The National Hurricane Center says Milton is a catastrophic category for Hurricane and will be extremely dangerous when it hits Florida's Central Coast either tonight or early Thursday. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis warns Milton is going to be challenging. If you are in the path of this storm, you are most likely going to lose power. So just prepare for that. But there are 50,000 power crews pre-positioned in Florida to get restoration efforts underway as soon as Milton passes. Chief of Emergency Services for Sarasota County Sandra Tech-Fumini on how much more time there is to evacuate. But we're giving it maybe another hour or two at the very most and then really it's just going to be safer for you to shelter in place. If you're on a multi-level building, make sure that you're elevated up and evacuating vertically. If that's the only option that you have.
