In today’s episode Eoin speaks with one of his colleagues inside Type 1%, Niall Smith (@storiesofsmith).


Niall has been working inside Type 1% (coaching programme for Type 1 Diabetics) for 2 years to help their clients increase blood sugar time in range %, lower A1C, and get into incredible shape.


Niall is from Ireland, but currently lives in Berlin. He was diagnosed with T1D 20 years ago and has vast experience with training, nutrition, and overall Diabetes management. He’s ran marathons, half marathons, represented Ireland in football, coaches spinning, boxing and much more!


He recently climbed Africa’s tallest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro (6,000m above sea level).
