Today we're embracing healthy eating and recognizing our small furry neighbors. October is vegetarian month, celebrating plant-based diets and their benefits. One compelling story that I love so much is about Dr. T. Colin Campbell, whose groundbreaking research showed the profound health benefits of a plant-based diet. His work has inspired many, including myself, to reduce meat consumption and explore vegetarian options, from vibrant salads to hearty veggie stews, there's a plant-based dish out there for everyone. So why not try a new vegetarian recipe this month and see how good it feels. I just had vegetable soup. That technically counts. I think so. Yeah. It's like peas and carrots and potatoes and it was delicious. But you know what, I think I'm gonna cook for you today. I'm gonna make some vegan carne asada tacos. Okay. So good. Sounds amazing. Squirrels might seem just like cute backyard animals, but they play a crucial role in our ecosystem. Take the story of the eastern grey squirrel. Research by the University of Richmond found that these squirrels are responsible for planting thousands of trees each year, biberian nuts, and forgetting about them. This natural tree planting helps maintain healthy forests. So the next time you see a squirrel, appreciate the big impact these little creatures have on our environment. Is it national squirrel awareness month? I forgot to tell everybody that. Yeah. Yes, it is squirrel awareness month. And okay, so I heard that they have really bad memories. They do. I don't know what the percentage is, but I know it's less than 20% of what they bury. They are able to find. And so that's why when you lose your train, I thought it's like squirrel. That's exactly right. Oh, yeah, I'm so late. It's about time you join the party. Thanks. The squirrel party. Squirrel. Squirrel. I look to a job soon. I'm Marlo Anderson. Appreciate you joining us on our journey to celebrate every day. Until next time. Keep celebrating. Okay. Squirrel. Squirrel. Thank you. Now let's see who's celebrating.
