Today, we're going to do a deep dive into selling custom print-on-demand products on my favorite marketplace, Amazon, to really capitalize on the fourth quarter sales rush. Now, if you didn't know, you can join a program called Amazon Custom. That requires a Seller Central account, which is what you should have if you're selling print-on-demand products on Amazon. With Amazon Custom and Seller Central, you can sell custom personalized products on Amazon. Now, it's not required, but it is heavily recommended that you can use Hello Custom's new Amazon integration. I'll link to that in the description because they have a lifetime deal running right now. You can essentially automate the customization process, which is, I think, why a lot of print-on-demand sellers shy away from offering this, which, of course, presents opportunity to people like me and you. Today, we're going to be focused more on researching what are the best-selling customizable products on Amazon that we can sell as print-on-demand sellers. Let's get to it. Let's dive straight into the research. We're going to be using my favorite tool, Sellersprite, for the purpose of this video. Wait till you see how valuable their product research module is for these purposes. We're going to get so many good ideas for various types of custom products in minutes, literally. Don't be intimidated by how many ways you can use the product research tool. We're going to use all the defaults up here, so Marketplace, United States, Month, leave it at 30 days, don't do any of the presets, scroll down. There's a lot of ways to use this. All we really need is right over my shoulder where it says include keywords. I've already typed in custom coffee mug. We'll start with coffee mugs, right? Now default is usually broad match. We're going to do phrase match. Now, I'm going to hit search now, and wait until you see, it's going to put all of the best-selling products from Sellersprite's massive product database. It's going to look for custom coffee mugs and put them right here in front of us, ordered from best-seller to not selling as well as the best-seller. You see, the top row is custom photo and text, your photo and text, custom photo text, your image and/or text. A lot of the first ones, of course, are going to be very broad, as expected, I would think. That's kind of tough to break into, though, with new listings, so typically, if I'm going to go into that sort of an opportunity, I might have a specific buyer in mind and optimize my SEO around it. I may say something that seems kind of silly, like custom coffee mug for boys, custom coffee mug for men, as separate listings that really hone in on those SEO, like those search engine optimizations, with the keywords, with how the initial product listing speaks to the person that's buying it. That's just my recommendation, because it's not easy to rank on really broad keywords, so having a specific target customer in mind, I think, is a really good idea. You can see custom photo, custom text, custom photo, custom text. This one says custom text, image, or logo printed on both sides. Some of these listings show all of the different mug colors that are available as well. We can continue scrolling, so a lot of them are pretty broad, and I guess that makes sense. Also, these letters, with a floral print pattern on top of them, seem to be popular. It may not be a coffee mug, but it doesn't mean that that wouldn't sell on a coffee mug. We can check out page two just for fun before we switch to a different product type. Okay, a trick or treat coffee mug, where you just put the name below an image of a Halloween themed, what is that, like wizards and pumpkins. Over here, you've got kind of a fall inspired witch hat wearing sloth with the name. So it seems like the name personalization, very popular on mugs, at least with the Halloween theme. Spooky vibes, Sofia, so the name again. A lot of these just seem like they're, you know, AI generated, maybe mid-journey, removed the background, Halloween hat, you know, witch hat on top of different animals, and then add the name customization, by the way, take note of how they do the design. It does look like, you know, when they add that text, they've got a little bit of like a orange to yellow gradient, kind of matching the vibe you get with fall with Halloween. Of course, it's the orange on the black mug, even the color of the mug. We can offer any color mug that your production partner has. So a lot of the black mug seems to be popular with fall with Halloween, et cetera. Okay, so I actually pulled up this page that Amazon maintains with custom products, so that we could get inspiration of what we could potentially, you know, sell. So for instance, we could click holiday, okay? And what do you know, we have a tote bag first thing. So why don't we come back up here to sell a sprite, watch how easy this is. Delete coffee mug. I'm going to type in tote bag, and then I'm going to search. So now we're looking for custom tote bags. Why not? Why wouldn't we offer custom tote bags? So the first one, just says bride, I don't even know how that's customizable. Next one says Jane, oh, I guess the word bride could be different, right, or you could add a name. It looks like the name customization, very, very popular. Anybody that's sold custom products in the past probably knows that that's one of the most popular customizations and just in general the ability to add an image, which Amazon makes really easy to do by the way. Amazon supports a lot of different customizations. Yeah, so we're looking at different types of bags. Let's see. We got, add your designs, add your photo, different color bags, you know, the names. This one actually looks embroidered, printful, if you guys didn't know, does have a lot of embroidery options. That can be a nice way of commanding a higher price point and standing out just a little bit. So tote bags, nothing really too exciting so far, but definitely a lot of potential. Jumping back over here, the cutting boards, I mean, I don't necessarily, I haven't looked that hard for cutting boards, but I'm sure somebody probably offers them custom cutting board. Let's see what pops up here. Home is where my mom is, love, and then the kids names, I love that one. The other one just says personalized cutting board looks like family names. Let's see, the girl father, and then it's got the kids names, Mackenzie of 19, 2019. What does that say? M Mackenzie class of 2019, maybe, is that like a typo? Something different, you know, events, new home, new adventures, new memories. So that's for a new home, you know, cutting board as a gift for new home. Write that down as a niche to optimize around because people do move into new homes in the fourth quarter. Chip and Peter. So I guess that's like a wedding or something. This one says the Williams, Emily and James Williams. So again, you can do like a really big letter like that and essentially like have the family name in the middle of it cut out the middle of the letter letter. I think that looks great and that works for all 26 letters in the alphabet. Jumping back over here, custom puzzles, okay, custom puzzles. That's an easy, easy, low hanging fruit. So custom puzzle, let's check that out. And this is, I mean, obviously you're going to have to offer the image customization. I don't know if I would even dare offering anything more than that, but why not, right? And then if you need ideas for how to like frame your custom puzzle, primary photo, you know, seller sprites got you here. We're looking at some of the best sellers, you know, right here in terms of print on demand, you know, make sure it's something you can fulfill. That whole first row looks safe, but when you get down to like these types of things, not really looking like print on demand to me, but custom puzzles, that's easy. Why not launch a few listings? Custom T shirts right there in the top right corner, you know, custom, that honestly looked to me like family vacation shirts. So custom family vacation shirt. I don't know if custom is the right word, it might be matching. So that might be something that we have to go back. Okay. No, seller sprite figured it out. A lot of people infringing on Disney though, I am not that bold. So I would not be caught selling the Disney stuff, but in terms of what's selling, I mean, you're getting a nice little insight right here. Here's one that doesn't look like it's infringing on anything. It just has like that university style font with the established and the year and it's got the name in big across the top. And then it's got the location of, I guess, where they live, if the family's getting together for the holidays interesting, or maybe that's where they're vacationing to, yeah, more Disney, more Disney interesting. So a lot of Disney. Stay away from Disney, guys. That was the shirts, stockings, okay, stockings, custom stockings, why not? We know Christmas is right around the corner, custom stockings, and of course, you know, production partners can fulfill various types of stockings. So there's a lot we can do with that. And what do you expect? I mean, the name, of course, you got the name across the stocking top. What more do you really need? It looks like name, name, name, somehow some pet collars are finding their way in pet stockings. There you go. So the pet stockings, why not? Right? You can do so much. Well, let's back out. I saw something here for new home. So we recently got a new house we haven't moved in yet, but we're working on it. So the new home customizations, the neon signs would be sick, personalized custom canvas prints right there. Right now. Okay. I don't think a lot of people sell canvas prints, but men, they have so many different types of canvas prints available in Printful's catalog, different sizes, different frames, right? Just so many ways to go about selling them. And I mean, honestly, of course, the number one best seller is just going to be custom photo. I guess as we'd expect, I wonder if the whole first page is just custom photos yet looks like it, right? And before I wrap the video, I did just want to show you how powerful some of the other modules are specifically, I was thinking the keyword research module, because when you're looking at custom canvas prints, and that's the keywords we seed the query with, we're going to see a lot of repetition of that specific query that those specific keywords in those orders. But we might be overlooking like other search terms associated and relevant to people looking for the custom, you know, canvas print, we don't want to miss that. So here in the keyword research module, you can literally again, we don't need to like overcomplicate it for how we're using it as print on demand sellers, go to keywords down here where it says include keywords, custom canvas prints, click search, what it's going to do is go and literally do all of the research for us and put it like it's on autopilot now. You know what I mean? This stuff used to take so long used to be a manual process. Now it's just going to go find relevant phrases that are converting and put them right here in front of us. Okay. Based on search volume, by the way, too, it's ordered by search volume. So you see right here searches per month, it's putting the most relevant phrases that are related right in front of us. So first one, custom canvas prints with your photos, right? We didn't have to guess. It literally did that for us. Next one, custom canvas prints. What is the next one? Canvas photo prints, custom photo canvas prints, custom photo canvas prints, custom 16 by 20. So it seems like 16 by 20 if you knew nothing about this, but you're interested in diving in right down 16 by 20 and start there, guys, seller sprites doing the dirty work for us. All right.
