Various Mistakes in Brachot That Might Still Be Acceptable Bediavad (After the Fact).
Welcome everybody, Chinaman 909 getting back to our Hölgesbruchos. Okay, so we sort of had an introduction last year. We want to go through the various different case scenarios if you want to call it. We are in the middle of the Simmons-Reich test, we're finishing off basically, from the same phrase. Hölges, various different brochos, whereby if one said them, post facto, but the other they would still be yachts. But like we said, we'll refer back to next last year. In reference to how to fix it up and the right thing to do. But be it as it may, bottom line is we want to know what the Hölgesbruch is. Okay, so it says it's safe for Hölgesbruchos in the Semireich test, Paige Köflamid-Allif, or his test valve. He says, "In Tölberch, Shahakol Niebudwari." Somebody made a mistake, right? So this is the first mistake we're going to talk about. Somebody made a Shahakol Niebudwari, Al-Kolmin-e-Macholim, and all different types of food. Any type of food basically is yachtsa. The person would be yachtsa. Okay? (speaking in foreign language) Even though they might have thought it was something else, (speaking in foreign language) They thought it was beer, for example, where you get to make a Shahakol, and they realized that it's wine afterwards. But again, it was too late. It was passed like we spoke about last year. (speaking in foreign language) They couldn't fix it and so on. (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) The same thing on (speaking in foreign language) Somebody in reference to smelling items, and the same (speaking in foreign language) would apply. Somebody didn't know. They made a mistake, a Shahakol, instead of being mean of (speaking in foreign language) So they would be the yachtsa of (speaking in foreign language) If you would not make over the (speaking in foreign language) in that case. Okay. I just want to talk about that for a minute. It's not so simple. As far as food good, the person would be yachtsa, but you try to fix it like we spoke about last year. As far as smell, okay, as far as smell, we have to go through the (speaking in foreign language) The right (speaking in foreign language) has to be made, right? That's not the question. The person has to know what the (speaking in foreign language) is on each thing that they're going to smell. But if somebody made a Shahakol by mistake, just to read real quickly from (speaking in foreign language) which talks about the vermin of (speaking in foreign language) and so on. (speaking in foreign language) He says like this as (speaking in foreign language) can reference a Shahakol on things that for smelling that was done by mistake. But that's (speaking in foreign language) Obviously, the Shahakol is not the right (speaking in foreign language) for a (speaking in foreign language) like flowers or whatever, (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) Shahakol is yachtsa, (speaking in foreign language) that say (speaking in foreign language) like we just saw if (speaking in foreign language) they would be (speaking in foreign language) which means if you did make, you don't make over again (speaking in foreign language) you don't make, you don't make the (speaking in foreign language) would be, in other words, not the (speaking in foreign language) but you don't make it over again. Okay, so meaning basically you would have to take something else and make the right (speaking in foreign language) Okay, but we spoke about the (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) is no different than any other small thing whereby you have some sort of a small (speaking in foreign language) a pleasure (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) so on it's, it's, it's, you have a pleasure (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) you would be (speaking in foreign language) with (speaking in foreign language) In other words, those (speaking in foreign language) hold that it's no difference even though the smell is a small pleasure and eating and drinking is a bigger pleasure, whatever the case is, even though (speaking in foreign language) you would still be able to (speaking in foreign language) he brings down afterwards at the end the (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) he brings from the (speaking in foreign language) which sounds like that's how he's holding the (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) but the evidence would not be, (speaking in foreign language) it would not be good even post-facto came (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) in other words, (speaking in foreign language) and others wanna say that it's only (speaking in foreign language) only question of if you made it on food, that if you made the mistake on food, fine. So then you made it, it would be good for the food, but the evidence again, but not it would not help for the smell. (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) it is a (speaking in foreign language) it is a bottom line, it is a (speaking in foreign language) it's like we saw of its whole year and the (speaking in foreign language) and the (speaking in foreign language) and so on, the (speaking in foreign language) but the (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) but the (speaking in foreign language) he brings the (speaking in foreign language) and so on so, but (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) you know, the (speaking in foreign language) is local, we saw that concept and meaning, meaning if you did make the (speaking in foreign language) by mistake on something that smells like a rose or whatever, or some and whatever, so then you would not make it again, but again, you should not continue smelling on that side. You know, in other words, even though you made the (speaking in foreign language) be careful not to continue, you take the first smell, whatever, fine, so, but not to continue, not to continue, because according to the ones that it's good, so good. So, you made the right (speaking in foreign language) anyway, so at least you have that much to rely on, and it wasn't a (speaking in foreign language) it wasn't a (speaking in foreign language) because (speaking in foreign language) according to all those (speaking in foreign language) that say it's still good, right, so then it was good, but the evidence, so at least you have that much to rely on, and you took the smell, and you were going to adapt, and not to continue, don't continue on that (speaking in foreign language) on the smelling the (speaking in foreign language) or roses or whatever it is, you want to smell, I'm just going to give you an example, right, you want to make the right (speaking in foreign language) and then, but not on that same thing, you take something else again with the same smell and make the right (speaking in foreign language) so again, we're not getting into all the (speaking in foreign language) right now, but this is just the case that it brings down, just wanted to bring its root to explain how it happens. Usually, a (speaking in foreign language) is not going to be a mistake on smell, usually it's a question of the food, and like we said, (speaking in foreign language) on all the various types of foods, but the evidence would be okay, and of course, you want to try and fix it up like we said. Now, okay, just continuing on, I just went off a little bit on attention because he did bring down the smell. Now, continuing on (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) there would be (speaking in foreign language) okay, again, the (speaking in foreign language) worst case scenario, believe it or not. Again, and I don't want to get into all the reasons why right now, because it's just a quick case scenario, but like we mentioned again last year, you want to try and fix it up in the various different ways that we did talk about. (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) also, there would be (speaking in foreign language) and even (speaking in foreign language) on (speaking in foreign language) (speaking in foreign language) again, (speaking in foreign language) they didn't know, so a person didn't know, they made a (speaking in foreign language) on wine, whatever reason they did that, but worst case scenario, they couldn't fix it in all the cases we said, they would be (speaking in foreign language) they could take a quick drink, right? If they made a (speaking in foreign language) which we could understand, wine from grapes and so on, (speaking in foreign language) but the (speaking in foreign language) you have to try and fix it, or if they made it even a (speaking in foreign language) on the wine, also worst case scenario, they would be (speaking in foreign language) and he brings down, obviously, to go back and look up. We spoke about some of these things, like the mixing up the eights and the wine, we spoke about that in the past, but again, we want to just do this, not take too much time, just see what the cases are. And like we said, just referring back to last year, want to try and fix up all these situations, worst case scenario, these cases, they would be the end of it, post-facto, to take a bite after that, or drink after that. But the (speaking in foreign language) would be okay, you stop, you take that one bite, that one sip, or whatever, of the wine, or whatever it is, then try and rectify it like we spoke about. Thank you for listening. I'll talk to you later.
