AP News, I'm Ed Donnicky. Donald Trump has another trial coming up in New York, but the AP Shelley Adler reports he wants a delay. Trump wants to delay his March 25th Hush Money trial until the Supreme Court rules on the presidential immunity claims he raised in another of his criminal cases. Lawyers for the former president have asked Manhattan judge Juan Mershon to adjourn the New York criminal trial indefinitely until Trump's immunity claim in his election interference case is resolved. The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments in that case April 25th, which is a month after the scheduled start of jury selection in the Hush Money case. I'm Shelley Adler. Near Detroit, a school counselor testified the parents of a school shooter declined to take their son home hours before the attack, leaving instead with a list of mental health providers after being presented with his violent drawings and disturbing messages. Sean Hopkins was optimistic following the meeting. My hope is that they were going to take him and either take him to get help or even just to take him to let's have a good day. Let's have a day where we just spend time with you, where we are with you. But later, four people were shot and killed at Oxford High School. The father of the shooter, James Crumbly, is accused of failing to secure a gun at home and ignoring signs of Ethan Crumbly's mental distress. Hopkins also said they didn't tell him about the gun James just bought with his son. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Marsha Fudge says she's resigning effective March 22nd and is leaving with mixed emotions. Lots of changes in the NFL. Quarterback Kirk Cousins is leaving Minnesota for Atlanta, landing another big contract. Sources tell the AP, the Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to contracts with former New York Giants running back Saquan Barkley and New York Jets defensive end Bryce Huff. This is AP News. Ukraine awoke to another day of war with Russia, but also a bit of good news. A journalist won the country's first Oscar about the opening days of the war. The film, "20 Days in Maruyupo" by associate press journalist Mr. Slurf Chernoff, won the best documentary. Chernoff says he's probably the first director to which he'd never made the film and that he'd exchanged his statuette for Russia not attacking Ukraine. The award was applauded at home for its message that Chernoff had amplified from one of the world's biggest stages. I'm Charles Teleterzmann. Also from the Oscars, John Cena was not exactly naked. Vanity Fair published photos of Cena backstage that show him wearing a flesh-colored garment covering his rear end and private parts. Cena had come onto the stage holding a strategically placed envelope as part of a gag with Jimmy Kimmel about a "streaker" hitting the Oscar stage in 1974. I'm Ed Donahue, AP News. Hello, Saver!
