So scrape your claws together and make some chilling noise. Come on boys. Boom, the boys are back and folks, it is time. It's time to talk case state Colorado. It's time to talk a little big eight rivalry. Or not rivalry. I don't know. I'm not going to tell you what to feel. But I'm excited for this one. I'm nervous for this one. I am not mentally strong. I am getting a little BYU PTSD. Luckily, I'll be watching from home so no need to worry about experiencing it live. Not a ton of news to talk about before we jump into things. We will touch on this maybe a little bit on Thursday depending on how long the primer segments go. But case state was the number one team in the women's basketball coaches poll. Aokalee the pre-season player of the year just edging out Iowa state. Farmer get in on the court for both football. Not court football but on the grid iron for football for men's and women's basketball. I think this rivalry across all sports is approaching a fever pitch. It's going to be a massive one. When it comes to rankings, case state back inside the top 20 after a bi-week and a lot of madness going on. At 18th in the AP poll and sitting at 19 in the coaches poll. Other big 12 teams in the AP poll Iowa state sitting at 11. So we could see a top 10 Iowa state team next week. BYU at 14 Utah at 16. Don't tell me why Utah is in front of case state but whatever. Receiving votes Colorado receiving some votes. Texas Tech receiving some votes but that's it in the AP poll. Coaches poll Iowa state at 13. That's a little bit more realistic. BYU at 15 Utah at 17. Receiving votes we got Colorado with 16. Texas Tech with 8 Arizona with 12. It's kind of a wild one if you ask me. Arizona state with one vote and two lane with two. Alright look I think that if you win this one obviously you could be talking depending on what happens. Other wearing college football maybe top 15 after this one because it could be another wild week in college football. I will give a warning during this segment about the broadcast on Saturday so Mark Jones and Roddy Jones are doing the broadcast on ESPN. I'm warning you right now. If you have the ability to start and stop your TV do you have a TBR key and pause play whatever. Try your best to get it linked up with wide and stand on the radio whether it's via the varsity app or a regular radio. Because this is going to be as close to a Colorado broadcast as it can get. These two are grade A coach prime lover boys. They are a propaganda wing for coach Dion Sanders and the Colorado buffaloes. So if you don't like that you might want to try to get everything set up with the varsity app. I watch games usually if it's not over in antenna with the Roku app. So I'll be using the varsity app or the casates sports app. I'll try to get as close as I can. But it just is what it is. It is what it is. I will not be listening that though. I will have wide and stand whether or not I'm 30 seconds off or not. I will not be listening to those guys called the broadcast on Saturday. Now if we win and I rewatch it Sunday morning a few hours later. Okay then I'll give them a listen but those guys are horrible. Next week in Morgantown it is going to be a night game either on Fox or FS1. That determination will come after Saturday's games. I would think if both K-State and West Virginia win. Not I think I know it would be on Fox. If either team loses I think it will probably end up on Fox Sports 1. That's going to be the difference of like 1.5 to 2 million viewers. Probably not 2 million but probably 1.5 million viewers. If the game is on Fox you probably get 1.5, 1.8. If it's on FS1 no one is going to be watching that game. So if you care about that awesome if you don't that's fine too. Alright betting line if you care about that type of stuff. The betting line opened up around six and a half. It's all the way down at three and a half now. I've seen it bouncing anywhere between three and a half, four and a half, five and a half. So it's been a lot of movement but a lot of it lately as of recording on Tuesday evening. It is just falling towards three and a half. So if you're someone who follows that sort of stuff let me know what it means. I don't like it again. I'm kind of spazzing out folks. I'm not feeling great about this game so I'm kind of spazzing. We'll see how I'm feeling by the end of this episode when I have to pick a prediction. Before we get into Coach Klimans press conference we'll give a shout out to our friends over at Manhattan Brewing Company folks. There's always something going on at Manhattan Brewing Company. They always have so many great events going on. This week look what we'll start with Wednesday because this is when you're going to be listening to it. If you're a student or military want two dollars off everything on tap after six p.m. On Thursday they got the trivial zombies starting trivia at seven p.m. and jammin' Jamaican food truck at six p.m. 20% off for all teachers and school staff. Friday they're doing movie night at Wurham Hall with hocus pocus. They got weekend punch and patio vibes. The taste of Memphis is going to be there on Friday and Saturday. They'll have K-State Colorado on at the brewery starting at nine. And on Sunday they're going to have yoga at the brewery as well as happy hour pricing all day long. Two dollars off crawlers and four packs. They got beer moses and chill vibes all day long. They'll have NFL on the TVs. Also talk to your local liquor stores here in the great state of Kansas. Make sure they have Manhattan Brewing Company. You know I'll be tipping a few of those back for the late night kickoff. Verse Colorado on Saturday. Getting into Chris Klimans press conference. Talked about how the team was able to recharge mentally and physically gave the guys off Friday Saturday and Sunday before they got rolling back on Monday. Talked about how it was an interesting slate of college football results on Saturday. But that's what college football is. You better come with your A game otherwise you can lose any game you have. Talked about some of the things that are concerning and tough about going up against Colorado. A ton of praise foreshooter standards talking about how he should be the number one draft pick in the NFL. A draft next spring said hey there's nothing you can do to confuse a quarterback like that. Said that he anticipates a lot of man coverage and a lot of pressure coming from Colorado's defense. And he said that hey if we're going to have success on offense we have to find a way to beat that man coverage and keep running the ball even when they stack the box. So much praise and this wasn't just Chris Klimans the players as well. There's just a lot of praise for Travis Hunter talking about how they've never seen anyone like him. You know since he's been coaching college football talks about how he plays so well on both sides of the ball. He's a dynamic player he says hey there's some guys who might be you know a gadget on both sides or guys that can just be you know mediocre or just be a role player on both sides. He said that Travis Hunter is one of the best players in the conference on both offense and defense. When breaking down should your Sanders game he talks about how he does a great job scrambling to throw. He keeps his eyes down field but when he does take off he is going to pick up yardage and he can hurt you if he does decide to take off running. Some great news when it comes to injuries. It sounds like Uso is going to be able to go talked about how he really his progress has been encouraging and he said that he has a shot to go on Saturday later he kind of talked about how more of we're going to have him but it's a matter of is he full go is he on a snap count all that type stuff. So I'm pumped about that when it happened I was worried that we lost Uso for the season but the fact he may not even miss a game that is absolutely awesome. Said that the game will come down to three things turnover battle red zone and third down obviously look that you know every time we do keys to be I want to just be like when the turnover battle score touchdowns all this type of stuff I mean it makes football sound more simple than it actually is but I would imagine that there has never been a time I shouldn't say this because there's definitely been a time but I would say what 95% of the time if you're the better team in the red zone if you're the better team on third down and you win the turnover battle I would say very rarely are you going to lose the game of football so that will be front of mind might be making an appearance during the keys to be but again those are pretty basic coach climbing but hey you're not wrong you're not wrong if I could lock in three things that were not the score those might be the three things I lock in said that they are going to change the schedule for playing these late night games said that they're going to change some stuff around on Friday change some stuff around on Saturday but ultimately it's going to come down to you know what happens when you are between between the white lines and the whistle goes so look I have no idea I don't think he he's going to tell us what the changes are you know from what they did in Provo what they're going to do in Boulder as it comes to the schedule from on Friday and Saturday but those are one of those nerdy things I would love to know I really would love to know tons of praise for Colorado's passing him as it should be he says that hey you can't put all your effort into stopping one guy you can't afford to just focus in on even two guys he says they have four guys that can really hurt you which is very true says that he expects Colorado to show some new things on offense as well but that just means that we have to stay true to the principles of the defense. Is that a question about how important it is to score on those early scripted drives and Chris come to say hey yeah it's very important to manufacture points and most importantly touchdowns on those early drives please the way they've started drives but you need to sustain it like they did versus Oklahoma State he then goes on to talk about how possessions are down in all of college football and really you can't ever be in a situation where you're wasting possessions and I think that's true asked about the success in the running game he says that hey our identity right now is DJ Ginens which I think that is true but he then gives a lot of credit to the offensive line says hey the threat of avering the threat of Dylan Edwards and how well the tight ends and wide receivers are doing blocking downfield as well as the offensive line that's what really opens up the running game and I think that's so true again Dylan Edwards has gets a really have a massive game I think it's coming I think we're going to see it in one of these three games whether it's Colorado West Virginia or KU I think he's going to have like a 120 150 yard game from scrimmage it's rushing and receiving yards together maybe another multi-tea touchdown game as well because he truly does have that home run of the ability and that's why he demands so much attention I think that has opened up stuff for DJ Ginens when they're both out on the field and I think we're only going to continue to see more of that as the season goes on the same goes for Avery I think that that really has helped out DJ Ginens quite a bit said that he's not expecting Brayden Lofton back that's maybe a week or two away from if you get him back for the KU game I think that should be a good target again that's something I said from the jump when it came to him but you know the tight ends have been playing well has not been a devastating so far again you got to stay healthy with the guys you got but you have a lot of playable tight ends and it's been exciting to see how well they've been two final things talked about how Dylan he says that hey we know Dylan's going to be excited to go back to Colorado so a lot of friends still a lot of brothers on that team it's always a little bit more special for a player or coach when you're going up against a team where you have previous relationships and you used to be at as a school and honestly I'm glad he said that you know I think Chris climbing he always talks about how oh it's just just a game every game is the same look in a perfect world yes and I want my coach to say that most of the time but I'm glad he admitted because it would just be rolling if you try to say oh it's just another game for Dylan it's no I guarantee he's going to want this one a little bit more and I hope he gets a chance I hope he gets a couple highlight plays and I hope it's in a winning effort for K state final thing and I loved hearing this talking about guys who had a good bye week who usually are doing scout team some praise for Blake Barnett talk about how it was so much fun watching during the bye week because he was not healthy during the spring and saw some really good things look I think Blake Barnett could be a dude I think Blake Barnett really could be the guy who follows Avery Johnson which those are going to be massive shoes to fill whenever the time comes but I think Blake Barnett is someone who can be a big time player in the big 12 when his time comes whether you're ordering wings for the game whipping up a seven layer dip or ordering pizza there's something about football that makes you want to eat and this football season uber eats has the best deals on game day food no matter what you're craving from two for one pizza to buy one get one wings Willis Austin more Damian Ila Leo and Hadley panzer Avery went about eight minutes up the podium got three four minutes from the other guys talked about again all the guys that they're not going to give Colorado any bolts and board material the Colorado fans and I think it's more the coach prime fans and the Colorado fans they've been finding episodes I want to give a shout to our friend Jimmy him talking about the match up with Colorado on the on the case online YouTube page it was sure found by Colorado fans and they they were not very nice they were not very nice so and you're not going to hear that from me on this show and you weren't getting any of that from players just talked about how good Colorado was and said that you know beating Colorado would mean something because they are a good team but he says hey we can't be taking another conference loss he was also Avery was also asked about Dylan Edwards and he said hey you know this is probably a game that Dylan wants as well but and then he he did do the you know hey ultimately though we have to look at this like any other week again that's what Avery is going to say I thought it was refreshing that Chris Klein and said that the way he did look I you know especially if case it is able to take care of business the next two weeks that game versus K you on homecoming regardless of what where K you is on you know their own personal journey what their record is that game is going to mean a lot and Chris call him and that that'll be the one where he does say nope you know I know means off to the fans but also just another game whether that's true or not that that is the persona they put out there. He did talk about how he took some time away from football and just had reset he did watch some college football he's able to see his grandparents and his family back in Wichita was funny that Avery did say when he does watch a college football or NFL that he can't really watch as a fan anymore he's you know saying oh we do something like that and oh maybe we should add that so he really is all business all the time when he's watching football. I praise again for Travis Hunter talking about how he's one of the highest in favorites for a reason he's able to do it on both sides of the ball and he's amazing. And then talking about you know Colorado talks about how they love to bring the pressure and they need to prepare for that and they need to figure out how to get the ball out of his hands early identified early etc. And then again a lot of praise for DJ Get-In's Connor Riley in the offensive line talking about opening up the running game as well so Avery Absolute Pro at the podium as always. Carver Willis talking about how it's going to mean a lot to play in his home state not necessarily because it's Colorado but just being able to be back in Colorado for the first time in his college career. Said it'll be a fun environment so it'll be similar to TCU because their student section is going to get a lot more personal than BYU's did which I thought was a funny call out probably very accurate. Talked about how BYU was a tough game and a lot of the factors can be avoidable for the Colorado game. Carver I hope that is true. I hope that's true. We'll just leave it at that and keep moving on. Austin Moore says it's a little weird playing and seeing so many teams and new stadiums but that was part of the draw that brought him back for this season. When asked what stands out about Colorado's offense talked about how many weapons again they have so many weapons especially a pass catcher it's it's going to be it's going to be a tall task. Said that guys are feeling good coming out of the bye week and they're excited to get back out there for practice. And then it said hey when playing Schruger Sanders says that everyone needs to say assignment sound especially if you have contained you can't get too hungry for sacks because then you're going to break contained he's going to be able to get loose. Damian the Manhattan Mall are talking about how there's going to be a lot of national media attention but they only need to focus on what's going on inside of their locker room not even family just focus on what's going on inside the locker room. And then talked about how explosive Colorado is and again talking about best player in college football and Travis Hunter and best quarterback in the league with Sanders. Look I don't know if I've ever heard K states players talk so highly about the opponent. It might be because Colorado their social media team their fans they are watching everything that is said on Twitter on YouTube on podcasts on radios all this type of stuff. So I think it's a good move move I truly do Hadley Panzer talked about how they got into some Colorado stuff last week but the big thing was letting bodies heal up. Then also said hey I went over Colorado is just another win for the big 12 and with their ultimate goal ging to our own 10. So again I thought that the players all handled things very professionally I like where their heads were at. I'm definitely far more nervous I'm far more worked up than they are which is what you want. You don't want your team to be on edge you don't want your team to have any of that anxious energy. We'll leave that with the fans and for better or worse I definitely am carrying some of that with me right now. Before we get into what I'm looking for what's on the line we'll give the shots our friends over at Charlie hustle. Guys you guys you've heard me talk you guys have heard me talk so much about Charlie hustle I just want to bring up a DM that I got I don't want to give it all away. No need to dox anyone but I did get a DM from a loyal bone head and I just want to read parts of it. You know he ordered a hoodie there there's something wrong with it and he reached out to Charlie hustles team and said hey I know I bought this on clearance. Here's the issue I had with it can you send me a new one and Charlie hustle was like hey look you know we're sorry is defective pick anything you want and we'll replace it and they did. Again Charlie hustle has some of the best customer service along with the best gear and then he said hey it's the most comfortable hoodie he's ever bought. So you're knowing how to take my word for it again one of your fellow bone heads absolutely speaking the truth about Charlie hustle. They have some great stuff in their Kansas City baseball collection some great stuff in their Kansas City football collection beyond just the best looking most comfortable officially licensed case state gear in the market. I'll be rocking and I have been rocking Charlie hustle for some playoff baseball and you know on Saturday I'm going to be wearing one of my lucky crew next sweatshirts even though it's going to still be popping up into 80 get a little bit toasty a little bit on Saturday. But by kickoff time right here in Shawnee Kansas is going to be perfect weather, perfect football weather even though I'm just going to be watching on TV so I'll be rocking Charlie hustle you should as well. And since we're in October that means our next giveaway is right around the corner so make sure you're following Bosco's boys and Charlie hustle on Twitter. All right let's get into what I'm looking for what's on the line. One of the big things I'm looking for will start on offense is how Casey it's going to combat how many guys call her out brings up in the box. And I think an obvious passing situations they are going to bring a ton of pressure and these things make me a little bit nervous I think that if Casey it's going to have success. We're going to have to find ways to break big big runs look if you can play assignment sound if you can get a you know offensive lineman up on a back or even up on a safety it does allow the potential for big home run type of plays. I do think versus stack boxes if you want to get the running game going and you're going to have to get a little power going I think you're going to have to get some read option going. Because look if they identify a zone run early they can overload and it's going to be tough even for a guy like DJ to have the sort of production that he typically does. I think we are approaching a situation despite Avery Johnson having a pretty good game throwing the ball at least so far for his case state career. I think we're going to see teams put eight nine guys in the box go man on man on the outside and say hey look if you can if you can run through this congrats. I think you can beat us passing so I don't I don't want to get in those situations I want to find a way to get creative in the running game again I think this is where read options going to come into play even some of that triple option we saw it in Oklahoma State with the read traditional read option to DJ get ins and then you're running speed option to the boundary with Dylan and that was a very fun play versus Oklahoma State and I think we're going to have to see some more of that sort of stuff in the first Colorado I believe we saw that time or two versus BYU and I think one of the times was pretty successful as well. So I think in the running game you're going to have to do a lot of read option I think you're going to have to do some power getting some pulling schemes with the centers and guards. I think you're going to have to do that which will set up play action later in the game and then when the time comes look you're going to have to you're going to have to you know connect on some deep balls again they have a another athletic secondary sounds like Shiloh Sanders is going to be back so they're getting one of their starting defensive backs back. So look when you get the opportunity whether they're looking in the back field on play action and get a chance over the top you got to take advantage of it. The next thing I'm going to be looking for truly is ball security if you look at that UCF game they were able to get it done because they forced four turnovers. When you look at what they did versus Colorado State they forced turnovers. When they look at the Baylor game they forced a major turnover on Baylor to help force that over time. When Colorado has success on defense a lot of that has to do with them finding a way to turn the ball over. We've seen back to back games now of Avery Johnson making you know some pretty bad interceptions. Two of them versus BYU and then the one last Saturday I guess a week from last Saturday versus Oklahoma State. Very bad. You cannot be doing that for Colorado. You can't give them short field. You cannot set them up to be a home run score possession. So that is going to be so important. I'm going to have my eyes on it and again they have linebackers who love to try to punch the ball out. They're trying to put a hat on the on the carrier trying to knock that ball out. So again ball security is going to be massive massive massive in this one. I'm going to the other side of the ball something that I'm watching out for. Look Sanders is is completing 70% of the passes. 14 touchdowns only three interceptions and look they've thrown the ball 199 times. They've run the ball 35 times and of the 135 excuse me so they pass 199 they're running 135 and among the 135 runs 18 of them are sacks. A handful of those are quarterback runs and a handful of those are quarterback meals. I mean look they they are dropping back at I mean god I should have done the math before I started recording but this is one of the most pass happy teams in the conference. Again when we've had our mistakes so far this season coming from secondary miscommunication safety miscommunication not passing guys off. I am worried I am very worried about the secondary in this game. They have four guys who all are over 250 yards hunter horn western shepherd and they all have over 17 catches. You know wester and hunter have five and six touchdowns respectively all four of these guys are dangerous. And look make no mistake about Dion Shadir Travis hunter a lot of them have said previous to this week I haven't heard anything this week a lot of nice things about Dylan Edwards you know they're on Twitter they weren't trying to start anything when Dylan Edwards answered away but make no mistake about it they're going to want to send a message. And I want and I want to be able to see Dylan have a big game I want to see him match their juice and I want to see him go off that would be a lot of fun. But I am worried about you know then going all in on this game. And then when I look at the game script of this look I think it's going to be important to get up early now Colorado's had some comebacks and of course Kato is combustible in any given game if things start going way on them. And I definitely don't want to be put in a situation where we're having to toss the ball around the field to make up a deficit case it's going to be at their best if we get the running game going if we can get an early lead and if we can really juice out of the clock and really you know take care of business you know if we could see 150 yards from DJ another 100 from Avery you know 60 from Dylan if we have a you know what would that be like a 300 yard rushing game that would be massive I mean sign me up again I don't care how it happens by hook or crookie got to get out of there with a win I don't care if that continues to propel the narrative that K state can't pass the ball if that if we're having to deal with that fine I'll deal with it but I just want to get up early and then just squeeze the life out of the ball similar to the way Nebraska was able to do it and again look I'll be dialed in on the mentality and how they handle things there will be some sort of early adversity that strikes any guy see how they handle it I'll be watching from home and stuff in the stadium so it'll be tougher to pick up on the game I guarantee the coaches I guarantee the players are way more mentally strong than I am when it comes this one because I'm going to be a nervous wreck for this game I don't feel great I'm final thing and again it's going to come down to penalties Colorado gets flagged quite a bit case safe we can play a clean game I think that's going to give you a ton of hitting guards in that aspect of the game so knock on what it plays out like that what's on the line for this one look it's it's the path to Arlington there's going to be you know I don't see a scenario as long as K state wins out we're going to be in Arlington I think there's a good chance hell I think there's a decent chance we dropped this game versus Colorado West Virginia next week is going to be a dogfight obviously Iowa state to end the regular season going to be a tough one as well so you don't want to be put in a situation where you are dependent on other teams helping you out in tiebreaker situations and killing off games you have to find a way to win this one and winning this game look it's going to take away the narrative of being bad on the road case it's being you know being bad off of the bye week which those are very very very prevalent you know talking points right now case it has not been good on the road case it has not been good coming off of the bye I think it's going to be a good way to win this game so I think there's a good way to win this game so I think there's a good way to win this game is going to be a good way to win this game is going to be a good way to win this game is going to be a better game but that's a narrative and if you want to kind of shut those narratives up at least you know the road game narrative for a week before you go to West Virginia you got to get this done and look I don't ultimately think that there's going to be any team with three losses so you have to take care of business obviously Texas Tech Iowa State BYU Colorado all these teams are in front of you right now and you have to start picking off some of the bad guys if you want to be playing in that game again I already talked about the narratives about playing on the road playing in these night games coming off of a bye week I don't know if it's fair or not but there's a pattern there absolutely is a pattern and you really need to kick it and look what I think really doesn't matter but again I'm nervous because of that pattern I absolutely can't stand it now the other thing and look I'm not a big coach prime guy I'm not a big Dion Sanders guy I don't hate him but look it's tough it's tough to be in the orbit of Dion Sanders and if he goes three and if he gets a five and one if he gets a top 20 win look that that train is never never going back to the station that's going to take off like rocket fuel so if you want to avoid that you got to take care of business and then the final thing look top 20 playing on Fox versus FS one having national media paying attention it's not gonna change anything overnight but it sure does help when you play your best when the most eyes are on you so if you don't know if you don't know if you're gonna get these two V if we're gonna get things done and make me sound like an absolute coward the first one is dominating the trenches you can't simply just be better you have to dominate in the trenches this is Colorado's biggest weakness when I look at him is the offensive and defensive lines if we're going to you know give into what we believe that those are also some of the biggest strengths you have to have a big night going head to head amongst the big men number two be successful running the ball look the passing game looked good versus Oklahoma state and we're gonna have to make gain or plays in the passing game DJ has been electric Avery's legs are still the most dangerous weapon we have and I know Dylan can be a home run hitter get these three going it's going to open stuff up amongst the wide receivers amongst the tight ends especially in the play action I think it's gonna allow for big plays especially in the middle with the tight ends or to running backs doing a little wheel route on the outside I think it really does even if they're stacking the box even if they're trying they're damned is to take away the running game I think that if you're able to run the damn ball against them it's gonna be a good night the next one keep the passing game in front of you similar to Arizona for feed on team act they got their stats if should do Sanders and Travis Hunter get their stats but you're not giving up a ton of 20 yard plays if you're not allowing for explosive touchdowns if you can keep everything in front of you and again do the typical bend but don't break you know try to get a turnover try to force them to turn the ball over on downs force them to field goals force them to punt after picking up a couple first downs that is going to be absolutely massive for this defense keeping them in front of you and then the final one I hinted at this earlier don't let that crowd snowball on you this will not be a perfect game everything will not go you know to plan but when it doesn't when those moments arise can you stop it in its tracks can you not allow can you stop the crowd from really allowing things to just take over you just avalanche on top of you we saw it happen in Provo it is my biggest hang up it is what I saw up in Utah and we're playing another late night game in front of a near sold out crowd in the mountains you just cannot have that can't have it happen again next we'll get to picks to click I am going with Avery Johnson look you can't have him spiral like we did well like we saw vs BYU you got to get the legs going when the time comes when the bell is told you have to answer you have to make big plays when they present passing look he is this team superstar I know Chris Conant said the identity was is DJ Giddens he has been the best player on the field Avery Johnson's the most talented player he's the most important player and this is one of the biggest games of the season it is the biggest game of the season when you want to talk about eyeballs on this team so can he step up when the lights are the brightest I hope so and we're going to need them to so I got Avery Johnson being my first pick to click my second one is Marquis Segal look when it comes to making massive plays we're going to need someone in the secondary to do it and he has that mentality of I want to go make that play the secondary has had a rough time communicating he needs to be the guy to step up he needs to be the leader it's a second year in the secondary Chris Conant talked about how he might be the best safety he's ever coached it's time for Marquis Segal to answer the bell and play the way we know he can and lead that secondary especially that safety room the way we hope he can because if he doesn't again it's going to be a long night should your Sanders one of the best quarterbacks in college football Travis 100 the best player in college football here I am sounding like I took maybe a training from the veneer family football complex but I think that's all true and they will hit you for some massive plays as well as those other three guys for a Colorado horn weathers blanking on the fourth one but again they have four guys four guys who are going to be NFL type of players so again you need to you need to step up and you need to have a big game if you're Marquis Segal so again four keys to V are dominate in the strength and the trenches run the damn ball I keep the passing game in front of you and don't let the crowd snowball on you the picks to click for this game are Avery Johnson and Marquis Segal let's get into the game picks you know I went I went rogue the last week I had a lot of you know out of left field predictions and got one of them right but that's really it so I went eight and seven the boneheads went 12 and three bringing it to 52 23 for me 51 24 for the boneheads so it is back neck and neck right we got all the big 12 games plus a lot of other games look I did not put red river on here no effort 2024 but F those guys as long as I'm doing this show I'm I don't want to pick Texas Oklahoma F those guys so that did not make the list but we have some fun games on here we got ESPN Friday night lights Utah at Arizona boneheads have Utah bit Arizona State excuse me Utah at Arizona State boneheads have Utah big I have Utah as well I still think they're a good team even without cameraizing if cameraizing plays again I still think that they should be considered one of the favorites to get to Arlington but let's see if it happens if he doesn't play in this one I think it might be time to start just moving on from the idea of cameraizing playing game this season Cincinnati at UCF boneheads have UCF I have them as well but man they're on the verge of just packing up and calling it a night they lose this game versus Cincinnati look I was a I still am a big guest models on guy and you know I thought KJ Jefferson was gonna have a big season but folks you could see an absolutely massive collapse in central Florida if they don't take care of this one big noon is coming to town for Arizona at BYU although it is being played at 3 o'clock in the afternoon boneheads have BYU in a close one I'm going Arizona again I'm not a BYU believer they have been like the luckiest team in college football when you're looking at some of the advanced stats in the games they've played I'm gonna say that their luck runs out in Arizona wins an afternoon game in Provo Utah I would stay at West Virginia boneheads have Iowa State that might have been aided a little bit by some Iowa State fans finding that poll but it was a close one I'm going with West Virginia similar to BYU so Iowa State has won some lucky games again they look they Dave Orandon needs to be fired they very well could have won that game on the road in Ames last week I would say had to get incredibly lucky to be a very mid Iowa team they only scored 20 points I'm still not a believer in Iowa State maybe it's because I'm a hater I mean I definitely am a hater but I'm going with West Virginia and I think hopefully knock on wood that could be creating a massive showdown Morgantown next week College game day is heading to Eugene Oregon for Ohio State at Oregon boneheads have Ohio State ongoing with the Ducks quack quack Ole Miss at LSU close one this is we had 251 49 games this is the first one boneheads going with Ole Miss I am too probably should take the other way of the 50-50 game but I'm not going to Penn State at USC I'm going Penn State I think it's gonna be a spicy one boneheads also had Penn State Cal at Pitt again this is another one where it's a 51 49 game boneheads going with the Cal Berkeley Golden Bears I'm going with Pitt look I don't think Cal's that good I don't think Pitt's any good but I'm gonna go with the home team in this one we got midweek football it is back on Tuesday we got a conference USA game today as you're listening we also got some some that we got New Mexico State going to Jax State boneheads and I both have Jax State I think the I think they're the Game Cocks I think it's the Jacksonville State Game Cocks with all their branding being JAX State but we're both rolling with the Jax State Game Cocks I think I think that's who they are Washington State at Fresno State I think it's gonna be a fun game boneheads have Washington State I do too but like I said like the Bulldogs from the Valley could be spicy I think it's gonna be a ton of spicy games this week college football is in its spicy era we got Vanderbilt at Kentucky boneheads have Kentucky relatively big I do too I think Kentucky wins by 17 or more I think Kentucky wins big and I think Alabama fans are just gonna be hating themselves Washington at Iowa boneheads have Iowa I have Washington I think both themes are mid I actually hate that I have Washington I want to switch it if I'm being honest but we don't differ in a lot of games but you know it is what it is boneheads we got Marshall at Georgia State again I think look we're doing these games because I wasn't I was not going to pick Red River I just wasn't going to bone boneheads have Marshall excuse me I do too a little bit of hiccups probably should edit it but whatever this is a rogue show we're not doing it Syracuse at NC State again I'm not I'm not gonna do it I'm not gonna do Red River boneheads have Syracuse beating NC State on the road so do I then here's the game we've all been waiting for it gonna be chugging caffeine K-State in an after dark game at Colorado boneheads have K-State 94% my super specific prediction is Uso makes a big play and goes viral for the celebration dance and then my score prediction is also going to be super specific I got K-State 31 Colorado 30 I have Colorado scoring late in the game less than 15 seconds I have them going for two I have them converting thinking that they're about to win the game it is called off due to a holding penalty and then it moves back they then kick a P-A-T and then they missed the point after and K-State wins in regulations of K-State 31 Colorado 30 absolutely nervous for this game let me know your predictions send me some stuff to calm me down because look I'm not going to pick K-State to lose it's no fun to you know pick your school to lose but man I'm nervous for this one.
