In the ALDS, Carrie Carpenter smacked a three-run homer in the ninth to break a scoreless tie. Tigers shut out the Guardians in game two in Cleveland. The Royals with four runs in the fourth beat the Yankees in game two in New York. Both series now even at a game apiece. NLDS continues tonight with the Mets and Phillies at City Field. Padres hosted Dodgers, both series knotted up at one. The Lynx and Son meeting a winner take all game five tonight in Minnesota. The winner will move on to the WNBA Finals in a date with the Liberty.
