I used to use virtual assistants (or "VAs") to help with the upload process for my print on demand business

Too much time was being spent on the repetitive process of creating new designs & uploading to various POD platforms

There's no skipping those steps, so I figured at some point I would need to outsource in order to scale my business up

I ended up hiring 2 or 3 VAs, creating a training document, & a training video of what I needed
