Dom welcomes in Wes Kazmarck, co-owner of the Surf Mall on the Ocean City Boardwalk, onto the Dom Giordano Program after he was quoted in a story by the Inquirer about the rise of fees related to purchases involving credit cards. Kazmarck, who runs a handful of shops in the mall, has been in a soft dispute with his brother over whether or not 3.5% fees should be passed along to consumers.
