The new changes, which bars ‘discrimination based on gender identity’ would create an unfair playing field for biological females, allowing individuals born male to both compete against and use the same locker rooms as those born female. Justice is proud to report that, after multiple lawsuits, Pennsylvania schools that feature parents who are members of her organization will be protected against these changes, protecting young girls and their Title IX and First Amendment rights.
