Down south, detail means for a carlo. They look after you, no matter what, you're getting a certain boat for us. Definitely confirmation and communion season there at the minute the lads look after you, whether it's a wedding, whether it's awake, the lads in detail, once you're stuck. I want to welcome aboard our new sponsor, the Talbot Hotel in Carlo. They're doing great works there at the minute of upgrading the bar section, and they've recently, in the past few days, opened up, the dressing rooms down there at Talbot Fitness. Looks very, very well indeed, and we do wish them the very best look, and the renovation, as you said, that's going to look superb once it's finished, but they're still in full flow, there's points being served, there's full being served there in delivery tree. So we do welcome Talbot Hotel Carlo on board, and check out the website, talbotcarlo.ie. All right, so great news starting off with, Carlo Senior Horlors will be playing Division I, Horling in 2025. They saw off down by 320 to 280. We'll be chatting to Marty Mouse Kavna, very, very shortly on the program. A little bit later on, then we'll be hearing from Brian Skjock-Killy, the Carlo football and legend from Palatine, of course, a great man for the score, especially on the big day, the bigger today, the better the Skjock performed. We'll be chatting to him at a Carlo/Witt-Lonkford, this coming weekend, that is a three o'clock in Pierce Park. It is tight and tense indeed in Division IV, as it always is, but Carlo are in with a squeak there, should they get a victory. Carlo Senior Horlors were their part, they had gone to there in Hawkfield at APM on Friday night, knowing that they're already in the Division II final and guaranteed promotion, as we said. Couple of other big, big shout outs indeed, namely the Carlo under 16, Komogi side, who saw off Wexford by 29 to 28 in the under 16, Lensher championship. That's an A level, that's a support victory indeed. The Carlo minor Komogi team, they had to draw with down and in terms of ladies' football action, the minor and under 16. So it's both took on awfully the 16s last out by a couple of points, and the Carlo minor ladies' footballers don't have a result to hand, but definitely the opposition was awfully in ball comments there, and they are moving very, very nicely indeed, of course, in a couple of weeks time, the Carlo ladies' senior footballers will have the semi-final division IV look forward against, from Anna. So it's all happening, and we have lots to get through. The football leagues are open in the course as well, so check out carloge.ie for your latest results, and indeed the fixtures. I did hear rumblings of quite a tasty affair between Ballon and Lachlan Bridge, in division three, and on Lachlan Bridge, one that won by one, 10, the three, two. I do believe three or four Ballon players were red cards in that particular tussle, it wasn't that. So I will refrain from commenting on that particular one, but I do believe it was a feisty one, but it always has been with Lachlan and Ballon, and generally are the best of friends after definitely from my experience. And yeah, so hopefully that hasn't changed. As I said, Carloge.ie, we give you the fixtures, and results. There is promotion, and there is relegation. Club Moira, another noteworthy result, actually, in division one, of that Carlo senior footballing. They saw for a Philly by four or five points there on Friday evening, and on Lachlan, and on how to do three over a Palatine. So yeah, lots happening there, and the Bulger Cup in full swing of course as well. So we'll kick things off. The next way she'll hear is that, of the one and only, Marti Moskavna. - Okay, so on Sunday, Carloge confirmed promotion to division one-horland for 2025. They recorded a 320 to 280 in victory over down. Moskavna joins me here. Moskare, welcome once more. - Cheers, Kevin, thanks for having me on. - And congratulations. We would tend to do our interviews after games, but Joe, he called a last-minute call up to junior air football of all things with Lachlan yesterday. Why do you enter alphabet Moskavna's and go up high C? So 20 minutes of that yesterday now have me fairly sore, although a 70 minutes of counter-horland it says a little bit more difficult. Oh, where are you today? - I feel wonderful now, to be honest with you. You know, I fairly saw myself after yesterday. It was a fierce battle, and you get, you don't get any easier off town, and we didn't get any easier still, I would watch that. Look, we ground level in anywhere, so we're happy now with that. - Sure, to be guaranteed for Mosk, you know, and into a league fine, so it's great. It's very positive. - Sure is, sure is. Yourself and Chris, in particular, I believe, were marked quite closely. Little bit closer than normal, or are you kind of used to that sort of crack? - Probably a little bit closer than normal, to be honest with you, but it was lucky, it was tough, it was, Joe, it wasn't 90, it wasn't, nothing like what they already had, he never was, it was tough, but it was tight, and you know what, I would ask, that's part and parcel of it, would look, we kept our heads just about saw, and we got away, and we looked, we got overlaid, so we're happy. - Yeah, good stuff. And I suppose, is that something that you're kind of used to? I mean, what a slower county, right? You're targeted, yarders are targeting your back, and it's the same with Chris, and Dial, and to look, all the lads that are homeworked under, all kept stepping up and getting scores now, right? But in particular, you've had that target on your back for a long time, as has Chris. So like, when it comes to even club stuff, that's the case, is it just something that you're kind of used to, and you just get on with it, or already on the left? - Yeah, look, I suppose it's kind of used to it, yeah, look, I don't pay attention, like I wouldn't be thinking I would board a game, or pay attention to it, I don't want to just be honest with you, but you look, you're just kind of, you deal with it, and you kind of just, as, I suppose, the game starts, and as the game goes, you deal, and you kind of get around with it, like, you know, whether that be moving, or, you know, kind of pushing lads off, or whatever, to get a bit of space, you know, like, that's part of the first level, or creating space for the last dinner, you know, whatnot, you know, so, and I'll translate you out, you kind of, I love that side of it, too, like, and I kind of relish it, you know, what I challenge, so, I kind of, the more, the more I kind of get hit, and the more I kind of, I guess, down with Dorothy, the kind of the better, it is kind of, in a way, you know, and you kind of have to embrace that way as well, so, and that goes through all the ways as well, you know, but there's no pain, there's no pain for you to rinse them, I would get out with it, and there's no pain, give us back, give it back as much as you get, and what you keep in fair as well, like, you know? - Yeah, well, like, the defender's always on, has to worry about you, like, you mean, you play your game, and obviously, with that comes a bit of pressure, but it's on your terms, whereas, he's trying to make it not be on your terms, which is already not, again, that he wants to be playing, from his own point of view, he wants to be playing his own game, getting on the ball, you know, delivering it, or whatever, getting the head off zip zip, but all of a sudden, well, no, he's a different mindset now, he's actually trying to stop someone, and that probably takes from his game, and possibly might give you a bit of an advantage, I guess. - Yeah, exactly, like, you don't have to play, you have to think that way as well, and play as that advantage, you know, that he's kind of, he's kind of doing a dirty job, or whatever, but, you know, he's kind of focused on you more sort of ball, you know? So, if you can make a yard of space, or, again, if the ball's coming in, like, they tend to kind of be looking at you more than the ball as well, like, you know, which I suppose, if you can time, you can time a runner, a team, a jumper, you know, a flick of the ball, at the right time, you'll probably get away from it, if that makes sense, you know, and-- - Gotcha. - Look, it's, I would like to do it, like, I would like to be a man-market Chris Sir James, they're ladies, that's, like, you know, so, you're fairly able to let the back, so, you have, like, not a book, but you know, I have to pay enough for the backs in general, because it's not a nice job at all, it's best, you know, and then, so, it's a funny one, but there's not so good as well, like, you know, and then Jesus, they're probably all getting off credit card, like, you know, like, they're really good at it, and the way he's in there, and the way he's in there, the way he's there, the way he's there, like, they were, she's already at it, like, in the work, even as much, you know, not an inch now, and, for straighten, but should look that's it, and that's part of Harris' level, like, you know? - Yeah, you found a way to win this, was in previous times, you've kind of succumbed to that, and maybe you're losing those types of games, and is that, in itself, you're in an indication of where you're kind of at, now, in comparison to where you are, like? - Yeah, definitely, I think something we're touching after the game was, like, it wasn't pretty, but we won't, like, you know, and that's a sign of a team, a good team, like, Joe, we're down with a few bodies, and we're down with more bodies now, but then, again, the lads are coming in, like, John, John, no one started his first game, it's just got a play face and play. You know, we have, obviously, a few more injuries now, but, you know, it's probably more than nearly back here, but we need to talk about, you know, lads are very, very positive, very strong, and that's that's what it has to eat, that you have to create a penalty, and I think we've done that now, which, you know, it's great to go into the game Friday night now, and not really worrying about that as much of our results, like, you know, whether he'll give lads a chance now to haven't got more money than it is, and it'll be, the chance for them to not go handle for a league final, like, so, you know, the combination of lads is very, very positive, you know, that's what John, the hamstring sniper is out in force last week. - Yeah, very much so, yeah. Jesus, we don't know what's going on, to be honest with you. It's, it's, look, it's six weeks now, it's in Broadway, like, it's well-lensored, so, you know, that, I suppose, that Real Rodman's coming around very quickly, too, so, I suppose, again, it kind of takes a little pressure off now going to a league final, that we're guaranteed to watch now, we don't have to win a league final to get from water now. So, again, the Dory, if these lads aren't that 100% for a league final, John, the Dory lead to Tom Inford, you know, so, again, at least, winning the SDK, it takes that pressure off for the game Friday night, and then, obviously, if you have to go into that game Friday night and last night again, we're looking at same final the following week, so, yes, there was a big game, and a big, big, two-paint, especially the way the game panned out, like, the way it came back and drew it, and then we, I thought it would be a good bit of character to push on again, like, which is very positive again. - Yeah, for sure. Definitely, and look, as you say, with those injuries, you know, never go to get an injury, but it's definitely better now than what we'll be a week or two before Galway, and trying to nurse it through the whole round robin series, which could go a lot in series, but... - Yeah, and, like, obviously, I suppose, for the, like, suppose, Carlo Horner's, like, you know, the round robin is such a... combination of par to level, like, you know, and everyone's going to want to be played after, because, obviously, we haven't been playing in a few years, and it's always hard to play them teams. So, obviously, these are the days, lives want to play, like... So, if it was in two or three weeks' time, you'd probably have lives, like, you know, probably chance in it, like, nearly to get back. But you have six weeks now to get bodies right, and hopefully, hopefully, look, I'm sure, the way it lands. So, they'll mind them, and the S and C, and the physio, with plenty of care there, as well, like, so... - Hmm. - It'll all be okay, hopefully. - Yeah, from your own point of view, like, how hard does it, like, say, this time, 12, once ago, when you're looking in true defense, and you're not actually whirling, like, a lot of lads would turn around and say, right, fuck off, basically, I'm over here. I mean, you would talk your medicine, and dealt with it, and, you know, things came good. At the end of the year, and now look where these are, but, like, that can't have been easy. Like, there's a core lot of lads that would say, no, fuck that, I'm not hanging around here, basically, you know what I mean? And apologies to the listeners for the language, but I can't really put it any other way than that. I mean, that's how we've put that here over a meeting on the street. So, how hard was that, I suppose, and... Just from not playing in league, I shared more than what you're in league. Yeah, is that what you're trying to do? Yeah, when you're saying, Chris and Jack, and a few years weren't, like, and it wasn't... Yeah, it's kind of an easy to be looking into a defense with that going on, and the body's getting better as well, like... Yeah, look, it was hard. Look, I suppose we were there in the background, you know, whether we were probably in the back pitch running, like, when they're matching or going on, or what not, like, you know, obviously, it's hard. Obviously, he wants to be playing like that, with the look, the management, who just wanted to maybe just give a few extra weeks of a break, like, which was... Which was probably worked out well in the end, but, like, obviously, you want to be playing, like, you know, like, it's like, I hate looking at matches, like, you know, when you could be playing, like, and helping out the boys, or... You know, like, working with the boys, or not, but, again, I suppose that, I suppose... What happened in league last year, I suppose, I brought Hanlads to a big time, come championship, because we've seen in the championship joint, and a lot of them boys were flung on to the pitch, and all those big championship games, you know? So, that would have stood to them, and, like, if we've all been there, you know, the young lads in '21, '22, or '19, '18, in playing those big games, they're getting better, like, you know, it's not nice, but I think it's kind of something that you kind of have to go through, and, again, now, look, as you said, 12 months later, look, as now, we're at half of the table, we're a pro, we're a game at Hanlak, so, look, it's probably... It was building up Hanlak, a sport, what the boys, or what the management were looking at doing, and they're doing that, like, because they said, "Come, John, I don't know." A lot of the lads would have played a good part of it, like, especially in the final, like, extra time, in the last few games, last few minutes, and, again, so, I feel like, I'd say, five or six lads are sprung on, like, you know, in a massive, quite occasion, like, you know? Like, the world of the pressure on you, like, you know, so. It was great to build up Hanlak, but, yeah, look, obviously, it's not easy to watch in, but, like, I suppose you have a lot of wings in the clock, too, like, you know, whether you like it or not, like, and, I suppose, you have to manage that, too, with it, like. - Yeah, you know, I get you 100% and, look, what he's, I don't know, is, as the fella said, but, I suppose, looking at the optics of the season, how things are moving, yeah, there is quite a transformation, and the lads definitely are vindicated. They took a lot of luck last year. Malali Christie, all the lads did. Like, one particular point that was caused her. Malali out, like, during this, and look at, look at the things as well as they're transpired now, and lads stuck with it, and all, and, you know, that takes a fair set of boys, the management team to adopt that kind of thing as well. You know, because we know the pressure that's on the management teams now, if you're not getting results, doesn't matter where you are, lads will kind of watch out for a little quickly, and players can turn, which he didn't turn, and you probably saw that, I suppose, from the get-go. - Yeah, well, like, I suppose, what everyone can see, like, if you can't see what goes on, obviously, it hosts, like, you know, and, so, that's the main thing. I don't like, it's not, that once it's, it's, it's once, it's all tight, and it's all in-house, and everything's okay there. It doesn't really matter what they would say in the evening, like, you know, so, I suppose that was the key thing, you know, we did, there was a plan there of this, and everyone bought into it, like, and whether things were going well or won't go well, like, we stuck to it, like, and that was the big thing, we stuck to it, and we believed in it. And, look, we got massive rewards out of it, like, you know? So, we couldn't, they couldn't have went any better in the city, like, so, and, like, I couldn't, and, according to this, you know, again, it's been a solid start again, like, so, it's very, very, very positive, and, look, it goes very quick too, like, it's hard to believe now we're mid-March, and we're six weeks away from Galway, and that'll come around a very quickly too, like. - Yeah, yeah, and I come behind a couple of those games just very quickly before we, before we do finish up. From your point of view, so you came on, I think, it was a 2012, it was your first year, or it was 2011. - Yeah, it would have been quite a bit. - Right, so I don't even think that's, if you're at load, what's that about? It was a 12 or 13 years plan. - Yeah, I don't think that, and, where's ya? - 20, 29. - They're not holding them for 29, in the county level. - Very much so, yeah, but, sir, you know, yeah, sure. I remember very well, like, you know, when I got to calling to come and force them, not like, and, so, it's something that I always wanted to do, I couldn't wait to do it, and, so, it's hard to believe, and I really like, you know, when you're young lad, and you're, you talk to the kind of old lad to the panel, and they said in the flight, like, you don't really believe, like, do you know what, Jesus, it does fly. Well, look, we've very, been very enjoyable, and we've had a lot of success, like, which, you know, so, it's a lot of going, and fairness, but, really enjoyable, and really enjoying it, so that's the main thing. Once you're enjoying it, that's the main thing. - That's it, but, like, not only that, you've, not only have you been playing, but you've been leading it for, Jesus, at least half of that term that we're talking about, like, the 12 or 13 years, whatever it is, I think you've been, you've been a leader from that point on, like, 22, 23 years of age, which is a lot to carry, but, like, you know, you've been able to carry it, and you're showing that example, it's supposed to, the lad's calling it true, which is, which is fantastic, 'cause it's not easy for everyone to make the step from that particular age, I think, but, look, as I said, look, you've been very good with your time, I said, five or 10 minutes for an all-minute hard team, but I have to ask you, very quickly before I let you go, about the lens search championship. Is there a game, in particular, most of that? Interesting, because, like, you're tucked in nicely there, but, I think, you can't even wait for it, would be either of those games in particular, would that you be kind of looking forward at? Look, definitely the horn games, like, you know, I think we extra to a horn would be the one, like, because I haven't heard we extra didn't, in Carlo, in definite championship, like, I was, seemingly, we've always been holding down there for some reason, and I think we extra to a horn will bring a big crow, don't like the lile will bring a big crowbar, you know, I think, especially the horn games, Kenny a horn, we extra to a horn, and Dublin a horn will be massive games. You know, just for the crowd in Carlo and all, and obviously, we look, there's nothing better in a sunny day with the other corner packed, like, it's not a better than that, but I'd have to probably say the we extra game would be the one and look apart at the most, just, 'cause just down the border, and, just 'cause we've head down there are Guppe, and it'd be nice to get him in Carlos, Ireland, and just always brings a bit of good intensity, and the Guppe Arabia, as well, like, you know? Yeah, and Carlo was competitive, and, you know, it's a big perfector, as well, for my memory, they always had it. Yeah, look, they're going here, as well, as well, but look, like them all. Galway, way of first, then, sir. We went up there in '18, as well in the first game, and we ran in class, you know, and, look, I touched on it there, I don't know who was talking there, or case lower last week or week four, and it just said, "Performance is the beating "for all the games," and we'll see where that takes us like. So, once we get all the bodies back now, and we're fitting ready to go, but we have a league final coming up now, as well, and obviously, Friday night first, and then we'll be fighting, so, look, we'll try and get over them now, or here, and look close, look farther, so, look farther now. On one light knot, right, just to finish up on this, I'm led to believe a member of the panel got a phone call from someone asking him, "Is the game going to be in behind on Sunday?" So, this petition must have carried a little bit away at somewhere. (laughing) Oh, yeah, it's absolutely good. (laughing) Oh, and stuff, we may bring him down there, or something there, just for the crack, because that spin-off zone is not nice now. Yeah, I believe it's not there. It's not nice now. Especially when they can just bring a scenario, but anyway, look, that's their title to do that, so, let them on, let's go. Another day's work. We'll wait for them to pack over, and if you're on the gate today, it's happening, and you know, he looks awesome, yeah. Anyway, back in some time, which is well, yeah. Most, listen, come here. A pleasure, as always. Thanks a million, very good with your time, and the best look for the year ahead. All right, that. Thanks a million, Kevin. (air whooshing) No, we're joining us on the left-wing back podcast, as we turn our attention to football, is a man who was a good man for a scour no back in the day. I'd say he's still doing job for you. He appreciates a good Italian restaurant as well, and he's celebrating a birthday thing over the last few days. Quite an intro. Mr. Scott Kelly, welcome to the podcast. How's things? Good, Kevin, yourself. Ah, sure, not too bad. No, you're looking fresh, Scott. You're up to 50, yeah, it's a... No, you're, (laughs) to do, send it up in the same place, they were at a fragrant age in a lovely Italian restaurant over in the Thai. My mum and sister took me out from a 46th birthday, not 50. (laughs) They're getting close to us. You're right, yeah, you're a few showing you, but yes. I said, "Put me over in the corner. I don't want to be over near that for that. I don't want to be over near that for that." (laughs) No, we were in the peasant's car, and we didn't come in. I saw where all the VIPs were going, Kevin. Yeah, well, far from Italian restaurants, it was rare, but one's in the tired, definitely a rare currency I saw. You're spending a bit of time over there this year, Scott. Yeah, I am, and I suppose, hadn't really planned in doing a whole lot this year, Kevin, to be honest. It took a year out last year. When I stopped there, I suppose I went up to St. Lawrence's up in Caler, and I had two really good years up there. And it was such an eye-opener. Caler club football. But anyway, went up and did a year up in Shamrock's, up in Mopla, and just wanted to take a year out, and last year took a year out, enjoyed a bit of family playing at home, bit of golf, and different bits and pieces. As well as I've been going for a long number of years, as well as between playing and managing. But anyway, to move it on, it's how you came knocking earlier this year. And as I say, I hadn't planned to do a whole lot, but I couldn't turn down that opportunity, because it was not too often. And a really strong quality, traditional club comes back and under the door, looking to see how their interests are at. And luckily, we hit it off myself and the executive. And that's where I started there a few weeks back. So, going all good so far. At least off that. And look, not different to Mr. Hickey there last week. Like, he's down with the rower to stay your over and to tell you, John Morphy, obviously up to last year, and that was over with Nace. And the regard that clubs have, for the leggy outside of Carlos, or that's flatter and enough in itself, or isn't it great that you're handling that regard? - Yeah, it's amazing. I think sometimes players and past players, we don't back each other enough, as it was within Carlos, and we don't, as it was, see how we're viewed outside the country. Like, you look at John Morphy really, like, I think he's still up in Nace this year. And I'd be fairly sure that I hope he is, anyway. - Yeah, and actually, to be honest with John, I don't know, 'cause it was all kinds of, all kinds of rowers going around there about what were turned on, Auckland different things, John, and the winter. So, I didn't know how that paned out. But anyway, yeah. - Yeah, he's back up there. So, I'm looking forward, actually, our first league game is against Nace, in two weeks time. So, but you look at John, like, you know, he's there with Nace now. I think he's two or three years, and he's won definitely two championships. And he's won championships, actually, wherever he's being in Auckland, there, all. So, yeah, I don't see a reason, just because you're from a so-called weaker county, that you haven't got the knowledge, or how to go about conducting training and managing the team, just 'cause you're from parallel. It doesn't bother me, and, as I say, I walked into the Italian dressing room to meet the players, and it was chest out, and here we go, and luckily enough, lovely lads over there, and the first one as well, so I'll go to Kevin. - That's the job. And let's look for the year ahead. There is no tight lad over with Fenner. I think Darak Wollhaal is with Fenner this year. I don't know, is he kicking with you as well? Is he double-jovin'? - He's not, unless, was he playing with the tight lad? I don't think he, maybe-- - He was one stage. Yeah, I hope maybe a couple of years ago, anyway. Yeah, it's a familiar enough name. - Yeah, maybe he's retired, or maybe I haven't seen yet, because look, we have good numbers in Italian. But, yeah, didn't know that now. - Yeah, well, Sherlock, we'll move it on a bit anyway. And one of the main reasons I think I brought you here this evening to talk about stuff on the podcast was mainly Carlos inconsistencies, which have just been, I don't know, I think in recent weeks, it's been nearly a small microcosm of an example of things that probably have gone on for the best part of 2024 years, which I suppose, unfortunately, kind of puts you under that net a little bit as well. And it just kind of struck me that, I suppose, maybe bar a couple of years over that period of time, that we've been so wishy-washy and inconsistent, and in that couple of years of a period, if we were getting bet, we were getting bet by just a small bit, kind of a thing. And now we're looking at situations where we're winning games, some of them will win by four or five points, some will win by one or two, and in others, we're getting bet by 10 in. And in a lot of these games you're looking at beforehand, you're thinking, well, we are near and off of equal standard with a lot of these teams. And I don't know if, from your experience playing and looking in, I suppose, for defense now, could you put that down to anything in particular? No, and like, look, no matter what I say is going to be, I suppose, viewed and dissected, but straight off, the first thing I have to say is, Kevin, I was looking off to play with Kyle for 10 or 12 years or whatever, because maybe, of course, I didn't get out of vision four. So I'm not going to heap. I'm not going to start dogging or giving out in that respect. And because, as I said, I spent 12, I have to say, enjoyable years, unfortunately, in the basement league, division four. And it's just history is repeating itself year in, year out, apart from the success of the year we had with a total of rain, and that we did get out of vision four. But it seems to be just history repeating itself constantly. And it was the same, back in my time, and we'd some outstanding wins. And then you'd go into a game that you're expecting to win, or dare, dare, or votes. And people are talking about to come to your behind you. There's all social media going to Kyle, the great team. And the next minute, bang, you're taking straight back down to reality. Drinking side points, and I'd better give Mark Harper a bit of digger. On my best friend's got side points down there. Do I know what the reason is? He could be, there's loads of things Kevin. First of all, no team should settle for second best. But we have to understand this was in Carlo, and there's an awful lot of small and so-called weaker counties. And that we don't have the strength in depth as other bigger counties, or should I say, bigger counties. And I suppose the best example I can pick out is that generally, Carlo teams are a small physical team, physical units, right? Most of the players. You have your smaller players that are decent size. And these, I suppose, smaller players are fantastic footballers. There's more to speak than that. But unfortunately, if you start coming up against things that are physically stronger and bigger, and most countries of the top counties, if they have a good, if they have a quality, big size football or an equality, it's not so big. So it's the bigger light goes in. And you look at all the top teams. They're all huge men now, Kevin. And they suck the energy out of you. Now, you might think that's a big crazy, because in Division 4, we're all at the same standard. But as your guard says, but definitely, you could see, say, in the car, where they stand. However, these leagues looked more, I was at that game, and they looked physically bigger and stronger, and but not for the first 25 minutes. And there lies me find that, over the course of 70 minutes, the stronger, more physical team, back and true, because first 25 minutes to football, Carla did, was outstanding football. But the bigger team eventually wore them down. Now, it was a small collapse there in that, as well, Kevin. And they waffling a bit here. Sometimes, you know, it's hard to break tradition as well, Kevin. And, you know, winning and losing our habits, and they're hard to shake. I know it from being with my own global palletine. And we were in a bit of a habit, and the slump of losing counter-finals. And on 0 or 6, we eventually reached the summit. We beat 11.20 goal in a game that we should never own. But there was four or five previous counter-finals that we probably poachers to, definitely against the Arab, and one against what I could go through tomorrow. But then, when we broke the cycle, we didn't win one for another seven or eight years, and then we won two, and then we've got another one. I don't know. I think there's a bit of tradition in it, as well. And, but it's tough on the lads there now, you know. I suppose the one thing that I found a little bit, I wouldn't say I'm more so, I don't know. We were a bit naive. We beat later in a great win. And the next minute, the furor, about we're going to get promoted, thought it was just too much fun around the blast, to be honest. And again, because people, they just, people in this county praying out for success, get all of that. But sometimes, you know, you just have to keep the powder dry. And that wasn't common from within the team, or the management. You know, if you're in the team, you know, these are all human beings after all. They're listening to supporters, they're watching social media. And it was really kicking the heat. Now, unfortunately, I was trying to say at the same time, we were playing Wexford, but I was, I have listened to Brendan and Hennessy. So, it was disappointing, and it's disappointing for lads. - Yeah. But I suppose, here's the thing, right? The frustrating thing about Carlos is that they're inconsistent. And then, the positive thing about Carlos that they're inconsistent. And with that comes a chance against Longford on Saturday at 3 o'clock, which, you know, these are literally the games in the car all go and win. And I remember a great win. I'd say you were there, they're about third against Longford. I'd say it could be 20 years ago this year, actually. Were you playing that there? - Yeah, in the championship. - Yeah, 4.15 to 1.16, it was a mad game. - Yeah. Yeah. - Totally agree with you, Kevin. I, like, we're not a bad football team in Carlos. Like, unfortunately, look, it's not the end of the order. We were beaten by Wexford. The better team there is on the day. And then he given the team division four. And I've always said this from the start. I said, well, I was playing golf at something to ask me, how would Carlos do in the league? And I said, yeah, in fairness to crew and the management team, Simon Ray and all the other lads that have been in there. They've built a decent squad of bears who look very happy in their surroundings and want to be in there. And any given day, any team in division four can take points off another team. I suppose these are the exception this year. And they're definitely gonna get promoted. They're probably slightly a better division four. It just had better than a division four team. And not too sure how to fail out in division three, probably okay. But they're going through with unbeaten with every year. Kevin, if you watch the results in division four, everyone will take points somewhere off another team. That's just the way it is, really. - Yeah. Definitely. Like, everyone has said that a week ago, we go on this year's podcast about the consistent thing. And Lisa found that part of consistency. Carol haven't. And, you know, I mean, again, not to be coming across, like say, to downbeat or whatever. I do think they have a great chance this again. And the shackles are off now and they can go do it. And I suppose the other thing is that it's kind of over hands a little bit with, those are so much permutations. I've never seen that in as mental as the last two rounds as they're said to be. Because I think there's four teams in with a squeak of that second, from what's your spot. You know, it's mental. - Absolutely, Kevin. And like, I'm not saying that Carol can't get promoted, but it is over their hands. But they find the top up against long first, but there's no reason why they can't open wind back in. Carol every much as good as footballers as long first. The thing is now mentally, where are they? I'd be hoping there's a bit of a kickback that there's a bit of disappointment. Players are heartened. And I wouldn't be a bit surprised if to be Johnford. We have a habit in this county, Kevin. And I talk about history or the treatment itself. When we're going well, everyone gets laps in the back. But when we're not going so well, players get dogged, negative talk or a small county what they expect. And I did say we're one of the so-called weaker counties. We have that man for a reason. And there's no reason why he can't break that. An aim to get to the vision tree. But, yeah, devotees and chance wouldn't rule it out. But there's only great work. In fairness, I'm saying it again, I've only watched a few games, Kevin, because I'm going to be square with you. I have no interest in watching a country football anymore. I really don't. Barret, the top-quality teams now in. And I'm not saying that in a bad way. But Carlos made his way to Kevin. I know the GA, I've went about doing something this year. I put in a panel that pushed this now. The border is low and they should have been, they saw this common seven, eight, nine years ago. And I've no doubt the reason they're doing this is, and on that same event in a bad way, is finance. Because I'm sure numbers have to be down all over the country. And for watching football matches. It's my only opinion whether that stands for much. - I think you're spot on. And it ties in with something that Chris Blake actually said to me. Chris was on with his life in Australia there at the county finals last year. And he said, I don't know, is he talking to Dixie Cure? And the two of us said, like today, I didn't say kind of forward is nearly gone. I mean, you know, it's just, and I get the sense that that's possibly maybe where you're coming from as well. When you have these blankets, the kind of space quite tribe upon and the battle you versus your opponent, you know, it's not quite there though, because you have that blanket in front of you. And you're right, your tenants are tired of one. I mean, you can see them vocals that Carlos playing in alone. And if you look on the TV, I heard the lad saying I did a night with Limerick and Tipp that I think it was 1500 tickets or something, so I looked up to that morning before people came up to the game itself. And even Tipp partly could be of over it. I mean, that's a fairly down in indictment. And another thing to support your particular argument there is, I mean, if you look at the video clip, I don't know if you've seen it now, but I shared it before you were coming on there. When you scored a goal against leash in 2004, look at the crowd that was at Netwatch Colin Park. Yes, it was a foundation of game, but I can guarantee you that was a fixture and challenge of this year, you wouldn't see half that crowd like. No 100% and it's gas. I remember that there was a tier of four, Kevin, was it? Oh, for at least we're going in as lancer champions. I think Carlos actually won that game against long crew beforehand. And I think that's set it up then. And OIGS is glad that was on there. And like, look, to be honest, I remember we possibly did the warm up. I think we did the warm up in the Carla Horland Club. And I could even hear when we were doing the warm up, like, sure, the car parks were all packed, which you could hear the buzz and you could hear the crowd. It was a little bit serene because generally you don't get them kind of crowds. But I remember we came out with a dressing room and I was just taken aback by that size of the crowd. But I remember I was trying to get a few freezing practices and generally in this four-board end when most of the time, when I was taken a freeze, like you might see five or six or seven heads back there, which you definitely see cement or back in the day, the grass banks, right? But all of a sudden when I was practicing freezing, I was looking up and all of a sudden because he was like heads everywhere, like all you see was the weights and the face. It was actually a little bit different to kick an into the post because the scenery had changed dramatically. But to see the crowd in Dr. Colin Park that there, like, we were so unlucky really that they were played really good football. I think up to half time we were leading. And I know maybe, you might correct me in this, Kevin, or maybe four or five points in the end, something was a tight game, you know? Like people might say it wasn't that tight, but it was because Chris Conrad, he kicked definitely two or three freeze right at the end, I'm sure. You know, but, Kevin, you couldn't go. I don't want to seem like an outlet or I don't want to be seem to be negative. But it's panther to watch. I remember I went in maybe two years ago to a Carla game. And they're not labeling me all countries. It's right across the board, far the top couple of teams who are just better at transitioning the ball and moving it faster. So it doesn't look like they're defending with the blame defenses. But I happened to go into Dr. Colin Park and Mark Harp and her breath me hamming and Barry English for sitting. So I went up and sat down beside them. Like, you know, I didn't see any like three good friends, I couldn't treat that to a little bit, come to it and pay it against the girls. And we've always had a good connection. But we actually started laughing in the second half that we actually punched on four seats, kind of facing each other, having a group chat and looking open to the pitch, maybe the out time. And I think the game was actually tight enough for us to constantly go on back and going forward. But there's no creativity anymore, Kevin, G, like, how is that a juvenile game? It was my own club palette time. And I'm not going to say the other club because I might be given it, I don't want to be seen to be talking about anyone. But it was an under 16 game. And the court of the opposition team was roaring at under 16s about systems and what to do and retain possession. Like, if you're talking to young lads like that, you know, as a vote, retain possession, don't give away to all of them. It's crazy stuff. You should be encouraging kids. You know, to be looking for good kick passes, to be practicing at home, putting spots under wall and constantly kicking and kicking and kicking. Like to be talking to youngsters about defensive systems and where to be and what to do in San Francisco. Where are we going as regards an organization? Like, unfortunately, it's out of the county, seats into a triple football. And all this isn't going to go down overly too well. But it's an easy out for an awful lot of managers. - Yeah, well, look, you're right to be honest there, Scott, and it's part of the reason why I give you a show as well, because I know you're a farm. You know, we cross paths with K.C. Laura, previously, and stuff, but that's why we put this platform out here. It's all about honesty and opinion. And again, I mean, you can only say it as it is and you will do that, even if only last point. You know. - As I say, Kevin, I have the height to respect for everyone in the GEA, like a maroon GM, man, myself, from a huge GEA family like, but it's not criticism, it's constructive criticism. - Look, it's very easy. People are going to say, yeah, that's very easy to say that, but certainly manage a team for 14 players behind the ball and keep it nice and tight. But you're showing an awful lot of fear, I think. You're also basically saying to your players, I don't trust you in playing an open system. - You're asking a feeling of maybe? - Well, I've seen loads of skillful footballers incurred over the years. And since this new regime has come in, and you don't really get to see their skills anymore because number one, you're told not to do it, I'm sure. Number two, they're afraid to do it because if you give away a ball now, or you go up to look for an intricate pass to open up a defense and it goes round, you're deemed a liability, one or two of them, and you'll get the call like, you'll get shocked. That's the way it is. - I think Scott, a lot of our systems are to cover up bad coaching. And I mightn't necessarily be the current senior coach, that's the bad coach, but maybe possibly going up along that level of coaching isn't quite there. I actually see it quite close to Honda this year. Obviously I'm open to less than the last couple of years. And another guy, I don't know, didn't I let English play and watch comedy with you today? - I think I would have played one year with Neil English. And the year I played with him, it was actually the most enjoyable year because it was the years that I played against him was the problem because he was an awesome, awesome, (laughing) who would take your life. - Yeah. - But take your life in the right manner, no nonsense, not a whole lot of chat on the football field, a warm, blues man to do anything to win, but didn't like on in on him, to be honest. - Yeah. So anyway, the point is, right? He's been coaching a crop that have come up along, obviously, over the past 10 years or so. And I got off into play with Joan Ray again, yes. And then when he joined around for this, Scott doesn't go past him most of the time and hasn't for a long, long time. But as we're still guessing, I went over and played with Joan Ray for 20, 25 minutes or so. And it was my first time seeing a lot of the chaps that are now eligible to play Adel football for the first time, who now actually coached. And what struck me was like, well, obviously, with Adel football will come a little bit of learning no matter how good you are. But you see a lot of guys that will come to Adel football and they don't like they're lacking basic skills and basic, I suppose, football and brains. And with that group, a group of lads, I saw lads that were well coached and careful and ready to make the step. But I've seen so many older examples of it where it's not there, like maybe something so simple. It's all on both the hand passing of all hands and kicking off both feet. All like what you would declare simple enough things, but they're lacking. Like kicking the point off both feet from a front of the goal, 25 yards out. And I suppose where am I going with this? Yeah, I'm trying to maybe endorse what you were saying and maybe offer up a reason as to why we're seeing what we're seeing. And I don't want to be having to go at parents and that either because, no, at the end of the day, they're giving up their time and they're trying to caution to a good level. And sometimes I suppose, you see situations where people have been through there, they played the game, I mean, and they can offer up maybe a little bit more. But then they're coming to the whole thing where the honest is on the kid to practice as well. So I don't know where we're right and where we're wrong. - As is. - As is the debate, you know. - 100% Kevin, and as I said, you're not offended in parents or you're not offended in coaches or whatever because this is a culture now. People don't know any different. This is what to say, this is what the team is the right thing to do. I remember, so I keep saying I remember now, but it's gone back maybe two or three years, maybe two years ago, I went in to watch Carlo and Wicklaw in the league, it was those two in the combos. I think it was forced game under late. So it's not last year, Kevin, what's it or two? - It was last year, I think, yeah. - And I think, did we draw it? Did we have one or two men sent off for the Carlo of one or two? - I think we drew in the end, I think, anyway, yeah. - I think we drew in the end. What I was happening, I was walking in late and I came in at the Canary End and I happened to see Mocha Keaton Anthony and Burr Hennessy Sr. And I've also came for them, like, you know, how they're all thing, but to be just a good time and I've got chat with them and obviously helping the golf club and stuff like that. But I remember there was a passage of play where Carlo were going back and across and nobody was willing to take a chance shot from distance. And I remember Burr was turning around and basically saying, it's Keak, you and Mocha, like, wouldn't have lasted in this. You wouldn't, probably wouldn't have been picked, which you definitely wouldn't be watching the ball going from side to side with play. Do you see a lad now, and if you're in Stittara Foli, like, he's a really good kicker of the ball. I'm sure there's other lads in there. But if you see now lads taking shots from 40 yards, 45 yards out from the side, if they have the distance and it goes away for doing the liability again. Just, yeah, somebody, some tanto is what I call them. As regards, don't take a shot from outside, discord and zone. Well, who made discord and zone, or who is this the thing that was the same, by pro-par, or was it the same thing? And notes to porch that there's a, as foreign zone and you have to get inside there. Probably what Pete Pear should be doing is constantly kicking and trying to kick the ball harder and harder to get the technique right, that you don't have to be in this ball and zone, that if you get a yard of space and your 40 yards out in front of the ball, you take the shot. And if it goes over, it goes over. If it goes away in the ball, it's why you're not going to get one drawn vertically, which is a fear now of kicking balls right, because, again, don't do it unless you're, unless you're between the 14 and the 21 in front of the ball, don't kick it. And everyone's scoring zone is different. This is the thing, like, you know, some lads, obviously, their scoring zone is 21, maybe in other lads cases, the 40 yard lane, but there is those who can kick from 40 wide yards and quite comfortably, even half a yard. And that's the big thing that we're kind of not pigeonholing everyone into, I suppose, having a shared limit that everyone has their own and getting to understand that and doing that on an individual basis, I think, rather than collective, yeah? - Yeah, like, I just saw a gauge, because you're basically saying to the players, we're going to do the thinking for you. We're actually, we're going to envisage all these players, and this is what you're going to do. You get to this point, we'll give it a little bit of, the, the, the, the move to cost. And if we get a shot of gold, so I'll be able to make sure the other team don't have it. When I was growing up, anyway, it was whoever scored the most one began. So I don't understand why people put so much effort into defensive, defensive systems. Like, a gauge, yeah, if you're going to build a house, you have to have a good solid foundation, but you don't need it, if you're going, you don't need a foundation for the even tower, like, do you know what I mean? You have a good defensive system, you have thrust in your backs, and you maybe drop back a player or two. Would like, look, here's an example, Kevin, who loves watching ARMA playing football. Now there, there's a team who I think, and I have to give credit to, to Keir McGinney. You watch them lads moving the ball through the force. Like, it's actually, they're wounded teams. If I knew they're on the telly, I'd sit down and watch ARMA. Now, they're, they're very close to going back up to division one, and they're content, they're challengers in Ulster. And then lads take shots from the field. Yeah, they have their defensive structures. So I'm not saying they don't have a defensive structure, but God, I might need to make it. It's taken about 15 years, it's taken 10 years for the GEA to say, we have a huge problem. And I, I, people who say, I'm not saying as regards to GEA, you know, you can hear people from outside the GEA, money drivers and money rates and money that they're not. You know the good work that the GEA do, the amount of money that's given back to clubs and stuff like that. And for, for odds arts, like where would this country be without the GEA? Like, you know, here's me saying to yourself, chatting away for an hour here. There's probably a couple of hundred lunatics going to listen to the, or still random and bad. You know what I mean? But anyway, I just feel that the, I'd say they've looked at attendance figures, they've looked at odds of the things and said there is something seriously wrong. And there is, it's quite sad because creativity is gone. There's no such thing now. Like, you pick up the independent before games and you're reading about defensive systems and who's going to crack force them. It's that the other, like, you don't hear about, like, the inside corner back, Mark, who's going to win this or who's going to wear it, win the aerial jeweler, the mixed fielders. That's all the thing in the past, like, do you know those regards? Sure, like, I've often said, you're playing in defensive systems. You get the bond, you pass it to a lot of three yards, this age, and he might give it back to you. But you will get it back five or six times in this way, it's two minutes. But you might not have had a holla around with us or, again, I know there's people that are probably looking at this and saying, "Yeah, rights guard, whatever." It's my own opinion, that's all it is. My opinion at the moment is that there is serious, serious issues with port cords. And people, of course, that have to say, that holding it's far better to watch than football, are absolutely talking through their behind, because I read Eddie Brennan, I walked with Eddie for years and bought each day. And I find him a solid pundit. And he's actually an excellent manager, so I look hard for being a fantastic holla. But he called it out today and independent, like, he watched the limary, sure, like all you have is big sproms, though, five or six or five lads could get around the player, suck every bit of energy over carrying. And it's the same in football, like, you know, sure, when would somebody now want to go up and catch a big high football and have the crowd going, wow, you know, because straight away he comes down, there's about 14 players around him and he can't store anywhere, like, like, man on man. - Yeah, lots of change needed. And there is appetite for that. And there is a lot of people saying the very same thing, whether they'll be listening or not. I mean, I'm not so sure. It's interesting on the steps one. That's definitely a problem in, well, in Bork or this was. Rumor has it, you took freeze over the hand 'cause you couldn't get any harder to when you kicked it off the ground. (laughing) - No, we better set to this one. The reason I didn't take the order off the ground, so I was actually not a good at them. And whoever came up with the idea that you could take freeze over your hands, that man should be put onto this panel of players because only for that man, whoever said, you know what I think about it. It's our take on freeze over the hand support. Look, you know what, there's people, traditionalists like it, you know, I have to say, I loved watching dead ball kickers off the ground, like, it's such an art, like, it really is. It's not an easy thing to do. And if you say, like, I suppose in the last 15 years, Michael Morphy and say a brain shame of, of Park, or a brain chain of Kerry. Now, and I have to give it the same array from Colorado off the ground. It took like, they were doing it effortlessly. If that, and I often tried it myself, and it was the rest of time, and then when I'd get taken trying to kick it harder, it was getting worse and worse. So it's locally, the change that, and yeah, it's probably sealed with me, a little bit better off over the hands. - You were handing up with them. And you know, I've got unconscious because we're definitely going to bring you back for my time in the Gansi, whenever that comes back around, it was a very popular series we started off with. And we haven't reviewed it for about two and a half years. So I think when we save a lot of that good stuff for then, and not out, there is a couple of good stories. Now, I have to give a few little teachers and spoilers the way I have a question actually forced. That comes in from Lee Gordon, a good lad that you would know fairly well. And he wants to know, what was the best point you ever came to? You reckon it was one against Board Leish and Dr. Colin in the club game? - I suppose before I answered that, Kevin, right? I was always conscious of one thing. And I used to get a few headlines for scores and stuff like that, but like, it was always other people on the team that had done the hard work to work the ball up the field, and then for somebody to get club or to get a free. So I always said it was a better responsibility in it. Apart from getting the score, you're actually trying to finish a movement that we were just after getting a free. So I suppose probably three stand out. And the first one, you'll definitely laugh at this. We were playing on Hannah and it's in a league game in Palatine, oh, Jesus, it's definitely 20, 25 years ago. My father was, of course, he was always doing an umpire. So it really took me sometimes because he's been after his ball, 50, 50, his arm was gone up even before I kicked it. But anyway, sausage, John Brennan kicked out the ball, and it definitely was in my half of the field but we could get a force win. And I just said here, fuck it, I'm just gonna let fly with this. You know what, sure, if it ends up, in the full, in the wrong square, you wouldn't know what happened. But the ball just went for mys and mys and mys. And to this day at ball dressing, we might have a job in the trouble stack. Before the left, we felt like about 65 hours out with Hannah. I was hand up in the air like that. But as was another, probably two ones to stick out, Kevin, I suppose, was we were playing player in a national league game in Carlo and we were playing against the decent, we were playing against a strong issue of wind. And the game was level. I suppose it was basically the last kick of the game. And I just caught it perfect. And okay, it was one of those ones that I drew with weighing and it was just constantly common. I was like, sometimes I used to look at these and I said, please, please. - Into the club is then, Scott, yeah? - Correct. - And it was for closing in the goal and force closing in the goal for players. I don't know what I was more happier about the actual free or that my first closing was just after we sent back the player packing by myself and my team. And I suppose obviously the one that the final one that stuck out was against when we played poor leash in the first round of the Linster Club Championship. Nearly two frees from the exact same position on the sideline. Now, we were beaten comprehensively, but it was probably getting close to one of my last games, playing in the Palazzurzi at senior level. And obviously, there was people that I would work with from poor leash. I knew it was a good crowd. They just came off right, Kevin. Sometimes these two go out, so I actually, my mother's gonna kill me now for way to just say that word and way to just say this. She's probably going to send a rosary over me coursing like this, but I'm here. (laughing) And the goal against Lees has to go, is that? Sure. - Yeah, definitely, yeah, yeah. And you know, the thing about that game, believe it or not was, I didn't start against Longford. I came in at half time in the Longford game, and I did particularly all right. I think I kicked two or three points from play, but it was enough to get me in for the leash game. But like, it was some buzz, Kevin. That was, like, they were really good days, like a full Doctor Colin Park. And look, you know what, we lost the game. Yeah, we were disappointed. You know, you go down, all the pubs are packed in Carla. You walk in, you go in and have a few pints. And you know, there were good days. Like, oh, can we run? I didn't win, I won very little with Carla. We won the Aborn Cup at Christ above. We had great days and like, I've great friends from, like all the Aeroglads, the Blues lads, you know, the Raffili lads, you know, you meet them now and, you meet the likes of Willie Quining and Sean Cavner, Johnny Nevin, Mark Carpenter. Like the Brain Cowberry. These are all, including me on club men, Brain Fireland, Joel Barnes. Like, these are all the top quality footballers. These lads, like the head and brothers, Jody Morrissey. I know there's lads, I'm leaving out, of course. Jeez, these are incredible footballers, but unfortunately, you know, it just goes to show what's required. Kevin, but I had good times. I totally enjoyed it, won very little, but you know what, you reach a stage, Kevin, in life, where it doesn't make a difference what you won or lost. I know you're going to say that's very easy for me now to have three senior championship medals, and it was a killer losing so many, and it's easy for me to say it. It's now that I have three medals in my back pocket. They don't mean a whole lot to me really anymore. It's nice to say you won them. It's more so about the matter in the times you add. There's loads of players that aren't looking off to be involved with top quality clubs, you know, they're born into smaller clubs. That doesn't make them any lesser footballers. Which really doesn't make a difference to me now as regards what it is a footballer, or what I won't as a footballer, 'cause I lost way more than what I won, but I can assure you I made way more friends than what I lost like, you know, so. - Super stuff, super stuff, and a great way to finish it up. But best look, I'm picking your best 15 for the one time in the games I think, whenever we have you on as well, that won't be an easy one with some of the names you're after an M. And now I can't let this episode end without getting clarification on something. - Here we go. - Tommy Walden reckons that he's the reason why you started wearing a steel toe cap post to work. - Yeah, if you want to put clarification on that for us, you have the floor. - Yeah, yeah, yeah, I was actually, believe it or not, do you know the ad in the, I don't know what ad it is, where the all-time guard is doing a checkpoint, is it a kick-card, and he's waiting for it. - That's right. - And the next minute, but anyway, I must have been busy and work one day, and I picked the very back end of beyond to do a checkpoint where there wasn't going to be a whole lot coming through, but of course, I probably end up going to get the sack now, where you can see the light heartless, but on cam, Tommy Walden anyway. And when he was driving off, like of course, I was only too late to meet somebody from Carla to start talking about football, 'cause it used up me time on the checkpoint. But then when he was driving off, he fucking drove over me to Oz. I think I could have been a player, so I'm not too sure if he actually did differently or not. But anyway, yeah. Tommy, you know, I was late to see him coming along, 'cause he's a very knowledgeable man about football, and he's enjoyable, yeah. You know, and it's amazing, like, Tommy involved in a robe, and you know, myself, involves a palletine. Like, you know, it's all important, when you're playing at the time, it's all about winning, but like, it's like, you look at Arab, and the blues, and all these. These are all great clubs, right, and roughly, they're all, you know, it's all a good stock on these people. Like, you know, sometimes you have to, it's amazing when you're a player. You have to, I think I found myself telling lies, wanting to hate players before I went out onto the field, just for something, but you look at the odds, these are all the sounds that I'd made them for playing safters, and you'd have to say, "You're sick, GC, now, prick, after all. "You know, but then, yeah." It's not in your nature, so you are who you are, at the end of the day. It's got, it's been absolutely brilliant, and I'm looking forward to this my time in the Gansy episode, whenever we get to do it, 'cause, you know what, I think people have got a real flavor of it here and out, but we better keep it in the can for the series itself. So look, on that note, I want to thank you for your time, and I want to say the very best look indeed, which is how you do this year, and happy birthday once more of us. Kevin, finally, I want to say it's cast. You know, when it started off first, I was watching, you're right, you're podcasting us, and I don't know about this, really, but, I'm really afterwarming to it, and I actually enjoy it now, so the best look to you, 'cause you do an awful lot there to promote the good things in psychology, and be positive, and, as I say, you know, hopefully, Colorado got to win against Stanford, and they're still in the hunt, but well done to yourselves, because, you know, it keeps people watching and interested in, like, they're probably turning off the iPad, as we speak right now, and saying, I can't get that 20 or 30 minutes back with my life after listening to that, I'd love to call. But anyway. - If you have to listen, that's their ska, go on, Martin. (laughing) Thanks a million lads, ladies and gentlemen. - Kevin, we'll talk to you. - And thanks very much again to Brian Schiakele, what a character, and some great stories there, and many more to come, no doubt, when we do get around to chatting again, and thanks to most cabinet, as well, proper, good conversation, you know, at most also, and very, very honest, as always, we're the best looked at all our teams.
