Článek Jany Zborovské. Česká republika má svou historicky teprve druhou Miss World. V indické Bombaji korunku vybojovala studentka práv Krystyna Pyszková (25) a gratulace už jí, prozatím alespoň virtuálně, poslala i Taťána Kuchařová, která titul vybojovala před osmnácti lety.
Pětadvacetiletá rodačka z Třince se stala novou Miss World. Krystyna Pyszková zvítězila v soutěži Miss Czech Republic před dvěma lety a na světové finále si musela počkat. Ačkoli se mělo konat už v květnu loňského roku, nakonec se posunulo téměř o rok. A měnilo se i místo konání – místo původních Spojených arabských emirátů se světové finále odehrálo v Indii.
