What Would YOU Do?
So what would you do if you were in the belly of a whale for three days? It's almost a rhetorical question because the chances of that happening are somewhere between zero and less than zero, except not really. The chances of you getting ill or losing your credit card or your home or your job or a loved one someday are pretty good. And in that moment of trial and challenge, what do you do? Some people, they run from God, turned their back on Him. How could you let this happen, God? But not Jonah, Jonah 2, 1, and 2. Then Jonah prayed unto the Lord His God out of the fish's belly and said, "I cried by reason of my affliction unto the Lord." Jonah could have salt or powdered or fumed, but instead, he turned to God. When you're standing at a grave site or waiting in an emergency room or whatever it might be, turn to God.
