Former President Donald Trump's Hush Money trial is supposed to start March 25th in New York, but Trump's lawyers are asking for a delay until the Supreme Court rules on the presidential immunity claims he raised in another of his criminal cases. Trump contends he is immune from prosecution for conduct alleged to involve official acts during his time as president. In New Hampshire today, President Biden talked about what if Donald Trump wins in November. If he gets elected, he's publicly stated. He'd repeal, try to repeal every single thing we've done so far. 15 million new jobs, 800,000 manufacturing jobs that go on and on. Donald Trump says he still thinks TikTok is a national security threat, but he's against banning it. Here's the AP, Sagar McGonny. Trump tells CNBC's Squawk Box banning TikTok would help rival Facebook, which he's still blasting over its role during the 2020 election he lost, in which he calls an enemy of the people. Federal officials have warned TikTok's owner could share user data with the Chinese government. The app has become a major issue in this election. Most of its 170 million users in the U.S. skew younger. A demographic both parties are desperately trying to court. The Biden campaign officially joined TikTok last month, though the president's banned the app on federal devices and on Friday, endorsed legislation that could lead to its ban to say pass it all signed. Federal investigators are again searching a trouble women's prison in California in an apparent escalation of a year's long sexual abuse investigation that led to previous charges against a former warden and other employees. They both pleaded not guilty to new obstruction of justice charges in a rewritten indictment returned last week against the New Jersey Democrat and his wife in Manhattan federal court. The couple charged with conspiring with three business men to accept bribes of gold bars, cash and a luxury car in return for the senator's health and projects pursued by the businessmen. A trial is scheduled for May. Menendez has said he will not resign. Julie Walker, New York.
