Welcome to News from the Backyard Universe for the summer of 2024 with me, Helena White. I’ve just returned from a trip to the United Kingdom, so I’m going to start the summer with backyard sounds from England. This time I’m in Buckinghamshire, a rural county in southern England. I’m staying with my cousin Janis who lives in a small village in a house with a large backyard.
