Bella is from Vancouver, Canada, and has been living with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of 19. She is a storyteller, food lover, ‘dog mom’ and adventure seeker living on the Pacific coast.

Bella is the creator of xoxoBella ( xoxobella.com ) where she shares her passion for food, dogs, fitness, adventures, travel and philanthropy, in hopes of encouraging her followers to run the extra mile, try new recipes, visit unfamiliar places and stand for a cause.

It’s very clear that Bella has a solid grasp of her Diabetes and it doesn’t stop her from doing the things she wants to do in her life. Throughout this episode she offers some exceptional advice for Diabetics of all ages around training, nutrition and mindset, so that you too, can find ‘enjoyment’ in the way you live with the condition.
