You got to get it while you can here today because we have Rangers pregame coming up at 3.30. It's going to be a double header after last night's game suspended. After just four pitches, Jared Sandler is in the house already throwing heat in the bullpen, getting set for a big afternoon and evening of broadcasting. We'll talk to him coming up in about an hour or so about the big Ranger topics of the day. Looks like Jacob DeGrom could be ahead of schedule. We'll get you that headline here in just a second. General at your service salute. Thanks for making us part of your day. There's Brian Broadus, the former Cowboys Scout NFL executive, number one influencer on Cowboys social media. You can follow him at Brian Broadus. Follow us all at G back nation. If you get to our X account, you'll find all of our handles in the bio, including one lucky Lucius P. That's Lucius Alexander in the pimp cup over there. Master control here, 75 and fits you. Eric Chia follows in the house. Walchuck is, is daddening it up. He's on dad vacation, sending some love on social. Disney dad today, Disney dad today with a four month old, absolutely insane. Yeah, doing just, just being a yes, man. Why do I love it? Sure, honey. Yeah. Yes, honey. Okay, honey. Yeah, we got to get the Mickey Mouse here too. Yeah, what do you think? All right, honey. What do you think the daughter's memory of this is going to be? It'll be, it'll be next to zero, brought us. You think? Absolutely zero. Well, they show, well, they show her the pictures one day. Yeah, for sure. Like him, like, you know, like Willie, boy holding it, her holding her in front of like the big Mickey statue and all that stuff. It's covered in sweat. Yeah, just, yeah. I mean, that was my sunburn frustration just oozing off of them. Yeah, it was my ace to play until Abby was like five or six. It's not worth it. You know, worth it. We got to, we got to wait until she's older. Right. And then a few years after that, it's like, she's too old for that. But this, usually when they bring little kid there, they disguise it like it's for kid, but it's just for mom to live out whatever she wants to do at Disney. You know, it's mom's day at Disney. She knows dad doesn't want to ride the ride. So he's going to be holding baby and she's going to be getting flung around all these different deals. Let me tell you what, when I went to that EPCOT thing, it turned into how many bears could I have at these different countries? Oh, is that right? Oh, yeah, you travel all around the world. Yeah, I showed up there in Switzerland one day in Germany. I stayed over for three bears there. Sounds wonderful. Yeah. Well, young Jack Bursette was riding the rides. I'm like, oh, no, go ahead. I'll wait for you out over here. I was just hammering bears. Brots and beers in Germany. And oh, hey, look, oh, let's go over here to Italy, you know? And you grab, you know, some beer over there. Let's try to discover that pair of beers. So they're good there. So they have like beers from different countries. Yeah. Well, it's like a bar crawl inside a Disney. Yeah, man. Just an in bar crawl. And then you go to dinner at this, like, aquarium thing, where you're actually under the sea. You know, you're under, you're like, there's fish all around. And you're saying, I'm going to see you. I'm going to see you. I'm like looking, oh, yeah, they're swimming by. I'll take the amberjack that's swimming by there. Want to get that one out? Yeah. Can you hear me saying, I'm just way better than what we did. I think we were at Goofy's kitchen, which was like, no beer over there. No, no, no. Did you feel like the Goofy? Yes. Maybe you said there were the other Goofy parents. There's like 50 bucks a plate. Man, we got some. I mean, basically a cafeteria with a Goofy mascot running around. That was brutal, man. Water down, Sprite coming out of those taps. Of course, you do have card of Freeman coordinate in your video. You can watch us at 105 at the fan.com twitch and YouTube. And you probably saw some Cowboys news. You know, Dalvin Cook is here on the practice squad. Interesting opportunity for a nine year vet. Yeah. You know, I wouldn't think that that would be that attractive for him, but he's probably talking to his guys like, hey, I think I got a shot here to be the Cowboys running back before too long. He looks at the room. He looks at everybody in the room and tells the agent like, are you called Dallas yet? Everybody else seems to like probably have everything under control. Do you think they're all thinking that same thing? Like, I'm way better than these guys. Like Rico Dottles like, oh, geez, I got this, mom. Yeah. I, you know what? Yeah. I, when he saw Dalvin cooked trending on Twitter, he was like, I'm good here. Deuce Vaughn's like, man, there's two geysers and an injured guy in this room and a full back. They keep telling me can block. Well, come on. RB one by week for my, do you get the feeling that maybe they might play this where they, they use Zeke for like the first four weeks, and then it's like, uh, that's no good. And then they, and then they elevate Dalvin Cook for three weeks. Good idea. Because every other week just kind of, yes, kind of. Deuce this thing together and hope for the best. Yeah. Keep the old guys fresh. Yeah. Yeah. I also think when you're dealing with old guys, you, you might have to have both available on a game day though, just to see which one has it that day. You know, by the time you're 29 moving into your thirties, you can't get it every day like you did 22, 23 as far as like pickup hoops or sports or whatever it is. But by that point, about every other day, you're almost as good as you were that younger version of yourself. So it'll be really interesting how you handle the most dysfunctional and hilarious running back room in the NFL. They might just give each back like four weeks. You get a month to kind of be the star and then we're going to discard you and go to the next guy. 817. I just think it's a classic NFL fan because things move so quickly and it's unlike any sport. 817's like watch Dalvin eat this year in basketball, in baseball, in hockey, tennis and golf at 29 years old. You're still very much in your prime. And it's like what? I mean, these now would cook with just in college like five years ago, right? Well, yeah, I mean, but he's very similar to Zeke. He's probably a little bit quicker version of Zeke. Just a little bit quicker. He's quicker than Zeke. Okay. That's good to know. No, no. I'm just saying if you had to say something, but they're very similar. They're very similar. This is where I worry about the Dallas Cowboys that they might have an offensive line that can actually block, but you don't have a back that could get there quick enough. Yeah. If you, if you go with, now you do with Daddle and you do with Vaughn, but do they go with Zeke and all of a sudden, you know, all of a sudden you're, you know, if we had Zach Martin on, Zach would say, Hey, would you want to play with a back that has quickness or one that has power? He's going to say quickness because he doesn't have to hold his block as long. What happens to you if you have slow backs, you hold your block and what happens? Holding 73 offense, still first down, you know, right, because what are you doing? You're holding your block so damn long to try and get these guys to the hole, through the hole, around the corner. It turns into you can flash block guys if you've got guys, and I mean flash block, like bump them and go to the second level, bump them, go and you, because you got a back that can get through and go. I think the good news with Dalvin and Zeke is you only have to hold that block as long as first contact and then you're good. Yeah. Yeah. See the sustain, like on the backside like that, that kid, Guyton, he's got feet and you get, you know, you get B.B. and Smith pushing on one on a down guard. We'll be getting to the second and third level for damn reason. And then all of a sudden, and all of a sudden it's like they're having to hold a block, hold a block and the, because the ball's not getting there fast enough. Yeah. Yeah. It's something to keep an eye on. 15 games with the Jets got 3.2, then he went to the Ravens. Then in block were the dam for a rush for 23 yards on eight. 3.2. What? Yard carry. Yeah. Wow. That's a million broke. Nice. Yeah. I was thinking of money. Oh, wow. Man's cleaning up. They didn't even have him play in the AFC championship game. They're like, Oh crap. This is bad. You know, when he was with, with Baltimore and crazy, they didn't let him eat. Didn't they? Didn't they? Yes. They got beat by the Texans. That game. I watched it. Well, the Ravens. They got beat by the chiefs. Yeah. Or they scored like seven points in that game. Okay. I thought the Texans beat him in that game. I was like, some say they were a Dalvin cook away from actually only losing by a touchdown that game. So we go from waste. I know it was nine carries. That's what I saw of that game was nine carries in that divisional game. Yeah, it was it was not good there either. I mean, it was consistent with two different teams, including a playoff team with the threat of Lamar Jackson about three yards in attempt there. Okay. The Cowboys had two players claimed off waivers. Eric Scott cornerback has gone to the chiefs and safety. Julia Julius Wood has gone to the Tennessee Titans. Sorry. I got a sneeze. No, it's all good. Yeah. Bless you. Yeah. Yeah, that's that's a little, that's interesting. The chiefs are looking at your roster as the champions. Got two of your guys thinking they got to trade it for those guys, rated for hinder shot. And then they, and they take Eric Scott from it. I mean, we've seen stuff out of hinder shot before. So it wouldn't be shocking for Andy Reed to get something better out of him than what I told you guys that your Jones was a damn good general manager. He clowns wouldn't listen to that. That's right. You can tell us that Kansas City, Andy Reed's over there picking off your players. We have so many good players, you don't give that 81 year old man any credit over there, Dawson. If it wasn't for the horrible trade of a fourth round pick for Trey Lance that he has to continue to justify, you know, oh, no, we're keeping Trey Lance. That was a good trade, man. That's a good asset here. He's going to be here. I mean, that's that that's the thing that really hacks me off the most is not only do you not have a running back that you should have had with that fourth overall pick, but now you don't have Eric Scott or Julius Wood because you're having to continue to justify this horrible idea of trading for Trey Lance. Yeah. Yeah. The idea you have, you have Zeke taking up a roster spot and you have Trey Lance taking up a roster spot when you could have at the very least, I mean, would we're all looking around going out as a guy that could dial on even more when Trey Lance is your quarterback in 2025. No. I'll be fine. I'll be fine with that. Yeah. You're hoping for your pretty set situation for then four and 13 is what you're hoping for. Honestly, probably hoping for like two and 15 trying to get that number one overall, baby. Yeah. And then you're looking at your next quarterback and you're off and running the run game should be looking outstanding by then Jacob de Grom now possibly on an abbreviated rehab minor league assignment. He looked good. Once again, last night, 24 pitches, even less, it was a perfect two innings of work. CY says he'll make at least one more in the minors and then could be the starter in Arlington against the Angels as the reports, which is September 5th through the 8th. That's next Thursday through Sunday. That'd be awesome if he could debut in Arlington, give you something to go out there and watch. It's amazing how we'll be out there tomorrow, right? We'll be out there Friday. Friday. Yeah. We're going to show Shaq tomorrow. There we go. His next rehab start would likely be in the 40 to 50 pitch range, which would make him capable of 50 to 60 if he returned to the Rangers rotation after that. So you might get three or four innings of a little Jake there the next weekend. We'll look for news on that maybe coming up, you know, between games tonight, pre game after the game, but they wanted to monitor how his arms doing today following last night's there. 24 pitches. I imagine it's doing outstanding. Okay. Evan Grant said, Mac, sure as you probably won't pitch again this season for the Rangers pending free agent. Would you want him back? I think is, you know, interesting, seems like he likes it here and he doesn't have a ton of value. You know, so maybe it would be, you know, one of those, hey, older injured guy signings. I would mark be on my scan tron for falls. You're done, ski. I'm done. Yeah. Yeah. I think the game might be telling him listen, I can't make it that long without getting another injury. So I'm not going to keep holding hope for that. I'm going to move on for how much hope for Jack lighter tonight, seven o'clock. Let's go. You know, this would be fun. Let's go. Yeah. You know, I'm looking to see him, you know, lots of he looks good, more relaxed strikeouts look good. What was he doing the last time that you were keeping count of? Yeah. Okay. He was doing. Yeah. We're playing in Detroit. Was it Detroit Colorado? It was one of these places. He kept blowing on his hands. Detroit, I believe he just like, he just kept going on and on and on about that. And I was wondering if he was worried about his grip, you should want to see a calmer version of him out there. I think so. Yeah. You know, because once you're there, then you, I think he can, you know, not be battling the nerve so much kind of just, you know, let his talent go and then we'll get a more accurate idea of, you know, what he's capable of at the, at the big league level best elected Jack tonight. Yeah. Of course, last night's came suspended after four pitches and it'll resume coming up with the first pitch shortly after four o'clock Astros are out adding out fielder Jason Hayward for the home stretch. 34 years old was released by the Dodgers last week hitting 208 on the year, pretty washed up there early at 34 years old. They currently lead the Mariners by three and a half in the West, by the way, it looks like Seattle started playing better ball once they can their skipper last week. And before we move on, of course, g bag of the day coming up at two 30 now is a fantastic opportunity to tell you the Sandlot Children's charity happy hour is taking place tomorrow here here. And it'll kick off this year swinging for a cause event that we love so much that Jared brings to you such a great cause and gives you access to some of the biggest names and DFW sports and some of the greatest memorabilia in the auctions and stuff that he does. So they'll have they'll have pickleball they'll be recognizing the 2024 grant recipients. So please join them for an evening full of fun there to at Jared Sandler on X if you want to jump over there and get more details on his latest and greatest event. Okay, coming up next, we'll have time for Crusty's Corner here Brian, what kind of goodies do you have for us? Yeah, I got some questions from my guys. We'll do that next. Alright, welcome back, Chee Bag Nation, slightly different schedule here today because Rangers Baseball is coming up at 3.30, usually we do Crusty's Corner at 3.40, but we'll be in the midst of the pregame here. So it's time now for some Crusty's Corner with former Cowboy Scout, Brian Broadus, brought to you by Reliant Air Conditioning and Plumbing, Gimmick Free AC Repler and Replacement. Here's Broadus. Thank you very much, Neil. Thank you very much to Reliant as well. Nice to have them on board. Got some questions for you guys. Eric, I'll start with you on this one, Cowboy Questions. Is this a trick question? No, no, no. You know the game. We play the game. I ask you questions. You kind of give good answers and... Of course, you have multiple choice answers for us to choose from and everything. Yeah, I just want to make sure that you get these questions answered though. I think it's important. This is how you make sure we've been paying attention in class. Yeah. Like, hey, I've been talking a lot of football in a lot of different places. Yeah. Let's see if you've been paying attention. Let's see if you've been paying attention. And I do appreciate your answer. Chief. Yep. Bigness. Bigness. Biggest improvement. Dallas's running game or their run defense? Their run defense, for sure. I mean, they were so bad last year. I mean, just with the moves they made with having real linebackers here, like the day you brought in Eric Kendrick's in a scheme that he's very familiar with and Mike Zimmer. Heck, the day you brought in Mike Zimmer, you got better at run defense with the scheme that he's got. So, I mean, every step of the way, they've done some things and then they just did it with the kabosh there at the end with Phillips and Joseph. Hopefully, those guys, I think Phillips, for sure, is still capable. Hopefully, Joseph still is as well. And even your edge setters, like Neeland, is a guy that is here to play first and second down, stop the run. So I feel really good in the sense that I think you're a top half of the league run defense. And I can't say that about your run offense right now. How about you there, Dawson? Yeah. You know, I know the running game was bad last year and I don't think they've improved that. I think they have they have sewn the seeds that will eventually lead to run game improvement by getting a younger offensive line going in for sure, that's going to cook. But I mean, Lea Faukendrix and overshone along with Neeland and better scheme, I think, for stopping the run, you know, I'm much more confident in the defensive part of this. You know, I like what you guys are saying because you're bringing up all the really the right defensive pieces and I think the safety group at playing it too deep, you know, can play guys in the alley and can show up and now you're not dealing with 205 pound linebackers or safeties that are playing linebackers, I think they got guys that can run to the ball and all that. What a breath of fresh air. It's going to be for Marcus Bell. It will. Maybe even so what they've done inside, you know, with the defensive tackles. Yeah. I will say this though. I think their runoff fence will be better and just for what Dawson said earlier about adding Gaiton and then having BB, I'm really excited about BB Martin and Smith and those guys working because if we see how Dallas runs the ball, it's really not perimeter runs and now you've got these backs that other than, you know, I think Rico Dattle and Vaughn could get to the edge and get to the court, but it's more about that inside. What's going on? They're going to try and attack and then cut the ball inside, cut the ball. If you've got guys that have power like those three inside guys have, I think they're going to be better running the ball. I think they will be better as well, but it's not going to be as good as the run defense according to you guys. Yeah, I still think it's the biggest question about the team coming into week one. Like how much of a running game can you come up with? Are you going to be bottom third in the league? Can you, can you be the 15th best rushing attack? Yeah. And I think hopefully with the, with the youth of these guys as the season goes on, assuming their health and everything like that, this is something that you hope gets better along the way as Gaiton and BB continue to develop. Yeah. What was Rico Dattle's 40 time? I mean, do they have anybody that can make a how four, five, four? No. Anybody that can run away from a defense and give you that 60 or 70 yard gain to boost your yards per attempt. This is going to be all really non first down running by all of these guys. And for as much as I love the scheme defensively and the way you're trying to stop the run, it's not like your offensive attack from a rushing standpoint is one of those that is super cutting edge and nuanced and keeping just the scheme itself is keeping defenses on their heels. So you don't see, you don't see creative running here? No, no. But the most creative they get is like, Hey, let's just put CD lamb over there, turpin over there. Yeah. And hand them the ball. Yeah. Go. Okay. This leads me to a question I had then. And because I think that Dattle is the best back they have on the roster. The question is the health. It's always going to be. That's what we're going to say about him until he finds a way to make it through his whole season on Eric, I'll go with you on this one as well. How long before they figure out that Dattle is the best back? Well, I think they probably already know. I think they already know. But why do I get the gut that they're going that it's going to be Ezekiel Elliott right off the jump? Well, I do. I do think that Ezekiel Elliott is going to be starting the games, but I think by the end of the game, it will prove out to be with the volume going to Dattle so long as he's healthy. Like I've imagined Zeke's you're starting running back, Dattle's the guy that's getting the most volume. I think if Dattle is healthy, Brian, I think you could see maybe week nine or week 10 because as long as they're winning, I don't think the frustration is going to be enough. Like are we really running this geezer, you know? But once you get to like lions, Niners, Falcons, Eagles, Texans, that's a tough stretch of five games that could drag you back to 500 as you get to November, I could see them. I kind of feel like though that I, I wonder if they learned a lesson from what, how things went with with Tony Pollard that are you going to waste opportunities? Remember that with our own eyes, we saw Tony Pollard, you know, you could look at the metrics. Even the yards is simple as yards per carry that that was like, how do you not play Pollard? I just don't think Dattle has that extra level of juice. It's, you know, it's going to be. But better than what they're, yeah, I think, I think the guy with the juice is Vaughn. I think do's Vaughn and I think we're, I've, I've, I've really appreciate now, do's Vaughn a lot more. I think there's a lot less dancing with him. Yeah. If more, it's like, hey, this is going to be a three yard gain, go get it. But if you don't have like great speed or power going in a straight line isn't how you're going to produce against NFL first team defenses. You got to dance. I think he's just going to run into people quicker. You know, I, I don't know, I, I'll believe do's Vaughn when I see it is the biggest problem you have with do's Vaughn is just the lack of height. Well, and speed, you know, like the, maybe, maybe I think the initial burst. With him and the quickness is good. The long speed. Yeah. It's not there. It's not there. He'll get fetched. You know, he'll get fetched, but maybe you could produce four plus yards per attempt. And that should be enough to win this job on a weekend week out basis. I'm not, I'm not sure which one of these guys is going to be the answer. I just hope one is hope they're not all at 3.4 yards in attempt, but it might be. How committed you think they are going to be to try and run the ball or something? Or are they going to put everything on Dak Prescott's lap? Oh, I don't, I don't think they're going to be that committed at all. I think you saw last year, they realized we're not good at this. And you know, we're kind of screwing ourselves by running it so much on first and second down. And the offense got better. The, you know, once they after the week five, yes, the week five situation, I think Mike knows we got to run the ball. And that's why Tyron Smith and Beyadish aren't here anymore. They're like, if we're ever going to run the ball, we need a, a better offensive line. It's good. As Tyron was in past pro, he couldn't help you there. Everything I hear and see though is Dax the one with the, with all the autonomy at the line of scrimmage. He's got as much as anybody in the league. So oftentimes comes down to him and changing, changing the play or whatever. And if he's, he's always going to be confident in himself, dropping back. And if he doesn't see it quickly with the offensive line in the rushing attack, like, heck yeah, he's going to probably be killing it at the line of scrimmage plenty, checking into Dacta CD. Yeah. Yeah. And that's, you know, probably what we need to be doing. Yeah. You're going to get that whenever you have a veteran quarterback in his, in his prime, you know, and lack of a running game. It's like, Hey, let this guy make the adjustments at the line of scrimmage to at least get us in a play that's not dead on arrival. And I think that's probably a big reason why the offense was so successful last year points per game wise, even though you had very little running game. Yeah. Time now for the G bag of the day into the pit cup. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. All right. So brought us which one of those fellows right there passed that test that you had there for them, the cowboy questions. I think that I think the Austin was clearly better than you there. It was evident from the start. Yeah. Yeah. It was like, it was like playing with a Ezekiel Elliott running back. Hey, we're getting back to the drawing board over here. Okay. My junior high school history teacher, he used to wear all black on like days that he had test or quiz Johnny Cash just to signal to his students. Yeah. Pop quiz. Yeah. All right. It's a test today. And I had him fourth period boy. I used to love that man. Alright. So walk by his class. Ah, I got you. I crammed her in second period for your test on the fourth. Thank you, sir. I appreciate you. Man, that's nice. Yeah. Let's open your kids. Mr. Harris. That's Mr. Harris. First period. You're, you know, this isn't for you. Yeah. For fourth, fifth, sixth. Yeah. I'll tell you. You got a chance. Yeah. He's got that black on man. It's got a test today. Day two right here. Speaking of high schools and junior high schools, we have a high school football PA announcer. Had a hot mic moment thinking, think he's yelling at the corner back we established yesterday. He's probably yelling at the corner back might have something on his game. Turn around. Yeah. Yeah. Pass intended for number 11, Tyler George in complete penalty markers down. I don't know why I'm calling it a 16 year old, a dumb ass. It's kind of kind of redundant. Maybe it's more ass hat that was a. Stats guy. I liked it though. You're a stats man. Stats man. Yeah. Yeah. Everybody gets the vibes. Yeah. A 16 year old. Yeah. Yep. She gets to hungry. All right. Let's see what we have here for you. Gavin, have you heard of a guy named Jared Blesnick? I don't think so. Jared Blesnick. If I'm saying his name, right, is Jared Blesnick is a poker player. That's why I asked you a sports card hustler. He was at fan fest. A lot of a lot of images and videos are coming out from fan fest still one amazing event that was that we did not get to attend. But anyway, they were cracking packs, opened up cards and whatnot, and he was sitting right next to Alan Iverson, and he told Alan Iverson something that he didn't want to hear, and he stood on it too. I'm going to say this. You're not going to like what I'm about to say, but I'm going to say it anyway, because I'm like you and I don't care. But the truth is, and again, you're not going to like this, when he got to the NBA finals, who was his second best player? Was it Eric Snow? Was it Kane? Was it Derek McKee? Was it Matumbo? The question is, this man had the least amount of talent around him to do what he did in the NBA. It's the truth. It's the truth. Man, y'all been not clapping for that. What, put the reality? That's a lie. Okay. Let me, let me, let me. Oh, I had dogs with me. I had real dogs. Okay. Let me ask you. I had real dog. They have to be Kobe Bryant. They had to be Shaquille O'Neal. They had to be with you guys. They was dog. Okay. No. Okay. Real dog. I, I want Alan Iverson to answer this question. In Philadelphia, name one all star you played with, that's not the campaign, but Tumbo. Name one all star. Let's, let's continue to open the spot. Exactly what I'm talking about. Alan Iverson, can you imagine if he had a good number two around him? He wins it all. He wins. You know, after year, after year, we continue. Let's go. How about this? You're down with this guy. Oh, pretty good. Yeah. He's good. He must be one of these content creator poker players. Hey, man. He's got some chaps on him. He does. He's got some chaps. He's good entertainment. Let's see. Yeah. He almost like this boy's card hustling situation. Okay. Good fam, man. She's got to eat. Yeah, Vegas. I was playing with this guy who is, you know, he's a streamer that plays poker on delay. So his community gets to watch him and see all the cards that he's playing with and he kind of talks through all the table handles and he's eating out here for that. Yes. Yes. He's doing quite well. That's all he does. Oh, man. I didn't know about this. I don't know. There's so many ways to get paid. Let's go to King James Lebron James. He says son Bronnie can't call him daddy at work. Yeah. I love this. Yeah. You seen this? Call me goat if you want. Yeah. What's your working relationship? Is he going to call you dad at practice in the locker room? No, we already laid that. No, we already laid. No, he can't. We already laid that down. You cannot call me dad in the workplace. All right. Once we leave out of the private facility and the gates close, I could be dad again in the car. We ride together at home. I could be dad. No, he got to call me like two, three, or a crime, two, three, two, or you know, goat if you want to. Stop tail. Stop tail. Oh, but it's easy for me, it's easy for me because I've been calling Bronnie for so long. It's not like I've been called a son. A son. So it's easy for me. It's going to be the adjustment for him. But he cannot. We cannot be running down the court and he'd be like, dad, I think that'd be dope though. Don't you? Yeah. Yeah. Pops. Let's go. Hell, everybody's calling him Pops now with that. And she won't. Yeah. Actually, you're asked at the court. It's pretty funny. Two, three. Working with the Joneses, Stephen calls Jerry, Jerry at work. Yeah. He's called him dad. Jerry, hey, what, you know, and he's like, that's what he identifies him at work. He doesn't say dad. No, I'm calling dad, dad at work. Yeah. Yeah. My dad owned the clubs and everything. I'm walking and calling them dad. Even when I had to bar back for a while, dad, dad, we need more vodka. I think as dad, I would want to be called dad. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I want the mother folks in there to know that as dad too, so they treat me right as well. I put everybody on. Yeah. Uh, who have enough time? Nah. Okay. Isn't it a high school football PA announcer or a one time champ looking for two? Bluetooth Kenny, and Quentin. And by the way, he did go five time. Yeah. Yeah. Jared Plesnick, irritating Alan Iverson with some truth about those 76ers team. They were rough. They were. Somebody set up still laughing and Goofy's cheeky. Yeah. Goofy's kitchen. Yeah. That was bad. No fault for it. Oh, yeah. It's like the chucky cheese rat comes out and takes a picture with you and it's like, that's going to, that's going to be triple now. By the way, while Chuck did confirm that he left the baby with grandma and it's just a husband and wife. Oh, I'm proud of him. I'm proud of him. I'm just adding right there. Yeah. He's got a four month old and that he can be made out there. What are you doing? Granny's in heaven though. You can't ride anything. You can't hit the restaurants like you want to. Yeah. LeBron James, Bronnie cannot call me dad. That's pretty good. Or who was the last one? That was it. That was it. Yeah. A champ or two challengers. Hey, if you're a deadbeat dad out there in Florida, though, if you're close to Disney, you just go to Disney Springs. Pick the kids at Disney Springs. Okay. Bright things door kind of looks just like Disney. It's the restaurants. It's the knockoff. Yeah. They got the Mickey Mouse guys walking out there. You kids did go to Disney. Yeah. See right here. Clearance back Disney. That's great. I'm going to vote for the poker player, Keith. I'm going to go with, I'm going to go with LeBron. LeBron Dyer. Delicious. Ooh. Shoot, man. I like hot mic. Got a one, Brian LeBron by a score two to one to one and you're new. G bag of the day champion. It is the king. LeBron. Okay. Coming up next here on your home of the champs one, oh five, three of the fan and Cowboys. It is time for a sports hodgepodge chief. Were you taking it? Yeah. Let's create the new viral concession item along with some NFL news you need to know next year in the nation. Well, thank you, Lucius. It is the G back nation here on one Oh five, three, the fan rangers baseball coming up at three 30 excited about this double header here this evening chance to get some wins against the white Sox really excited about to go home though and what he's doing. We'll talk with sands more about that coming up at three o'clock. Here's chief at the hodgepodge. All right. We, we've had a college graduate young lady hanging out here in the studio there on the couch behind Broad is throughout the program just in line with the cameras for for the twillows and for the for the tubers. And so they just were wondering kind of like, you know, is she okay? Like is she is she being a hostage right now? So she need a blink twice if she was watching the room, yes. But I rest assured them until then the truth that it was just her last place fantasy punishment 24 hours with broadest. So she's just got to go wherever he goes. So that's just kind of where it's at right now. But I'm sure she will make damn sure she's not dead balls last again. That's a fun. That's a traumatizing punishment right there. But said it's been good. So a few more hours to go for her and then she's on the way to the Waffle house. Now we do have some good, we have some good football stuff going down right now. Like this is hilarious and Cincinnati. You have their head coach Zach Taylor saying of Jamar Chase who is a disgruntled star wide receiver right now looking for looking for that new contract and head coach Zach Taylor is like, yeah, no, he's going to continue to practice. He'll be here all week. Everything's good. Well, you see Jamar Chase walking into bangles practice 13 minutes late wearing street clothes, not practicing today a day after Zach Taylor said, like, yeah, no, everything's cool. He'll be here. He's practicing everything's rocking and rolling. So Jamar Chase and his status right now, I mean, think about where we're at. It's rare that you have a Jamar Chase, Brandon, I, you and Trent Williams situation all happening at the same time. And it was CD lamb as well until obviously yesterday. So yeah, I think that CD lamb thing made Chase feel differently about his going forward. Maybe he's, you know, and he's like, yeah, Chase is like, man, you lamb got hit, but yeah, he's got two years. Right. He's got two years left. Exactly. He's got two years left. Yeah. Well, he's trying to get ahead of it. Let's see the resolve. Once again, are you willing to miss game checks? That's, you know, that's the thing you always have to ask about the players. That's your leverage as a front office guy. Are you willing to miss game checks to, you know, to, to do this? And the bingles, you know, Mike Brown and those guys are at the, the bingles are probably saying you're not going to miss game checks. I'm willing to miss game checks just to get out of that uniform, you know, I'm not going to lie. They were all white. That's all right. Yeah. You've seen the one we were all white. Yeah. That's actually some of the color rush stuff. They're bringing out the, they're bringing out the orange pants this year. Yeah. Like the first time ever and that actually looks pretty cool. I think they, you know, that's, that's the whole thing way back in the sixties. When they became a franchise, yeah, Paul Brown, the owner came from Cleveland and that the Cleveland people are saying you stole our uniform. You copied our uniform. Yeah. It's weird. Orange pants. I mean, it is a bingles tiger. Yeah. That's what the, that's what the Browns do. The Browns were orange pants and that seal brown jersey. It looks much cooler with just white with black stripes. Yeah. You know, I think once you go the orange, it's difficult to pull off, you know, but they look just like how UT does in Oklahoma state does, but the bangles don't. Yeah. Well, one of the, one of the football fans gripes just in general on a football Sunday is how few games they keep for that afternoon window where you get like pretty much all the games are in the noon slate. Scott Hanson struggled a little bit. She's got the red zone. It's the same game. Sometimes there's only two games. Yeah. Red zone is jammed up in the early zone of playing somebody bad. It's too much and then not enough. Exactly. So, I mean, I still don't think they've done enough with this, but they have confirmed Scott Hanson actually confirmed that the NFL is implementing a minimum of three games for the late window. Yeah. Do you know why they do that? Because they don't want to interrupt 60 minutes, which is one of their best programs. That's why they don't do that stuff. Really? Yeah. They're not going to push 60 minutes to legacy act out the way. Yeah. They're not going to do any of that stuff. Basically, we were laughing about Disney earlier when NBC used to have the games. I think they still do, but they have nighttime football now, but used to be on those Sundays, the wonderful world of Disney would pre-end any football game if it was too long. They would go right to the wonderful world of Disney. Oh, that would jam me up. Yeah. Seriously. They had a Raiders player. They called the Heidi game. Heidi. Heidi Whiteys. The Heidi game showed the, they showed the musical or whatever that show Heidi, and they they got, they went away from the Jets and the Raiders. They just said, no, we're out of here. We're not going crazy how much better sports TV is these days and in the 70s, they would have the NBA finals on tape delay. Yeah. Oh my gosh. Yeah. Every time I hear that, I'm like, that is just insane. Like an edited version to get it all done in an hour and a half. Not a world I want to live in, man. My goodness. Thank God we're not there anymore. Some of those legendary programs like Lucius was talking about, they hold those time slots and they're not going to, they're not going to carry it into. I always thought they did that just to make sure that one game had all the attention of the country so we could sell to advertisers like, Hey, here's our late after week game. Yeah, the game. We got to be watching. Yeah. Yeah. That's true. Yeah. Well, either way, getting it up to at least three games in the afternoon, I feel like it should be probably like a 65 35 in terms of how you split it. We didn't used to have a Sunday night game. It was Monday night football is what it was forever. And now that you got the Sunday night game, that's why they don't probably feel the need to have that extra game in the 320 slide brings up a really interesting idea. You have so many games at noon. What if we just had a game every day in the NFL? I would like Monday night, Tuesday night, Wednesday night, there is a game on and people just have floating schedules. You might have six days off. You might have eight days off, but that's how you maximize it. Right now the NFL is throwing away content as soon as they realize this, they could eat up all seven days of the week, absolutely for six months, having a lot, bro. Real bread is circus. That's right. Have us all locked in. Yeah. That's doubling the pie right there. Yeah. Yeah, like hamsters, bro. Yeah. What are we doing tonight? We know what we're doing. Yeah. It's really just. What are we eating for the game tonight? Are there games though? What a comfort that would be waking up. Okay. Everyone knowing you every day. Yeah. Okay. The Thursday game is Arizona versus Atlanta. You then? Uh, yeah. I want to, I want to watch Kirk cousins. Right on. Stumble a little bit in primetime. Putting the kids to bed, nine 30. My couch time is NFL. I'm looking at you right now and saying there is no way in hell you were watching Atlanta and Arizona go at it early in the season. There's a math game on it. I've learned you enough to know that you do not give a damn about Atlanta and Arizona playing a football game. But I have to have something on TV, you know, something's going to be on TV. Yeah. Yeah. It's the world. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I got Abby watching that last year. Actually, that's kind of nice. Well, you're getting, you're getting a lot of love here, like the 817. That's the worst take I've ever heard. Dawson. I mean, there's, there's respect here for everyday football. Oh, every day. Football. I forget any football. The bad thing. I don't know how that's a bad. That's a bad thought. But of all you. Not entertained. Ray Davis. Texan. Today. I can think of thousands of worst takes. Oh, these must. This is a bangles fan. What happened? Oh, he's just talking about the uni. Okay. Talk about the uni. Oh, there's a bingle fan. I think it's that always chimes in on the midday show is like, yeah, yeah, you're sleeping on the bingles. There's a few out there enjoy sleeping on the bangles sleeping on those guys. Hey, Peyton Manning and Bill Belichick are doing an ESPN plus show called breakdown. They will be looking ahead of the game every week, very likely to be ESPN's Monday Night Football match up, but you'll get Manning and Belichick talking about a game and lead up if your team is playing in that particular situation, then you're going to be all over that. That's going to be awesome. Having made a Belichick break down the Cowboys and lead up to a Monday night football match up versus the Ravens. Say early in the season, gosh, I'm going to be all over that speaking of all over it. I'm going to be all over this thing. If I find myself to soldier field this year, which I won't, but you know, I'll live vicariously through everyone who gets to consume this, the Odunze dog. That's their rookie wide receiver. And I don't know what Caleb Williams item they got, you know, maybe like a some type of self, sir, they will have like a lemon, a lemon chill, the, the Caleb Williams lemon chill, but you're going to get the Odunze dog, the, this is a normal, a normal hot dog. And then it's, well, actually it's a, it's a jalapeno cheddar dog. Okay. Okay. And then it's actually topped with Italian beef. So it's a double meat extravaganza inside the bun. Then you have spicy Chicago secret sauce. Not sure really what that is, but I bet it's pretty good. It's usually, yeah, what's GR didn't denaria? Okay. This is when you order an Italian beef sandwiches. This is the vegetables pickled stuff. These are the peppers. Okay. I'm seeing that on it. That makes sense. I can't pronounce the word, but it's on Italian beef sandwich, geronero. It's geronero. So make Obama. Exactly. It's, it's a sauce. It's a Greek. It's the pickled vegetables that goes on an Italian beef sandwich. Well, they also are topping it with cheese crisp crumbles. So yeah, this thing is passing the eye test. Anytime you go, like when they go at the ballpark and they have a hot dog or a brat, and then they're putting brisket on top of it or pulled pork on top of it, that's the same type of ID here, but it's with the Italian beef in Chicago. That's a no brain. It was going on with that meat, bro. Which meat? The doomsday dog. Yeah. Looking at it. Is it a little light-skinned? Does it need a char? You know, the Italian beef, that's kind of how they do the Italian beef. Okay. I'm sorry. I don't want to do this. No. Maybe you want to. Maybe you can ask him to water. Maybe you can ask him to well done that thing. Yeah. You know, put a little sear on it. I wouldn't be upset at the sear on that thing. Yeah. It's like so thin that it's, I guess, so easy to overcook that you can't even. Well, what do I do with Philly cheese? I need to be cultured. I apologize. No. I mean, hey, listen, man. I was like, get it to me. I know. I don't disagree with you. But have you ever had like tortillas meat? Have you ever had the Portillo's, uh, Ruben? That's sort of sandwich. The Portillo dog. We're aiming food after people. Ruben. Yeah. It might. Yeah. Our engineer Ruben has his own concession. It's a poor bitch sandwich with a, you know, Portillo's right or Portillo's maybe is how it's supposed to be said. We're making up stuff again. No, I'm not. It's here. It's from Chicago and it's very popular. But there it is. The addunes. A dog. Thank you, sir. Another sports hodgepodge is in the book. The master for a second. I'm so sorry about that. I'm so sorry about that. Listen, if I could have that back, I would. Me too.
