This A.I.-powered domestic assistant proves to be a blessing, adeptly handling childcare and caregiving duties while Nick navigates the demands of his job, which are made more challenging by the presence of “sims” on construction sites, leading to a reduction in human employment. During a reboot intended to optimize her memory, Alice decides to bypass her programming, allowing her to form a closer bond with Nick and fulfill his intimate desires while Maggie is away, complicating matters significantly.
