President Biden says Hurricane Milton could be the worst storm to hit Florida in a century. Speaking from the White House, Biden said personnel and assets are on the ground in Florida and he's declared an emergency in the state. He said he'll be in constant contact with local leaders all night as Milton makes landfall. Biden encouraged people to evacuate if they can. At this point, evacuation is probably difficult. So I encourage people to look for safer shoulder. Sometimes moving just a few miles can be the difference between life and death. Milton is now a Category 3 storm with winds at about 125 miles per hour. It's being called a catastrophic hurricane and will be extremely dangerous.
