Diversity is all about celebrating all the ways that make us unique! Because we are all different and that is incredibly beautiful ❤🦄 But what does diversity and inclusion at uni (or at work) mean? How do we know it has been achieved? We have invited some wonderful guests from Diversity & Inclusivity Office (Maastricht University) and from ACMUS to tell us their perspective on diversity and to tell us what is being done at Maastricht University to create an environment where everyone feels welcome and heard. 🤗🤗🤗 Later on, we will discuss how this is being tackled at Zuyd Hogeschool and our personal experiences.
