For example, let me go and tell you really quick. I didn't mention this on the Thursday night preview show. I had a doofus move. Something that probably hasn't ever happened to be on the show in the 500 circle underline, and bold 581 episodes that we've done here on the show. - There's some reason you want to take us back. - Whatever, I wanted to go back in time. I wanted to hop in the time machine. - I remember wrong with it. - But posting one of CM's episodes in week six review, I have almost, in recent weeks, not, or I've published a wrong episode, and I've gone back and I've like, quick enough before the episode actually was dropped and I fixed it, you know? - No, that's a two armor. - Yes, so long story short, I was trying to post episode 581, the CM sent me, and I edited it, I put it together, it was titled 581, saved it. Bam, it was in my downloads, my documents, whatever you want to call it. - Boom, paste it. - Go to publish the episode. And you know I'm going to type in, 581, except in my brain, I said 481. And like I said, I've done this over the past few weeks, several times, I've had to go back and fix it, no I can't do that. - Something about those 400s. - And you know, I'm going about my business, thinking that the show's going on, without a hiccup, here we are, bam, CM text me, yo. What the, is going on here, I posted an episode, a little bit of 100 episodes though. - So I don't even know exactly which rivalry episode it was, they groomed me for dead, but I'm sure Grim Reaper probably even clicked on it, listening to CM's episode, we think he's going to get the week six review, bam, he hears himself. - He hears a familiar voice. - What the hell's going on here? - It sounds like memes, but that's all I mean, I do apologize, we didn't get a fix though, that episode should be removed from your app at some point, the mess up, and the right one is already published, so definitely-- - So good player, shit happens. - Yeah, I mean it wasn't really-- - Yeah, 400 on the mind, even though we're 100 episodes past that, but hey, shit happens, thoughts. - I don't know, I'm trying to go back in time. - Yeah, it's all good, man. If you want to go back, let's go back. - Yeah, nonetheless, I do apologize about that, but hey, we're going to grind, we're going to get this bad boy done with it. - As we do, baby. - Preview and predict every single game here. - Welcome to the preview show. - On the week six, slate. So, I'm excited about this one for multiple reasons, right? Like there's a juicy game, pretty much, in every time slot, right? I like that lines and Cowboys match up, I know people are going to look at that thing, eh, you know, whatever, the Falcons play at three o'clock too as well, so we don't play at that time period, you usually play at once. - So you got eyes on it. - I'm kind of excited about that. - Right. - And then you look at the noon slot, the juiciest game of the whole week, Washington commanders at the Baltimore Ravens. - Lamar 2.0 versus La Mall Jackson himself. - You got Texans at the Patriots, your boy Drake May stepping into the fold for the first time. - Yes, very, very first time. - Hey, look, this I look at it. It's not ideal, ranked number 32 in the league, out of 32 teams in pass, blocking win rate. - That is us. - Terrible. - Mm-hmm. - And your throwing Drake May out there, but I say, I look at it like this. - Yeah. - Look, there's nothing you could do about that. - Absolutely. - Ideally you want to leave them on the bench for the whole season, we understand that it's probably not going to happen now, once you throw them in there, it's probably in there unless something bad happens, but fuck it, let's ball. - Bro. - You know I'm trying to stop saying the F for it. (laughing) Hey, you know I've been high on. - Yeah, yeah, you've been high on it. - And I'm like, all right, Drake, you can't control the situation, you can't control the circumstances, but you can control how you play. - You're absolutely correct, Doug. - The Texans have just a dominant pass rush, man, Daniel Hunter actually might be leaving the league in pressures if I'm not mistaken. - Look what they did to Josh Brown last week. - Look what they did to Caleb Williams, another rookie. - Completion. - So now we're talking about the third overall pick here. - Yeah. - Mm, I'm not-- - What a time to put him in, right? What a time to fucking make your debut. - All right, so let's go and talk about it. - Oh, it's good, let's get it. - It's a new angle picture, it's just a new slot game, we're already-- - I'm with it, I'm with it. - We're already ankles deep. (laughing) - It's a dive all the way in. - It's a bad boy. - It's a dive all the way in. - Texans are a dominant team at this point, right? Like, yes, they could play a little bit better, they just lost their wide receiver one in Nico Collins, they got some people coming back from injury, they haven't played a perfect style of football, they did get beat by the Vikings pretty handedly. - Yeah. - Not that long ago, it was nice seeing them bounce back, get a good victory over the Buffalo Bills, but now here we go, this is a team that really has stood in the way of so many great Texans teams with Matt Shob, it's crazy as that sounds, I mean it, you know, Bryan Cushing, Whitney Mercilis, Jonathan Joseph, Karim Jackson, some great Houston Texans teams over the course of the early 2010s, and they would always run into, and the division round after beating the Bengals in the wildcard round, that was a ritual, they'd move on to the division around and they'd lose with the Patriots, the Tom Brady led Patriots, and it was always devastating 'cause you'd know that the Texans were good, you knew that they had a good enough team to make or run, and they would always run into this team, and now it's just such a different set of circumstances, obviously when you look at the head coaches, both former players for that team, you know, so that's a nice little twist, I don't know, has that ever happened? Have we ever had an NFL game coached by two former players of that exact team? - I can't think of it. - And so it has to be a deep goal, because that's way, way back. - That's so uncommon, players don't, Dan Campbell is another one, so if we have a Texans versus, so I mean I guess maybe it's more common these days, you know, but-- - Texas, well, recent years, it's more common. - But I still feel like the fact that we have three coaches right now that used to be former players of that exact team isn't talked about enough. - No it isn't, 'cause I didn't even put two and two together. - And now we got two of them playing against each other right now, and it's hard not to lean towards Dimeko Ryan's and the Houston Texans, because of the pure tail of the tape. You look at, you know, let's compare positions, not literally right now, but if you were to-- - But you have to. - Go down the line. I would say that cornerback is one position that you guys probably edge him out. Like Nico Collins, it's a good thing that he started his, you know, four-week IR trip this week, because this was going to be a, you know, a pretty easy day at the office for him. If you will, having Christian Gonzalez over there, I don't think there was gonna be a whole lot of action. That's not a shot at Nico. He's one of the best receivers in the league, literally leading the league in receiving yards right now. Devastating that he's gonna be missing some time, but Christian Gonzalez, man, that was gonna be a juicy matchup. You know, I don't wanna-- - Yeah, I don't wanna-- - Just being a receiver obviously. - Always looking to find out what the stats were at the end of the game. - Yes, to see kind of how that one played out. So it's unfortunate we are getting robbed of that matchup, but I think ultimately we're gonna get a lot of other good football, just like I said, other areas from the Texans that we won't really need. A big Nico day, let's see if we can get Stefan Diggs going, let's see if we can get Tank Dell going, maybe Dylan Schultz has a, you know, higher stat line. Maybe be a little bit more balanced. You don't have to throw a lot. This is the Patriots, no offense. I know it's in Gillette, so it's not like you're in the home, or the comfort of your own home stadium, like Drake May is gonna be, hopefully the Patriots can go. - That's all we do, that's going for us. - Hopefully they can welcome him and give him the standing ovation and the support that he needs from the crowd to kind of keep them into it because, let's just keep in mind, man, that Chargers team, I know the Chargers have always been good on paper, but let's be honest, the Chargers really never do well, like on the field because of, you know, injuries and bad luck and being snake bitten or whatever, however you wanna phrase it. Justin Herbert got thrust into the lineup whenever Tyrod Taylor got his lung stabbed or something like that. I don't know what, like-- - Yeah, puncturable. - Oh, man, here we go. They were supposed to have this journeyman quarterback, kind of E's or rookie who wears number 10 into the lineup here, and now all of a sudden it's kind of happening in New England now. All of a sudden, we wanted Drake May to sit on the bench all season. Doesn't always work out like that. In this particular circumstance, he's starting week six against the Texans. Unfortunately, I am picking the Texans to win this one. - Well, I'll start off this way. I definitely think the Texans will take it. In the fashion, a lot of people think of? No, I don't think the Texans are coming and dominate the shit out of us. Obviously, it's home. I feel like that alone plays enough presence that'll give us enough advantage to be competitive in this game. The Texans haven't been dominant on offense. We've come to seem like last year. They were aren't explosive. Yes, they have some explosive plays, but that isn't as much as it was in previous years. I want to address the Drake May starting, obviously. This is, I have mixed emotions about it. So, one side of me is obviously, you've got the kid, you're the football player, you get drafted. If you're scared to put him in because he's gonna get hurt or get tackled or anything like that, we've obviously drafted the wrong guy and we should have went other options. Thressing this kid in right now, I think is probably going to be the best for him for his career. Would I love to have seen him, obviously, on the bench the whole season? Yes, that would have been my dream. But what we've seen from Jacobi Brissette has been under par, to say the least. And I think, I really think that we could see the exact, maybe even better from Drake May. We can't obviously see any worse. So, I'm all in. Let's see what the kids got. Like I said, if we're scared or getting him getting hurt, I mean, it's the wrong sport for us to think that. There's kids like Kayla Williams that thrust it in there from the get-go. So, let's see what he's got. He's going to get a great front. So, it's a perfect test at game. Let's see the grit. Let's see how he could stand up, handle pressure. With the offensive line that we got, he's going to ask for a lot of them. But, hey, we got some big shoes to fill. No better testing to do it now. I guess a damn good defense. I feel like we're going to be in this game. I wouldn't be surprised if we even took it. You know what I mean? This is, it's not far-fetched in my mind to believe in the defense. And, I believe in a spark of the rookie quarterback making his debut. Like, I believe that's a good enough reason for everybody, just a rally. And, some shit may happen and bounce our way. - Yeah, right now, the football gods could end up being on your side. - Oh, there is a game in London, though, that morning that we'll talk about before we do the rest of the new games. Jaguar's at Bears. Two former number one overall picks going at it. The last two guys, if I remember correctly, that were labeled, quote unquote, generational quarterbacks. - The guys. - The ones that are can't miss. We kind of explained how we felt about Caleb Williams. We think, obviously, Drew, he's still out. I think he's going to be a great quarterback. Trevor Lawrence. - No doubt. - Had a pretty good game last week. Art, or definitely, not even arguably. - Yeah, his best game season. - Yeah, one of his first one last season. - Now they're going to their second home man in London, Duvall London. - Their hometown, yeah. - So, against the team like the Bears, who are kind of starting to get a little bit spicy, especially on the offensive side of the ball. I liked that performance from Caleb Williams last week. If both of these guys, both of these quarterbacks coming off of a good game, both these quarterbacks coming off of the best game of their season. - Facts. - It's a great little match up here to start the day. Like, who's going to have another good game? 'Cause I don't feel like both of these guys are going to crap the bed. Decent chance that one of them does. - Yeah. - But most likely. - One of them is probably going to end up leaving this game with another win, and I don't know. I think that the Jags are going to ride the momentum. Something tells me they are going to get this one. I think that in London, it kind of saved their season last year. I think that they're going to ride the momentum. I think they have back-to-back games in London, week six and seven. You can't lose the first one, otherwise it's going to be not fun week going forward into your next game in London. So just by that, football gods, we're talking about them. They're going to be on the Jags side. Give me the Jags in this one. - Give me the Bears to hold it down, technically at home, in London. But I believe that their defense possessed a bigger challenge for the Jaguars that they saw last week against the Colts. Don't get me wrong, I believe that both of these seem to have lighted up. Offensives are starting to click a little bit. I think Trevor Lawrence is going to elevate his game from last week and complete a lot more. The run game started opening up. BTN was running a little bit. The offensive line was getting a good push, making a great surge at the front of point. But I believe in the Bears' defense. I believe they posed a different threat than the Colts did last week. They just have issues that the Jaguars can just sprout up every weekend from what we've seen there, or one and four start, the connections are all the way there. So that could always bounce back on the road overseas at that. So I'm going to go with the Bears' defense, really pulling through in Caleb Williams, managing, finding DJ a little bit more, becoming that balance team that we've come to see for the past weeks. - Yeah, this does just seem like one of those games that you flush everything that's happened up until this point. You are overseas. It does feel like almost like a different atmosphere. So it's a great opportunity for both of these guys to put their best foot forward. I would love for just an absolute shoot out here to start the day. - I believe that's what we're getting, Doug. - The next team we'll talk about in the new slot, Tampa Bay Buccaneers after New Orleans Saints, and the Cesar Superdome, the Saints starting Spencer Raller, I think an oblique injury is why they're a car sideline, gonna be sideline for a handful of weeks. - Hey Amazon Prime members. I know it's into New Orleans, but I mean, the bucks are pissed off from what happened to them on Thursday night against the Falcons. And I have a feeling that they're gonna wanna take it out on a team that they hate probably more than they hate the Falcons in New Orleans Saints. The team that's wounded, vulnerable, step on their throat for all I care, but we're gonna have our rematch one way or the other. So go ahead and beat the Saints in the process, but if the Saints do end up sneaking one out, cool, so these are my two options. These are the two possibilities here. The bucks are either about to lose their second straight or the Saints are gonna lose their fourth straight. One of the two are happening. - Yeah, in your final with either. - I'm fine with either, preferably it would be more advantageous if the Saints got like a sneaky win that they played like crap, five turnovers from Spencer Rattler. And I mean, these are two former Oklahoma quarterbacks going out of Spencer Rattler and Baker Mayfield. Let me just say that. - It would mind this being a pick off though here. We're both of these guys in the game. All right, and all seriousness, we can't crap on 'em for the whole preview. - Yeah. - Although, you know, I was having fun. - You know, you gotta get your shots at the Saints. - I will say, shout out, this is the, or should I say, happy March on Laddermore versus Mike Evans fight week if you celebrate. - Oh, that's definitely coming. - So you could expect to probably go at it. - I've got about the beef. - No love lost in that situation. But yeah, I already picked it. Bucks are going to win this game probably pretty handedly. - Yeah. - Take their anger out on the New Orleans Saints. - Todd Bowles know how to really get after, you know, his pass rusher, you know, his passers and everything. So having it being a rookie quarterback this week, I definitely think he's gonna get after him. Give me the Bucks as well. - Now, one of the more juicier matchups on the entire slate, we are already kind of alluded to it. The Washington Commanders and the Baltimore Ravens. This is a very close game right there. In the, you know, that Maryland region. You're either a commander's fan or you're a Ravens fan. And one of these teams has had tremendous success. And the other one has been, you know, has seen better days for the past like decade or so. But now I'll tell you right now, they have not seen better days and they're seeing right now in a very long time. And what better opportunity than against another team that is starting to hit their stride. They started knowing too, what are they now? Three and two? - Three and two. - And they're hitting their groove. Commanders are hitting their groove. I mean, gosh, why could we not get this game flexed in the Sunday night? We hit the bangles and giants. - Yeah, they should flex us. That'd be nice. - What are we doing here? - Come on, guys. - It's too late for that. But yeah, the Washington Commanders and the Baltimore Ravens, dude. Like we're gonna see a lot of conversations about how similar the two quarterbacks are, how they're both pretty mobile and, you know, obviously both Heisman winners and what they did when they were first brought into the lineup, a little bit different. Jayden Daniels started from game one. - No, Flaco was there for-- - Yeah, Flaco kind of eased into the season and then Lamar kind of stepped in towards the end. But man, Jayden Daniels hasn't been stopped yet. Do you think the Ravens are gonna be the team to do it? Do you think, I mean, they're in Baltimore. This seems like the one place, the one speed bump, the one road block that's gonna say, no, your little easy path is stops here. But one thing I will say, man, as long as Dan Quinn is the head coach of the Washington commanders, they are going to go in every single game they play pretty much with their fists up, just saying, let's get it. - Yeah, they definitely will come in and thinking or knowing that they can be. - That's the one thing I always appreciated or appreciated about Dan Quinn is just a lack of fear. - Yeah, he'll go for it. - Like he is someone that's going to have our guys ready to go, I remember it was his second year as the Falcons head coach. We went back to Seattle. They still had the Legion of Boom. Cam Chancellor was still there. - Well, Thomas, everyone was still there. And the Falcons played the Seahawks in Seattle and Dan Quinn was like, yo, this is a great team, but we're gonna go head to head. They're gonna have to beat us too. They gotta deal with us. Let's go four quarters of a great football game, not even to get carried away on that. But that's just one thing I always respected about Dan Quinn. It's his ability to have his team prepared for the big moments. And this is the biggest moment of his tenure as a commander as everybody else is there as well, no matter what. There hasn't been a game bigger than this for anybody on that roster. Like London Fletcher isn't walking out of the door. And you know, I will say shout out to London Fletcher a long time, Washington Redskins. - What? - His wife passed away. So definitely wanted to give him some thoughts. A legend of the game. Like literally one of the leading tacklers every single season for like 10, 12 years. Like not like obviously he didn't lead every single year, but he was in the conversation top three, top four. And they, you know, an era that featured Brian Erlacher, featured Ray Lewis amongst many other great middle linebackers that were kind of, you know, just playing amongst his time. So definitely wanted to give him a moment here on the show to give him some thoughts. But he's dealing with some difficult stuff here. So why not dedicate this game to him? Dan Quinn already gave him a game ball. So clearly he is on that organization's mind. And I think that this would be a great time to go do it for him. Win this game for London. I'm going to roll with the NFC Washington commanders to go shock the AFC Jugger, not the Baltimore Ravens. On the road, this is just one of those games where people are kind of like, they're joyfully watching the commanders. Like, how far are they going to take this? Now the Ravens are going to bring him back down the earth. The Ravens are going to be the team. - That's exactly what I was listening. - That finally humbles this team. And I think that this is going to be the win that turns people into wanting to see them lose. - Look, I could see it go either way. I could see it where the Baltimore Ravens or that team that will humble them, bringing them back to earth and everything. And making them realize that it's not all handy and dandy with your quarterback having as much time as he want back there and really air it out to all his favorite targets and shit. That's the way I'm thinking it, but I could also see where the commanders stay hot, dog, or they still let the fantastic plays down the field happen. McClurens getting open, making plays in the end zone and little Jayden Daniels is finding his triple options, finding his runways, his open alleys. But I believe that Lamar Jackson and Derek Henry are just on a path right now, looking at the past games that they've been playing against. - This is the easiest defense that they're going to go as well. - Exactly, that was my point in the nutshell. They played the Cowboys past two weeks ago, they played the Bills, and then they just got done beating the Bengals. I know that's not too much of a, you know-- - Yeah, Bengals was a little bit of a-- - Yeah, the Bengals defense. - About like 38 points, 48 where it was. - But still, so I'd play Joey B. But I feel like this is the easiest defense that they have to go through. So when you have a rushing attack like the two-headed monsters the Ravens have, I believe that the run game will put pressure on anybody. So it's gonna crack the commanders and bring them back to Earth in my vision. So I'm gonna give it to the Ravens to win. - All right, so we just talked about two Heisman winning quarterbacks. We might as well talk about one more, right? Tyler Murray in the Arizona Cardinals go to Green Bay to play the Packers. Now this one's interesting because I feel like these two teams are pretty much on the same level right now. The Packers have a defensive back though. Xavier McKinney, that is playing out of his freakin' mind. Five interceptions I think already in five weeks. - Yep. - Hey Amazon Prime members, why pay more for groceries when you can save big on thousands of items at Amazon Fresh? That's insane. - Well, what's his name did it last year? So they, uh... - Jerome Bland? - Yeah, Bland was. - Yeah, but I mean, Xavier McKinney. - And Diggs did it last year, too. - Xavier McKinney is actually, you know. - He's balling. - Yeah, like, well, there's a reason we haven't heard Jerome Bland's name all season. - Sure. - Even though he's healthy. - I don't even know if he's playing, though, I've never heard anything, but I didn't even even find out he's actually even playing right now, because if he is playing and we haven't heard his name, that's not always a terrible thing. He's not getting the production, the ball production, all those interceptions, but it might mean he's not an absolute liability, but I thought the longer we talk about it, with having the facts, the worse it gets. - Yeah, absolutely. - We'll figure out and we'll, we'll touch back on that. - Yeah, we'll get back at you. - But we got Jordan Love. They gotta win a hard-earned win in Los Angeles. - So do the Cardinals. - The Cardinals got a hard-earned win as well. - I think it was a harder- - It was a tough one. - It was a tough one. - Do you think the Packers are gonna have what it takes to stop this offense? - Absolutely not, man. - I mean, Marvin Harrison Jr. McBride, Michael Wilson. - Nope. Michael Wilson actually came up clutch last week as well. I feel like Kyler is trusting in him a lot more and finding him his big frame and also with Connor, James Connor running like a madman with the time winding out last week. I feel like that's a killer for the Packers. Packers really haven't clicked on offense too much either. Jordan Love has been in and out, injuries. They won two games with Malik Willis, but I don't know. I feel like that posted a challenge, especially with the Cardinals defense being as stingy as they are being as gritty. I'm believing in this Cardinals team, really, to come into Green Bay and getting this win. Forging out a hard-earned win last week tested them to the point to where they know that they could be anybody. So I feel like they're gonna come knuckles dusted up and ready to put some Packers in the mouth. - Oh, man, this is a tough one. 'Cause I've tried to nail all these Packer games every week, but this was one of the tougher ones that I'm trying to predict here. - Let's go Red Sea, baby. - On the road. Mm, Jonathan Ganon. He's got his ball club playing some fucking gods out there. Rally back from 17 against the Monet 49ers. - Not an easy task, by any means. So I'm gonna pick the Packers. 'Cause I wanted to do-- - Yeah, you're so-- - I wanted to pick the Cardinals and I was trying to say it, and the fact that there was something stopping me from saying it just tells me to lean towards the Packers, but honestly, if I'm wrong, so be it. I don't even want to know what my record is with all these picks, so whatever it is, what it is. Colt's Titans, another visual matchup, Nashville, Tennessee. Titans, I mean, they're not getting Jack-ish from Calvin Ridley. He has like nine catches and five games. - Oh, are they getting Jack-ish from their QB either? - No. - Uh-uh. - But either of them. True, that is true, you know. - I mean, who are we gonna see this week? Are we gonna see Levis or are we gonna see Mason Rudolph? - I know one person we're seeing, Jill Flacko. So, game over. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. If Flacko plays, yeah, I'm believing in this Colt. - Yeah, I mean, I probably won't pick against Flacko. (laughing) If he's playing in the game, I feel like at this point, he's got that-- - And that's so weird though. - He's got that clutch factor. I don't know, it was very weird. - It's so weird that they, that you, so if Anthony Richardson was playing this game, if Anthony Richardson was playing this game, I would still probably pick the Colts because I just, I don't really believe in this game. - You're a liar. I wouldn't pick the Titans. - I wouldn't be as-- - I wouldn't pick the Titans. - If it was, if it was Levis versus Richardson, I think I'd have to go with the Titans. If that was the case. But if, but, Levis versus Flacko, give me, give me Flacko all day. Give me the old guy off the, off the couch. - At this point, I'm taking Flacko versus Jill Montana. (laughing) Like, Flacko-- - Jill Montana? - Flacko knows how to ball, but yeah, I mean, give me the Colts in this one. I don't think it's necessarily going to be a, a barn burner. - Nah, I'm with you right there, pal. - By any means, we talked about Jim Schwartz, how he's the current defensive coordinator for the Browns, former defensive coordinator for the Eagles. Well, those two teams played each other. The last noon game we'll talk about here, Cleveland Browns, Philadelphia Eagles, Lincoln Financial Field. - Yeah, such another, another confusing. - I mean, the Browns' offense is what is stopping me from wanting to just go all in and deal with so many injuries. - Point, period. - Eagles are a good team, especially there in Lincoln Financial Field. Very tough to beat. I think that if the Browns were clicking a little bit better, especially on offense, I would have no problem rolling with them because I think that their defense, when healthy, could give the Eagles so many problems. Like Jeremiah Wusukormova, good luck doing some bullshit. Like read option shit with Jalen Hertz with him. He'll fly around and make the tackle. Obviously the touch push is going to be hard to stop for anybody, but who really cares at this point? That's just like giving that they're going to get in those certain shorts. - Yeah, that play is always coming. - So I just think it's more so just the Browns' offense. Like how can you watch DeShawn Watson play over the last few weeks and be confident that he's going to go into Philly and beat the Eagles? I just really can't do it. So I am going to have to pick the Eagles unfortunately to win this match up here over the Cleveland Browns, but I would love to be wrong. - Yeah, I mean, is there anybody in a worse seat? I guess we could bust out the games heating in their hot seat. The Nick Sirioni right now, I mean, I feel like his job is up for grabs. He's probably the next coach to be out the door if this one doesn't go to do what the Eagles want. I mean, even if they win the game and if they really don't like what the product is, I feel like he's going to be out. I feel like he's the next coach just going to see his way out of the door. But I don't think it's going to be this week. I think the Eagles have enough and will do enough there. I mean, obviously in a way better situation than what the Browns are going through right now. Hopefully they're $230 million quarterback over there figures shit out and makes everything look all right 'cause obviously Dubs fix a lot of things. But so does not looking shitty in taking a huge part of the company's money. So give me the Eagles to win this one in a close game. I really hope that the Browns take a page out of the old days and come back and win this one, but I'm going with the Eagles. - Let's move on to the new slot here. - Chargers at Broncos, we got two former Oregon quarterbacks going at it. Bo Nicks versus Justin Herbert in the same week that we got two OU quarterbacks going at it with Spencer Radler and Baker Mayfield. So we got some nice little, all the modern battles here going on. - Let's get it. - And you know, the Broncos offense just does not excite me. - They won three straight though. - They've won three straight. I get it and they're looking a little bit juicy, a little bit frisky there. We're in their throwbacks this week. No, they're not and that is a factor that kind of pushes them over the edge. But you're right, Chargers. Chargers don't give you a reason to trust them yet. The Broncos have won three straight. They're at home three o'clock slot. Of course, the Broncos are starting to pick up steam when the Falcons are playing them here pretty soon and I'm going to that game. But yeah, it's awesome. I feel like he's one of the candidates for-- - That's console ever made? - Yeah, that too. But you know, player of the year, defensive player of the year, you know, his pick six like a week was awesome, but Chargers are coming off a buy. Broncos have won three straight. That's a kind of interesting factor. A factor of both these games will coach Harbaugh open up the playbook and let Justin Herbert throw it a little bit. He kind of was coming before the buy, before their game. I think he threw maybe 30 times and that's been the most all season. So maybe a little trust, maybe a little more of a letting Justin Herbert do what he wants to do out on the field, making his options, making his changes and all that stuff is becoming more and more as they get going, get, you know, further down the schedule. But give me the Broncos. I feel the momentum riding high over there. No pun intended in Denver. So like I said, PS2 is playing out of his mind. So I feel like whatever the Chargers have on there, wide receiver one, I can't even think of it right now, but anyways, they're going to get locked down 'cause he's playing great football right now. Bo-Nakes is also playing great. He improved last week. So I feel like he's going to adjust a little bit more and improve a little bit off that game and come home or actually defend home field and win this one. Give me the Broncos. Moving on to another game, Pittsburgh Steelers at the Las Vegas Raiders. I don't know, I need to get updated on this stat because I know at one point, especially, you know, like mid-2000s, 2010, '11, '12, whatever it is, there was a stat that like anytime the Raiders and Steelers played in the regular season, the Raiders would win and the Steelers would miss the playoffs. - Hmm. I feel like I've heard that before somewhere. - There's something along those lines. I don't know the exact fact of it, but there is that weird juju, that weird type of vibe to this game where there's freaky shit that goes on. So that would be one reason to lean towards the Raiders. I started aiding O'Connell this week, I don't know if she goes to the bench. It's going to have to be the Brock Bauer show and the Amir Abdullah show for them to, you know, have any type of chance to win this game. So, you know, I got to go with the Steelers. I just think that they have more. Their defense is going to do more and-- - Well, I thought you were going with the Raiders. Thank God. - Yeah, I'm going with the Steelers. - Okay, yeah, me too, I'm going with the Steelers as well. They're countering with Justin Fields. I know there was critics and a lot of people saying that they should play Russell Wilson, which I don't think that would fix any of the problems. I really think that they should involve George Pickens. I feel like that would enter a lot of pick problems. But yeah, and involve Nodger Harris, of course. But a good game for Justin Fields is what they need, what they really must have. - Yeah, I can't get it. - TDA while it's going to go crazy this game, so give me the Steelers. - Moving on to another one. - What are you cheesing about over there? - At the Panthers, I just had to accidentally download something and I just, I don't have my headphones on, so I don't know if you heard, did you hear anything from your headphones? Okay. I don't know what it was, but anyways, Falcons at the Panthers, Charlotte, North Carolina, you know the Falcons are Owen Forgens, Andy Dalton? - Mm, I did that, I did that. - Hey Amazon Prime members, why pay more for groceries when you can save big on thousands of items at Amazon Fresh? Gambling problem, caller text 1-800-Gambler. 21 plus only must be physically located in Colorado. - Love Carolina. - This is a perfect trap game. Like where you're coming off of these two big division wins, you think you're gonna coast to a three and no division lead, three straight wins. Falcons haven't won three straight games since 2019. - You also haven't had somebody throw 508 yards in a long time either. - Kirk Cousins broke that record. - Well it's 506. - 509. - Oh no. - But Matt Ryan, it's 406. - Yeah, Matt Ryan. - 506. - Yeah. - But yeah, Kirk Cousins did it, dog. - It's a lot of fucking yards. - Look, I'm gonna be honest, we should dismantle this team. - You should. - Because now look, here's the deal. Kirk Cousins and his massive performance has done one thing. Especially like that, 'cause look, Falcons always knew their offense should be a threat. They got pretty good weapons. But the fact that everybody went bonkers, everyone went off last week. - That's what you do every week. - Just makes me feel like now, life's gonna get a little bit easier for Bijon. Teams aren't just gonna load the box and just say alright, let's blitz Kirk Cousins and see if we can get him off of his wagon and see if we can just have him throw some bad passes, which he might do. But ultimately, I don't know man, I'm for some reason, this doesn't feel like the same old Falcons to me. It feels like the Arthur Smith Falcons go into this game and they get a little bit too overconfident. They probably end up blowing, it's probably a close game. Couldn't have been a close game either way, 'cause that's just how our season is gone. But I feel like the Raheem Moore's Falcons, this version is going to fight no matter what. And there isn't going to be overlooking a type of opponent. We're gonna come out, try to put our foot on the gas and try to just attack them early. Hopefully early enough to where, you know, a lot of people said, the Falcons aren't gonna see Michael Pinnig for about four years. We might see him in the fourth quarter of this game. 'Cause of Boa. But, you know, I don't want to get too overconfident, but, you know, 'cause I do know the Divisional matchups are close to Panthers, they beat us last year. You know, and they had two wins. So, clearly, don't overlook this team, don't allow it to be a trap game, take care of business, defeat Andy Dalton for the first time, get that weird ass little thing off of your back, and then-- - That is pretty fucking weird. - Just move on to a four and two record, like, tell me that doesn't sound nice. Moving on to a four and two record, and then you go on to play the Seattle Seahawks, which I'm gonna be honest, Falcons should win that game too, and then maybe, you know, get the five and two, you play the Bucks again, who knows, but even then, if you win these two games, you set yourself up for, if you do lose to the Bucks, you're sitting there with a five and three record, and the whole season is still ahead of you, and you split with them. - Yeah, still up there in the division. - You obviously want to take care of business. They're gonna be motivated. They don't want to win that game, so you're gonna have to come out and be ready to take the punches as well as throw some yourself. But you kind of overlook the Panthers to get there. You gotta go there, it's a three o'clock start. Hopefully, that kind of allows you to wake up a little bit more, you're not in that noon. It's already kind of getting you in that five time, I guess, 'cause keep in mind, we're coming off of a mini-buy. You know, we played on Thursday. We're off the weekend, and it kind of came back, so. And we played in the three o'clock slots, we're just adding a little bit more rest to it. Like, oh yeah, let's go. Like, there's gonna be some teams that played twice since the Falcons have played once, just 'cause they played Thursday, there's some teams that played Sunday, and they're gonna play Sunday at noon again. And the Falcons haven't played since last Thursday, and then play at three. - Damn. - Good break, nice break. If you lose this game, that'll be the first, like, hmm, raise my eyebrows about this team. I think that, like I said, old Falcons lose it. These new Falcons should and probably will win, so I'm gonna roll with them. - Old Falcons would have lost this game, that's fucking hilarious. But this is a Panthers team that struggles, struggles to stop anybody. If you guys even mustard a little, if you guys even sniff a little bit of the 500 game, I feel like you're in the clear. If you guys stay out of your own way, just like us in volleyball, if we could minimize the mistakes, you know, fall star to all the little bit shit, this game has the potential to be, like, how you want it, a Michael Pinnick's fourth quarter kind of affair. That's no ill will towards a Panther or anything like that. CM, I hope you're gonna be watching this game and sending a role report if you would like as well. Just to get your point of view of how you thought this game went, 'cause, you know, like Mike said, last year you guys won then. So I would love to hear your side if that happens. - Yeah. - But, yeah. - I won't step up, yeah. - What were you doing? Yeah, but yeah, I'm just kidding. Ah, that's just a weird fucking thing too. Annie Dalton, you guys have never run against Annie Dalton, but Falcons win big here with no mistakes. - That's a clean game, clean, perfect game. You gotta win outside of the throwbacks, you know? 'Cause we're going back to our normal jerseys this week. - Ah shit, all right, give me the Panthers. - It's like going back to school after Christmas break, you know? - Yeah. - Oh man, like, really? We gotta go back to school. If your jerseys make you feel like that, get your new jerseys. Life is too short to have bad football jerseys, so. - Thanks. - The last non-prime time game that we'll talk about here, the Lions go to the Cowboys. - Dudes. - Yes, Dallas had a little bit of a late game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, a little bit of a weird one too. - A two-day gamer. - Yeah, no doubt, so. - And the Lions are coming off a buy. - Yeah, no doubt, so here we go. - That's great up by. - The Detroit Lions should come into this game and have their way with the Cowboys. - They're the three-point favorite. - I just, I want to pick the Cowboys, 'cause I think that they're gonna give the Lions, like, trouble, like when the game actually comes down on paper and you look at the way these two teams have played, you could easily think, yeah, like the Cowboys are gonna have problems stopping a lot of their weapons. Like, it's gonna be a pretty good day for the Lions offense. And really, when you look at it from the Cowboys, like, if they're not getting a monster game from CD Lam, how are they winning games? - Thanks. - Like, you're not gonna be able to nickel and dime against this team that's gonna be running the piss out of the football, taking up so much clock and scoring pretty much at will. They have a pretty good defense too, that's gonna do everything in their power with Aidan Hutchinson and the company to get after Dak Prescott. I just think that this is not necessarily an ideal matchup for the Cowboys, if they were gelling a little bit more and we were seeing more production from other guys on a more consistent basis, then I'd be like, okay, yeah, the Cowboys can handle this game, especially at home, but I just think, like you said, Lions coming off of a bi-week, they're gonna be sharp, they're gonna be rested and hungry. So it's not necessarily a good place for the Cowboys to be, I think the Lions get a road win here. - What the Lions don't want to get theirself into is in a situation in the last quarter where Dak has a time to prove it again, 'cause we've seen them in the last two games. If he has enough time, just like Aaron Rodgers has been doing it for however long his career is, Dak proved these last two games. If you let him have the ball in his hands in the last two minutes of the game, he's gonna make you fucking hurt, he's gonna make you wish it. Obviously you had the ball and we're winding down the clock. The Lions definitely don't want to find themselves trying to go back and forth with the Cowboys. CD Land, if you let him get started, he's gonna be hard to stop, obviously. He's gonna take over a game and cause you nightmares. All fucking every four quarters, so every quarter actually. So the Lions really want to take care of business early, stop them out and finish strong. If they can let the rest actually play a factor in this game, actually go balls to the walls and not let what happened last year factor anything into this game. When these two played last year, I feel like, you know, didn't some happen at the last fucking like 10 seconds in the game or some shit? I can't really remember, but I know something went down and I'll end the Lions. I wish I could remember off the top of my head, it's been a long day. The Lions, well, something with the referees, the time I was winding down, I can't remember. I can't remember off the top of my head either, but the Lions end up losing it, or the Cowboys end up losing it cause of that, but. Yeah, they don't want anything to happen like that. So with a confusing explanation of who I wanted to win, give me the Lions that take this one dog. I feel like they're way better and well rested. So give me them. All right, and that takes us to the prime time game. - That I'm done. - Bangles at Giants, a little bit of a slop fast, right? - For sure, for sure. But, I mean, Daniel Jones looked pretty good last week without his number one receiver. - I do think the Bengals get it done on the road. I think they can do it. - Nah, give me the Bears. I mean, the Bears, give me the Giants. They're getting Malik back and Daniel Jones is actually-- - Malik, the freak? - That boy is pretty fucking good. - Daniel Jones? - Him too, he's playing good. - Oh, yeah, that's how she's referring to it first. - For Malik neighbors. Daniel Jones is playing well, giving him to defend home for the man. The Bengals have too much going on. - They're fine for their life, life support right now. - That's the only thing, yeah. - Like, they lose this game, pack it up. - It's only season though. - They try calls for T Higgins. - Season downhill from there. - 'Cause you need some help, that's another thing. It's the point I was pretty much trying to make and it's not like that's the only reason why. I feel like there's decisions the Bengals have made over the past few years that have kind of set themselves up to deal with this. You would just have hoped that whether it was 2021 or 2022, that they would have had a Super Bowl trophy to show for it, and you deal with this. You deal with this era that comes where you gotta take a few shots on the chin just to kind of go through it with a salary cap and things like that, could you let go with some players? But, I don't know. - The Cincinnati defense cannot get after the quarterback. They are awful on defense. - They're struggling on that aspect. - They're awful on defense. - But. - Giants are coming off an impressive road victory against the Seahawks last week, if that helps you any. - I mean, I was impressed with what I saw from the Giants last week. That's why I feel like offensively it's gonna be just a crazy shutout or a shootout. I mean, but. - This is a wild one, man. - The point I was trying to make though about the Bengals is just that, that's kind of what I was saying over the course of the off season whenever T. Higgins was holding out and everything like that. And I was saying, like, just move him. - Yeah, ship him off. 'Cause like, you don't need two wide receivers. Go ask the Chargers what happens when you pay two wide receivers. You're not having to try to trade both of them or cut in both of them to get out of salary cap hell. It's just not a way to go about business because you have to make those tough decisions. Now you can't allocate that money to other positions of need. Like, you're telling me right now, had you traded T. Higgins at the end of last season, gotten a second round pick for him, possibly more second to third. You couldn't have got some depth for your defense. Like, instead of like him holding out and really no one's happy. Like, the Bengals know that he's probably gonna be gone after this season. He knows I didn't get the long term deal that I wanted. So I'm risking injuries and we've already seen him getting banged up this season. So it's like, it's not a great spot for anybody. The organization needs to start winning games for Juju to like to turn around there. - They're in survival mode. - This loss right here to the Giants on the road, man heads would roll. - Fuck. - So I am, I'm gonna pick the Bengals 'cause I think that just them being on life support is enough reason for me to think they can get it done and Met Life Stadium on Sunday night, speaking of Met Life Stadium, Monday night. - Monday night. - The Jets are hosting the Bills. Jeff Ulbrick has their interim head coach going up against the Bills. You just look like an absolute puddle of dog water. We saw them play the Texans last week. It's hard for me to have confidence in them because the Jets have a good defense, a good enough defense to really make the Bills work for it. Didn't we see this game earlier in the season already? - I will go and look for you, pal. And they do not, they did not play each other. - Yeah, it was the Dolphins that I was thinking of. - Yeah, they played the Dolphins. - That division all match up 'cause the Jets won that game, right? - We too. The Dolphins, or the Bills won that game. Yeah, I guess the Dolphins. - Okay, so the Bills be the Dolphins. - Yeah, so I'm just off the run-off here. - 31-10. - I mean, it's no offense to anybody out there. - It's not. - I've been on record saying it's my least favorite game. - It's not the best this year. - It's just not that it's, I mean, I'm not the biggest AFC guy. And if you know me, you know that. - Yeah, yeah. - So I'm always pro NFC, but the AFC East is just the one, the vision that I'm just, you know, it's never really been my cup of tea, you know. - Yeah, I like it. - Something partial, I love players, that kind of from that, you get to send the players, you know, Ricky Williams has been watching him back in the day. Obviously, the best Josh Allen was on the best quarterbacks that I had faith in, had some appreciings last week, but he shit down his leg. - You want to put a patriot on there? - I'm picking the Jets to win. - Are you now? - They always play like dog shit. And I think that the Ravens kind of rocked them a couple of weeks ago and they still haven't recovered. They got that new coach bump, the interim head coach bump. That's what the Jets are going to have. They're going to come out play hard, play loose, everyone's going to think, oh, Robert Sol was the problem, the Jets just dropped 30 points. Who knows, but I think that the Jets do get it done at home on Monday night. - No, I don't, I think the Bills are going to take it. I feel like that was a setback for a major comeback for Josh Allen, that's a hell of a defense that they just got in playing. And the Jets really haven't been playing great on that, that side of the ball. They played the Vikings last week and let them score 23 points. I know that's not too much, but I feel like that's still enough to get it done. Obviously, the Vikings put it on them and then they had a sloppy out, they had a real ugly game the week before that against the Broncos, the 10-9 affair and lost that one. So, you know, you want to talk about a team that's really been playing shitty and that's been the Jets. Both these teams are at the bottom of my list of favorite organizations. But in this point in time, I feel like Josh Allen in that company are a lot better. I feel like their team is just in a better place. I know the whole, you know, trying to figure out who's fault it is, pointing fingers and all that shit. You know, that could get after, you know, not only one person, but the whole team, that could really drive them down, but that also could rally them around a lot of, you know, the good things that are coming along this week. So, look forward to this game being a tie, hopefully. In both these teams, you know, really beat the shit out of each other and, you know, the Patriots come in and sweep in and take the vision. - Ooh. - I'm just playing, just playing. I want to, I want to take out for, oh, 100. - So, was the tank on? Thanks, still on? - I'm still in the mindset. - It's not a good look for a fucking Drake-Mated to start stacking up L's one way. We have a stone for 250. There's going to be those questions like, that's why the whole plan was for him not to play this year. So, y'all could tank and not have anything to do with him. Him on the bench coming next year and he got Drake-Mated and you got Travis Hunter shooting in next year. Like, yeah, now we're in some. - I'm licking my tops if that was the actual thing. - We're in some hot water here, boys. - Yeah, we'd been boiling some good old shit going. - But that's not good. - Yeah, thank you guys so much for tuning in here. - For sure. - Me and Young Terrence Minifield. - Yeah, baby. Previewing and predicting the full week six slate. We get forward to seeing the winners, the losers, whoever comes out on top. All that good stuff. But with all that being said, guys have a damn good weekend. Enjoy the games, enjoy the college football weekend as well. Great day of games happening on Saturday. - For sure. - On October 12th, we've been talking about it. So, have a damn good weekend. Walk passionately in the direction of your dreams. And we'll talk to you soon. (dramatic music) - Hey Amazon Prime members. Why pay more for groceries when you can save big on thousands of items at Amazon Fresh?
