The Dom Giordano Program

Let's Not Play Their Identity Politcs Game...

Full Hour | In today’s second hour, Dom welcomes Tiffany Justice, co-founder of Moms for Liberty, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to tell what her organization is doing to protect children as Biden’s changes to Title IX make their way into Pennsylvania public schools. The new changes, which bars ‘discrimination based on gender identity’ would create an unfair playing field for biological females, allowing individuals born male to both compete against and use the same locker rooms as those born female. Justice is proud to report that, after multiple lawsuits, Pennsylvania schools that feature parents who are members of her organization will be protected against these changes, protecting young girls and their Title IX and First Amendment rights. Then, Dom delves into developments surrounding the upcoming presidential election, playing back some audio of Representative Byron Donalds who got into a heated argument over the weekend with ABC’s George Stephanopolous. Dom uses this audio to launch a discussion about the role of identity politics in the election, noting why engaging in these tactics are only an eventual loser for Republican candidates. Also, in Dan Time with Dom, Producer Dan offers a Pennsylvania Supreme Court case that may help Dom in his search to find answers about a rogue golf shot that left an enormous bruise on his arm.
