Write the vision down and make it plain because there's a reason for writing it down Okay, because if it's not written down, then it's not clear enough you won't be able to to to measure it You won't be able to track it. So today we string the beginning of the year. Yeah, it's the third month of the year So there's a lot that can still be done and changed in your life So today we're gonna dive into the heart of having a vision Because it's just not about setting goals. Yes. Yes about paving a path that's authentically Yours keyword yours. Yes. It's about counting the costs making it all makes sense and Moving with intention. Mm-hmm. Yes Something that that keeps you awake at night not because you're worried, but you're thinking of the next move Something excites you to get up in the morning and do it all over again Something that makes you not want to sleep because you can't wait for tomorrow to come and do it all over again Something that makes you feel like you are not working, but you're doing your passion You're doing what you are born for man. I can teach forever. Yes. Yes. Yes real That's what a job is supposed to be about. That's what a career is supposed to be about That's what a your business is supposed to learn something that that you don't feel like you you're in prison You are forced to do. It's not painful, but whenever it resonates with your soul. That's your purpose Yeah, that's what you're supposed to be doing. Yes when work don't feel like work Yes, yes, that that what that's that's the one thing when you was when you was going into like oh, okay But you did say but yeah when work definitely don't feel like work, you know so that that's the part you want you want you want to craft that vision because again, if you working in doing something and it's You struggling oh stress or stress It's hard you know, you know, you're like man Do I had to go to work today or you know why I'm doing this? You know if you even if you're in a business or you started a sad hustle You started your career and you are struggling to get going You you you feel like man while I'm doing this, but you're doing it just to pay the bills Because you heard that it pays it pays. Yes. Yes, so you know that that's that's we want to get we want to get to the point where We doing things for the lover for the lover it for the passion for the past You know where we we we've we've we know our we find our purpose and we live in our purpose Right where we able to enjoy the life that whatever whatever come our way and then another thing too We have to stick to it Because when you when it feel like when when work don't feel like work you will stick with the long enough Even when you don't see the benefits and the results right away because a lot of times when you're working in your career When you're starting out, you might don't see the results right away No, you won't see the result most likely most like you won't see the results Right away and it takes time to build it up because you got to build each brick by brick by brick So, you know, but when you're able to do something that you love and you crafted our vision Then you're able to be in it for the long haul even when you don't see the results, you know, even when you know The the boss come down you your managers, you know, come down you you feel like they don't like you But guess what because you see the vision passionate about you don't care what anybody say that's negative towards you Why because you like you know what this is what I love to do and so you won't allow it nothing to stand in your way Yeah, no, not this nothing nothing or on no one So let's talk about the blueprint how to write out a blueprint for you for your dreams or for your vision How do we go about doing that? Yeah, we got to count the course Definitely got a couple of course and I love the scripture when the and and in Luke Jack Jesus talking about Counting the course, you know, because when you're able to count the course you're able to know what you need to get done So that you could complete the task So it's about the blueprint is count the course to what you're in counting the course I think it's when we're exploring on how when having a clear vision It gives you like a blown-up picture of what your future may look like or how to go about to get to where you want to go To so it makes you understand the investments and the sacrifices that that that get that come into play Into achieving your dream you might not see certain things are of course along the way Because sometimes you you are you learn not even sometimes most times you learn by experience But having that vision down at least it make it gives you a road map Onto what the future may look like if you go this route or that route because you're writing it down makes it just Become reality on its own. Yes. Yes, you know There's something about pen and paper Mmm, and that's why I feel for this generation that they no longer use pen and paper as much they typing they using iPads and everything But there's just something about your soul connecting to that pen and onto that paper So write it down. Yes, some people will say I will type it. Okay, whatever go ahead and type it But that's just something about having a journal and just writing that vision down Yeah, you actually as you write it down. I feel like God speaks to you as well, and it gives you a clearer clearer Path on how to go about to get to you want to go. Yeah, yeah, I agree Like if you want to go on a dream trip, you know if you got a roadmap how much of course Not because you come across now and you can plan everything that you want to do for the trip now You had to figure out, you know how much you need for the trip now You get to figure out how much you want to bring on the trip how much you want to spend where you want to go Because like I say each trip is it's cost different so by having that roadmap if you want to go on that dream and Allow you to budget better Allow you to plan better and allow you to get all your ducks in the room, you know So that you're going to have a fun experience I can attest to that because I'm the planner in this house out of all our trips and Invocations yes, and yeah, you know for you to be able to enjoy that vacation You gotta have a plan you guys just pack and go and say oh So I want to probably see when we get there now you might end up missing a few things in between because you know If you want to have a flawless like really great vocation vacation everything has to be planned out otherwise you'll end up being being stranded or running short of money because you didn't do your due diligence in searching on maybe how much the The excursions cost etc So not just a trip but also starting a business. It's a big role as well When you're planning when you're starting a business, that's why I don't know if they still do it right now Proposals yes proposal. Yes. I know proposals used to be a big thing a business proposal And even if you go out and to to apply for funding they want a proposal to see or a business plan Or a business plan that's like your roadmap as well. We saw that business. Yeah, cuz it tells us where you at Where you going where you going and what the future may look like what's the projections and stuff like yes And how do you intend on getting to that right and how you're gonna you allocate resources? For the how you're gonna market how do you so you know when you start a business that that business plan? It does help you to guide the business, you know or you know When you hire employees, they have SOP's when you have SOP's it helps you to guide the employees So that you know that that ploy know what to do, you know, yeah, so let's start navigating your not-star, okay Just getting direction on on on how to actually Seeing your vision come come to pass. So the importance of vision as your guiding lights Okay, let's talk about that. Yeah, because a lot of times if we don't have that North Star We don't have a vision. We're drift We're drift into The the the we're drift into the world, you know, we're drift with the latest trends we're drift with The clout that we see on social we're drift and and and what the Bible say when you drift in you become unstable You've and you become unstable all your ways and you and you and you and By your drifting and you're being unstable by not having a clear vision You'll just go with you just go go with anything And then this is the reason why you wonder why things are not working out for me because you drifting You know because you know, you don't have a clear vision. You're not finding your North Star. So yeah Because really a clear vision helps to Direct you I won't say every step of the way But at least it gives you a guy a guy Yes on how to get to plan to to to point B point C point Z Etc and it helps you make the right choices. Yeah, maybe maybe not maybe not say right choices It helps you to make educated choices and calculate the risk right But you don't because even if it's your first time attempting something it's you don't have you don't The risk is not so high because you've done your due diligence Or you've done your research you've done what's what supposed to mean to be done because you're writing it down You have to write them something right? So I think it goes a long long way in avoiding a lot of pitfalls. Yes. Yes Yeah, so when when you come when you got that North Star when you when you when you when you allowing the dry and Understand to now We say in visionary vibes, right? We need a vision, but we got we also had to understand that the vision can change along the way Of course, because we we also change and grow as we also change like even with your business plan when you have a business plan, you know, sometimes, you know, it could change your business plan change. Maybe you maybe But it allowed you to give you that guy so that you know You had that blueprint along the way so that when when things come you able to you gave the refer back to that guy You had to fall back to that blueprint, you know, it's guiding you in your journey of life and guiding, you know, even like, you know When you get married, you know, that blueprint, you know, you you need that that that guy to to have a successful Marriage, you know, and a lot of times what is that guy? But let me say this about marriage That's the one place where you go into Having Graduated Mm-hmm before you even start the course. Mm-hmm. You know what? I mean by that You get a certificate before you get you start your marriage. Okay, because when you're a girlfriend and boyfriend All you're going by is your non-negotiables Even I mean some people don't even go through that and some people are very good in hiding even the non-negotiables Yeah, you know, some people will get you trapped into a marriage and having not put on put out their skeletons having not Have having hidden some pet peeves that you really hate That work going to be a deal breaker and then you're like, okay, I'm married now might as well just go with the flow But then of course that's gonna mess up your marriage some way somehow even though you have planned for it So that's why I say I would advise people who are planning to get married or I think it's a bit hard when you're already married But you are planning to get married who want to get married is that choose very wisely who you marry Yes, because your future is really really dependent on that person. Yes that partner You could be as ambitious and as a successful as as you can be But your partner because you become one can drag you down and you can feel like, okay I'm not moving the direction that I'm supposed to move not because you are lazy not because you don't you're not capable But because the person that you are married to is not supporting you in the way they should you end up finding woman being breadwinners You're married. How are you being a bread winner when you married? Mm-hmm If we go by the Bible the Bible says a man is supposed to be the provider Yes, and I heard something not so long ago on on on on on Instagram this lady just describing how beautiful her husband has taught her just to relax She says they are women who are strong who are ambitious Who are she names it the list goes on and she says, but I've never heard of a relaxed wife And she said my husband has taught me to be that wife that relaxed wife Who whatever happens around us the chaos that may happen around it. He just says baby relax. I got you I got this Is she says I don't have to worry about no bill. I have to worry about Nothing besides the fact that I'm his wife I I Relax, I know the king has got my back not many women can say this Because we are living in a generation where yes You might have planned with your north style and everything, but you find you just married to a loser You find that you're married to a person who doesn't have a vision You find that even if he claims to have a vision But the vision is just not coming to pass because he doesn't see things through in this marriage So I would want to advise People who want to get married just be very selective This is of course for both a man and woman. I'm not speaking to one specific Gender I'm speaking to both Okay, because when when you when you are When you have a vision about your life. Mm-hmm. It's just not about who you marry Mm-hmm. It encompasses a lot of things that that that life throws at you. Yes Yes, you gain weight for example like I had yes, and now I'm in this journey If I'm married to somebody who's not supportive of this journey Then I will gain the weight again or I won't be able to see myself get to get through it Right if he decides to come by junk and fill it up in the house sing very well That I'm struggling to get through get it get through that that Those cravings and that person is not a partner and that person doesn't wish you well wish you well They actually trying to trap you to getting back to being obese So be very careful even who you become business partners with Because you can choose the best business venture but have the worst business partner When they see the profits, they just want to take and misuse. Mm-hmm. There's a lot that goes into Creating a vision. Yes, it's a lot. It's a lot when you have this thing like I loved it Because when you're talking about matters again the man's supposed to have the vision and he's supposed to bring him to the wife Just like when miles per role was talking about he you know, you give them you give a woman a vision You know, she's gonna get you she's gonna let she and I enhance the vision that the man have you know, so it's the man and this is a lot too when you are Talking about Mavis and I am meaning to go with Mavis But when you talk about Mavis, you know, the man should be working on his vision already So that when the woman come into the relationships the woman responsibility or the woman help should be is to enhance the vision that the man have already and so yeah, but when you lose and wait when you build a Dream when you when you build in a business, whatever it may be when you started a career When you have a direction your north star a way to go then guess what that's your garden like, you know Where you won't be drifting so a lot of times, you know when you start in school when you start in school You get you are so excited man I'm gonna take this thing and then once you get into that once you get into that program You realize, oh man This is not something I really want to do and so this is why it's rather important That you want to have a vision or even when you start in business when you started that business because you see in the cloud Because you seen the you see in the videos everyone is doing you seeing like man This is a man you can make money with this and then once you get started like man This is not something really I I'm into I'm not enjoying this. I don't like it and then you realize you spend all that money You know you spent all that money on on on pursuing that business You spend all that money going to school and then you realize you're not you know enjoy and so this is why you want to have a vision So that vision can direct you so that it could be your north star you're gonna like so that you won't be drift So then you know so that you won't drift Into something else or you won't change your mind. You won't go with the wind. You won't go with the wind. Yes Are you letting the current sweep you away or are you letting the wind blow you in the In the direction where others are going or are you allowing your vision to be your north star? Just think about that for a minute. Mm-hmm because most people go with the flow. Oh, I'll say I'll go with the flow Well, you ask them. What's your five-year plan? Yes. Yes. Yes. You have your three-month plan They don't have because we're going with the flow and but the flow don't take us anyway No, and you're right the flow don't take it And this is why you got to have a vision because by you're going with the flow You just saying you know what whatever come come whatever happened you know and the reason why I'm raising that this is because I Think I love that happen in my life for the First seven years in this country and hence that's why I'm approaching 50 and I don't even know what what's happening What happened? Mm-hmm because time will fly by. Yes time will fly by trying to still trying to figure that out. Yes. Yes I mean, it's hard to move into a Whole new country start a whole new a Culture and try and adapt to this country with their systems and everything So I think I gave I give myself grace for that But at the same time I allowed to just drift For a lot of years. I just I just went with the flow. I tried this I tried that but there was not a clear vision of exactly what I wanted And I think this topic for me hits home in the fact that if I had like a clear vision of what I wanted in this america I would be far off where then where then where I am right now Yes, and if I married somebody already who was already established, you know into his vision It would have made things much easier, but unfortunately we started from scratch. Yes. Yes And and it's okay for people in their 20s 30s, but we started in late 30s 40 Yeah, you know, but I think we are a good example. Yes to people who say well in their 20s in the 30s Also, even in their 50s who are saying it's too late. It's never too late. It's never too late I posted something on facebook the other day where I said it's never too late to start over or to start again And I meant that because I feel like I'm starting all over again Yes, you know, but it's never too late and I and I came across some content Reminding me about the different people who started their businesses in their 40s 50s 60s, you know walmart started up believing his 40s or 50s McDonald's the the brothers started at a late age as well. Yes We always talk about the campsite The list is endless of people who started You know who became successful at a later age And I'm saying this because we had a family member and this hit me hard um our paraphrase paraphrase what he said, but it hit me hard and and like saying Rather than me not say exactly what he said, but I want to say this Whatever statement that he made made me realize That there are people that are going to overlook you. Yes that are going to look down on you That are going to size you In in return on how they treat you If you see somebody treat you the way you don't want to be treated where you feel like I was under mind I was under I was overlooked. I was um I was not heard. I was not seen then it means That there's nothing wrong with you. Mm-hmm. But all it says is Go back and look at the vision that you have for your life. Mm-hmm. And just restart and and push harder. Yes. Yeah, too I mean Not for you anymore, but to show them that you can't do it and that god's timing is not the same as man's time Yes, god's timing is different from man's timing people may want to Uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, not even couchy couchy out. Yes that but but also Uh, uh, um, measure up their success with justice says that's comparing against Your journey with your journey. Our journeys are so different. So different That's why people go under pressure and end up doing things that are unethical and illegal Because now they're trying to catch up to the next person is comparing themselves. Yes. Yeah, and when they've been vocal about it as a family person as a family member It hurts. It hurts. I'm not saying let's not check each other out as family members. Yes Let's do it, but let's do it in love Let me not feel that you're undermining me when you say this is I What what what the hell are you doing? Yes, you check it. Yes. No, I'm going to check There's nothing wrong with but doing it with love. Yes, dude would love Let me feel that it comes from concern, but not but but from being concerned, but not from comparison And not from uh, spitefulness. Yes, you know, but when it's spiteful God go boy. It hurts. Yes, and here's here's the thing I want to add to because this is something that that The spirit of the Lord revealed to me when I was in school that I would I was seeing Because you're in school, right? And you might be like man, you just now starting your journey and somebody else that might be ahead of you Right and you and they might be ahead of you might be doing well And I'm starting in school because I'm just starting to get my vision clear again things together again things going The spirit of the Lord told me was that because they're ahead of you now. That don't mean they'll stay ahead of you You know, because when when it's your time, you could surpass the individual That went ahead of you because why you why they're up there, right? That was they were doing they was building. That's what it took them to get to their journey But guess what? Because I'm taking you on another path This is the route that I need you to go in And it might take a little longer for you to get there, but when you get there You could surpass the other you could surpass the person that was ahead of you Or that went y'all could be in the same Level same thing same a same everything just starting your journey at the same time but that other individual just Pass you And you still work it just I go back to the turtle in the ears You know the turning head the rabbit, you know, go on fella But the turtle was just at his own pace At his own pace and guess who won the race and guess who won the race the turtle The turtle I think in in summing up what we're saying is that That's not be judgment. That's not but rather. Let's be supportive towards each other Yes, if I see that you're steering away from your path Then let me bring you back with love. Yes. Okay, because yes Time is waiting for no one. No one. No one. So remember god works at his own time He works in his own. Yes, and looks at it all his own time And this is why like even with my my life I could say the same thing This is why you want to have a vision because all the people that you name They got it at that because they had a clear vision And then allowed they're not allowed to doubt To keep them because y'all remember when you hear something like that You could go on your closet say I guess it's not gonna I guess it's not for me And this is who else but it should feel you up for me. It filled me up Yeah, exactly, but you know what a lot of people that go back into the closet When they hear a negative remark when when somebody talk about them, you know, it doesn't matter Even with somebody to get a you know with with um, not a disease but some conditions You know, you you like even like when you when you When going through or whatever you sometimes you allow people to to get in your way You know or they said something negative about you You know, but whatever it may be You can't allow your your vision have the guide you along your way Even like like so all these people that started in the 40s and 50s and 60s and still make it like even with um Thomas Edison that was I took him over a thousand times to get the light bulb I gave it to you. I negative negative negative thoughts negative things that people turn up Negative remark like you're still doing that. Hey me Ford with the we're building the Ford all these different Um, Nova and the Bible man. He's building the arm. They're like you're crazy You still believe in a lot of the men in South Africa was building a Noah's ark Exactly the same. No, I didn't know Yeah, so you know so even like but then a lot they they had a vision They had a guy and they said, you know, I'm gonna keep pushing regardless I don't if it if it takes 20 years everything Because the colonel he he had that thing he was building for a very long time, but it just took him to 63 For it to start for it to board for the manifest so the manifest for this blow it took But he was building it for a long time Getting the right ingredients together and he knocked on different doors and everyone said no like we do chicken That's a special about chicken. Oh, he said but I have this recipe. Yeah, everybody would love in the world Oh, don't worry about we good and guess what? They regret it. Yes because he did become the one of the um best franchises of chicken in the world in the world in the world That's one chicken place that you will find in every corner of the world. Yeah So rich yeah, yeah, yeah, we'll be there. Yeah, we can't see it all and I don't know they're in a lot of countries too I don't know what yeah, let's move on into essentials versus exit. Mm-hmm. Like knowing what you need versus what you don't That's very important. That's very important because we talking about camera the course Right, you know normal what you need for the job to get the job done And so you know what you need because maybe you might have to go back to school Like I did when I went back to school. I'm like, you know what? I knew I wanted to be a business I always knew since I was 10 years old And I knew that my my passion Wasn't business. I knew that I knew I wasn't employing I knew that because one one of my weaknesses was interviews so it was I always struggle with interviews so I'm like And and it seemed like I didn't stay on jobs I get a job but I And I was and I was out of a job probably six months. Oh, yeah, never but that wasn't my passion And so I always knew since I was 10 10 years old that I was going to be in business And so when I started Back at 25 because this is my life started back over. You know, this is when I was rebirth This is when I got renewed, you know when I was about 25 years old I got born again. And so this is when my rebirth I was my coming out party And when I knew that I knew I wanted to be in business, right? But I knew I needed to go to school I knew I wanted to study business because I'm like you said, I didn't know how I didn't know how to start I didn't know what to do And so I went back to school so that I could learn about marketing And plus I like marketing too because I knew you could travel I knew you could do so. I you know, I like traveling. I might I like new needing new people But I said all that that you don't talk to Now I do talk to you You know, mama's can't sing I feel great relationships. I don't know The relationship But but the thing is that was essential for me Going back to school to learn business, you know, that was that was my essential That was so I'm able to know what I need to do To be able to get going so that made it get clever with my vision And like I said, everything wanted to gather Everything but As time went on My vision got clearer and clearer and clever and guess what as time went on my vision began to change as well You know, I'm being like, okay, you know what I could do this because why now I'm growing I'm expanding You know, and so I know what I what I want and what I don't need, you know, and the thing that I don't need I And the thing that I don't can't do another thing I would say also what helps as well And that helped me is getting a disassessment taking a disassessment So that made me know myself a lot better because of one I am reserved I am that introvert. I had to be comfortable to begin to express myself And so just by knowing myself better I may I'm able to understand just like even when we started this podcast when we started this podcast I went in like, you know, I was doing the intro and I realized, you know, because of the vision because I want to win I realized, you know what if we were getting bored today If I really wanted to grow this podcast, I had to stop With the intro and I had to allow my wife to do it You know an intro, why because she's great in telling the story. She's a great storyteller You know, I'm a I'm a I'm a trainer. I'm a facilitator I'm best with when I got my slides my clicking I'm best with I got my slides and I'm able to speak because that's who I am so, you know, but having that vision and Now you're able to go full force and keep going with regardless and like I said before If you stay and you continue to prepare yourself, then your luck will eventually come to you Yeah Because we said in the last video that Success comes when Preparation means opportunity Where opportunity means luck You know what I'm saying? Anyway, so what's really fueling your future? What's pushing you to get to where you want to be? You look at others and you think They might pierce how are they for off me then then then then I'm so behind There has to be a big why yes, pushing you to get to where you want to I know mine is financial independence like I really don't want to count course I really want to go anywhere anywhere without thinking twice or budgeting or whatever I really just want to be able to allow my parents to live Stress-free life About um about their bills or whatever that's my big why because I don't have kids yet, right? So for me my parents and myself Some of us must take care of themselves. Yes. I'm my biggest wise, you know So It's really important for you to have that why down So it will push you even when times get tough Even when you don't want to Pessive here because things are going to get tough even writing it down on paper. That's not necessarily make it easy No, you gotta still put in the work Yes, you gotta put in the work and and and having that vision having that why that that vision statement And you should you should write a vision statement today Even what why you listen to this thing take the time out to write out a written statement What do you want? Why because you got a member, you know, the the Bible says My people my people perish without a vision You know, if you don't have a vision, you know, like I said, you just call me as your girl You you what you just let life calm and whatever, you know, if you don't have a vision You're gonna perish why because when the wind blows and it's gonna blow when the storms come Guess what you if you don't have a vision, you're gonna you're gonna crumble and so But here's the thing my vision is my biggest why is one my wife, you know, and so I Work so hard so that I made a Baby being a position to provide for my wife, but it's one as I know my my mom's is getting older right and my biggest why vision is to Allow her to see me when and have success and be able to take care of my Mother and my father be like they've done for me My my mother was my biggest supporter when I needed the most when I was a child Because when I was young when I was younger, I had no one that could believe that believe in me But my mother, you know, that really seen, you know, good in me when everybody else didn't, you know Let me know that I could do whatever, you know, you could accomplish whatever, you know, and then when I got over She's that I ain't gone But when I was younger, she's like but knowing that that that's my biggest why Is being a ticket my mother, but also being a ticket my wife being a ticket my family being a you know Where there's no worries and built and and building Leaving a legacy and and and and helping People, you know building that school, you know, that that school that school so that I made it help young people All right, moving on. How do we maintain high standards and staying true to our visions? Reflection Reflection talking about that reflection maintain the high standards Reflection on your why? Reflection on your vision Reflection on the thing that you want to see I always say introspection as well introspection. Yes examine yourself The I love that that that that part is to examine yourself, you know Way to a guard to Abraham to get your house in order Get your house in order, you know, by Maintaining the heart because what happened is if you don't maintain the high standards you're for for anything You're for for anything. You don't take the time to reflect on your values on your beliefs On your goals on your why on a thing that you want to see your go with the flow your for for anything Your sellout your sell your soul, you know, and we've seen all the times and you and and you do things that you should not be doing You do things as a gift advice accepting even unethical things Yes, just because you desperate. Yes, you know things that that that are morally unaccepted on this step Yes, just because you're like what what choice do I have you all have a choice? We all have a choice. Yes And it just depends on what you decide to choose that will go in line with God's plan for your life Yes, yes You want to be at the point where you're able to do what you want to do and now because you have to You know when you work on a job because you have because you have to not because you want to You work on a job because you got to pay the bills, you know, that's doing something because you have to not because you want to You know and and and for female, you know, most female They they rather not work, you know, they enjoy unless they want to you know, if they should if should be a want to You know, they it's something they want to do not because they have to because they got to help the help to take care of the family Yeah, even just relationships Getting into relationships Going to a partnership with somebody that has a mutual goal with you, you know, you're on the same page And that calls for less divorces Yes, yes And you know, don't don't marry for money. Don't marry for convenience You know be willing to to to to start things together but also be with somebody who has a vision Yes, because you might say I'll be gonna start together, but if there's no vision then you'll end up nowhere, honey Yes, nowhere. Mm-hmm. So the question is are you ready to hold the line for what truly matters? Yes, even when the world offers shortcuts because there's so many shortcuts. Yes, so many and so many people are gonna You know when you bid this party, you know, I'm trying to come to you Oh, you know what I can help you with this and you you just got to do this or you know, you you get a job opportunity You know what? I needed it. So you're like it. This is why you gotta have the vision Because if it's something it's not it's so many jobs. I was in even God as well. That part will come through for me Yes, yes, you know because you know when something don't look right. You're like, you know what? I don't I can't do this. I gotta and you can walk. It's easy to walk away And also when something is too good to be true They say if it walks like a duck it probably is a duck You know and sometimes when it's too good to be true. Something might just be fishy You know Because there's usually always like a little catch or something. So let's talk about freedom of choice living on your own terms Yes, that's that happens when you are actually now in line in line with your vision Yes, when you're along with your vision And that's like starting the business when you start when you start you're able to celebrate their liberation Starting that business starting that side hustle, you know, because the the angle you want to live on your own turn You will have freedom of time most people want to be able to come and go as they please Not and not be told when to go to the bathroom when to eat when to do the vacation because nine to five are hard Yes, nine to five is hard. They're really hard That's why I like the virtue. It's the security that helps You know when having a nine to five because business is not for we can say this is not for everything It's not it's not because y'all remember this His it's not for everyone and and even like when People business owner and me as a business person guess what? I'm gonna need employees. So I'm not gonna say for individual but also too Even though I'm gonna need employees, but I'm also I want to teach my employees to have their own You know, yeah, I'm I want to make sure that they build a name their own family Make sure they build their own leaving their own legacy, you know, just don't work for me Just to work build your own build your own house, you know, there's there's a time where okay you're working for me but guess what now and Time that you want is you're not working for me now and you build your own you build your own stability You build your own, you know, like even like with, you know, podcasted like we got editors or whatever. That's what You should start a podcast. You should do your own thing But that is if because we don't want people just to do things because I somebody told them to do it And that's the purpose of this episode. Yes. Yes have your vision Do it if if it's in line with your purpose and vision Yes, do it if it's in line with with with where you want to go. Mm-hmm. Don't do things out of obligation No, no and but here's the thing. Oh out of desperation. Yes, I agree with you But that was just a example that I was given though But the thing the goal was is even though you're working for me, but still you got you gonna build your own I'm not gonna tell you. Oh, I'm not you know, be yes be loyal to me for 20 30 years But why are you loyal to me also build your own stuff? Once you find out what yeah once you did that's growth That's that's double portion you working for someone now. You're also building your own tape You're building your own table You're building your own platform, you know, and this is why I'm when you when you when you when you're working for somebody You look if you find you have a vision of where you want to be Where you want to go and what you need and what you don't need so that okay, you know what You while you're building your table if you got to take a course You go take a course If you need to go back to school you go back to school If you need different automations and different softwares and different things You get what you need to get to so that you need to fulfill your vision You know, because you're doing you need different tools to fulfill your vision You know, and so like even like you know, and and this is a great time That to let you know if you're an inspire your entrepreneur and you want to grow your business You want learn more about business. You want to be a instructor your business You don't know where to start.
