Easter remembers a series of events that were so amazing that the calendar was re-defined around them. The Son of God left heaven and came to earth as a man - Jesus. Jesus made God wonderfully known to all who would listen, but he was rejected and crucified. But death could not hold him and he rose from the dead! And this made a way for all who would believe in him to live a glorious, new, eternal life! A life free from both the condemnation of sin and the power of sin… a life reconciled to God who loves us so much that he did all of this!
