. So what the stuff is, it is a fertilizer or it's a component of fertilizer and I'm not going to give anybody the formula, obviously. But that's the same stuff that was involved in the Oklahoma City bombing. But there are. Yeah, with Timothy McGay. Yeah. There are major, major elements missing. You need to do a lot of other stuff to have that work. So it gets me a little nervous when people say, you know, this is a precursor to a war or a terrorist attack because that sends us down a kind of a dangerous road because one, you wouldn't need it to come in from that. There's plenty of that stuff here. But two, this seems to be kind of a red heron and it makes people sound a little off when they sail. You know, Russia's going to ship up, you know, 20,000 pound bomb. Okay. So based on based on what you know about this, is it still fair to characterize it as highly explosive in its current state? No, it is not. Okay. It is not. There are other things that have to happen to it. It is a component, but it isn't your and again, I'm not chipping hand on anything for obvious reasons. Yeah, it's fertilizer is shipped all over the place and we have, we have incredible amounts of ammonium nitrate all over the place. It is a, it is a critical element of, of farming coincidentally, I'm, I'm now in agriculture. My, my prettiest job was special ops and now I'm an ag. So I actually have a little bit of know how on both of, both sides of it. All right. Well, you have to have it. Okay. Well, Christian, thank you so much for the call. We appreciate it, man. Thank you. You got the day. There he is. Christian in Jenkentown. We've got people that know a little about everything, don't we? I know. One of the most diverse audiences when it comes to knowing a to Z and everything in between, we've got an expert in every category and I'm basically an expert in none. Stop. Stop radio. All right. This one, I, I just think that all these countries, there's some reason that several countries refused to allow this ship to come into their ports. So there's something to it and they're watching it and I, you know, maybe they do this often where's there's something shady or whatever. Yeah. But I just think it's, it's, it's one of those things. It's on our radar. Hopefully they bring in the smaller ships, they get off the cargo and everything's hunky door. There you go. 855-839-1210. Let's get to the news. It's time for a dog stands with big three at 908. It's the big three and nine on Kieling Company and big three at nine this morning and we are sponsored this morning by Piazza Autogroup. We have, this is a bizarre story this morning in Philadelphia that's now making national news and this is a situation where reportedly police were called in, called in to respond to a man's body found hanging over a ledge over the Schuylkill Expressway this morning in West Philadelphia. It's a bizarre story. So it's a suspicious death you think suspicious death after a man's body was found and this is, you know, an overpass obviously over this, over 76 over the Schuylkill and it was on one of those cement ledges above the highway near a train trestle. This is right by Gerard Avenue by that Gerard exit in West Philadelphia. The body appears to have been there a little while they say, a little while and they're looking into whether this was, they say it's a suspicious death, but could it have been an accident because the body is entangled in some wires. Oh, well that's not good. It's bizarre. You might have had the Eagles minus two and a half yesterday. Stop. It doesn't, in all seriousness, it does sound like, you know, one of those situations where it could be, you know, somebody trying to have a, put a message to somebody, you know, yeah, could very well be. I'm having flashbacks of every time you win. Joe would give a state of the union address and he'd look up and he'd say, don't jump. Stop. We also have another story I will tell you that's under investigation, but this is a teenager in Philadelphia in West Kensington who was, according to police, a 16 year old who approached a man on the street, the 16 year old has a fake gun. So he flashes his fake gun and tries to rob this man. But guess what? The victim. Had a real gun. Had a real gun. Exactly right. All right. And so the victim has the real gun, fires at the teen, shoots him in the leg, obviously doesn't want to kill this kid, but is the, you know, doesn't know if the kid has a real or fake gun. So at this point, the teen was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. The victim, by the way, who shot the 16 year old called 911, stayed on the scene as cooperating fully with police, a legal firearm owner. And also the officers say that there's a nearby, some kind of a door camera or surveillance camera that captured video of the entire incident. Good. I hope the guy with the real gun that defended himself is ultimately not charged with anything, exonerated self defense the whole bit. Because in that moment, you think he knows that the teen has a fake gun? No. No idea. He flashes the weapons as I'm going to, you know, threaten his life. And so, you know, thank God, I mean, the 16 year old is getting the hospital treatment. It's going to be okay. This is not life threatening, but, but thank God the victim is okay too. Yeah. Yeah. Since we're talking about guns, I know we'll talk about Scott Pressler. We'll talk about Luzerne County and questions swirling about Pennsylvania. But I do want to say that there's the story about since we're entering into hunting season. And there's the story that across America, you know, there are at least a million sportsmen and women who have our legal gun owners who are not registering to vote. So one of the stats out there is that 30% of Pennsylvania hunters are not registered to vote. So I was looking this up as we were talking and vote for America recently did release this data. 10 million hunters and gun owners in the United States are not registered to vote. I saw that. I'm a little surprised, are you? I think that this goes, this goes to the fact that people feel that their vote, they're suspicious. They don't, they don't trust the government. So you think that they feel there's a fix? Perhaps they used to be voters that are no longer registered to vote. Yep, not registered to vote in the upcoming. So this, the numbers here, Pennsylvania, more than half a million of these individuals, half a million, not registered to vote, also about the same number in Georgia. And we're looking at Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Virginia, Wisconsin. And so this is a real problem that in some of these key swing states like Pennsylvania, like Georgia, and even the Carolinas, the fact that they are not registered to vote yet and they need to get registered, there's a real push for this. Why do you think they're not? Because they think that it's rigged. They look at J6, they look at all of the conspiracy theories and some truth to some of this. But I think it just makes people feel like the fix is in disenfranchised voters. Yeah, they feel like they're, one of my best friend Barry is, he's my age, he's 40. You know, he's not a hunter, he's not a gun owner, but he, he's never voted in his life. He wants to vote for Trump and he just feels like it's not going to matter. And I'm like, dude, you can't have that attitude. Even if that is the case, you just can't, you just can't think that way. Yes. No, go ahead. You don't have to go and, you know, I'm about saying trust the process, but participate in the process. But I think it explains why Trump, he, at every rally, he says we have, that's why they created SwampTheVote.com, at every rally, at every Trump Force 47 event, I've gone to, they keep Trump himself and everybody keeps saying that, you know, Swamp The Vote, in other words, if, if there's a landslide, if so many people come out, then you will counter anything funny happening, but that everybody needs to get out there and register to vote and vote legally, and also be a poll watcher, volunteer. And so I, that explains why Trump goes into that at every rally. I think that's why he's saying that. Yeah, he says Christians, right? Christians don't, because it's... It's angelicals. Yeah, because it's a, it's a distrust of government. Yes. Right. Yep. Gotcha. It's a very, it's a, it's honestly a very libertarian view on him, right? Yes. But think about it. If you have 10 million people who presumably would, would probably be Trump voters, then that's a real problem when you think of the tiny margins that these elections are won by. Well, I mean, you know, I'm, I guess I consider myself a libertarian and I, I am just, I, I have the most distrust for government ever. So I do see, I do see where, where people are just, you know, they don't think it matters anyway. To your point, Nick, I talk to a lot of people like that who's like, it doesn't matter anyway. My vote doesn't count. It doesn't matter. So why bother? Well, if you, if you haven't learned over the last four years that elections have consequences, I don't know what will teach you. I don't know. Maybe we're the crazy ones. Maybe we're the crazy ones that do this and live it and breathe it. Maybe the ones that don't care and just live their life and hate both sides and think it doesn't change. Maybe they're the smart ones. I don't know. I have to take my life under advisement today post snap. Post snap. Oh, man. Winning, winning over people one day at a time. I just give you, I can only be authentically me folks. Love me for what I am. I mean, look, I do think that it is, there is some truth to the fact that like, at the end of the day, does it really matter like the, it's wilthing change anyway. Yeah. We'll give you the, the, the Scott Press, or LaZern County story in, in just a moment then. That's our big three. All right, Don. Thank you very much. And here comes that moment. I thought she had a, I thought she had a sponsor or something to get to her. All right. So I got this tweet. I think we all did. Don. I think you were tagged on it as well. Rich Don, the whole group. This was from Scott Pressler on Friday, one of the listeners tagged us, but Pressler tweeted this out saying that we are being lied to. This is probably one of the most important posts that he, he says, I'll make on social media a reliable source tells me that LaZern County board of elections has 15,000 plus unprocessed voter registration and mail in ballot applications. The board of elections is also refusing outside help to get these forms processed. He actually, and I retweeted this. You can see it. It's got the official letterhead of LaZern County, the board of elections and Scott kind of highlights with like a, like a red Sharpie via his phone digitally, what he wants you to see. And you can see the number of voters. Now this runs counter to what Scott was told because he posted a video when he was in LaZern County at the board of elections on an evening back on September 18th. So that would have been 12 days ago where he and those who attended the county board of elections, you know, little conference gathering in one of their little, you know, facilities said that they were not aware of and there will not be any backlog. So somebody is, is lying here and this goes again to the concerns and the skepticism of everything. And by the way, this is more nonsense and shenanigans coming out of LaZern County because we gave you the story two weeks ago with the lady trying to stuff the ballot box with four mail in ballots, security overhead footage cam right above her. She got called out. This is on the heels of what we just talked about in the last week, the 10 days with Montgomery County with early voting, which sparked a phone call from Linda Kerns, protect the vote.com. So when, when you talk about people that feel disenfranchised, that feel, well, I could submit it, but I don't think it's going to count. These are why people have these thoughts and draw these conclusions. And Scott Presley, and this is what's really frustrating. I would imagine for Scott himself personally, I don't know that there's anybody that's worked harder in the state of Pennsylvania to flip counties from D to R blue to red like Bucks County, LaZern County, he's been all over the place. And you know, let's face it, he's probably not making much money, if any money at all, to do this. And he probably feels like his work is going for nothing, right? Because you're told one thing and then you have evidence of the opposite. Yeah. And I think for this, it leads to exactly, you know, what you said and what we're talking about voter disenfranchisement. And so, you know, he puts out the last day to register to vote in Pennsylvania, October 21st, last day to request the mail-in ballot, October 29th, TikTok. But when you look at this at first, they said one thing, then they said another thing, what basically what he's calling out here is a lack of transparency. And so he wants some answers. I know that he tagged Lara Trump and RNC Chairman Michael Watley, who I just saw in person at a Montgomery County event, so hopefully the RNC, along with people like the great attorney, Linda Kearns will look into this and just all we want is transparency and putting election integrity prominently, first and foremost, to say, why would anybody want anything other than election integrity? Why would you want to disenfranchise voters? And to this point, I would say, remember in Georgia, remember the all, all the allegations and all the networks were covering it, oh, you're going to disenfranchise voters, and then guess what? Once they changed the law, they had even greater voter turnout, but where's the national media to cover something like this in an important swing state? You get crickets. Yeah, you're right. And I think the only time I've ever seen any local media coverage from the local channels was, I think it was about a month ago, maybe six weeks ago, we had the story of some voter registration issues with old ballots and voter rolls, and surprisingly it was in Ohio, right? And you're thinking, okay, Red State wouldn't happen there. And like a local CBS affiliate or NBC affiliate in Ohio covered the story. But to your point, you won't see that it covered nationally. The only way you'll see it covered nationally is if Fox does like sort of a like a montage of all the different voting irregularities in Monaco, in Maricopa, Lazern, and, you know, one of their hosts spends like four minutes on it. But you're right. You're not going to see that on MSNBC. I do. I'll see it on CNN. I do have a little bit of breaking news that thanks to our great executive producer, Dan Browski. Dan just spoke with Linda Kearns, the attorney. So she is literally on her way to Lazern County right now. She'll call in at 11 o'clock to my show to give us the latest update. Cool. And she's just, you know, trying to get boots on the ground, if you will. That's the important questions and make sure we have election integrity and transparency. Good for Linda. She's the best. I'm going to say this. I'm going to say this again, and it might sound like a cheap plug and a cheap pop. I don't care. That's what I do. This is the, this is why you have to stay tuned to this radio station all day long, every day, five days a week. It is where we're always covering the most important stuff. We don't lie to you like social media does, but, but this is, this is, this is where it all is. And you will always have up to the minute information right here, live and local six, eight, a seven P every day. And by the way, for you, you know, sometimes when you call us and that's just it and you give us great information and we're all, it's amazing to me. I've never worked in an environment in the media where it's so interactive and I feel that that's so positive that as we discuss things and then we have, you know, like Dan right now making the calls on that and, and so many of the newsmakers, the people, whether they're the attorneys, people with campaigns, calling in, giving us the information, but it's all good. No matter what your politics, no matter how you're registered, I would hope that we can all find common ground on the fact that at the end of the day, we want election integrity. Yeah. Right. We want everybody. We want the biggest voter turnout. We want everybody to vote and make sure that your vote counts. I agree. If you're a Democrat and you think you're on the right side, you should want to win straight up with no interference. Same thing on the Republican side. If you think Trump's the better option than Kamala Harris, you should want to beat her straight up with no assistance, no aid, no shenanigans. Nobody questioning anything. Everybody just wants it to be on the up and up. And I think that's a very bipartisan way at looking at it. Before we get to the movie clip, Rich is in Hadenfield, New Jersey, Rich. You go ahead. Yeah, I just had a, maybe a correction to that last call or you said that ammonium nitrate isn't dangerous, but if you can recall in 2020, the Beirut port explosion, I was a warehouse with 2,700 tons of ammonium nitrate and it caught fire and pretty much destroyed the port. Okay. Um, so it is an explosive component that could obviously, you know, make it make it make it. 2,700 tons of ammonium nitrate caught fire and blew up the whole port. If you watch the video, it looks like an atomic explosion is horrible. Awesome. There was, there was also like a massive explosion in Georgia, Georgia. Yeah, a bio lab, right? Don? Yes. Yeah. Yes. And there is, there are also reports and I'm just, you know, my sourcing. These are one of them is the BBC. So I mean, it's, you know, some mainstream folks, this is getting some common coverage if you will in the, in Europe and the UK international coverage. Yeah. Part of the issue here is that the cargo ship is somehow damaged. Okay. And so there's, I think to, to your point, you have 20,000 pounds of this ammonium nitrate. By the way, we don't know what else is on the ship. So we don't know if the other ingredients that we had discussed are on there. We just don't know, but even if it's a fertilizer, you got a damaged ship. You got some questionable situations going on here. So it's, it's gaining international attention. This is the Kaling Company podcast from Dark Radio 1210 WPHD and on the free Odyssey app. I told my wife, I said, uh, gonna watch the debate and then, uh, the, the post game analysis and she looks at me. She goes, what do you mean post game analysis? Like it's just like sports, they do a pre game show, then the game happens and then there's the post game. It's the same with the baits. I would like to ask that they start them at seven for people like us who have to get up. I mean, it's not going to get any pushback for me on that. It's not just us. I mean, yes, we have to wake up God all for early, but like most people have to wake up early. So why have it at nine o'clock? All right, great. Six or seven o'clock. I've said this for years. I'm sick and tired of placating to the west coast. Yep. Because nothing, nothing gets them going anyway, but why are we waiting for them to get home? Yep. They're going to have a fish taco and sit outside. They don't care. Yeah. It's like something with football. I don't need eight 30 games. Fish tacos. Yeah. I'm sorry. Me too. By the way, we're open. The food drops, folks. Still hoping for one. What happens first? Like a Kamala Harris political flip flop, another Trump assassination attempt, or we actually get food on this shot boy, you know, I'm just, you know, coming up on the three years. I'd like something more than just some french fries from time to time. The man got to do to get some carbs in this place. Let's go here. Come on. Yeah. I have four hours. I'm trying to stay, you know, fueled. Fueled. I'm not like these other shows that limped to the finish line in sports radio and music where they're just trying to, you know, reach the finish line. Your boy, your boy keeps firing on all cylinders for all four and then Don, Don's here for six hours. Six. Six. Yeah. You don't think Don could use a little carbohydrate or protein around 10, 15 protein. She's she's she's with the boys for four hours and then she keeps going by herself. Yeah. She's like better drags for money, like most women. Yes. That's right, baby. The men are shy. Don't just get warmed up. All right. I don't want anybody to call me a sexist. Oh, stop. All right. Let's find out what soccer has lined up for. What's on the cut sheet part? What's on the cut sheet? I do. So we didn't talk about this and don't. I thought maybe you would have it in your news because I thought you'd send it to us. Maybe you didn't. I don't know. What happened at Temple University this weekend during the field hockey, St. Louis versus lacrosse field hockey game? LaSalle. Oh, I did send you that. I forgot. There was so much break in. St. Louis versus LaSalle. Yeah. This was crazy. Shots fired during the game. Yes. Um, Phil, can you just play cut 13? I don't know how much video there are. It's more visual, isn't it? Yeah. I think you can hear the gunshots. Oh, can you? I listened to what Dawn sent us. Yes. Cut 13 for the girl. Oh, my God. You hear it in the background? Yeah. That's crazy. Wow. Now they're all looking. So forced evacuation. Yeah. Wow. Phil, can we just, let's run that one more time with nobody. No cut. No commentating myself. I'll shut my face. You can hear the actual shots in the background. Yeah. Wow, yeah, it looks like the LaSalle girls in the blue and gold, they all snap their head around. Like, is that gunfire? And they're all like, yeah, that's gun fire. And they all take off running. And apparently you could hear a ricocheting off of the bleachers. Uh-huh. Yep. So we don't know if it was just, you know, like a temple being temple, like what happens around there? That was my first question was were the gunshots fired inside the complex or on the outskirts where it's the Wild West. Yeah. Yeah. So the shooting, the reported shooting, the latest from police happened on the 1300 block of North Broad Street in a Kentucky fried chicken parking lot nearby and so we don't have victims. Of course, we don't have suspects. We don't have the motive, the same old story. I can take a guess. I can take a, I can, uh, I can take a guess. No mac and cheese. I am pissed off. Oh god. One of those mashed potatoes. Yeah. What did you say, what did you say it was Kentucky fried chicken? In the KFC parking lot on, on North Broad here. So the, the, so here's the thing. They immediately ended the women's teams from La Salle University and St. Louis University. They were compete, they were on the field competing in, in this match right in, in field hockey. And so they, this is 4 30 Friday afternoon, by the way. Yeah. So Friday afternoon. You sent that to us what? Friday night or Saturday morning? Think about everything that happened since then. I know. I know. It's practically old news, but the update here is that law enforcement swept the facility. No injuries were reported, but when they hear that amount of shots being fired and people started panicking and freaking out, that sort of thing. So the players, the spectators, everybody just got the heck out of there. Everybody's safe, but pretty disturbing and it did make, unfortunately it made national news. First, Philadelphia, you got to love it, right? By the way, for the record, Popeyes better than KFC too. The new one is the best, but you're right, Popeyes is better than, than KFC, but what's the new one? Chick-fil-A? No, no, no, no, no. It's, Chick-fil-A is overrated. Overrated. Right. It's a good, it has a good play area, like I like to take my kid there because they have the. Oh, it's a local spot? Yeah, they have. No, no, no, no, no, no. Chick-fil-A has a good play area. Yeah, you can go in there and take your kids, but the food there is, it's mid. I'm starting to sound like Dawn. No, the new place that just opened. I forget what it's called. But it's a chain you're saying? It's a chain. Yeah. I don't know. It doesn't matter. All right. It's not important. Get diverted. All right. What else we got, sir? Raising canes. Thank you, Dan Boroski. Raising canes. Raising canes. Never, I never heard of that. Yes. Okay. I'll check it out. That's the best chicken place in my humble opinion. Okay. I'll give it a shot. Can I ask you guys this question, both Nick and Dawn for Sunday's Eagles box game? What did we think of Tom Brady doing the commentary? He looks fabulous. Oh, boy. You know, he's, and I was doing some media analysis, as Dawn likes to say. He's much better when the camera's not on him. When the camera's on the game and he's doing the commentary, pretty good for his first year. With the close-ups of him, with the camera in the booth, it's like he knows the camera's on him and he gets a little wobbly. So I have to say this, he made it more the game. He seemed to make it more about him because he's still connected to the game with so many of the players. So he hasn't been out of the game long enough. So he responded to claims that Baker, from Baker Mayfield, that the Bucks players, quote, weren't having fun playing alongside him. If you guys see this playing with Tom Brady, yes, well, I can imagine that he's an authoritarian. So in the middle of the game, they put up this quote from Baker Mayfield, who said this in the locker room, and Tom Brady had to respond to it. He got 22-field go. Our guy here said, quote, they wanted me to come in and be myself, bring the joy back to football for guys who weren't having as much fun. It's funny because you've made this environment for me very stressful up here in the booth, so I understand where he's coming from. Do you feel it? No. But I was going to say, I thought stressful was not having Super Bowl rings. So there was a mindset of a champion that I took to work every day. Yep. This wasn't daycare. Yep. I wanted to have fun. I was going to go to Disneyland with my kids. Yep. Wow. Yeah. So Baker Mayfield is supposed to. Take that punk. He's supposed to bring the joy back to football. So what is Baker? Like Kamala Harris? He's the change candidate of joy in flipping the page in hope. Apparently. I ran. See, this is, this is, this is where America has gone off course. We need more Tom Brady's and less Baker Mayfield's. We need more Nick Saban's and Donald Trump's and less Tim Walzes. Well, here's the thing with Baker, Baker, Baker, what kind of name is Baker? That's a daddy issue. Little neutered Baker, he, he, uh, said, oh, you know, this was, uh, I meant no disrespect to, to Tom Brady. So apparently now he has backed way off this because Brady neutered him. Yeah. As he should. And he says, I think Alaka taken out a context and this wasn't personal by any means. And you know, he's not even pushing back like, Hey, old man, you're out of the game or whatever. That's what I expect. But this is, you know, he's a bit, he's a bit of a beta. And you know what the difference is, Baker Mayfield was the first pick over all. He's like on his 15 sixth coach, Tom Brady was picked like one 99th overall. But Tom Brady, like that, see, that's what the greats have that offends everybody else. Like Michael Jordan, Derek Jeter, Tom Brady, Donald Trump, like they, they, they hold people to a certain standard because they themselves hold themselves to that standard. And we live in this workplace world where he's too intense for me. He wants to be great every day, and I'm just trying to get the five o'clock without being exposed. I would fire all the Baker Mayfield to the world. We got some Gen Z stories in the workplace. We had some, then you have some touchdown, bake a little Baker have, I mean, he had a good game. Yeah.
