She would shop at a local goodwill two or three times a week. She paid $3.99 for an unusual glass vase and noticed it was made in Italy. A friend told her the vase was every collector's dream. An auction now said it might sell for $50,000, although it ended up for selling for $107,000. What other people didn't see as valuable was very valuable. It's regrettable others don't appreciate the Bible or the cross or a relationship with Jesus. But the question is, do you see the value in those things? Peter wrote about those who have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Peter 1 and verse 1.
