Europe Day is celebrated annually on the 9th of May, honoring peace and unity in Europe. This year, European Careers Association members decided to dive deeper into the topic of what it means to be European, and specifically, what is the value and meaning of being a part of the European Union. In this episode, members of the blue&yellow blog, Eliza and Jeanne, will talk with Nikodem, one of the founders of ECA, about the benefits and obligations flowing from EU membership. They will also discuss the connection between Maastricht and the EU, and how Europe Day is celebrated in different European countries.
