(upbeat music) - All right guys, welcome to today's show and happy Friday. It's gonna be a not so happy Friday by the time we get through all of these different topics and talk about what's happening in the wake of Hurricane Helene. That's what we're gonna be discussing today. Of course, the southeast coast of our United States who is hit with a devastating hurricane. And today we're gonna talk about the impact of that plus the absolute failure that is this current administration and how they are dealing with what is happening on the ground, the absolute devastation, the loss of life, Americans who are trying to help other Americans to do rescue missions, to save people's lives, to recover bodies. It is absolutely insane what is happening. And right now we're talking about a lack of funding for these relief causes. Where did your money go? We're gonna be answering that question. And I think you sort of know the answer if you've been following this show or any other show within this sort of niche, you know where your money is being spent. Now, before we get into all that, of course we have Taylor in the show. (audience cheering) - Hey guys, yeah, tough topic today. I wish there were more that we could do, but at least I'm glad to be shining the light on this one today. So let's get into it. - Yeah, it's been really interesting. I have family that of course lives in Florida. So they were preparing for this hurricane. Luckily we're in an area that was not hit too badly at all. A few people in their town sort of lost power. My grandparents didn't, my mother luckily didn't. But to see what has happened as the hurricane has continued to sort of travel on its path is absolutely insane. We have this tweet from John Rich. A lot of people are speaking to people on the ground sort of trying to figure out and get the full scope of what's happening there. He said I spoke to a friend of mine in law enforcement in North Carolina. He said they have and I quilt already used over 500 body bags. There are bodies in trees, mud, cars, houses, everywhere. No fed support whatsoever. So think about that. And of course, this is all a legend because we're getting death toll reports that are continuously going up and continuously adding numbers to them. It looks like we're at a little over 200 right now in the official death toll that's being published by the media. But as John Rich just put out from his friend in law enforcement, they've used over 500 body bags. You also have reports from people who are on the ground who are just filming the devastation, filming their firsthand accounts of what's going on. And they are talking about hundreds of people having lost their lives, if not thousands. There are some reports alleging that entire towns have been wiped out that there are people in houses and cars and in trees that are just completely being washed away in the water and in the floods and in everything that is going on. So I can only imagine that this death toll is going to keep climbing. And we're relying a lot on firsthand accounts on text messages from people who are on the ground because a lot of these people do not even have internet connection to be able to report what's going on. We're also hearing reports that there is virtually no press on the ground to be documenting what is going on, to be documenting the death toll. So I can only imagine that what is happening is far worse than anything we're hearing. And you have to wonder, is this being downplayed for us because this is such an extreme failure? Or do we simply just not have the resources to get the proper reporting done and to get the actual numbers out to the American people? Now, interestingly enough, at the end of that message that John Rich shared, he said there's no Fed support whatsoever, no support from the federal government whatsoever. FEMA is apparently on the ground. Of course, they're the agency that is responsible for emergency management, but we're also getting several reports that FEMA is not only not doing their job, but they're not allowing fellow American citizens to go and do rescue missions, to have drones to possibly aid in body recovery or saving the lives of people who are stuck in situations and can't get out. They are threatening to arrest law enforcement. There is threatening to arrest American citizens who are attempting to go out and help other people. They are stopping private citizens with helicopters and different means of travel and transportation from getting resources to people who are in need or getting people out of situations where they are stuck and fearing for their lives. They are stopping people who are trying to go in and rescue those who are dealing with medical issues that necessitate that they be at some sort of hospital or receiving medical care. Things like dialysis, people who need insulin, people on cancer treatments. It is absolutely insane. The reports that are coming out of here, but of course, I have to say alleged because a lot of this is not being confirmed by the media. We do have a lot that's been confirmed in the media coverage of what's happening recently. And what it does confirm is that this is an absolute failure by the Biden-Harris administration. And if we do not take what is happening right now into account when we head to the ballot box in this election cycle, I don't know what to do. Like if this does not change the minds of people who are adamantly supporting Kamala Harris and the Harris Walls campaign, I don't know what else to tell you. If this does not reinforce that they care far more about people who are not American citizens than Americans themselves, I don't know what to tell you. Now, here's a video of Kamala Harris talking about who was most devastated and impacted by storms and hurricanes like that of Helene. Mind you, we're in hurricane season currently. There is more to come. And we're also going to cover reports from Secretary Mayorkas that FEMA does not have the funds to handle additional storms and additional disasters that are gonna come on the heels of Hurricane Helene. Now, here's Kamala Harris. - It is our lowest income communities and our communities of color that are most impacted by these extreme conditions and impacted by issues that are not of their own making. And so-- - Absolutely. - Absolutely. And so we have to address this in a way that is about giving resources based on equity, understanding that we fight for equality, but we also need to fight for equity, understanding not everyone starts out at the same place. And if we want people to be in an equal place, sometimes we have to take into account those disparities and do that work. - Okay, so with everything happening, we must remind ourselves that people of color and women are a part of marginalized identities and they're gonna be impacted the most. Let's not focus on whoever is on the ground being impacted by this regardless of their skin color, regardless of their sex. Instead, let's reinforce this woke ideology of intersectionality and this idea of equity and then say that people of color and women are most impacted. - Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? I have so much to get there that we're just gonna keep going. I'm gonna leave you to sort of marinate on what you just heard from Kamala Harris that in the wake of a natural disaster, she's thinking about the color and the sex of the people who are going to be most deeply impacted. If you're wondering, where's Biden in all of this? He doesn't even know what storm you're talking about. - What do the states and the storm zone need, Mr. President? What do the states and the storm zone? - What do they need, Jeffrey? What do you saw today? - Oh, and the storm zone? - Yes, sir. - I'm telling what storm you're talking about. They've done everything they need. They're very happy to talk to board. - What do the states and the storm zone need, Mr. President? Oh, the storm zone. I'm wondering what storm you're talking about. They're getting everything they need. They are very happy. They're getting everything they need. They're very happy is what Joe Biden says. Now, of course, he doesn't even know where he is. He doesn't know what day it is. He doesn't know what he ate for lunch. But it's absolutely ridiculous to parade this man around in front of the media and have him answer questions in this way, not only to not know what storm you're referring to and what they mean by a storm zone, but to say that the people are happy and they're getting everything they need, when everything they need requires entails stopping American citizens from being able to help others and entails a lack of resources, a lack of money in federal funding to this region, a lack of supplies for those who are deeply impacted, a lack of medical care for those who are impacted by the storm. And you're talking about towns completely decimated. You have people on the ground alleging that it looks like an apocalyptic America. That's what they're seeing on the ground. Houses being devastated falling over in a domino effect, knocking over other houses, completely destroying towns, livelihoods, families. And when Kamala Harris says she's going to help people of color and women and she's going to be equitable, all across we want the equal outcome, what is the equal outcome you ask? The equal outcome is $750 for those on the ground impacted. When you're thinking how much money do you think one needs in order to gain instant relief from what's happening right now, apparently the answer is $750. And the federal relief and assistance that we have been providing has included FEMA providing $750 for folks who need immediate needs being met such as food, baby formula and the like. And you can apply now for anyone who's watching this, who has been affected. There are FEMA personnel who are going door-to-door to interact personally with folks, especially those who do not have electricity. But also that aid, if you have electricity, can be applied for online. And I encourage people to do that. FEMA will just basically verify your address and then process should take hold. - There you go, $750. And all you can do, you log in and you apply and you're going to get your $750 right, right guys? Except now we have multiple videos from people in places like North Carolina, South Carolina, going on the internet and saying I went to apply for the measly $750 that the American government was going to give me for immediate relief in this situation. And I was immediately denied. They are being denied the $750. So I don't know if it's a glitch in the system. If they have failed to roll this out properly and that is what is leading to the denials, but you have many reports of people saying, I am not receiving the $750. And here I am in this devastated zone with nothing to do and no support. Absolutely nuts. And if you needed to hear about the supposed funding that's going to be coming from FEMA, an agency like this, here is Secretary Mayorkas talking about FEMA and the fact that they are tremendously prepared. However, tremendously prepared changes really quickly when he analyzes how much funding FEMA has to deal with these disasters. - The FEMA is tremendously prepared. This is what we do. This is what they do. And the key here, Rebecca, is also to make sure that the communities who are potentially impacted are prepared as well. And it's not just hurricanes and wildfires, also extreme heat, which certainly some parts of the United States are already experiencing. - As Secretary Alejandro Mayork is sounding the alarm on FEMA funding right after the devastation of Hurricane Elling. Listen. - We are meeting the immediate needs with the money that we have. We are expecting another hurricane hitting. We do not have the funds. FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the season. - This all comes as the Biden-Harris administration spent over a billion dollars from a FEMA program on services for migrants. Attorney General, the great state of Florida, Ashley Moody. - Okay. Well, we're gonna revisit that clip in just a bit there. So they're tremendously prepared. This is what we do, right? We're the federal agency that saves everybody when an emergency takes place. We're there, we're on the ground immediately. You heard from the Biden administration, what, on Wednesday's show? They said the Biden administration is going to fly into the southeast coast of the United States and we are not leaving until everything is fixed. But according to Biden, he doesn't even know what storm we're talking about and everybody's happy. Everybody's taken care of. And we're gonna approach this with an equitable mindset and give $750 to the American people impacted, except they're not getting the $750. They are being denied. So meanwhile, FEMA has spent over a billion, a billion with a B on illegal migrants. And we're gonna get into these programs and how these things break down. You know, when you're in a legal migrant and you go across the southern border and you're like, how do I get to New York City? You can just ask the federal government. The federal government will get you a bus, a train, a flight, whatever you need to get there. They will pay for that. They'll give you a cell phone if you need that. You can get medical care that is covered by us, the US taxpayer. And if you need housing, they'll set you up an apartment or a house. And that is fully funded by the federal government. Your utility is fully paid for by the federal government. So when we're looking at that billion with a B that FEMA spent on these illegal migrants, these are the sorts of things that we're talking about. And when people raise their hand and say, wait a second, should an hour money go to us and isn't FEMA made for emergency management? Isn't Hurricane Helene an emergency? Aren't the hurricanes following Hurricane Helene emergencies? You know how we could easily not pay for illegal migrants to stay in this nation, to fly wherever they want, to have cell phones to get medical care, by not allowing them in in the first place, by utilizing border patrol and law enforcement at the southern border in the way they are supposed to be utilized, which is, yes, helping people who are seeking asylum, helping people who are refugees, but also making sure that our border is secure and we're not just letting anybody and their mother, brother and sister into our country. And if you needed this confirmed with eyewitness accounts, if you needed to hear it from the migrants themselves, we're gonna turn to a video here from Savannah Hernandez, where she's reporting on migrants who are being set up in apartments here in the United States in the middle of a housing crisis, when many Americans are struggling to find places to rent, struggling to find places to live, and when they do find them, they are exorbitantly expensive. Migrants are staying in those same places for free. Let's hear it from the horses mouth. - How much is rent here? - Three, two years. - After two years, we have to pay the rent. - All right, y'all, this is Savannah Hernandez in Brunswick, Maine reporting to you from the apartments where migrants are getting their rent paid for up to two years. Now, I wanted to give you guys a first inside look at these units. The migrants shared with us that they come furnished, so they have a flat screen TV in there, couches, tables and chairs, a bed. We also asked them as well, "Hey, are you paying utilities here?" They shared with us that, nope, they do not have a water bill, they do not have an electricity bill. - And what about the light and the water? - Everything is, we don't pay anything. - Now, I wanted to focus in on this area of Maine because there is a housing crisis going on currently for residents, and these buildings were initially created for Maine residents, but then it was decided that homeless migrants would be living here. Now, as an American, you can rent out one of these units, but a one bedroom is going to run you about $1,800, and a two bedroom is going to run you about $2,300. By the way, the average housing price for a house over here in Brunswick is about $480,000. So there was obviously a lot of outrage when it was first discovered that migrants were going to be housed here for free on taxpayer dollar. Now, I wanted to focus in on Brunswick as well because this is the same county that has received FEMA funding from that same program that spent almost a billion dollars through the fiscal year of 2023 and 2024 on sheltering illegal immigrants throughout the United States of America. By the way, FEMA coming out and saying that they have run out of that funding. - We are expecting another hurricane hitting. We do not have the funds. FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the season. - This is why I wanted to come up this way. This is why I wanted to come to Brunswick because I wanted to show you guys a comparison of how the federal government is treating American citizens versus illegal immigrants and migrants in this country. - Okay, do you need to see more? Do you need to hear more? And it's interestingly enough. Okay, when I say you are not mad enough and that's what the thumbnail of this video says, I made it, you're not mad enough at how anybody can look at what's happening right now and think I'm gonna support Kamala Harris on the other end of this. It honestly boggles my mind. It boggles my mind. And it extends far further than our government agencies, this current administration. I mean, we all saw the photo that Kamala Harris posted on Twitter where she said, "We're working, you know, to help the people impacted by Hurricane Helene." And she's writing on a blank white piece of paper. She has headphones in her ears and her phone on the desk, except the cord of the headphones is not actually attached to the phone. So what she's doing in that image, I don't know, who she's talking to that's been deeply impacted by this hurricane. I don't know, clearly nobody. It seems as though it was a very staged photo. Meanwhile, your other candidate, your other option is actually got people on the ground. He's helping with Elon Musk to get Starlink connected so that these people have access to internet and other resources. And what's happening? The federal agencies on the ground are trying to stop Elon, trying to stop Starlink from being connected. They're not allowing them to do their jobs. And if you need proof of that, Elon has posted on Twitter text messages amongst him and his team where they're talking about being met with a brick wall and trying to go in and help the people who are in these regions. And you have to ask yourself, why? Why would you be stopping people? I guess you could argue, oh, it's a liability. If we allow these private companies or these private citizens to go on rescue missions or to try to get people attached to resources and care, we don't know what's going to happen to them. Or it could be that they want you to rely on agencies like FEMA. They have to promote this sort of vision of authority that they have over the American people, even though it seems as though at this very moment, we're far more capable of taking care of ourselves than they are capable of taking care of us. And you're not mad enough at them. You're not mad enough at this current administration. And you're not mad enough at the media because what I just showed you was proof that FEMA has utilized funds for illegal migrants housing them, flying them around, giving them all these different resources. And now, NBC News is publishing this. False claims about FEMA disaster funds and migrants pushed by Trump and the Trump campaign. Now, if you go through and read this article, it details Donald Trump saying something along the lines of, oh, they stole the money from FEMA and they utilized it for illegal migrants. And the fact check on this is not, that FEMA has not spent over a billion dollars on illegal migrants. They certainly have the article details that. It just says that they didn't steal those funds from the funds that they normally allocates to natural disasters and emergencies. It's a different type of fund that they set aside to handle the situation at the border and to get these illegal migrants where they're going over a billion dollars. So no, they didn't steal the funds. The funds were there and already allocated to illegal migrants instead of being allocated to natural disasters and the American people. So when I say, you're not mad enough at them. Now, we can include the media on the list, not to mention the billions of dollars that have been spent on this inflation reduction act when we're dealing with record inflation here in the United States. Why couldn't that money be utilized for what's going on right now? You guys remember the billions of dollars that were sent to Ukraine, the billions of dollars that were sent to Israel? Why are those funds not being used for the American people? - And speaking of the inflation reduction act, 40 billion dollars was allocated from that trillion plus dollar bill to specifically deal with infrastructure and broadband development in rural areas, which is exactly what people are currently suffering from the lack of and early on in that process. The Biden administration determined that they did not want to use Elon Musk's Starlink and instead favored fiber optic. But the only problem is zero people have been connected with that 40 billion dollar allocation as of yet. The first ones aren't expected to be connected until I believe 2025. And it's not expected to be completed until 2030, which isn't a lot of help to the people who need it right now. And the great irony is Elon Musk is currently the one through his own private means going into these communities and connecting people at his own expense with the very technology that the Biden administration and its infinite wisdom decided was far and was inferior to their other ideas of fiber optics. So, they say don't attribute to malice, what you can attribute to stupidity, but it's starting to get to a point where it feels like malice, it feels like it's willful. And we have this, we're talking about administration who's trotted out a senile presidential candidate who apparently is no longer fit to run for president, but it's still fit to run the country. And, but it's also clearly not when you see him saying he doesn't know what storm you're referring to. And just the way these things have been rolled out with FEMA, with this disaster relief, it's been so bad that you can't help but think that there's a purposefulness behind it. - Yeah, it does seem purposeful. And then you get another candidate which, despite all the problems you may have with him is saying, well, we want to put Americans first. And then he's called like what a white supremacist or a white nationalist for saying that we should put Americans first, which is so very clear that America first needs to be a philosophy that we move forward with because we keep getting evidence after evidence, after evidence of American people being put on the back burner for other endeavors. And if you needed that evidence sort of laid out for you with money, with money, with numbers right next to it, here it is. This was posted by Isabella Deluca. Look at these billions of dollars. And I'll maybe put it in full screen so you can read that to Ukraine, to Israel, Ethiopia, Jordan, Egypt, Afghanistan, Somalia, Yemen, Congo, Syria, $9,000 per illegal immigrant that has entered the US. And it's probably higher than that with what we're looking at. How much just two years rent run in a legal immigrant or really run you because you're the one paying for it. Let's be honest there. Far more than $9,000, I would imagine. Plus the flights, plus the phones, plus the medical bills, all of these different things, far more than probably $9,000. But we'll put that as an average, $9,000, sure. And the American government decides that you should get 750 if you're dealing with what's happening in Hurricane Helene. And it's very reminiscent of what we saw happen in Maui, in Hawaii. How much money did those people receive from the American government? How much relief did those people receive from the American government? You still have people in Hawaii now who are recovering from the devastation of those fires. And now with this hurricane and others coming in our hurricane season, $750 for immediate relief. I watch this and it just, it really just gets you thinking of how can somebody logically come to this conclusion? And yeah, what Taylor said is so true, is it malice? Is it ignorance and stupidity? I'm not so sure. Maybe it seems like a mixture of both. I saw somebody, Ian Carroll, shout out to Ian, he puts out some solid takes. He said, it almost seems like they are purposefully, like they know they're losing this election. They know that Donald Trump is gonna win, it seems allegedly. And they're just trying to set a miracle on the worst course possible, so that he has a mess, a disaster to clean up in his next four years. And they can sort of do the same thing they did in his first term with COVID and in place the blame on him for handing them back a shattered economy, handing them back all of these disasters, handing them back all of these things that they need to recover. You know, if I was leaning into conspiracy, that is where I would be at this point, because it's just so mind-boggling to watch this happen and to know what's going on and to not be hearing the extent of this from the press and actually just hearing from American citizens what they're seeing. And the fact that people are being stopped from helping others is just nuts. And of course, we have those reports out of Maine with the illegal migrants that are being paid up to two years of rent in New York City. I believe it's up to seven months in rent and you have kids that are being held out of school so that their schools can be made into two shelters. We now have a FEMA whistleblower that has come forward, alleging that the agency misappropriated funds in the wake of Helene with held disaster aid and that responders and service members have been waiting in hotels without deployment orders. Now this is the legend from a FEMA whistleblower, but we're also again hearing from people on the ground that are saying that the federal agencies and people who have been sent there by the federal government are stopping aid from being given to two people who are experiencing these problems. You're hearing, let me see if I have this video, Pete Buttigieg here talking about drones that could be used to help people in the hurricane disaster zone. Let's hear it from him. - Our goal is to make sure that funding is no obstacle to very quickly getting people the relief that they need and deserve. There's also some safety issues to come up. For example, temporary flight restrictions to make sure that the airspace is clear for any flights or drone activity that might be involved in helping to allow those emergency responders to do their job. Our goal is to... - Even though we're getting reports that they're not doing their job, I don't know. It sounds weird. And of course, yeah, we've heard other people confirm that the airspace is closed off. You have, like I said at the top of this show, private citizens with private means of transportation, some of whom have helicopters that they are offering to help aid in rescuing people and recovering bodies and getting resources dropped to people who need it, and they're telling them no. You're not able to use your helicopter. You're not able to use any means of flight that you have to help people on the ground. So at the very least, this is like so covered in red tape and bureaucracy that we can't get people who are willing to help and able to help out there fast enough. At the worst, this is like a coordinated effort to not have people helped for some reason. - I don't know. It seems really strange to me what's going on. Now you're gonna hear, yeah, go for it. - Like I can sympathize with the idea of needing a coordinated effort when it comes to air space and whatnot, but at the same time, I've lived through some hurricanes when I lived in Louisiana, and it is in all hands-on deck effort to help people in the wake of devastation. In Louisiana, they got the Cajun Navy where everyone brings out their boats and citizens are just going all over the place, whoever they can, to use their own personal boats to help their fellow citizens. And I saw reports of a NASCAR driver from that area in North Carolina using his own helicopter to fly things to people, and the fact that they're like shutting down private help, Tim Kennedy was just on Instagram with Chris Pratt and John Cole Willink talking about their efforts to try to help people and how those are being hampered. And we're talked about that in competence versus malice, and there seem to be intertwined here because it's government bureaucracy that's laced with incompetence that stops help from getting to where it needs to go. I've heard that they've been like gatekeeping and kind of allocating resources and saying we can be the only ones to distribute and all that. And of course, I'm sure there's isolated incense, the reports are mixed, we don't really have a great idea, but just the tone and tenor of what you're hearing from the Biden administration just feels like they're putting up more barriers than they are trying to help, and just from what I've seen in disaster relief, the more hands, the better. And you want people who have the resources to help to be able to help, it's such a simple thing, but when Americans aren't even being allowed to help their fellow citizens, I mean, if that's not malice, I don't know what is. - Yeah, and you know, it's just crazy to watch this all happen and hear their reports from people. We're gonna hear more on the other end of this. I did speak about videos from people who are American citizens being affected by this. We'll play one right now about the FEMA disaster relief funds that's $750. - I just saw the video of Kamala Harris in my hometown, I guess the Georgia, speaking to people like everything's gonna be okay. She's sitting here telling us that go online, apply. Well, okay, A, hundreds of us still don't have power, internet services, sure we can get to it, we can fight, we can apply, we can get on it for immediate assistance. Well, I went on because we split, we went to Columbia right away and got our hotel room now. Luckily, we're in an Airbnb. This is a place that we get to live, I get to give my kids some hot water, some power, some food, just some comfort, something to help them know that this is gonna be okay while our house is back home destroyed and filling up with water. The floors are caving in, hundreds of people, that's happening to everybody around the city. Like I said, we still don't have water, still don't have power, slowly it's getting restored and I think all the linemen that are out there working so hard from all the other states, they're the only ones that are actually getting things done, not the freaking government, because you're telling us to go online to FEMA and apply and you'll get immediate help for $750. Well, okay, I went on FEMA, I applied and I immediately got denied because apparently I have homeowners insurance and that's gonna cover that and okay, sure, I know it will, it'll get taken care of, thank God, we're all safe and alive. I know it's just things, it's a house, but it's not immediate. Man, I don't know what is she talking about, I have no idea, nobody I know has had immediate assistance, nobody's $750, what, to our cash app, what are you gonna get, how are we gonna do this, how are we gonna get this? So then, if we get the 750, that'll barely cover the groceries that we've all lost and our freezers, refrigerators and everything, also there's thousands of pine trees, just like this one and oak trees and all these trees all over the entire city, power lines are everywhere, the ripped apart, pulls are down, transformers are down, it's gonna take weeks to get this repaired in some places. So, people are going around, there's tree people that are going around riding through neighborhoods, hey, hey, hey, you guys need help, come on, some of them are trying to get you to sign a contract, right there on the spot, no quote, no money down, we're just gonna get to work, okay, so then a lot of times you have to bring in a crane, there's trees on all these houses, so now we have to get a crane to pick up the tree, okay, the crane rents $3,500, awesome, and then the groundwork is, I was told 150 per hour, 185 per hour, just until the work's done, and you just have to trust this, that it's gonna get done, and you have to pay out of pocket and-- - So, there's just hundreds of these, if you just go on X, I implore you, if you're wondering about more of these first-hand accounts, click on one video on X for the first-hand account and just scroll, scroll, scroll, it'll be the next woman telling you that she got denied the $750, it'll be the next person telling you they had to pick up two kids who have no idea where their parents are and who may or may not have been lost in the flood, it'll be people from the Save Our Allies organization talking about how they're being stopped from helping and getting supplies to people, and you can just scroll, and scroll, and scroll, and scroll, and listen to everything that people are saying. Now, I'm reading the chat and people say, "Omele, you're lying, I live here and we are getting help." It's not to say that nobody is getting help, 'cause it's not the purpose of this video, it's that the help is not extensive enough and that the government had a whole lot of funding that could have been going to helping this disaster relief and helping it go a ton faster and guess what it went to, you know, it went internationally or it's here nationally and it's being used on illegal immigrants. So tell me where the lie is, let me know where I'm lying and please drop it in the comments down below and let me know exactly where the lie exists in this. NBC tried to do that, tried to point out the lie from Donald Trump saying they didn't steal the funds from the shelter funding system that was set up for illegal migrants, which is a separate, separate set of funds. And you know what? More will come out in the wake of this. You do have a lady who made a video, it's here on XM, where apologies, they don't have the link for it, where she said she was at an airport and overheard some FEMA employees talking about the death toll in this case and that it's probably far, far higher than anything that is being projected right now. And it's just so unfortunate to watch this play out and to watch the response. And I don't know, we're gonna learn really quickly what happens when your government does not prioritize citizens. We're gonna learn that really quickly and I can't imagine the devastation that people on the ground are dealing with right now. It's tough to watch. It's tough to see this play out because you know, it's just going to continue. We're gonna hear from the rest of that clip on Fox News about the FEMA dollars advocated to migrants. - Good morning, Todd. Yeah, everyone should be waking up this morning outraged by that comment. This is not something that has just happened recently and Florida's been warning about this since this administration took over. Mayorkas has come in like a virus and infected these, what need to be healthy, strong, fundamental programs to ensure the stability and safety of Americans in times of disaster. So you heard, they have taken the FEMA emergency food and shelter program and over time, siphoned off hundreds of millions of dollars into basically making it an illegal immigrant resettlement program. And so when you see these states and cities around the nation declaring emergencies, even blue states because of what this administration has done encouraging more and more and more developing programs to encourage more and more and more people to come here, the government, Biden and Harris, are having to fund that on the backs of the American people. And now right now in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, all of these states are hurting because of this truly natural disaster, not a Biden-Harris-made disaster. They're saying, we need more money. And of course they need more money because they've been laundering it from the true intended purpose of this fund that Congress set forth. I'm going to ask, dude, if you're just-- if you're not even in an area that's been impacted by this disaster and you're just a regular American citizen, the average Joe who's maybe living in a house, paying your mortgage, or you're renting like I am and you're paying rents every month, how stupid do you feel? How stupid do you feel that you pay rent every month and somebody can just cross the border and not rent for seven to two years, seven months to two years? How do you feel? How do you feel if you enter this country legally as an immigrant through our legal processes and you went through this whole ordeal to become an American citizen, to pay your dues, to pay taxes, and now your money goes to people who decided to go the illegal route and just enter the country. And now they get their utilities paid for. They got their rent paid for for two years. They're holed up in an American apartment that could be going to American citizens who are dealing with a housing crisis. And your government gave it the thumbs up, gave it the OK. All of these stories exist independent of the disaster that's happening in southeast and southeast United States right now. All of these stories exist independent of that. This is just like the straw that breaks the camel's back on top of this. The fact that these things happen independent of any sort of natural disaster or the other natural disasters to come should be able to turn the light bulb on, wake people up and make us think, oh, well, even if this didn't happen, what if something else comes down the bend? What if there's something where I need assistance and I find out that billions of dollars have gone in other directions? Absolutely insane. I don't know that I have anything else to say on this subject matter. I wanted to lay out the storyline, Taylor. Anything you want to add? Do you think they'll get away with this? This seems so on the nose. This is not, like you said, a natural disaster. I mean, we have a natural disaster, but we had before that a man-made government-made disaster in the form of 10 million migrants being allowed to pour into the country. And now we've spent all of our money, emptied our coffers, apparently, on dealing with a totally avoidable, self-inflicted issue that we've been a bit gaslit about for years. I have this tweet from Tony Kinett. He said, 2020, my orchas, who's the DHS secretary who's over the border and FEMA, who said, in 2020, closing the border is xenophobic. And then in 2021, he said, the border is secure. Nothing to see here, 2022. There is no illegal immigration. 2023, the increase in illegal immigration is temporary. 2024, illegal immigration is good. And then in October, we gave illegals the whole budget. And that's kind of where we are. And how much gaslighting, how much lying, is too much. And before Americans are being hit with these realities so much. And we get, oh, well, this government official said that what was said over there is not true. And oh, well, we're going to fact check this. And it wasn't actually that money that from that budget. But it's like, stop treating us like we're dumb. We can see what's going on here. We can see the number of zeros behind the money that is going to foreign countries and to illegal immigrants and the problems that you guys have created. And then we can see $750, people saying on TikTok that I applied for that. My house was devastated. I lost absolutely everything. But I was denied the measly $750 because I'm of too high of income or because I have home insurance. It's such a slap in the face to our Americans' intelligence and to our citizenship that we're expected to pay for all this stuff on a foreign level and expected to just allow the government to do whatever the hell it wants and allow the media to cover for them. And Matt Walsh, I saw in his coverage of this disaster, made a really good point. George Bush was infamous in 2005 in the response to Hurricane Katrina because he flew over the devastation and there was a famous photo taken where he's in a helicopter looking out over the devastation as the president. And that went viral. You got Kanye West saying George Bush doesn't care about black people in the wake of it. There was all kinds of controversy and no one saying that was handled perfectly. But he was there for one thing. And he didn't go down for a photo op. But then you have this new photo of Kamala Harris whose phone's not plugged in, whose notepad is blank and nobody even knows where she is. It wasn't close to the devastation. And where's the media outrage over that? Where's anybody talking about how out of touch she is? Where's the criticism levied against that? Where's the criticism of Joe Biden? Not even knowing what storm you're talking about. It's the amount of gaslighting and the amount of just thinking Americans are stupid and just going to take the city down. I think has reached a boiling point. And I think that if this doesn't wake people up, I don't know what will. But I feel like the jig is up with this administration and the Democrat media machine and what they've been trying to do to the American people. And if things don't change in the election next month, it's, I don't know how that could have possibly happened at this point. - It's so for, I mean, and there's other things we could have stacked on this show that would make it far too long. You have the James O'Keefe, his O'Keefe media network or whatever, putting out behind the scenes videos that they took when they went on a date with somebody who works at MSNBC. And he's essentially saying, "MSNBC is doing whatever we can to make sure Kamala wins this election." And that's our objective. That is our initiative. And he's saying this thinking he's on a date with somebody who is so clearly a journalist, but he's laying out their entire playbook and saying they're trying to paint her in the best light. The media does not care. And you know, that photo of Kamala Harris, like this photo of Kamala Harris, is just so indicative of where we are today. Of just gaslighting, lying to you, trying to paint a picture that is not at all what you are experiencing as an American citizen, but still like putting the lie out into the world and expecting you to believe it. If y'all think headphones are plugged into that phone, I don't know what to tell you. If you think they're not misusing your money, I don't know what to tell you. If you think they care about Americans first, I don't know what to tell you. This photo totally sums up everything that this administration is. I'm ashamed to share the five letters of my name with Kamala Harris. And it's just unfortunate that this is where we are. We're going to get into your super chats and hear from you guys. You guys have been very active in the chat today. So there's a lot to hear. - Yeah, we had a couple of trolls active as well, but you guys handled them with great plum. - As Andrew Bernard would say. Okay, let's get into these real, wow, there's a lot I'm having to keep scrolling. Okay, Daniel Santana was our first one today who said hello, hope all is good. It's, you know, we're speaking truth. - This can be. - That's making us feel better, but you know, it's not great for the people who are suffering from that hurricane right now. - Yep. - Renee says, thank you for speaking on this. My family is there. The media is lying about the numbers. There's still no service. FEMA is screwing everything up. - Yeah, I mean, sometimes bureaucracy is not the best. Means of getting things done. Yeah, I don't know what the numbers are gonna be. Of course, like all of this is alleged, right? I'm listening to people online who claim to be in an impacted area and are saying the numbers are far higher. That lady who I talked about who overheard some FEMA employees speaking, she alleges that the FEMA employees at the airport said whatever the number is out there, tack on a couple of zeros. So I don't know that could be a dramatic characterization of what's going on and the issue is that we don't know. The issue is that we're having to like string together stories from people in different parts of the United States who are alleging certain things and trying to figure out where the pieces fit together and where, you know, the facts align and then giving that to you guys. There should be more coverage. - 100%. And you know, you mentioned equity in this chat. I pulled this up earlier. On the FEMA website, they have their strategic plan. It says the goals and objectives laid out in the 2022 to 2026 strategic plan will help ensure success for our agency. And they have a little list here. Three bold, ambitious goals to meet this challenge. One, instill equity as a foundation of emergency management. Two, lead the whole of community and climate resilience. And three, promote and sustain a ready FEMA and prepared nation. Well, they failed at three and I can't help but think that it might have something to do with one and two being in front of them. But we did get a $50 super chat here. The, so skipping to the front of the line is Sun Suumi, who says the media minds misery to keep Democrats in power. The fact that the Democrats caused the misery in the first place is ignored. - Yeah, it does seem that way, at least in this case, which I do see some like crazy people. Who is it that I saw, the Republican? What's her name? She's one of the crazy ones. The blind. - Marjorie Taylor Greene. - Marjorie Taylor Greene. She tweeted out, they control the weather, which is, you're so, you're nuts. You're nuts and you must be dealt with. She must be dealt with. - Right to jail. - Right to jail. - All right, let's keep going with this. Troy News says FEMA funds furnished main apartments where migrants are getting up to two years of free rent and utilities. They get minimum wage jobs and are subsidized for everything else. Hair as well as 2024. - Yeah, that does seem to be what's happening. - Shout out to Van Hernandez for her reporting on that and shout out to everybody else who's on the ground, gathering those details. There's people in New York doing it and there's many video. We had compiled some of those videos, but it's just for the sake of time. I'll just tell you that it's happening. - A lot, a lot to get through. - Yeah. - But yeah, Troy, that was a prescient super chat because I think he mentioned that before he pulled up the video. So we're here on the same wavelength. - Great mind. (laughs) - Timothy W says, "Governor DeSantis Action shows that good and efficient governance is possible. I'm glad to live in Florida, knowing that help will come prayers to victims." - Yeah, Florida seems to be the lucky one in this case, although I'm sure there's-- - Yeah, it never hit, but he was prepared and hurt Florida gets a lot of hurricanes. So of course they're gonna have more infrastructure and be more ready than somewhere like Eastern or Western North Carolina. But still, it shows that he can handle business and he was even, as I understood, sending Florida resources to other states to help with disaster relief. So it's good governance, man. Minnesota Nice says, "Hey, hey and say, I'm usually Minnesota Nice, but the extreme idiocy between Biden and Harris, I'm at the point where if I become president, the Democrats are also getting deported as well, just a bit." - I won't deport the Democrats, but I do have issues with them. - I do have lots of critiques of their actions, most definitely. - Deport everybody. - Delia Gerge says, "First super chat here. You're the most beautiful, intelligent, and rational person I've ever seen on the sociopolitical commentary landscape. Keep doing this amazing work, heart emoji." - Thank you, that is so kind. I really appreciate that. - Thank you. Sergio Sarmiento says, "Only eligible for the 750 if you're low income or on government assistance already because equity." - Yeah, that seems to be what's happening, allegedly, according to people on the ground, they're saying they're putting in their details and then finding out, "Oh, well, you're no longer eligible and they're being denied." - Oof, done. - Yeah. - HiQ says, "Those who are elected by the people have a responsibility to the people first and foremost, liberals have betrayed the people and you know it, Amala." - Yeah, I mean, it does seem like the case that we've laid out, it does seem that way, but I do imagine that there are liberal individuals, especially if we're talking about, like, classically liberal individuals that don't agree with what's happening right now at all. You'd hope. - Yeah, maybe the radical leftist or leftist might be a better, more accurate designation for responsibility there, but I gotta say too, I called out to him yesterday because he and his VP debate in order to justify mass migration invoked the, like, least of these scripture where, you know, where Jesus says, "If you did things to the least of these, then you did them to me." But it's an appropriate, I hate when politicians use scripture like that because elsewhere in the New Testament, you know, Paul says, "If you don't take care of those within your own household, you're worse than an unbeliever and you've denied the faith." So it's not mutually exclusive. If you're not able to take care of your own people, then you don't owe anything to the foreigner. You have to, it shouldn't come at the expense. We are supposed to be kind and love the foreigner, but not at the expense of ourselves. And so don't be coming and invoking scripture to justify your bad politics and the waste of American resources on illegal migrants. But anyways, just had to attack that in there. - Yeah, I'll tack this on too. This is separate for the Harris campaign. This just went out. So we'll see if this is actually true. It's alleged that Kamala Harris just filmed an episode of the "Color Daddy" podcast two days ago. - Oh, wonderful. - See if that's looked forth too. I wonder if Alex Cooper's gonna ask her about how she's responded to this hurricane. Doubt it. - Doubtful. Yeah, I heard she was talking about her favorite Doritos or something on another podcast in the midst of the hurricane. - Love that. - Happening, just great look. - Great look. - Love that. - Okay, KDT says it's hard seeing many people my age, early twenties blinded by social politics and still want them in office. These years are economically very important for us. It's tough right now and this can't go on. - Yeah, dude, what is it? I think like Blair White tweeted out, like if you are not like watching all the freaking, like everything that's happening in our world right now, us being ushered into World War three and you're voting for Kamala because what? Like LGBT, Q rights. - And abortion. - And abortion, like you need to get your brother ready straight. She said it a far more crass than how I just put it. You can check it out. - I think it was you're an ethnic idiot. - Yes. - Something like that. - Hi, nice. - That's truth. But yeah, that's just what. Minnesota Nice Again says, "Bro, I forgot how hot Savannah is. I'd vote Democrat if I had to and then I'd deport myself because who cares? I'd just come back through Texas anyway." - No, my gosh. - Well, Savannah Hernandez is a very pretty girl. She is indeed. - Let's see, Stephanie Fenceka says at this point, why not just make up a random name and say you are immigrating from a random country to get help here? I say this as a refugee now resident. - Yup, why wouldn't you? Why wouldn't you if you see all the aid that people are getting? You get not only it to be in America, but you get to be in America for free essentially. Like housing paid for, utilities paid for, that's crazy. - Of course you'd come through the southern border. Like what? - The incentives are there. Benevolent Baphomet says, President Biden approved the maximum amount for the disaster Congress holds America's purse for increased funds. Why not show what the NC governor said during their press conference, you are lying. - You'll have to fill me in. Do you know what that's referencing? - I don't know what the governor said, but it reminds me of like with the Springfield thing. They're like, well, the mayor said that nobody's complaining about the pet issue. So therefore it's not happening. It's kind of like, well, do you want to take the word of one bureaucrat or what your own eyes and ears are seeing from the mouths of suffering people themselves and in this day and age, I tend to defer to them. And I'm sure there's truth to good faith efforts being done on the part of state governments and that federal assistance, our federal governments is doing what it has allocated, but the problem is insufficient allocation. And we just look at the numbers, you know? - Yeah. - You're trying to invalidate the actual issue by pointing to a technicality. And, you know, the issue still remains, even if the budget wasn't enough, whatever, blah, blah. Like we're spending way too much money on other things and not spending enough money on suffering America. - Which is sort of what we went over in the third quarter of this show, that even if this hurricane had not happened and these people had not been impacted in the way they are in a way that we still don't even know the full extent of these issues exist on their own. And even if one state is getting the proper funding, it's very clear from eyewitness accounts and first-hand stories that people are not being allowed to do what is necessary in a time of disaster like this. - Another $50 super chat here from Colby. - He's Colby. - They can shut down the air. I live in Indiana, have family in Northeastern Tennessee and I'm talking to friends trying to get them in on loading up the horses and going to help. I'm done watching US citizens suffer. - Yeah, I heard reports also that they're utilizing like mules and stuff to help get resources to people who are in need because of course it affects all different types of travel, your air travel, land travel, the cars are impacted by this. There's all the infrastructure that helps you with transport also deeply impacted. So there are so many people going to great lengths to help which is really great. Also shout out to Save Our Allies which is an organization that's out there right now attempting to help people all on a volunteer basis. - That's good work. Nate's memes says Biden admin has spent over $100 billion on illegals. I don't know that number comes from but it would not, sounds plausible to me. - Yeah, I mean, I guess maybe it could be like an accumulation of all that's spent on border patrol that is failing and they're not currently doing their job plus the resources that they're being given. - Undercutting wages, driving up house prices. - Yeah, I can't confirm that it's over $100 billion but it's definitely in the billions. - Aim for them being in our prisons and going through our justice system and their public defenders and all that stuff. - Yeah. - Geron Johnson says, "I'm from Linwar, North Carolina. And I want to thank everyone for their prayers and support. It's appreciated, it gives me faith in the real America." - Oh, that's nice, that's sweet. I'm glad you're getting sufficient support. - Yeah, man, that's all the best out there. Crimson Rose says, "The fact that these are two huge red states being ignored, we know why. We know Kamala, ignoring and hurting your own people isn't American, not patriotic but go ahead with your Hollywood rally." - Yeah, it just seems like, I don't know, they can plaster a smile over this and say they're doing the work but it doesn't seem to be true whatsoever. So like, what do they do? I know they've Kamala said, "Oh, I'll take on another debate. I don't know if Trump is going to say yes to that but I'd love another debate after this." - Hmm, hmm. - Yeah, send JD after her. - Sure. (laughing) - JC Cat says, "If Americans aren't beyond angry, they're already lost. They won't believe it until it happens personally to them. We'll already be lost to socialism bordering on communism, awake the heck up." - Yeah, you know, I'm not one to like jump to anger or like to let those types of emotions fester but to watch this stuff happen, it's just so, it's so beyond me. Like I can't, it's so irritating to see it happen. It's just right in front of our faces and then to still see people support her. It's wild, wild. - Gina Pickle said, "Speaking of Ukraine, it's a resource war. Ukraine has the second largest deposit of gallium used in AI and electronics just next to China." - Yeah, I know there's a lot of, there's a lot of theories about that. A lot of theories about even what's happening in the wake of this hurricane and it possibly being a land grab and all these different things, I do not know. I cannot substantiate that that is what's happening. - Been into 10 foil hats out. - Yeah, all right. - Seriously music. - Yeah. - Bear Thomas 84 says, "I've been seeing those dollars sent overseas. It's obvious our government wants to be liked by other countries but not respected." - Yeah, I mean, we've spoken a lot about like, we are being laughed at on the world stage in more ways than one. And I don't know how you get that image back. It would take a formidable person to regain the ground that we've lost as far as how the rest of the world views the United States. - You mean sending out a eight-year-old man who doesn't know where he is to negotiate on behalf of us? - Don't think so. - It hasn't been a great idea. - Yeah, it's crazy. - Cackling and talking about coconut trees isn't getting it done. (groaning) - Kelta Glaxmith says 750 and that's it. Kamala would be better off just sending down a bunch of T-shirts. I survived Hurricane Colleen and all I got was this stupid T-shirt. - That's kind of funny. I like that we could make jokes at this time. Yeah, I'm trying to think how much, how much was it that Maui's residence? Maui residence got was like 700. - So you get 50 bucks more. - 50 bucks more than the people affected by the fire. Hell yeah. - And there's house burned down. - I wonder how that math works. Colby Lauthen says the fact that our own citizens are not first, the first priority is absolutely shameful. We have used our country's money on illegals and now we have no money to help and maybe save the lives of our home-born citizens. - Yeah, dude, and we haven't been the priority for so long. For so long, there's so many other problems that American citizens have been burdened with that are not being addressed by our government. But yeah, we could go on and on. - Americans have been burdened, but just imagine what can be burdened by what it's been. - Yeah, just imagine it. - Wild Vegan Mama says, "Long time you are first-time superchats so happy to actually catch alive. You guys are the best. I listen to your show every time I can at the gym." - Thank you so much for being a first-time superchatter. Greatly appreciate that. And I'm glad that you're getting in at the gym. I need to go to the gym, guys. That might have just inspired me. I need to head there ASAP. - Yeah, get some knowledge gains with your most of the gains. - Yeah, for real. - We love to hear what you guys are doing. Quasi Kulei says, "I constantly see major Ls from so many people on X and I wonder why y'all let them gaslight you when the facts are right there. You are not mad enough." - Yeah, and it's tough because in this age of information, the so-called age of information, it's so easy. It's like go down a certain path and then find out what you're seeing is not true and all these different things. So now it's just like this war of truth and trying to figure out what is actually the case, trying to figure out when people are lying to you because people aren't just allowed to just make up these fictitious stories. So that's like part of the journey is just trying to decipher what's true and what's false. - Yeah, and unfortunately in the landscape where the media, especially in the Trump era has like we saw with the MSNBC clip that just came out, just decided to totally advocate journalistic principles. You have a choice between like, okay, wild, wild west of information and then having to develop your own intuition to kind of sift through and verify yourself or you take the carefully curated stuff from the people who have the labels of credibility but have not actually lived up to that. That's why they call it the legacy media because they once were trusted curators. They had once earned the trust of the American people but that's just their legacy and they're living off the legacy. They're living off the names. Kind of like when you make a bad movie and then slap the Star Wars label on it and then act like. And then you're judged on the basis of the name instead of your actual poor performance but anyways, that's a whole tangent we could go off of. - You got 50. - Kaylee, Kay's a word. - You got 50. - How do we get out of the 51? Let's see here. Kathleen Cruz says, "As a former star, "high 70s era college liberal, "it scares me to think how vulnerable young people "are being sucked into leftist ideology. "It took me four decades to develop critical thinking skills." - Yeah, it's tough. I do see a lot of young people. Myself included, when I was younger, was very much sucked into the echo chamber of these beliefs and it does seem to be sort of an industry standard as far as young people go right now. And even people who are like trending conservative among young people, a lot of them I'm listening to them and I'm like, it doesn't, I don't know if it's for the right reason. So it's tough, young minds are malleable. So we're trying, we're trying to reach you. Pick up the phone. - You're our best. - Pick up the phone, another $50. - Yeah, this is Megaru O'Hara with a $50 super chat. It says, "I'm the son of Mexican immigrant parents. "They got their citizens shipped illegally. "In my community, dominantly, Mexican "is a lot more dangerous due to the migrant crisis. "We got TDA establishing territory. "I'm voting for Trump, we don't want this." - Yeah, I mean, it's tough. The knife in the back, the people who came into this country through the legal processes, my boyfriend included. He's now a United States citizen. He's from Australia, so he doesn't count. I guess since he's not a person of color, they don't consider him a part of that category. But it's just insane to watch him having gone through that process in the years that it took and the lotteries and this and that. Did you see people just come through and get all this free shit? It's crazy. You're getting rewarded for breaking the law. Paid to break the law, crazy. - Yeah, the solutions being proposed rather than closing the border as well. Well, let's just make easier pathways to citizenship for them. It's like, that's just going to incentivize more. Haley Hazelwood says, "Just voted from Australia, "not a fan of mail voting as a system "but couldn't stand by after all I've seen, "hoping things change in the U.S. for my family's sake "and yours." - Ooh, and I hope your ballot gets to where it's going. And with the same doc still doing that you put. - I hope you can say that, but I know I'm trying to. - I'm sure she is. Yeah, yeah, that system is crazy. Did you see Elon just tweeted, he retweeted this story about people being aimed from foreign countries, just anywhere in the world. You can go online and like register as an absentee voter in a specific way, just make up an address and they will literally send you a ballot. - Right, and then, yeah, what are our-- - Sanity. - Well, my state of California just like rolled back some laws that were helping to safeguard the voting process and now how that's going to impact us. I do not know. - I just got an email today from Los Angeles County saying, "Your ballot's in the mail." And I was like, "Excuse me? "I moved away from LA two years ago. "Why are you spending a ballot? "Are you sending it to my old address "or someone else going to be able to vote my name? "What's going on?" I tried to go on the website and like figure it out, but all they would let me do is unsubscribe from the email. - But if you talk about it-- - Get an extra Taylor Trandall out there. - Yeah, if you talk about it though, you're an insurrectionist, so bring it up. - Yeah, it's missing from everything was totally fine. - Yeah. - Let's see, Captain Phasmus says, "Trump is in my city right now. "Evan's Georgia, Kamala being here equals punched. "The hurricane stole a lot of what we had here "and people are going crazy. "Georgia was not prepared for this. "750 will not even fill our fridges." - Yeah, it's like I can't even imagine. We live in such like comfort in the modern age to have that just be completely ripped away from you. And then all of the things that we rely on, like internet and our phones in order to get things done or pay for things, all of that being wiped away as well, it's just crazy and you're hearing stories of just like little children getting washed away or they're left without their parents and they don't know what to do. And people, as John was just saying in trees and in cars and stuck in houses, I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. - Rachel asks, just sends a super chat, no message. Thank you, Rachel. - Thank you, Rachel. - SKH writer says, "I don't remember the details, "but I believe a very similar situation "happened in China in the early 2000s. "My family is planning to volunteer "with nonprofits like Samaritan's Purse. "Please pray for them." - That's great. I'm glad that your family's volunteering. I don't know what situation you're referring to in China, but yeah, I'm not sure either. Maybe some kind of devastating plot or hurricane, but I'm familiar with Samaritan's Purse. My parents do missionary work and they've worked with them before and they're based in Boone, North Carolina, which is kind of right in the midst of all that. So they seem legit as far as I can tell. - Emily Sirlis says, "Hey there guys, nice to see you live. "Canada is starting to look like the US. "Everyone needs to stay grounded "and watch what's going on around them. "You should be a guest on redacted. "World is lost." - Never heard of redacted. I'll have to check them out. Yeah, the Canada looks a lot like the US. When I was in Sydney, Australia, I was like, "Whoo, the immigration here is crazy. "You can feel it." And they're specifically getting a lot of immigration from China, so they have like a walk around in places in Sydney where everything used to be in English. And now all the signs are in Chinese and the English translation is below it. It's just kind of insane to watch and a lot of land is being bought up in Australia and in Canada and here in the US. We're literally selling off parts of our country to foreign entities. So, you know, I don't know what's gonna happen. Don't let me make a prediction, but I just don't think it's good. - Yeah, I've seen some crazy clips lately. We need to do another episode on mass migration. - Mm-hmm. - It's an ever-present topic. - Yep. - Austin Williams sent a $50 super chat. Here says, "It's wild to me that YouTubers "are having to help raise money for the survivors." Tom Grassi, a sports guy, raised $5,000 on the dot in less than an hour stream yet the government, since it's taken care of illegals, gives $750. - Yeah, that is nuts, isn't it? And we'll try to maybe compile some of the best organizations and put links in a pinned comment below this stream as well if you guys want to donate there. In fact, even if you're gonna send a super chat from now on, maybe you save it for the links we'll put in the pinned comments. - Emily, just, oh, I just read that one. TJ says, "Really sad when the left needs to distance themselves "from everyone connected to or support Trump in time of need. "That's how far left they've gone, "leaving you to starve or die before saying they f-ed up." - Dude, it's kind of crazy. I saw, no, these are a couple of TikToks from absolute lunes. Okay, it's not indicative, I think, of most leftist belief, but like leftist talking about the hurricane and saying like, the hurricanes hit sundown towns, which is like sundown towns, if you're unfamiliar, or towns that have like been deemed to be unsafe for black people, and they're saying like, "This is so great that the hurricane Helene "has devastated these areas. "They're killing all the racists, "they're killing all the MAGA supporters, "the Trump supporters, absolutely crazy thing to say, "to think to verbalize in any way, shape, or form." - Crimson Rose says, "What's the point of the VP? "When are they supposed to step in as POTUS? "Think, Dems don't believe in Kamala. "They won't transfer the title over now "so that they don't lose power for the next four years." - What do you mean? I'm sorry, what exactly are they referring to? - I think that she's saying, like, is Biden so far, with Biden so far gone. - Oh, why not transfer? - Why not just give her a power now, which theoretically would make sense, but. - Yeah. - I think it's just probably part of the deal that they did with Biden to be like, "Hey, you need to step down." And he was like, "All right, you know, "he didn't want to and did so be grudgingly, "but they couldn't finish out your term." It's not like he was doing anything anyway, so, you know. - Right. - Whatever. It's all just deep state, craziness, but it's objectively insane. I mean, the 25th memo show in about a long time ago. - Yeah. - But alas, Kirsten Irwin says, "Long time viewer, first time doing Super Chat, "thank God for the mountain mule packers "who are bringing supplies to remote mountain towns. "They are heroes along with everyone else "helping their neighbors." - That is very cool. Yeah, the silver lining in this is to watch people help each other in like how dedicated people are. Like as soon as something happens, they're on the ground and they're there and they're ready to get the work done. And that's really heartening. - Yeah. Timothy W. says, "This is the greatest "money laundering scam in modern history." In a period of 2020 to 2024, saw hundreds of billions of dollars moved all around the globe, a large portion of it, which can't be traced. - Dude, it seems like it. I'm not gonna make the accusation, but if you weren't gonna be laundering money, this is a good way to do it. - Bro, and this is like, you know, talk about leveraging natural disasters and stuff, the whole, we just lived through COVID and Pfizer and billions of dollars being thrown around and legal immunity being granted and all kinds of people being mandated to use certain products by the governments and billions and billions of dollars moving, changing hands and people scamming the government out of unemployment and relief money and Russians hacking the system and getting money sent to them. Just so much bureaucracy, so much waste. Is it malice? Is it stupidity? It's both, but my goodness, do we need a change? Chiduma says he also check out this Bahamian gal. She's an immigrant and just got her citizenship approved. She's been talking a lot about the immigration problems. - I'll have to check that out. Yeah, a lot of people are breaking up 'cause they're witnessing what's going on in their cities and seeing it firsthand and they're realizing, whoa, something's up. I'm seeing so many videos with people like, wait a second. I thought I supported this and I can no longer do so. - Let's see. Oh, wow, I just refreshed and there's so many of y'all. - Oh, okay. - Hey, guys, thanks for your support. - Yeah, we appreciate it. Oh my gosh, I'm still scrolling down to catch everything. - This is crazy. Okay, I found it. Mary says, hi, Homilyn Taylor. I can't remember if you've ever mentioned Comma's plan to dismantle the filibuster to protect abortion in a previous video, but it's something I find absolutely crazy. - I'll have to look into that. I've heard that. - Yeah, it's another way that they're saving democracy. They're packing a Supreme Court. They're changing the electoral map by importing millions of illegals. They're letting non-citizens vote and they're taking away the filibuster so they can ram through legislation that they like illegally. - Yeah. - Just what? We're all to save democracy, guys. Barbara Boydens says Biden even had the full to say that people in those states are happy. - Yeah, that's crazy. That's like, even if you thought your relief effort was going super well and you were getting everything covered and everybody's got their proper resources and they've got the money in their hands and everything, would you say, would you refer to them as happy? That's so crazy to me. But he's off his rocker, obviously. - Maybe he's just, you know, high on the vibes and the joy 'cause Kamala's brat. - Yeah, I guess. - But Kamala's brat. - That's what's going on right now. - Thanks, Charlie. - TJ says, what's your view on Liz Cheney hanging out with the Harris's? We've been hearing that that's the Republican she would put in her cabinet, except Cheney is probably the most hated Republican in the party. - Yeah, I mean, I don't have any, you know, strong thoughts about it. And I've seen people who say like column trader, column traders and all these different things. Like all the Republicans, the fewer Republicans who are coming out to endorse Kamala Harris and sort of put their, put their coin in her. I was going to say something, it sounded inappropriate, I'm not going to say that. (laughing) But no, I don't have any strong thoughts. I feel like every election cycle, there's those few little stragglers that do that. A Republican on the cabinet, that'd be interesting. I don't know. - Yeah, I mean, at that point, you're effectively not. What was that? In the Jubilee, someone's like, do you think that there are any, anybody you'd accept in your party and the people who identify as Democrats or something, it's just like, at that point, if you're being appointed by that type of administration, you're not ideologically aligned with the underside. - Exactly. - You've sold your soul effectively. Stephen survives says, I don't give often, but I love you guys. - Thank you. - Thank you. Did you see that? - Stephen. - I can roll this to fanhouse says, I want to open a studio in Detroit for pretty much nothing. I own my house free and clear, and I don't owe the bank a nickel. It ain't nice, but it's cheaper than anywhere else. - Huh? - He's offering you space for a studio in Detroit for free. - Oh, I appreciate that. But my studio will remain in my humble abode here in LA. I didn't quite get that. I'm glad that you translated that for me. I was like, oh. - Now, how do you own your house free and clear? I guess, don't owe the bank a nickel, meaning he paid for it all. - Yes, hopefully. - Getting government assistance. - Yeah, no one of those migrants. - Like a main nightmare, but no, it's a very generous offer. - It is. - Thank you. Accrual. Now, if LA ever gets wiped out by a hurricane, which apparently can happen 'cause climate change, if you ask this administration, maybe we'll have to revisit that. - Yes. Keep you. - How much would you have to be paid to live in Detroit? - I've never been to Detroit, so I just don't know. - Actually, I don't know what I'm gonna be like. - I'm sure there's like lovely elements, but there's some crazy stuff that you hear. - Yeah, no, I don't know much about Detroit. Maybe I'll have to make an actual visit to Detroit. I see people saying Detroit, no thanks. - Hey, there's-- - Hey, there's, hey, there's-- - Too funny. - Bullet says, "Hey, Omela, Taylor, love the show. "Been watching for over a year, love from New Zealand." - Love that, love from New Zealand. I've never been in New Zealand. I would love to go check it out. - Hobbiton's on my bucket list. - Yeah, there you go. - I wanna do the Lord of the Rings tour. Omela was getting schooled on Lord of the Rings this week. - I was, yeah. My boyfriend's on a whole Hobbit, Lord of the Rings mission right now of something going on, and we'll get into details there, but yeah, Taylor's our go-to expert over those things. So we have to call Taylor up and figure out some ideas and make sure the direction he's going in makes sense 'cause he has no idea about them. - Yeah, I got this text the other night and it made me laugh out loud and I showed Anselie and she started cracking up. This is from Omela at 9.30 p.m. Is Bilbo Baggins a Hobbit? That's all the text that I have known. And I was like, "Oh, yes." - Had to figure it out. - Then I explained some stuff and then later, well, much later, you were like, "Are they all dwarves?" 'Cause I mentioned all the names of the four Hobbit friends. - Yeah. - "Are they dwarves?" No, they're Hobbits, but I get how you would know that if you didn't know that. - Yeah, it was meant they have dwarfism, like the actors that play these characters have dwarfism, like, "Do we need dwarves?" - And I hire little people to be Hobbits. (laughing) Oh my goodness, it's so good. All right, we need to get back on track here, sorry. But thanks for the love from New Zealand, the Ellipsis66 says, "Black Swan Tonight." There is a huge potential for both intrastate Chicago and international. Right now, the US is bombing the Yemen capital. - There's a lot of things in that message that I'm not following. - Yeah, I guess he's predicting a Black Swan event, as they say. - Okay. - Because of things happening in Chicago and Yemen. I don't know. - Okay. - We need to catch up with the time. - Yeah, I know, I need to like, I need to use a Google search and try to, there's literally too much going on in the world. Can we please stop? Can we please stop? - Yeah, we're gonna keep up with everything. Who's got time for Hobbits? - I know. - JillyBean412 says, "Finally got to catch alive "on a slow Friday afternoon at work." Go back to 6 p.m. Eastern, she says. "Keep up the good work and I will keep watching you "lay down on the truth." - How long ago were we doing 6 p.m. Eastern? That must have been a couple of years ago, I feel like. Or maybe-- - It's been a minute. It's been a minute. Wow, I forgot that we ever did 6 p.m. Eastern. That sounds so late now, but, sorry guys, I won't be returning any time soon, but you never know. - I used to be 4 p.m. Pacific, right? - Yeah, we used to change our lives times, all the time, according to like when you guys could watch. Now we've kind of found a good time, it seems, but hey, it's always subject change. - Yeah, it never works for everyone, but, you know? But yeah, live viewers get it first. So it is just the best experience, but still thereafter. Taylor Sawyer says, "West North Carolina native, "small towns around AVL are worried "that their land will be stolen after this. "Spruce pine and chimney rock sit on lithium in quartz land "that the government has been trying to get to. "Are they not helping because they want these people gone?" - I have heard things like that. Of course, that's getting into the conspiracy territory. I cannot neither confirm or deny that these sorts of things are happening, but I know there are reports of people being concerned about that and like blaming Black Rock and saying this is going to be a big land grab for the lithium and all that. We shall see, who knows? That'd be pretty bold. - It would be, and you know, and a lot of times when we talk about like the government doing this, it could be like, you know, one corrupt official who can benefit from, you know, getting part of that mind and he's trying to work that deal. And I think it does happen. There was rumors in Springfield about an official who like had a deal on land and rental properties that he was getting money from the government to house migrants in, and that was driving up the prices of his own city's residents. - Yep. - You know, so I don't know if that was being confirmed, but like it's not outlandish. Things like this do happen. - Absolute power corrupts, absolutely. - HSR girl says, "Hey guys, I love the show. "Could you do a discussion panel with Brett Cooper, "Ally Stucky, Gothics, et cetera "to talk about women's political views, et cetera?" - You're trying to get the A-team on. (laughing) - That's a heavy lift, that's a heavy lift. Maybe at some point we should do, 'cause there'd be a lot of differing beliefs on that panel. We have had Gothics on this show before, and you guys can check out those episodes if you want to see a little bit of crossover there, but I'm open to a little panel discussion, yeah. - Yeah, we haven't done collabs in a minute. Maybe it's time to do another round. - No. - Hawaii girl 89 says, "This is so disgusting "what this administration is doing to this country "and what they're doing to the money "that could be a use for Hurricane Kalina, Elina." - Mm-hmm, yeah. I mean, it's crazy to watch the misallocation of funds. It's been happening for how long, we've been talking about this all the past what they're in a half years. - Great, great. Not again says, "Instead of changing to be worth voting for, "they prefer to buy votes from uneducated people "as the U.S. gets wise "their importing voters to buy." - Does seem that way. - But we'll never get that confirmed 'cause you're an insurrectionist for saying it, so. - So, FBI's coming for you, yes or not again. - Yep. - Or miss. Taylor Sawyer again says, "The media is lying about death toll, "several hundreds of thousands dead, "everyone has seen bodies all over, "several thousands still missing." Not about hundreds of thousands, but I know. - He said hundreds of thousands? I thought he said hundreds or thousands. - I mean, it says OFF-1000, so maybe that meant to be or, but yeah, I mean. - It does seem like thousands. - It would surprise me that it had to be reported, you know. - Yeah, I mean, John Rich said what? His law enforcement friends had 500 bodybacks. The death toll currently is a little over 200. You have other people saying that there's hundreds of people missing. Another guy, who we didn't show the video, reported that entire town that he witnessed seems to have been wiped out. I don't know. It seemed like the numbers are gonna be far higher, which way with what happened to Maui, it was like, okay, just kept rising and rising and rising and rising and the numbers kept going up, so we shall see. - Grace Bumpus says, "The DEI instructor at my college called out "to my seeing eye dog while she was working. "It woke my dog up. "I know I'm not the diversity she is looking for, "but way to say the quiet part out loud." - Called out your seeing eye dog. Called like, I'm confused. - Well, that too, my seeing eye dog while she was working. - Oh. - It woke my dog up. - Well, that's unfortunate. Isn't it like with service animals, you're just not supposed to bother them whatsoever. You're supposed to let them do their thing. - They've got a job to do and a lot of interview with that. - Yeah, 100%. Not cool. Not very sensitive DEI person. - No, it's not. - Not very inclusive. Cupid says, "Just wanted to say that I'm an illegal alien "and I do pay taxes. "Just wanted to know that many of us do pay. "I came in 2010 at 13." - I'm sure there are illegal immigrants who do pay taxes. There's no doubt about that. - Just taking out your paycheck if you're able to get a job in a different way, like you pay sales tax and things like that. - 100%, yeah. By no means putting a blanket statement over all illegal immigrants, but there is a camp of illegal migrants that are contributing in some way, shape or form, and there's a large camp that are not contributing in any way, shape or form. And yeah. - Yeah, and you've been here nearly 15 years and I mean, it's 10 million in the last three years that we're worried about who have been flooding the country. And I think those are the ones more likely to put a drain on resources. - Yeah, what was it, like 14,000 convicted murderers and 16,000 sex offenders and half a million who created criminals? - People are just sending their criminals over to our country. - You sound crazy when you say it. - I know. - It's facts. Okay, 21 Alyss says, do you think you could get an interview with Kamala and Trump? I don't think anyone can get an interview with Kamala. I mean, separately, Kamala's not taking any interviews, period, unless you like-- - Right, except for 60 minutes. - Give her a teleprompter and yeah. - Yep. - And then Trump, I mean, yeah, I think-- - That'd be a heavy list. - Yeah, too big for our little tiny channel. - Too rich for my blood. - Yeah. - He's welcome. - He's welcome. - Me too. - I'm Donald Trump. Donald Trump, if you're listening right now. - We got the hookups. We got you, fam. He had done a bunch of podcasts though. - That's true. - It's not outlandish, I guess, but I don't know. I feel like he's so busy right now. - That's a little less. Cupid says, "Had my mother make me come "through the Canadian border too? "I'm Polish." - Had you come through the Canadian border? - Had my mother make me come through the Canadian border too? I'm Polish. It's like a fragment of a sentence, I'm not sure. - Are you admitting to being an illegal migrant? - I did see a report this week that it was like 16,000 or so, illegal migrants coming through the Canadian border. Bill Malugan was reporting on that as well, and many of them were criminals and stuff too. So, just getting it from both ends right now. - Yeah, I love it, love it. - Love it, why not? Donald S says, "Just got to the live and catching up." Thank you guys for speaking out on this. I'm from North Carolina and have many friends in Western North Carolina, and this is disgusting. The administration does not care. - Thank you for your report there, because yeah, it's very interesting to hear from people from the actual impacted areas. We're doing our best to cover it and cover it with as much truth as possible. - Debbie Muddemann says, "We are living in a spiritual war "that evil is not hiding anymore." - We may disagree on the basis of the war, but I know that there are a lot of people that echo that sentiment. - Yeah, I'll lend some credence to you, Debbie. - I think there's something strange going on. Guillermo De Sico says, "It was the same thing here "in southern Brazil when the waters rose and flooded "in several cities, the government did nothing." - Yeah, it's tough to watch. It happened, especially if you're somebody who's instilled a lot of trust in the government, and then to be impacted in this way is really, really tough. Which is why, for a long time, baked into the founding of this country was the idea that the federal government was not supposed to expand to this measure, and it's not really meant to be wholly responsible for everything that we're experiencing right now, but since our tax dollars, since we're being taxed like crazy, you should be covering it if you're gonna take the money from us, but yeah. - Yeah, Guillermo has a couple more details here. He says, "The Brazilian government spent its entire time "wearing about private individuals, the private sector, "and the right-wing political group, MBL, "helped the people and the mainstream media "accused all the private individuals in organization "of spreading fake news." Yeah, that sounds familiar. - Sounds like exactly what's happening right now. Now, NBC is saying that Elon Musk and Trump are propagating this lie. Meanwhile, their boots on the ground are actually trying to get people connected to resources and being turned away. - Interesting. - Well done. Chaotic Goods says, "My mom lost a house winning raffle "when I was a kid to somebody who immigrated here "after many months and years of being on a wait list "with five kids." - Hmm, that's an unfortunate, legally or illegally? - Yeah, I mean, I guess if they were waiting on a wait list, hopefully they were legal, I mean, I'm sorry about your mom, but that sounds like a good deal. - Unless she's saying her mom was on the wait list. - Oh, oh, his mom was on the wait list with five kids. Yeah. - Yeah, that sucks. - Yeah, yeah, that sucks. I'm sorry. - Taylor Sawyer says, "Obama vacation to Asheville "every year of his presidency, his favorite city "and favorite restaurant, 12 Bones, is gone. "It's an apocalyptic time he hasn't said a word." - Wow. I imagine he's had to put out some sort of statement. That can't be. Hold on. - One would hope. - Let's see, you would hope, you know, like-- - If he's a frequent in there, I've heard Asheville is like a, you know, liberal kind of city. But, you know, that shouldn't affect whether they get aid. Of course, they deserve everything. - Right. - But, you know, that's pretty toned off if he hasn't said anything. - Or maybe he hasn't said anything specifically about Asheville. I do see that he's got some tweets about Hurricane Helene and seeing here are some ways to support folks if you need. So he's tweeted the link. He did that on the 27th. - Amy W. says, "Amala Taylor, love watching y'all. "Amala, when is your next debate? "Love listening to you school, the ill-informed. "It's become my favorite pastime." - We don't have any debates lined up. - I do have a Jubilee video that just came out, but it's not a debate format video. It's just me swiping on Democrats and Republicans and guessing which side they're on. And I won't spoil how things go in that episode. But it's out on Jubilee right now. You guys can check it out. - Yeah, I see. I mean, I'm guessing Monday we'll react to that, but I'm like, how do you react? Are you just gonna give more tea? - Yeah, am I gonna react to that? I don't know, we'll figure it out. I need to go check out how it was edited down and what it looks like. And maybe we can react to it. I don't know what extra info I'll be able to add for you. - Maybe get some behind the scenes tea or something. - Yeah. - Let's see, "Zillion Giant says in the Brazilian floods "this year, government spent more helping Palestinians "than us and undermined Elance "and other Brazilians help sound familiar odd." So we're getting multiple sorters in Brazil. - Yeah, I know Brazilians are having a tough time. Whenever I go to conferences and stuff, especially where there's like students involved, the last objective is conference that I went to, there was a lot of Brazilian students who were echoing a lot of the stuff that you guys are saying in your super chats and in the chat down below. - You know, that judge banned accents, like finding citizens, like every day they're on it or some craziness, like wild. I ain't ban a whole social plan, it's China, it's a communism. - China, China. - China. - Emma Collet says, "North New Zealand is experiencing the same. "We pay taxes to a benefit that people abuse "to spend on drugs. "They are prioritized in healthcare. "The rest of us suffer with costs of living. "It's refreshing to watch y'all." - Oh my gosh, look at all the different people from different regions that are dealing with the same problem. I'm not, I would like to say I'm shocked, but I'm not. - Wild, like they say, the woke mind virus like Elon talks about has affected the world, infected. I saw a crazy stat today that like in DC, if you make anywhere from $11,000 to $65,000, if your earnings rise, then you get no, like there's no incentive to make more money if you're making that little because you get that amount and benefits back. So basically, if you're making only $11,000, it's not worth working harder to make more money unless you're gonna make more than $65,000. - Wow, that's crazy. - You're incentivizing this stuff. - Yeah. - It's great, right. Okay. Jasmine just sends a super chat, no message. Thank you, Jasmine. - Thanks Jasmine. - Apophis says, "Audience, please share this must-needed "content for future after 2029." - What's happening in 2029? - Is that for your presidential campaign that I would keep hearing about? - It's probably not. Some prophecy. - Oh my gosh, I'd love this. Ollie Smith just said in the regular chat, white dudes for Amla. - White dudes for Amla, that is too funny. I'm gonna screenshot that, that's what it is. - Wama Matera says, "I tagged you in some stuff on X, "including warnings of a militia to go against FEMA "due to them hindering rescue slash Ollie." - Oh my gosh, that'd be so crazy. - Yeah, that would be nuts. Hopefully it doesn't go, it doesn't violence doesn't start, you know? Yeah. - I feel like I had the Cajun Navy, like let it be a militia for helping people, you know? The Appalachian Air Force or something. But I don't know about fighting FEMA or something. - Right, that'd be nuts. - Christine Pronovost says, "I just wanna say "that you have changed my life. "I can see the appeal of Vance, LOL. "Blue eyes and smart, love you both, keep it up." - Yeah, and I was like, "Okay, I didn't really, "I was on the fence about the whole Vance pick for VP, "but after that debate and after what he's done "on the media, on the whole media circuit for this, "I'm like, okay, okay, Vance, let's see what you did. "You did it." - Should I feel offended at this? Is this how you felt when someone was like, "Black, female, and intelligent? "I can't believe it, this is so great." She's like, "I can see the appeal of Vance. "Blue eyes and smart." - I've never used those two things together. That's too funny. - I don't know, now I know how it feels to be discriminated against someone. - Yes, now you do, you've experienced it. - I'm a victim. - I'm a victim. - I'm a victim, I'm a demand reparation. The school dog, S. Carter says, "Have y'all looked at the Georgia chemical plant "explosion from this weekend and chlorine cloud?" Is, no, you saw that? - I saw that, that explosion was so huge and like, or it literally looks like a CGI explosion and people were just just driving by filming it. I can't imagine what happens in the wake of something like that for those of you that haven't seen it. Here's some imagery. It was huge. - That's wild. - Oh my gosh. - That can't be good for anyone. Yeah. - That's another crazy thing happening in the world to keep up with, my goodness. Celtic Blacksmith says, "Time to nag Amala, "P.O. Box, question mark, Brett Cooper, "Club, question mark, meet and greet, question mark, "Intro song lyrics. "When do we meet your assistant," quote unquote. We want Wimby and Charlie. - Wow, you just got a running list, guys. I feel the pressure, that's heat, that's heat. I'm gonna crumble. (laughs) Oh, yeah, yeah. - I love the accountability, though. It needs it. - This is why, it's why I can never run the president. You guys are gonna come after me. We're all these things. - We've got all the receipts. - Yeah, all on the campaign trail. - Petunia Oneish says, "I feel bad for those suffering "from the hurricane. "I don't know how they're going to get food. "I just got my regular groceries for five people "for two weeks at $600, $3.88. "Where can I send money to help?" - Yeah, we'll put links, we'll pin a comment in the description down below. If you're looking right now, a Save Our Allies is a good organization. I think you'll just type in saveourallies.org and that will take you to volunteers who are on the ground, helping with everybody dealing with the impact of this. Yeah, and then you think, okay, if they give $750 to these people, it's digital $750, so if you don't have internet access, how are you gonna utilize that $750? It really reminds you of like, I'm thinking now, I'm like, okay, I live in LA. It's a hyper-populated city or whatever. What do I have in case of any sort of emergency, like here in this place with me to deal with it? Cash, food, water, all of these different things can be shut down in the blink of an eye. It makes you think. - Yeah, gonna be like, it's much to say Ron Swanson, but his character in "The Last of Us" where he's like a doo prepper. - Yep. - You see more of this, yeah. - Yeah. - Let's see, Har Bardonar says, hey, Amla, you are one of the elite debaters of moderate slash right leaning philosophy. I think you should talk to or debate Andrew Wilson. He's Destiny's arch nemesis and also on the "Whatever" podcast. - I've seen him, not a fan, not a fan, maybe, I don't know. And if I listen to him, he's just so harsh. I don't like it much, which maybe that's my feminine sensibilities, but whenever I listen to him speak, it's harsh. And I think he's also uber religious, which is, hey, yay, yay. - I don't know anything about him, but you're also like, you're not like, let's debate just to debate, you know? And like, I'll defend certain positions and if you happen to be the person on the other side, we can have a talk, but you're not like going out of your way to like, I'm gonna shut this person down. - Exactly. It's gotta be like something impactful, like important, I guess. - Yeah. - Ilu, Ilu Mendes, as I just joined, but my grandparents are always trying to get me to vote. Kamala, how would I show them about how bad she would be? They hate Trump. - Just play this show, play it for them. Say, hey, grandma, hey grandpa, sit down and listen to this and see if their minds are changed. Or, you know, who knows, they're your grandparents that how much can you change their mind at this point? I don't know. - Is there a cure for TDS? If we give Pfizer another couple billion dollars, could they develop one? We need an operation warp speed on curing TDS. - You just gotta keep handing them receipts, receipts, receipts, receipts. - Yeah. - Eventually create the cognitive dissonance. We need like a go-to video or two. I mean, there's a couple on the channel about you and your transformation that I think maybe would have a chance of connecting with people like that. - I also need to make one video that's titled Exposing Kamala, that is just every single one she's ever told, every single thing she's ever done, her record, the Willy Brown stuff, like everything. I just need to, that needs to be put into like one, somehow into one 30-minute video. I don't know if we can put her terrible record into 30 minutes, but if you put that out to the world and just say, share this to everybody who supports her, that might be something worth doing. - No, we got a month, better get on that. - Yeah, right. - Yeah, we could try it. - Just talked about that a couple of times. Got a lot of receipts to compile. - Mm-hmm. - All right, heavy hard drive says tinfoil hot time. FEMA is trying to plow through land in South Carolina because the land is rich in lithium. - Okay, this is an echo sentiment. - Yeah, people are sharing this, we'll see. - I don't know. - Mm-hmm, Bob the Builder says there was a police, there was a riot in New York City complaining about the police again for injuring two passersby on a subway train while they were trying to stop a man armed with a knife. The man had been convicted 20 times before. - Oh wow, yeah, I feel like there's just gonna be, like with how things are trending, there's gonna be a lot of vigilantism if like things are not getting done and people are being deeply affected in this way. - Yeah, what was that guy's name who intervened on the subway and now is being prosecuted? - Yeah, forget his name. - And wild. - Meanwhile, Sergio Sarmiento says if you lost it all in the hurricane, you don't need aid unless you're a gay black trans woman in a wheelchair because equity, Kamala probably in 2024, that's cool. - Right, yeah, we have to use our intersectionality to decide who deserves relief. - Mal L says, "As a person from New Orleans, "I think people should reference Katrina, "get to know Jesus truly, "he will show you the truth, blessings to Trump." - I agree with some of that. (both laughing) - Rapid fire, things there. - Lots of messages packed in that one. - I did read that this is the most deadly hurricane since Katrina, which is not surprising. - Yeah, they say like this is one of the biggest losses of life in like North Carolina and like due to a natural disaster in a really long time. - Crazy. - Jaron Johnson says, "Unrelated, "some airton person, Boone, "I have family that works there as well, "it's a small place in these hills." - Thanks again for the support. Also funny to hear you say, Lindwar, LOL, go App State, did I say it wrong? - Did you have it? - I don't know. - I don't know. - I studied French in college, so I see OIR and I think Lindwar, Lindwar. But, you know, we have our own ways of saying things in the States that aren't always, you know, what the original language is. - Right. - When I was in Baton Rouge in Louisiana, there's a suburb south of it and it's spelled G-O-N-Z-A-L-E-S. And, you know, so you think Gonzales, right? - Yeah. - No, it's Gonzales. - Gonzales. - They have to say Gonzales. - Gonzales. - It's just how they say it. Sarah says, "93024 is FEMA's fiscal year end, "so there should be plenty of money on 10-1." - On 10-1? - Like October 1st. - Oh, okay. - So, if fiscal year ends on September, now it's October 1st, they should have clean slate. - We'll see. - My wife just texted me and said, "It's Lindwar." - Lindwar. - Thank you. - Thanks, Andy. - That's how we say it. - Thank you for your service. - Appreciate that. - Thank you for your service. Appreciate y'all. But yeah, that doesn't make sense, Sarah, that they should not have, should have some budget available to scrape together for the poor citizens of North Carolina for a new year, but... - We shall see. - Nikki Flash says, "Hey guys, I hope you "and your families are well. "I'm trying to introduce some of my family to your channel "and want to know what video would be best to show them." - Oh my gosh. - We should give you a good weekend. - I don't know. Any of the debate videos I think are interesting, 'cause then it's like, if they disagree, you're getting an equal amount of like left leaning stance and you know, go ahead, go head to head on that one. That could be interesting. There's like a Pierce Morgan one, any of the Jubilee middle grounds. That'd be fun. - Yeah, a good way to do it. If you're on YouTube, you can go to the list of videos or lives and hit popular and it'll sort by popular and you can see in order of videos that have gotten the most views. - Yeah. - So that might be a good way to kind of prioritize. And I'd always recommend you've had, you got a couple that are like how I changed my mind and things like that. And those are our good ones too, where you share your story. Okay, Alibi Palonco says, "Hey, first but here since 2022, first time super chatting." I worked for FEMA back in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria in 2017. FEMA is a joke. We only had $500 in the same thing. We are still recovering. Check out PR news too, Puerto Rico news too. We are US citizens. - We'll have to check that out. I have a family friend who also is working for FEMA and is on the ground dealing with everything that's happening in the week of this hurricane. So I'll have information as well. - Katie, a Kate Lenart says, "Hi, Amla, I'm recovering Democrat and I love watching your channel. It's been a light in the storm. Y'all keep up the good work, praying for all those impacted by Helene here in Houston." - That's very kind. Thank you so much. - And thank you so much for your well wishes. - Benjamin says, "Hey, Taylor, that's you playing piano in Abba Waterloo music video, isn't it?" - In Waterloo. - I'm gonna look it up Abba, Waterloo. Waterloo piano player. I love the song, "Waterloo." - They're like skating, right? Is that why? - They are, but who is the piano player in Waterloo? This is this guy. Is that you, Taylor? - It's striking resemblance. - Yeah, I guess so. - Is that a bullet? Should that be my Halloween costume this year? - I guess it should. (laughing) - You can pull it off. Oh, man. All right, that was an obscure one. - Yes, it was. Deep cut. - Maybe that's my doppelganger that's out there. Alex Luscher says, "I can't wait for Amla and Taylor to interview Trump on a live stream on April 1st, 2025. It's gonna be a great live stream that time." - Wow, where's that coming from? Where you is your prophecy. - Yes. - Or we'll just run with that and make it all right. - Yeah. - We'll please joke if that's what you intended. - Exactly. - Yeah. - Oh. (laughing) - I'm so dumb. You got that. And this is why I'm not capable of interviewing Donald Trump. - It's, hey, it's the end of the week. It's been a long stream. We've been a lot of super shots, so, you know. - That's too funny. - We're running on fumes here. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - Yeah, tune in on February 29th for our interview with Trump. (laughing) - Hi. - outlandish much says thank you both for covering this topic. Innocent people need our help and you guys are awesome for trying. - Thank you. We do our best to get this information to you guys. - Sazin Khan says, "Tihi, Hi, Amala, and Tae Tae, "just wanted to say hi because you all are so cool. "Anyway, hope you'll have a good day." - Hi. Thanks for saying hi. We always appreciate that. Love a good heart. - I love the KEWL spelling on cool. - KEWL. - That reminds me of middle school. - Yeah, it's a long, long time ago, wasn't it? (laughing) - Stixen Stone's gaming says, "Amala, don't use his religion to..." Andrew doesn't use his religion to debate. You two would agree on a lot, but yeah, he is harsh. He's what you'd call a blood sport debater. - Okay, I feel like I have seen clips where he does use his religion to debate, but I guess maybe he doesn't always or doesn't try to lean on that. Yeah, he's very... Characterizing is a harsh individual. Blood sport debater, John Claude Van Dam, action. Do you know what that is? - Mm-mm. - He's an '80s/early '90s action movie star. He had a movie called Blood Sport, pretty awesome. I mean, they're like not that great of movies, but they're awesome, you know? It's like that kind of thing. - Okay, yeah, he looks... Yeah, how can I see it? I see it. (laughing) - He would like pause. He'd like punch somebody and then it would go in slow motion while he's like, ah, yeah, anyway, great, great. - Very old school. (laughing) - Celtic Blacksmith says, "Amma, I love how whenever I nag you, your face instantly says to me, you're killing me smallest." - Ah, it's true. - I understood the accountability assignment. - Because you are killing me smallest, you really are. - Damon Targaren says, "Thank you both for speaking the truth with your platform. Also have to echo the sentiment that it would be great to see you talk with Daily Wire folks." - I have. You can check me out on the Candace show on Daily Wire. Well, I don't know if they still have those episodes up. (laughing) Those episodes might be gone. I've been on Michael Knowles. - Yeah, you did a thing with Michael Knowles. It's probably still on YouTube. - Yeah. - We had Matt Walsh on once for a beer, not to be-- - We had Matt Walsh on. Yeah, I think that's about it. That's all the crossover with Daily Wire. - Yeah, and they did that little special video on you. Like, yeah, happy instant. - Sounds like the happy conservative. - Was it helpful for one happy leftist to helpful conservative or something like that? - Something like that. - Yeah. Legit least Belunking says, "Love the Kamala video idea. The problem is my lib friends have been conditioned to hate Trump. We need a positive Trump fact check video, so they'll see the truth." - Yeah, I mean-- - It's a tougher sell. Like, here's how Trump's actually right about everything. - Right, right. It is a tougher sell. - But, am I all caught up? - I think. - Was that our final, stupid shot? Okay, guys, thank you so much. - You did it, guys. - Yeah, we had lots of commentary from you guys today, and I appreciate that. Love hearing from you guys. Love hearing your opinions on all of these different things. Again, we're gonna put a little comment pinned after the show of places that you can go to support those who have been impacted by Hurricane Helene. So we'll drop that and pin it as the first comment down below. We did get one more super chat from Jessica Durks, who says, "Homeowners insurance does not cover flooding. "You have to have a separate policy. "These people's homes will not be covered "if they don't carry flood insurance. "First time, chats, love you guys. "Thank you for your first time, super chat, Jessica. "And thank you for that interesting fact. "Yeah, it doesn't seem like something "that should disqualify you from the $750 of relief. "As if $750 is gonna help you at all with your home. "Anyways." - Yeah, and this emergency assistance. And like, also, this is a once-in-a-thousand-year catastrophic event. And like, why would you have flood insurance necessarily in the mountains, you know, expect to get hit by a hurricane? - Yeah. - Anyways, that shouldn't have to do with how FEMA distributes their aid, but apparently it does. - Crazy indeed. But we'll band together as Americans to help people in need. Again, that'll be in the comments down below.
