Till that time of the season, when the doors and goblins prowl, which is ride their broomsticks and bonnet wildcats howl, so scrape your claws together and make some chilling noise, where boom the boys are back and it is spooky season of course and it is time to get into a basketball episode, so as of time recording we're about a month out from the first exhibition game. Full disclosure recording this on 9/27 if anything crazy happens over the weekend, we'll definitely do a show here, and this one won't see the light of day, but hopefully nothing too crazy happens, hopefully we got done talking about some fun football stuff, or we are depressed and this basketball show is going to be an effort to get folks to download episodes on the bye week, because we don't want to talk about a two-game losing streak with football. Truthfully no idea, like I said recording this on 9/27, so yeah that's what we got. Rest of the shows this week, don't know who but we should be having a Thursday conversation for you guys tomorrow, and I believe on Friday we will get our K-State fan podcast around the horn, as long as no one backs out it should be a good group, we got the man behind the exit 3-1-3 accounts, we have the good chef Andre Napier from Cocaine Willie and Ace Edwards from the Aggieville alley cats, it's going to be a fun one on Friday, and like I said still working on the Thursday guests don't know who it's going to be as of time recording this, but hey those have gone pretty good so far don't you think, before we get into this basketball pot, and really how it's going to go, I'm going to just give my 200,000 foot view of my expectations while I'm hoping to see from the men, we had some Jerome Tang and Doug McDaniel and David Gison, press availability, we'll talk about the full schedule being released, and then we'll get into women's basketball, my expectations, their schedule, some high points, and then a few things from the Jeff midi pressure as well, before we hop into that this podcast is brought to you by Charlie Hussle, folks I have like what was it from the 80s, 90s, the orange basketball with the script cats, definitely different script cats in the football version, on a hoodie I got that this past summer when it was on sale, I cannot wait to be rocking that in bramlage, obviously when basketball is here it is the perfect hoodie or crew neck weather all season long, make sure you're scouting out your best look over at Charlie Hussle.com, they also have the bomber jackets and varsity jackets so you can be layering up looking like a fashionista with all the best looking officially licensed gear over at Charlie Hussle. Alright let's get into it, men's basketball expectations, look I've touched on this a few times. Last year was very disappointing and the further I get away from that season, you know obviously not having Naquan Tomlin was the biggest story from that season. I still think that team had enough pieces that maybe they could have gotten into the NCAA tournament. There were a few games here or there, some turnovers here and there, a bad stretch and a handful of games here or there, away from probably being in the NCAA tournament. I do think that if it wasn't for, I think they said three or four bids being stolen the most that we've seen in the NCAA tournament the last decade, I do think you would have seen K-State mentioned amongst the first four out. I think they were probably the way it ended up landing, I think they ended up being anywhere between six and eighth on the left out list and it was not very inspiring NIT season and I don't think really anyone had fun with that season. It was tough to have a love affair with that team with all the drama off the court with that team. It was a tough season. But I do think that I think drum tanginess staff did a good job of trying to rally the troops and push through all that. And really again that was drum tangs only second year as a head coach. I have no reason to believe they're not going to bounce back and bounce back in a big way. Honestly, a lot of my trepidation a lot of my hesitation comes from how tough the big 12 is as a league. I think between KU, Houston, Baylor, Arizona, you have four of the titans of modern college basketball. You have Iowa State returning a lot of production off of the team that I think was overrated. I think they're a regression candidate. But they had a good team. I think you have five teams who are probably going to be in the top 20. I think you are going to see a handful of other teams around the top 25. I think you could see seven or eight teams in the pre season AP or coaches pull top 25 out of the big 12 because I think you can throw a Texas tech in that mix. I think you might see BYU in that mix. I think you might see Cincinnati possibly in that mix. Probably not West Virginia. Maybe Colorado, maybe Arizona State. You know, I don't think case state will be their pre-game or pre-season. But I think this conference could be looking at, I mean, could it be looking at 10, 11 NCAA tournament teams? I mean, I don't know. There's probably 11 or 12 teams that are good enough. Maybe even 13 teams that are good enough that they could say, Hey, we think we should be in the hunt for an NCAA tournament. The holidays are here and the Home Depot has everything you need to stay connected with smart home upgrades, whether you're keeping an eye out for the big guy, or keeping an eye on your family. I will say with the amount of money that was spent very publicly spent in the transfer portal with how public the conversations are around case states, NIL investment in this roster being mentioned amongst, you know, the top 10 spenders in college basketball. Some folks saying top five spenders in college basketball. I think the expectations need to be high for this season. I think that, look, I'm not going to sit here in April and say if they make the tournament as a five seed and they lose to a four seed in the second round, they don't make the second weekend round at 32. I'm not going to call that a failure. I'm probably, I mean, I don't know. I don't know what where my head's going to be in April. I probably wouldn't call any any season that gets you to the NCAA tournament at least around a 64 a failure losing the playing round. I mean, maybe maybe we could go there depending on some of the nuance from the season. So I don't know if I'll ever get there. I don't know if I'll ever get to the point and say, Hey, it is second weekend or it's a failure of a season. I don't know if I can get there with case eight basketball ever. But all the talk about how much we spent, you know, Jerome tang himself, you know, floating, you know, starting with the Arkansas job, which was a really real thing as we saw with the Jean Taylor episode from back in late August. I think the expectations need to be higher than, you know, just being a bubble team. I know that kind of contradicts me saying you're not a failure. I think you can fail to meet expectations and still not be a failure of a season. I would like to see this team competing for the top of the big 12 winning the big 12. I think that's a step too far. But I I'd like to at least be schedule watching in February and trying to think, All right, can we get into this race? I'd like to be talking about seating and not making the tournament. I would love to be, you know, a top six team and I succeed in any any given bracket. And I think this team, the expectation should be at least a sweet 16 when you talk about how much you paid for this roster. When you see, you know, all the praise around David Castillo, I think that we need to be sitting here and saying, Hey, look, the expectation, the realistic goal is to be a sweet 16 team. So so maybe that's a realistic goal and the expectation is to make the tournament without sweating on selection Sunday. Maybe that's a better way of putting it. But I think that's the way we need to be talking about this team. I think if we find ourselves on the bubble, I think if we find ourselves God forbid, not even in the tournament, I think we're going to have to have some very tough conversations in April. That's where my expectations are for this team. When you look at this team, obviously, we know the formula. You have two all conference type guys, borderline, all Americans. And then you have a good team of supporting players around them. I expect Doug McDaniel and Coleman Hawkins to be those dudes for us. Allegedly, both million dollar plus players over their time at case eight sounds like Doug McDaniel, that'll be over two years. And we've all heard the rumors surrounding Coleman Hawkins, you know, NIL deal to play for K state. I think last year the expectation was for that to be Arthur Kaluma and Tyler Perry. And I think that both of those guys were better than trying. I think both those guys were better than probably the fan opinions of them, especially at the end of the season. But they really, really did not have many dependable pieces supporting them. I mean, David Gason was there, but you know, he struggled with some of his own injuries and some of his own inconsistencies. Then outside of that, you couldn't depend on anyone in any given game. And quite frankly, both of those guys had games where they disappeared as well. So you got to hope that Doug McDaniel and Coleman Hawkins are, are an improvement on those two. And then from there, look, you got to think David Gason is an improvement on himself. You look at guys like Max Jones and CJ Jones and Brandon Housen, some of these guys who you had to beat out some legitimate competition for. And they all have a skill set. They all have abilities that you can project and think, all right, these guys should definitely be better than a lot of those pieces you're trying to depend on last year. All the hype around David Castillo, could he really be, you know, one of those impact freshmen in freshman year one? I'm still pumping the brakes. Again, we hear more and more about him and the hype more and more about him. Every single press availability, whether it's at the NIL golf golf tournament, whether it was at the press conference in Bramledge. Look, I think that this kid, it sounds like he could be special, but I'm kind of on, I need to see it to believe in, probably need to see it to believe it in big 12 games first before I go all in on it. But again, it sounds like he's further along than day day aims was it sounds like he's further along than where RJ Jones was. So that should be an improvement. Again, when you look at the roll guys with Moby and you have Bayfall, you have Michaela Brich coming back for another year, buddy Rich coming back for another year. You have some of these projects that are at a higher level than where the projects were last year. You have Ugo, you have a chore chore. I just, I just think that this roster is a massive step up from where it was last year. And again, we were just right there on the bubble last year. So I'm excited for this team and my expectations are pretty high. Like I said, I think Doug McDaniel and Coleman Hawkins are going to be your dudes. I laid out who like the reasons why I think the supporting cast is going to be better. Who's going to be that third guy who's going to be that, you know, Desi Sills, who I do think has kind of become a little overrated, you know, make one Tom one from that 2002 season, 22 to 23 season. You had those two guys who had massive moments and at times could take over games for you. So who are going to fill those roles? Is it going to be David Castillo? Is it going to be a chore chore? Is it going to be Ugo? Could it be David Castillo? I do think you're going to need at least one of those guys to step up and be around in the ballpark of an all conference type player. Then you're going to need another one to really come up massive for you in a couple of games. So I think the roster is there. I think the talent is there. I'm excited. Obviously, as we get closer, my goal, I don't know if we're going to have a full fledged, you know, full court press week. I mean, when is the next by week? So I might be jumping the gun doing a basketball preview and there might be an obvious spot where we do a full basketball. Now what was so the first by week is right around when basketball tips off. So we'll get some more guests on and we'll get everyone else's takes. But I'm excited for this season. I think it needs to be a stress free selection Sunday. And I think this team can get there. Tang did meet with the media. He said that the team really is mentally tough. He talked about how they got them out of the comfort zone. And they had a team retreat that went right into Shark Week, which is their big conditioning week. And he said that the team really came through those tough situations and said that they're really a mentally tough team. And again, I think that is so important in the game of basketball because basketball is a game of runs. And if you're a mentally strong team, when you see a team go on a 12 run, you're going to have to have guys who can pull you out of the mud and really get you going. And I'm excited because I don't think that's a, you know, I don't think that's something that Tang used to describe the team much last year being mentally tough. He was also acid. And I think Tang refreshing how open he was about this talked about how hey, case it's getting in on some really high high five star type of recruits. Why is that? And drum tank just straight up said, Hey, and that NIL helps, you know, talked about the generosity of the fans donating to wildcat NIL. But he says, Hey, that helps. And it's just part of the business. And then he says, once you get in the door, best fans in the country, best league in the country, and some families love what we can offer here in Manhattan. And then he used the analogy, you know, the pretty girl won't dance with you unless you ask first, and he has no problem asking. So I thought that was a refreshing take. And look, I hate what NIL has turned into in college sports. But I do think wildcat NIL and case say fans have set up a lot of their teams. You know, I think, especially case statements, basketball, women's basketball and football, I think it set them up to be able to make plays on recruits and transfers at the highest quality. So we'll see if it turns out to be, you know, a winning formula. David Gason talked about how his confidence has an all time high. He was able to play with his national team again this past summer. Talk again, the David Castillo hype, he has the approach of a professional has the habits of a professional. He said, when things get tough, that's when you get the best stuff out of him. I mean, Jacob Poland said when he was back for his Hall of Fame induction, that if anyone's going to break his, you know, scoring record, it's going to be David Castillo. So again, he said he had the talent he's going to be around for four years. So again, it's a wild amount of hype being put on him. He is going to be maybe the number one thing, player number one thing I'm watching in the exhibition game and basically all those early season non-conference schedules. Jerome Tang said the talent is higher on this team than it's been across the board any of his other seasons said that we're going to find out over the next couple weeks what guys can't do. He says, we have a pretty good idea of what they can do. We're going to find out what they can't do over the next couple weeks. I'm some praise for Mac Jones. Max Jones talked about how everywhere he goes, he shows up with a chip on his shoulder and then he blossoms. I think that is a great quote. And again, that might be the player that I have undersold throughout this build up to the K-State basketball season. Talked about how they have the pieces where they can play big or small. Also a team that should be able to grab more defensive rebounds. Really excited where the preseason is going to go ended with two things that he ended with. He talked about he was asked about the shooting. He said, well, last year, we hit threes all over practice. Surprised they missed so many open shots in the game. Kind of detoured away from answering any questions about the shooting on this year's team. I'm not taking anything crazy away from that. And then he just was asked the final thing. And this is something that I'm excited about. I asked about some of the three newcomers who are going to play center. Chore, Chore, Ugo, and Bayfall. And they said that, hey, a chore can make shots. He can make shots for others. And he has the ability to be a shutdown defender. Talked about how Ugo was a great shot blocker and he's going to have a great presence guarding the rim. Talked about fall. How he has all the potential in the world. And that's really how I see those three guys. Hopefully we don't have to see fall out there. I don't know if he's used his red shirt or not. I think in an ideal world, we red shirt him when he steps into a situation next year, but ultimately you don't want to be defended on him. I think between a chore, I think between Ugo and then Gassan's ability to play the five as well. I think those three guys should be able to flourish for this team. Not a lot of crazy stuff from Doug McDaniel and David Gassan. David Gassan talked about how the vibes are real good. Doug talking about how he wants to get back drinks of being a fast break guard. Wants to be a fast pass first guard, really set folks up. David Gassan talked about how it takes everyone to contribute to get to the NCAA. Got to lead by example. He's been through it. He knows what it takes to get to an elite eight versus what it looks like to be an NIT team. Great quote from David Gassan there. And then some more praise for David Castillo. Doug McDaniel said he was talking to his mom already talking about how mature Castillo is and how fast he's already playing. Again, so much praise for him. We got the schedule complete. We've talked about the noncon schedule and we'll zoom through this real quick. You know, you got the exhibition of Fort Hayes on October 29th. So at the end of this season, you open up with New Orleans on November 5th, Cleveland State November 9th, really the marquee home non-conference game LSU and Cam Carter coming back to Bramledge on November 14th. Mississippi Valley State on November 19th. And then they go down to the Virgin Islands, have George Washington that opening game. And then we will see from there, it's what Liberty or Louisiana in the second game. And then in the championship game, I can't, I can't remember who the morehead maybe. No Murray State Murray State's brother team you want in the championship of that. That is a tournament that you should win. Hopefully you do win. You come back for your last home non-conference game versus University of Arkansas pine bluff. The Lions. Again, it's, it's bad. It's a bad non-conference slate. You need to win a lot of those games. You got to win them big. You then go on the road to St. John's, you'll be playing on their campus arena in Queens, not Madison Square Garden. Before you come back and play Drake in the T-Mobile center on Tuesday the 17th, then you got Wichita State at Charles Cokerina down in Wichita. Then again, you have your Christmas break. You have a nine game break between games before you got two games a week all the way. Again, you open up at home versus an Addie, then you're at TCU and then you're at Oklahoma State. You get Houston at home on a Saturday, then you get Texas Tech on that Tuesday at KU and at Baylor Tough Stretch there. West Virginia at home, then Oklahoma State at Iowa State on a Saturday at Arizona State. Then you have a home back and back to back home on a Saturday with KU, then versus Arizona on a Tuesday. You're at BYU on February 15th and then at Utah, February 17th, I imagine they're going to just stay up in Salt Lake there. You come home, quit game versus Arizona State, then you're on the road at Central Florida, get Colorado at home on a Sunday at Cincinnati on a Wednesday and then you end with Iowa State on a Saturday. Really the big takeaways, it's a bad non-conference, but we saw last year. As long as you get blowouts and they do have to worry about winning by 20. Look, any game that they roll the ball out there, except for St. John's, you probably have to have the mentality is not only win, but win by 20. That really needs to be the goal and I know Teng doesn't like it, but he can't call off the dogs. You have to have the team rolling probably until the final five minutes and even then you probably have to just go with your secondary guys. You can't be having the entire reserve squad out there playing for the final eight minutes and making what should be a 20 point win, look like a eight point win, nine point win. You got to finish those games off. Selfishly, I love that Houston, KU and Iowa State are all on Saturdays. Hate that the students won't be back for the Houston game. Conference games without students, Cincinnati Houston, Texas Tech. Hopefully for that Houston, Texas Tech game, a bunch of students do come back and still rock in the atmosphere. Conference away games with no students. TCU Oklahoma State, that doesn't matter. Tiny student sections, but it's the Saturday before class start up versus KU. Obviously, you would have loved to get that one a little bit earlier in January. I'd imagine that they still have a 100% full and rowdy student section for that one, but it is what it is. You got a tough home back to back with KU in Arizona, but that's going to be a fun five days. KU and Baylor back to back on the road early in the season. That's going to be tough. We talked about earlier back to back road games versus BYU in the Utah. I'd imagine the team is staying up there. Funny enough, KU is doing the exact opposite. They're at Utah and then at BYU. Hopefully, they're not at the same hotel. That would actually be kind of funny if they did book the same hotel. You got two conference home Sunday games. As long as it's one o'clock, I'm fine with that. Don't make it too late. Don't make it a Sunday night game. After the back to back home games with KU in Arizona, the run-in, you're probably only seeing one ranked team. It's too early to tell, but again, it's at BYU at Utah. Arizona State at home, at UCF Colorado, at Cincinnati, and then you get Iowa State at home. Hopefully, this team is good enough that you're able to go on a run in those final games and set up a massive game with Iowa State, whether it's cementing your tournament resume, whether it's maybe trying to get into that conference race. It does set up late for you. You have those six games that none of which are probably teams that will be in the conference title race. If you could rip off 6-0 and then be a hot team playing Iowa State, that would be absolutely massive. All in all, I have high expectations for this team. I'm really looking forward to the season. Before we talk about women's basketball where my expectations are also sky high, I always have high expectations for Manhattan Brewing Company. I've never been let down. Every time you're in Manhattan, hell, it's a bye week. Making a special trip up to Manhattan Brewing Company this weekend. Get a couple beers, some pints right there at the bar. Get a couple four packs, a couple of crows to go. Or if you're down in Wichita, make sure you're stopping by the MBC Lounge every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Talk to your local liquor store. Make sure they're stocked up with four packs, Manhattan Brewing Company, truly the best. I need a recorded show from Manhattan Brewing Company soon. Jake, if you're listening, let me know. Let's do something. Alright, my expectations for the women's basketball team, they're massive. There's no doubt about it. This team needs to be competing for the Big 12. They need to once again be hosting the first two rounds of the NCAA tournament, and they need to get to the second weekend. Aoka Li is back. All three of them have sent Del and the Glen Twins are back. Another year under the belt from Moppins, Sides, Walker, Gisela Sanchez. If those four supporting players can take another step, things are going to be getting good. If you can get Sides to be a consistent threat from the outside, if you can get Gisela Sanchez, she was hot and cold. We saw some massive games from Sanchez. We saw some stinkers from Sanchez. She can find some consistency. She's going to be an asset. Like I said, you've got Moppin and Lester back. And then again, you brought in Kennedy Taylor. You brought who look, she's a six woman of the year in the Missouri Valley. I imagine conference play big game. She's going to be giving you hopefully, what seven to 10 minutes off the bench. And she's going to be able to help out with what I hope we see as some Aoka Li load management earlier in the season. And she's more than capable of giving that to you. You also got one of the best, you know, transfers in the nation with Poindexer from Tulsa. She's a prolific score. Again, one of the top portal gets, and she's going to be able to step into that starting role, Gabby Gregory gone. I would imagine it'd be Poindexter, Lee, the Glen twins and Serena Sundell as you're starting lineup. And then you're going to see a similar group with Kennedy Taylor as well coming off the bench. I think the expectations need to be sky high. I think the expectations for this team need to be as high as they've ever been. We may never have a roster like this. You're returning like 85% of your scoring 87% of your minutes from a team that hosted the NCAA tournament and was in the big 12 race until the last few weekends. It's going to be imperative that you cash in on this type of a season. Are we talking national title? Probably not. But you should be talking big 12 title. You should be talking for get just barely hosting. Let's talk two or three seed. Let's talk. Hey, let's get to the second weekend. Let's talk about what the matchup needs to be to get to the final four. I think these are the valid conversations that you can be having about this women's team. They are well worth your time in being able to watch them. On conference slate, it's highlighted by Creighton Duke in Texas A&M. They will be playing in St. Joe, Missouri, vs. Metal, Tennessee on December 14th. That's a Saturday. That could be a fun one to get up to if you're over here in the Kansas City Metro. You're not able to make it to brand much very often. The four big home games, at least as I see them, you got Iowa State on January 30th, which is a Thursday. T.C.U. February 5th on a Wednesday Baylor February 24th on a Monday. You do have KU on a Saturday on the 22nd. Would have loved for another one of those games to be on a Saturday. So you could push for a major crowd. You could push for a sellout. I imagine that KU game, I would imagine if it doesn't sell out, it's going to be pretty damn close. I mean, it was an electric atmosphere. The K-State men, they're playing the next day on February 23rd, vs. Arizona State, so it's a standalone Saturday for the women. I know I will be in attendance for that one. I'm hoping, like I said, I think that that game, if it doesn't sell out, it can be a 9, 10,000, you know, crowd. I think that could be a massive one. Again, like I said, would love to see another Saturday, so we could see a good run out of sellout. I think the Iowa State and Baylor game hopefully will be big for some of the local fans. I'm sure the T.C.U. game will have plenty of male students in the crowd. I will not be elaborating on why that one might be more highly attended than others, but hopefully they're there and cheering on the cats and that's their main focus. Jeff Minnie had a press conference. He was asked about recruiting as well. Again, I think K-State women's basketball recruiting maybe is the best sport when it comes to recruiting over the last 10 years. He was asked, like, what's going on inside? He said, a little bit of it is the Caitlin Clark effect because they beat Iowa twice and the third game went down to the wire. I also talked about how, you know, Aoka Lee setting the record with 61 points, getting all the way up to number two in the country. When you get on the national spotlight, when you are a national story, it opens up the door for you nationally recruiting. I think that was a great way to put it. I talked about that they needed some more depth at the center position. That's where Kenny Taylor comes into play. Tamira Poindexter brought into score and he talked about how much he loved getting to know those women throughout the portal situation. Talked about how Poindexter wanted to see six, seven, eight, nine, 10,000 fans when she ran out of the tunnel and get to play in front of that. With Gabby's departure, she's going to get that opportunity. Talked about offense. He said, hey, he still thinks they need to shoot the ball better. The turning group has worked extremely hard. The part of shooting in basketball, you got to get better. It's not just shooting the ball. It's also passing efficiency and shot selection. Those things are critical to shooting the ball as well, just not going through the hoop. There's a lot of praise for Taren Sides talking about how she can make a big difference there. Poindexter can make a big difference there. On defense, he says, hey, good defensive team lasher, but didn't turn over teams as much. Good field goal percentage defense, but we need to force more turnovers. Love that. Then the final thing I took away from it was when he was asked about the leadership from Lee Sundell and Braylon Jalen Glenn says that they understand the expectation. They understand how we do things at K State. Talked about how the maturity for them is to understand that, hey, if you have a bad first 10 minutes of practice, doesn't mean the entire practice is going to be bad. Sometimes young players get caught up in their own things and they can't get out of that with a veteran team, this veteran team. They understand that they can control what they can control and don't let anything else get to them. Maybe as young players, they couldn't help that, but as veterans, they can. Not only can they do it individually, but they can help others do it as veterans. Again, I think you have this core four with Lee Sundell and the Glenn twins that have been around for a long time and they're stars. Look, they are recognizable. I'd imagine everywhere they go in Manhattan, they're recognized. I'd imagine most places they go in the state, they're recognized and having this level of expectations on the shoulder of this team, you got to feel better that you have four players who have been there for a long time. You have two other transfers who have come in that have been playing the game of basketball for a long time. Then again, even some of those depth contributors, when you're looking at Walker, when you're looking at sides, when you're looking at Moppin and Sanchez and Lester, these are all women who have been on this team. This is going to be at least a second year for every single one of them. I think that's where I'm most excited for this team. Again, I know when single-game tickets go on sale, I know I'm going to get tickets for that KU game. They have a couple other weekend games. I'll be watching a lot of Brian Smaller and Missy Hydra on TV, but it's going to be an exciting one. I think this is going to be a fun season of basketball, not only for the women, but for the men as well. I would say buckle up. Look, at the end of this month, as you guys are listening, we're going to be less than 30 days away from exhibition games being played in Bramlands, so it's going to be a fun season. That's all we have. Tomorrow, we'll have some version of Thursday conversation. Friday, hopefully, we'll have K-State fan cast around the horn with echoes from Exit 313, the Aggieville Allie Cats and cocaine, Willie. It's going to be a blast. I hope you guys are enjoying your bi-week. Again, I'm recording this before any football games are played, so I'm either super depressed right now or I'm super happy. There's really going to be no in between when it comes to how my mood is, so at least I pretty recorded this one. For Chauncey, the best dog in the world, my name's Scott McFarland. We love you guys and go cats. ♪ Hail to the purple ♪ ♪ Hail to the white ♪ ♪ Wildcat in spirit ♪ ♪ Wildcat in fight ♪ ♪ Hail Alma Mater ♪ ♪ From sea to sea ♪ ♪ Onward forever ♪ ♪ Hail Victoria ♪ ♪ Ba-da-da-da-da-da-da ♪ ♪ Fight ♪ ♪ You can stay wildcats ♪ ♪ For Alma Mater fights ♪ ♪ Glory in the combat ♪ ♪ For the purple and the white faithful ♪ ♪ To our colors ♪ ♪ We will ever be ♪ ♪ A fighting ♪ ♪ Ever fighting ♪ ♪ For a wildcat ♪ ♪ Victory ♪ ♪ Fight, fight, fight, fight ♪ ♪ You can stay wildcats ♪ ♪ For Alma Mater ♪ ♪ Fight, fight, fight, fight ♪ ♪ Glory in the combat ♪ ♪ For the purple and the white ♪ ♪ The white faithful ♪ ♪ To our colors ♪ ♪ We will ever be ♪ ♪ I'm never fighting for a wild cat, they totally go stay ♪ ♪ One, two, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala, baratamala ♪ To Baratamala, Baratamala, Baratamala, Baratamala ♪ (singing in foreign language) (singing in foreign language) (singing in foreign language) (singing in foreign language) (singing in foreign language) (singing in foreign language) (singing in foreign language) (audience cheering) - This podcast is part of the Sports Social Podcast Network.
