Boise students fight for clean energy in schools

A coalition of students from all four high schools in the Boise School District has been working on a clean energy initiative and a longterm sustainability plan. Idaho Matters learns more.

A coalition of students from all four high schools in the Boise School District has been working on a clean energy initiative and a longterm sustainability plan.

Recently all that hard work paid off, as the school district passed a commitment on clean energy.

Idaho Matters talks with two of the student leaders behind these initiatives (Shiva Rajbandari and Sneha Sharma) along with Boise School District Sustainability Director Chris Taylor.
