  1. Problems: The problem isn't that obstacles exist.It's stopping at the obstacle that is the problem.The problem always contains the solution.2. Sell it: If we don't learn to sell something (product or service) we have to settle for selling our time.3. Check In: When we feel better, we do better. It really is that simple. Take a quick mini and ask yourself - How's my sleep? How's my stress levels? How's body feeling? How's my clarity? When these things are better, you are better. 1. Problems:


The problem isn't that obstacles exist.
It's stopping at the obstacle that is the problem.
The problem always contains the solution.

2. Sell it:


If we don't learn to sell something (product or service) we have to settle for selling our time.

3. Check In:


When we feel better, we do better. It really is that simple. Take a quick mini and ask yourself - How's my sleep? How's my stress levels? How's body feeling? How's my clarity? 
When these things are better, you are better. Period.
