The Creator

Who is this we’re talking about?  “Who has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand, measured heaven with a span and calculated the dust of the earth in a measure? Weighed the mountains in scales and the hills in a balance?” - Isaiah 40:12 (NKJV)

Who is this we’re talking about?

“Who has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand, measured heaven with a span and calculated the dust of the earth in a measure? Weighed the mountains in scales and the hills in a balance?”
 - Isaiah 40:12 (NKJV)

The Bible says God is great, but look at how Isaiah paints a beautiful word picture to help you really understand that. This is Isaiah 40 verse 12, speaking of God, who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, measured heaven with a span and calculated the dust of the earth in a measure, weighed the mountains in scales and the hills in a balance. Well, who could do that? Way the mountains calculate the dust of the earth, measure heaven. The Creator, the one who made every one of the two trillion galaxies that we know of in the universe. If you're tempted to think God cannot, that God isn't able or that your situation is just too big even for God to handle, remember he measures the water in the hollow of his hand. Who is this we're talking about? The great immeasurable limitless God of heaven, the Creator, and you can know the Creator has got you today. I'm John Bradshaw for It is Written.
