Tom is from the UK and has been living with Type 1 Diabetes for over 13 years. He’s a Personal Trainer, Online Coach and the host of his own Diabetic podcast - The Type 1 Movement Podcast.

Tom chats about his diagnosis and coming to terms with the whole situation. He discusses his difficult times and how he trains his body and mind to ensure he’s always moving forward. Tom gives his insight around his positive Covid-19 test result, and how his Diabetes was so difficult to manage.
