Part 2 of Eoin's chat with Ja’fr Yirka, (@the_happy_diabetic)

Eoin wanted to get Ja’fr on the podcast after reading out an email he sent in a couple of weeks ago. His positive energy is infectious and always looks at the world as glass half full, rather than half empty.

Ja’fr was diagnosed when he was 15 in 1970. Since the early 70s, there have been huge leaps in Diabetes management technology and Ja’fr explains how with each advancement in technology, he was able to take his Diabetes more seriously and in turn, he took it more seriously. 

Having been a diabetic for over 50 years, his outlook on life is certainly inspiring and is certainly an unbelievable guest to end 2022.
