Feel the ground beneath your feet, the breeze on your skin and the warmth of the sun. Observe the plants and the animals and the natural elements that are around you. This connection with nature can provide a deep sense of presence, calm and rejuvenation, enhancing your overall mindfulness practice. Enjoy.
